Multiple message were sent by airtel to recharge now with link to recharge, when there was already 5 days left in my account - +91 [protected]
Due to continuous spam, when recharged from the link provided in the message, already remaining 5 days of validity in my account for which i have already paid in my last recharge, just vanished just like that.
When tried to reach customer care to check on this, first an associate told nothing can be done and then she transferred to supervisor. He kept repeating check your validity in app and keep thanking, without stating reason for company doing like this.
When requested to state the reason, interrupting his repeating messages, he told - "company will keep sending these message, but nothing can be done, it is lapsed. Is there anything else you need?"
Worst customer service, not even willing to listen the real problem from customer end. This is by far the worst service provider, its a rip off and their own customer service team is just ending conversation, saying thank you themselves and hanging up the call, thereby complementing the rip off.
Airtel has to provide service for those 5 days what i have paid off, since you have got money from me for those days, you have to service the customer for the money you have obtained to provide the service.
Requested resolution: either extend my validity period or return my recent recharge amount refunded.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
