Hi,

I had 6400+ balance in my mobile account ([protected]) and today i recharged my mobile number with 998 on airtel app, but unfortunately due to some error 6000+ got deducted from my account. Then i contacted customer care and they said it got recharged 6 times due to some error please contact nodql office, so i am writing this email to you. Please look in to the error and add my balance back to my account.. I am also attaching the recharge history from my airtel app for your reference.

    I recharged my prepaid number on 20th September, 19, I got SMS that my request of recharge has been initiated and in evening my money got deducted but I didn't receive any confirmation SMS of my recharge is successful. I need the money back and plus my recharge to be done. I had done my recharge through the airtel app.

      I am using airtel broadband since 1 year
      And every month speed issue network issue raise.
      They don’t know how to resolve the customer issue.
      They only want money.
      They know how to make fools.
      They know how to give ads on tv.
      I am using 300mbps of 2199₹ which billed including gst of 2595₹
      And i get speed of 4mbps.
      I will attach the screenshot with this complaint.
      Every month i have to complain.
      And everytime they say
      Sorry sir this will not happen again.
      And this is it.
      Next week. I will take airtel to court with all the evidence how many days i have faced iissues (Slow speed, network disconnection).
      Some times network gets disconnected and i complain them they tell me sir it will be resolved by 4 hours.
      And again after 4 hours i have to agan ask them
      And this comitement of 4hours was given by there seniour supervisors.

      And if we dont pay bill they will fine us.
      Tell me onething if you don’t give speed and connection
      Then we should take you to the court.

        We are facing low network and internet connectivity in our whole tata steel housing complex as well as area known as khurunti and gadapur.

        Three times feedback and information given to the airtel network team via customer care from contact number [protected] but still problem exists.

        All the times customer care executive reply that 4g connectivity in your area was best but in actual practice we are not able to use 3g network and frequent call drop out occurs.

          Network issue I already complained many time to [protected]@airtel.com but I didn't got any resolution kindly do need full

          From 4 months Iam suffering from this issue and I got the financial loss of 2000 rs

          And I have mailed to nodal officer but I didn't got any Mail from there 9 time I have done the mail please help me

          We are paying a money and we not taking advantage of that benifit

            On 20th sept 2019, i have made a transaction in airtel money app to electricity bill amount to ₹899. I have done the transaction no using upi. A confirmation message received from airtel told the success of transaction but neither money has added to my wallet nor y bill get paid.
            The mobile linked to my wallet is [protected] transaction no[protected]. Kindly, refund my money.

            The confirmation message says:-
            "hello! You have successfully sent rs. 899.0 to airtelmoney airtelpayments. [protected]@hdfcbank using myairtel app. Txn id[protected]"

              Sir,
              On 30 aug 2019 and i made 3 (three) recharges of Rs 349/- each for my prepaid airtel number Data benefit through MyAirtel app using my Amazon pay through sbi net banking . However the transaction was Failed and i didnt get the Data benefit whereas my money was deducted from my mentioned SBI account. i have made several calls to Airtel help line and was assured that i ll get the refund but I am still not got the refunds.
              I will be grateful if you would kindly look into the matter and refund the amount as early as possible. thankyou

                Dear sir am unhappy with airtel services [protected]... My life time component discount of 300 got disconnected when I changed the Plan.. I asked them to activate 649 plan they didn't activate... Airtel was very good bt it sucks now. I love airtel bt airtel is not interested in having it's old customers.. I'm 9 Yr old customer... Unhappy with airtel

                  I am not getting my refund from airtel digital tv. It's been 10 days everyday airtel says they will check with the concern team and let us know about our refund. But nobody reverts back. Very very disappointed with their services. They had changed my plan without informing that's why i had to discontinue their services as they were not ready to cooperate.

                    Dear sir/mam
                    I want to register a complaint against a vodaphone mobile tower installation in the residential complex on building ram murti shukla resident of e-2/606, m. C. D school road, forth pusta, sonia vihar, delhi-110090. There is radiation hazard by it because they fixed it in residential area.
                    The mobile tower is installed in residential area and as per supreme court ruling, such towers are illegal and should be removed.
                    Now other mobile tower is to be prepare to installing on same premises on above address.
                    Old people continuously exposed to the harmful radiations being emitted from the tower and noise pollution it spreads day and night.
                    Actually lots of people are facing problem from mobile tower.

                    Some people is saying that we are getting pain in head.

                    Some people is saying that we are getting pain in chest.
                    I have already told him for removing that tower but they have not taken action on this matter.
                    Please remove mobile tower from above mention address so that we can save our life.
                    Please could you look at this complaint and escalate it to the right channel for proper action.

                      I've been Airtel user for more than 10 years now. 6 months ago I moved to Harlur Road in Bengaluru. The network connectivity is very poor here. Data speed is 0.1mbps and on call constant voice breakage. I've complained multiple times over customer care. But only answer I seem to get is we need time. So I would request you to kindly take action on this. And FYI other network connectivity is also poor here. So there is a business opportunity in my area.

                          Sir i am from azamgarh my locality is beenapara near saraimeer where a tower is also available but we have been facing a lot of problems due the bad service of network as we can not use net for any important work because it takes too much time to open any site due to the slow speed of net
                          Therefore you are requested to rectify the problem as soon as possible other wise if no action will be taken we would be compel to port our sim in any other company which network will be found good

                            I am manas kumar mallick. My airtel postpaid no is-[protected]. I have buy a airtel postpaid sin on date 12 july 2019 and paid 2200 rupees. So i have paid one bill amount -472 some think. After that i luach a complain for rest amount withdrew from my post paid number 1472 but. That amount is not yet credited in my account. I have submit my passbook details and bank statement also. But no response from airtel team.

                              Network issue. Not able to make calls or receive calls.
                              How mANY TIMEs ever contacted airtel guys, no response, either in email or CUSTOMER CARE.
                              Response from store people is much more worse.
                              No respect, no proper way of talking, no proper response.
                              WORST NETWORK, RESPONSE, SERVICE, CARE EVER SEEN.

                                Airtel Executive who cheated me : Arshad Ahmed, Mobile - [protected]

                                I requested for a new multi-tv connection from airtel around 1 year ago. Airtel sent an executive to install those connections at my home. Since the rental for the parent connection is more than the child connections, i paid extra money for one connection (parent) and lesser money for the other 2 (Child) connections for a period of 1 year full in advance to the same airtel executive who had come to install my connections.

                                After 8 months, due to some issues, i asked him to revise my plan, in which i requested to remove 1 connection (leaving only 2 active connections) and gave him an advance payment for another 6 months after adjusting the previous balance which is till 15/10/2019.

                                But, since 2 months, Arshad is not picking up my phone, when i pressurize him, only the he recharges my connection, and from last 2 weeks he not responding at all. He does not answer my calls, not does he recharge my account even after complete advance payment.

                                EVEN AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS IN AIRTEL'S CUSTOMER CARE, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN YET. THEY MAKE FAKE PROMISES BUT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.

                                  Recently i had upgraded from hd box to internet tv setup box by paying 2250 (Previous version) after a few days o[censored]sing it has started giving troubles like automatic reboot of the box, remote not responding and very often error code aitv001 during the run time of the box. Hence i had logged a call to rectify the issue engineer came and did a reset of the box and it worked fine and again next day problem has been started and logged a call they suggested for replacement of the box i agreed for the same and i asked for replacing with xstream box and they told to pay again 2250 i have recharged the same and in process of replacing the new xstream box. My simple logic ask for the upgrade is since it is a very new box and why cant they replace with xstream box iam the loyal customer for the airtel more than 8 years now and you guys are not considering the request from my side. My ask is to repay the amount i have paid for xstream box so that i can have some faith on the airtel dth. Iam ok to pay 2000 for new box and paid it alread my question is where is the benifit of old customers if you value customers like me you can refund the amount to my account.

                                  Note: if i get better price for other dth players i think of opting the same.

                                      I bought this sim and for a month it worked properly but then onwards it frequently shows no signal even it isn't being detected by by mobile. I have dual sim i switched the sims in the tray. The other sim is always detected but this number is not detected. Please look forward as i can't receive calls from my clients and it is effecting my work. Or else i shall have to port to other network

                                        My airtel network not work in my home. If i put my phone close to window than only i can use data.. So i had to leave my phone there switched on my hotspot and have to use my tablet for browsing! Main issue is internet not work inside the home... Where as my family members has jio which works fine so u guys cant say that network doesn't come in the home... I complain at the airtel showroom also but nothing happens...
