Airtel cheating me on data usage. I was very carefull on using my data and checking remaining in airtel app. When my daily data usage is reached 3 gb i asked about 5gb they agreed before. They say i already used it liers. Whereas i have not used it i am 100% sure. Their explanation is that i have used 5 gb within daily limit 3gb. Cheaters.. Dont go for fake promises from airtel they cheat in the end about data usage. When asked tbey dont give usage reports as well so that we know their cheap dirty tricks.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Airtel has used my mobile number for two other broadband connections that do not belong to me. I have complained many times. They keep calling and texting asking about the other accounts that do not belong to me. This is breach of privacy. I need a strict action and compensation from them.

    Hi,

    I was using vodafone prepaid sim in bangalore with number [protected] which i ported to postpaid sim in bangalore. Then i moved to gurgaon where i ported that sim to vodafone, gurgaon. Then later i ported that sim to airtel as i was frequently visiting rajasthan and vodadone was not having good internet connectivity in those areas.

    But i shifted to australia and airtel blocked my number.

    They said that i have to come to india and submit my documents. I faced a lot of problems for time being by not having that number as all bank transactions and apps were setup with that number to send otp to.

    I came to india on vacation starting from bangalore. I asked airtel and they said that i need to go to airtel gurgaon and submit my documents. I planned to go to delhi and went to airtel, gurgaon. They said that now i have to go to vodafone, bangalore. I was shocked that do i have to travel again to bangalore and still i am not sure that i will get my sim or not.

    If airtel, bangalore could have told me that i need to get sim from vodafone, bangalore then i could have got my sim as soon as i come to india. Now, i cannot travel to bangalore as i don't have enough time left on my vacation and i don't want to spend on flight tickets because of misinformation which airtel provided.

    But that particular number is still important to me. Is there any way that i can get that number while i am in delhi?

      I have been trying to change the ownership of my 2 phone+broadband, 2 post paid mobile connections+1 internet connection to my company name. I first approached sent a mail on the same to the 121 email. I got the reply to go and meet the officer in neareste relationship office. But the office refused that they cant offer solution only enterprise solution will handle this. After that i have been continuously chasing the AIrtel with mails to 121 and enterpise support. Since there is no reply, i contacted the nodal officer as well applette offices marking copy to 121 as well enterprise email. Even after several reminders nobody bother to reply...if i dont get answer i have decided to surrender all the connections and select other service provider. i am attachind the transaction of the mails...

        airtel unable to call toll free no. 000-800

        I have been having a problem with Airtel Prepaid number [protected] for more than a week. I am unable to call a toll free number[protected]. Due to which I am unable to join my office meetings. It was working perfectly fine 2 weeks before.Call to the same number works perfectly well from idea and Vodafone cellular network or any of the fixed land-line telephone network....

        Today I have received one call from customer care And Explain new plan But i say i am not interested and cut the phone . after few minutes i checked in airtel app the plan is changed.
        I was Call to toll free number and explain my Problem so the airtel senior executive (Vishwajeet Baral) said you are responsible for it because the plan is activated after tell OTP but I am not recieved any OTP . plz solve my problem other wise i will complaint in Upper label .

            Yesterday we have received a call for payment pending of rs. 13948.07/- from airtel. So this mail sent for this reason which type of payment we have paid to you and why while we are not use your services since one month.

            If we are see our usage of lease line we have already paid too much to airtel and after that our balance amount pending in airtel a/c so we have to want this balance amount credited in our bank a/c because 38925/- amount paid for 30/09/2019 & we have close our connection on 12th july 2019 so refund of less days to us immediate and please give reply and take action immediate on urgent basis

              Multiple message were sent by airtel to recharge now with link to recharge, when there was already 5 days left in my account - +91 [protected]

              Due to continuous spam, when recharged from the link provided in the message, already remaining 5 days of validity in my account for which i have already paid in my last recharge, just vanished just like that.

              When tried to reach customer care to check on this, first an associate told nothing can be done and then she transferred to supervisor. He kept repeating check your validity in app and keep thanking, without stating reason for company doing like this.

              When requested to state the reason, interrupting his repeating messages, he told - "company will keep sending these message, but nothing can be done, it is lapsed. Is there anything else you need?"

              Worst customer service, not even willing to listen the real problem from customer end. This is by far the worst service provider, its a rip off and their own customer service team is just ending conversation, saying thank you themselves and hanging up the call, thereby complementing the rip off.

              Airtel has to provide service for those 5 days what i have paid off, since you have got money from me for those days, you have to service the customer for the money you have obtained to provide the service.

              Requested resolution: either extend my validity period or return my recent recharge amount refunded.

              I Called up Airtel to block the SIM CARD but they are unable to trace the mobile number in their system. I had also written emails to [protected]@airtel.com but just get some auto-answers.

                Dear sir or madam,

                My dth account is [protected], i transacted an amount of rs. 222.00 to recharge my dth on 26th august, 2019. Transaction reference no. Is[protected]. As per airtel customer call centre's request i selected this package and also informed by the airtel that it was one month package. That means i have to recharge my dth on 26th september, 2019. But, the package has been deactivated on 17th september, 2019, although 09 days are still remaining. Now, i have recharged my account with rs. 220.00 on this date to continue my connection. Transaction ref. No. Is[protected].in this context, it looks like cheating with customers like me. Now, i am requesting to the appropriate authority to take strong action against airtel. Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                Yesterday I wrote this complaint. Today I received a call from Airtel customer no. [protected] and were telling me to settle the matter. She also mentioned that they don't have any package of Rs. 222.00 and there is no record of interaction with me on 26 August, 2019. In this context, I want to express that I am Airtel customer since 2014 and because of recent unprofessional manner and packages are mostly ended before time, I terminated to recharge it 3-4 months back. Unwantedly Airtel added several channels without permission to increase recharge amount. On[protected] received request to recharge with Rs. 222.00 for basic bengali package and I did it immediately. Now, today conversation clears me that Airtel is cheating company and fraud company and making customers foolish for their own benefit. I decided to terminate all connections with airtel and requesting higher authority to take strong action against this and save others. Thanks

                Hi, again I am responding against Airtel following this previous complaint. Airtel customer did nothing to solve this issue. In spite of solving this problem airtel added a VAS of Rs. 65.00 and a best South package of Rs. 153.00. without asking or any intimation to the customer. Now, the person is using this connection has 0 'Zero' monthly income and intentionally cheated by the Airtel DTH connection. In fact after this previous complaint airtel did this. Now, I need a strong action against this and remove the VAS of Rs. 65.00 immediately. Otherwise, will file a court case for harrashing consumer. Thanx

                  I have called customer care center to inform on my network error problem, but they said airtel government won't care it, i don't know what is airtel govt: and when it is started? I have raised a problem regarding automatic call drops, on no clarity voice and not reachable (My no: while people trying to call me), and they are completely careless and suggested me to keep the sim if not move to other network.
                  I have not seen this kind of world worst network and useless customer care. Anyway i am switching to other network.
                  People try to do not use airtel network.

                    I, hari darshan lamba, would like to draw your attention towards a cyber-fraud occurred towards my bank accounts and due to which i lost my hard earned money to unknown persons (Suspected). The issue has been already raised with the all the respective banks wherever i held my bank accounts.

                    Following precedence of incidents occurred during such fraud (Dated 11/09/2019) which may help you to investigate the matter at your end:

                    1. I have ordered an item from online shopping app nykaa.com on dated 6 september 2019 with order number is nyk[protected] shipped by bluedart, tracking no. Is [protected]. This order is supposed to be delivered within 5 – 6 days.

                    2. I have checked the status with the website which showed that the item to be delivered by 12 september 2019 and it is with blue dart in jhansi location.

                    3. As i need to get the item at the earliest because of my non-presence in jhansi for 2-3 days, therefore i tried to get bluedart local office contact no. By this link https://www.justdial.com/Jhansi/Blue-Dart-Express-LtdCustomer-Care-Jhansi-Ho/999...

                    4. I got the number from the above link and contacted the searched number i. E. [protected] and asked him about my courier. The person has communicated the status of my courier after getting my tracking number.

                    5. He told me that the item will be delivered only once i pay rs. 3. He informed that i have paid less amount while ordering the item from the site and which i need to pay. He sent me a link https://surveyheart.com/form/5d[protected]f9e542ac1a8d3 and asked to pay the amount.

                    6. I also get convinced as it was mere rs.3 to pay. I clicked the link sent on my mobile and it landed on payment page which asked about my google pay pin which i entered. As per his remarks he told that the payment was not successful so i need to provide the bank pin and following his instruction, i entered another pin for another account which is with axis without thinking about the consequences.

                    7. Following numbers have been used to sms and call me during the above incidences :

                    8. After sometime, i received sms from all my banks abut deduction of balance (Amounts) with following details:

                    Also to inform you that complaint has been logged in www.cybercrime.gov.in with acknowledgement number: [protected] and lodged an e-fir with number 034606/2019.

                    I am very depressed and shocked with such incidence and fraud happened to me by the criminals. I sincerely request you to resolve the same and help me getting my hard earned money.

                      To dismantle antenna, technician charged me 150 rs. It didn't even took half hr to dismantle. Only took 8 min. I am working in private company. I have to work complete 10 hrs to get 300 rs sal. How come these guys charging 150 for 8 min. This is not good at all. Everyone is struggling a lot to earn 1rupee. I want airtel to arrange me free of installation.

                        I have moved to airtel's prepaid services. I have not been able to recharge my phone since yesterday. I have tried recharging my phone for more 10 times in the past 24 hours and all my transactions have been failed. This is highly insensitive as when i called the customer care they were unable to help me with this issue. My livelihood works on me calling people and picking others calls.
                        I have mailed the nodal officer related to this problem and the company hasn't resolved it till now.

                              Hi!
                              I have been in airtel network for past more than 8 yrs. Of late i have observed that they deduct my data from my account without any usage, this inspite of barely using the services! At first i switched off access of all my apps access to the internet. Still data was being deducted. Then i downloaded an app to cross my data usage pattern. To my surprise, while the app shows 100mb data usage, airtel deducted 10 gb from my data plan!

                              Is there any way to bring these cheats to book?! At this rate, i am thinking of porting out of their services to another service provider. I have already once spoken to their call center exec. This is frustrating and not what i was expecting of a company of airtels stature.

                              I am using Airtel since i started using mobile. And this is the first time i'm facing issues regarding network. Would be happy i[censored] see through the problem of low network coverage in our areas since recent days. And it has become a big issues for each and every person using Airtel sim in our areas. I hope our issues will be resolved soon.

                              I Naveen mob. no [protected]. in my today bill there is charged 19 rupees as usage I want to know that. If my 399 plan is fixed., why are you charging usages amount.

                                I was not getting any network. Called the customer care at 121, they advised me to change sim. I got the new sim and inserted it in the phone slot. I reveied a msg stating "your services have been set. Please restart handset". After restarting i got the network for 2-3 min and again getting a "no service" message. What is the issue. Why do i have to keep running around repeatedly.

                                  I have complained about the error code b001 that is having issue of not showing any of the channel and alway when i call to customers care they tell that engineer will call but action is taken by them. There service is worst and they cheat the people. When i ask them to disconnect the dth service as there service not proper they alway give some nonsense excuses.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I had recharged Rs 710 for Airtel Dish Tv on 25th August 2019 but recharge is not creditied into my account. I had raised complaint on 25th itself but they had closed my compliant without intimating me as Transaction declined.
                                    I had sent 10-15 mails to customer care and Nodal officer but till date they are not confirming status on mail.

                                    Company till date not doing anything. Continuously I am the person following to companies team. Even though they are till not replied mail also. Also I request to you if possibly you peoples are able to sort out the matter and if Airtel service providers are take serious to you peoples then and then you can resolve the complaint or suggest me accordingly.

                                    Very disappointing thing is that Nodal officers are not replied to mail from last 7 days even though mails are written more than 10 times.

                                    Also note that old complaint has already closed for same issue they are raising new complaint and closed on next day as resolution “ we are proceed with recharge and it will credited into account on next day .

                                    When I asked about recharge account they are again open complaint which has already resolved as we are unable to proceed your recharge .

                                    I am requesting from last 7-8 days only for written mail as per complaint raised by me but they are not able to give me mail for Recharge is unsuccessful.
                                    Then and then I will be able to take up matter with particular bank.

                                    But all are fake people’s are sitting over there and not replied to my mail .

                                    I think this link utilised for consumer complaints is fake. No any call received from concern complaint raised company and complaint status shows resolved. I think Airtel is not taking serious this web site . Ok I don’t have any problem but now we will definitely meet consumer care jurisdictions court at Sangli.

                                      I have been using airtel for the last 15 years and was very satisfied with the service but from the last three months we are getting some problems in our modem like sudden disconnection, low speed, short-range of the WIFI and some other problems, I had filed some complaints in last 3 months where some executive came without any id cards abusing us. I lodged a complaint against issues of the modem on 30th august 2019 with a complaint no.[protected] assuming that this matter will be closed but neither the executive visited us nor the problems got solve but got increased instead and from the last 15 days my WIFI isn't working at all causing delay in my work and when I asked them today about my complaint the customer care center said the case is automatically closed, I would like you to send an airtel employee this time not some service center team without id proof if you can't send a trustworthy employee i will go to legal
                                      Also, some technician working at some center said we won't be fixing your modem and their names were Rohit and Lokesh
                                      I lodged a new complaint today hoping you will help us solve this matter

                                      I also asked them when my problem will be resolved but, still, I haven't got any revert from the customer care
                                      they havent physically checked the modem and when I asked them about this matter they said that no issue found from our side
                                      Also saying " Jo karna hai karlo jisko complaint karni hai karlo
