Hi,
I have an airtel post paid mobile connection since 2005, plan 149 (Rs. 149/mth) till july 2019. Suddenly without my consent they have changed my plan to plan299 (Rs. 299/mth) and i got to know this after seeing the latest bill for aug2019. I called up the customer care 198 and they said the plan149 is closed and hence they have changed my plan to plan299. How can airtel cancel a plan without notifying the customers? Why should i pay extra for a plan which i have not agreed/opted? Airtel should send me a revised bill with 149 as base price and i would like to discontinue their service after paying the outstanding amount from my side. Even after having a cut-throat competition in market, airtel is providing faulty bills to its customers. All airtel post paid users be aware!!

    I have ported my number [protected] from bsnl to airtel last week. Unfortunately, the sim has been lost before tele-verification call. Therefore i approached info park, kochi, apple store on 25/09/19. They provided new sim and ask me to mail to cochin. [protected]@airtel.com for tele verification request. The store manager has ensured that i will get a tele verification call within 4 hrs and sim will be activated with another 4 hrs, so total 8 hrs its would take to resolve my bsnl to airtel porting process. But i didn't get any call, i have sent remainder mail and called multiple time, there is no help from airtel customer service. It is very pathetic service from airtel and now i am thinking that why should i go for airtel.

      Dear sir,
      I tried to recharge my airtel number through myairtel app on 26th september 2019, 9.20 am for rs 399 but the recharge was unsuccessful but the amount was debited. Immediately i called customer care, they said to wait for another 1 hour but till the recharge is unsuccessful only and the amount was not returned to my account.
      I trusted myairtel app and i used it but it caused me this problem. The amount rs 399 is so emergency for me, please return the money back to my bank account. How long should i wait for the refund of the amount if the waiting time is more than 24 hours then suggest me other genuine recharging process other than myairtel so that i will not get into trouble in future.

        Hi,
        I have requested for port of my airtel prepaid to change the circle from karnataka to kerala from an airtel store and received new sim and televerification pin for that. After some days i came to kuwait and yesterday i got msg that my number will be ported in to airtel by 25/09/2019,
        Now i am in kuwait and my old sim has no signal and the new sim also has no signal.
        How can i activate my services from here. It is very important for me as banks are linked with this number and cant conduct any transaction. Somebody pls help

          I m rohit kunwar using airtel sim since last three year. All these years your services and signals were amazing. But now days it's been very poor.
          I m professional person. I work as an advocate and due to your company signals quality my work is affecting now. My clint's wants to consult anything with me but they cannot just because of your signals quality.
          So please airtel fix this problems

              I had requested airtel to disconnect the number in the month of july and it got suspended to and without knowing they have reactivated the account and now airtel team is creating bill and asking me to pay the bill. When eve call customer care they only say it’s suspended but still bill is generating, am not sure how this case will resolve and they provide different different information every day.
              This is how you guys fetch money from customers.

                I have been an airtel customer since the beginning of my mobile activity. Offlate airtel internet has become terrible. It was working well, now even images don't load. Most of the times, pages don't get loaded. This is highly irritating.in this age of competition i do not understand how airtel has slipped in service. I am in the cap of 1.4gb /day, 4g, but speed is in bytes. I expect airtel to improve their service urgently.

                  Dear team,

                  I had changed my mobile no [protected] postpaid to prepaid on 14/09/2019, from that day to till date i am not able to make any calls or get any calls. I had called daily to customer care to resolve the issue asap but they simply say they had raised a complaint and will be resolved in 48 hours. I got fed up with this. I had recharged with rs.495/- on 14th and even customer care persons are saying they had got everything right but not able to know the problem. I can even make the mnp to other network as we have to use this no. For 90 days now. My mobile no. Is registered in all the banks, relatives & even my office pan india customers. I humbly request you to look into and help me out to get this problem resolved asap.

                    Hi,
                    Greetings.

                    This is regarding complaint number regarding wrongly wiping of my data by airtel. Complaint id is[protected]

                    Please refer following points.

                    1. Upon 3rd sept, 2019 my allotted data was 68 gb approx (40 gb allotted and 28.5 gb unused of previous month). Screen shot of data balance has been attached.

                    2. I received message from airtel on 12th and 13 regarding my usage of data. On 12th i was informed by airtel that i have used 90% of data and on 13th i was informed that i used 100% of my data. So in just 10 days i used 68 gb of data!!!. Here the problem is that, all messages i received from airtel was showing consumption of 20 gb data. Message was reflecting 90% consumption or 100% consumption was for 20 gb only. Screenshot attached.

                    Now the problem is that if my data balance was 68 gb, how airtel was sending usage messages for 20gb and how airtel can exhaust my all data of 68 gb against showing usage of 20gb data?

                    Besides, i am following up with call center of airtel since 17.09.2019 to get details of date, application, site, download wise information, but not a single call center executive have sufficient knowledge of such issue and they were just giving misguided solution.

                    Kindly refer my brief note on interaction with call center executive.

                    1. On 17.09.19 i was called and and executive informed me to check myairtel app to get all data. And this much detailed information is not available on app. He insisted to buy data pack instead. So he might not able to undersand what customer is asking or was trying to sell data or was misguiding customer to close complaint.
                    2. Again i called on 24.09.19. Call center execute has given false commitment that she can email date wise usage on my registered email id. And she offered to buy datapack which i simply deny.
                    3. Again after 15 minutes later, upon non receipt of email, on 24.09.19, i called and explain my problem and inform executive that i am waiting for an email committed by executive during my previous call. Executive was not aware of anything and just transferred my call to supervisor.
                    4. Supervisor informed that they dont have such data and i can send email on [protected]@in. Airtel.com (Which is incorrect. Correct id is [protected]@airtel.com)

                    My question is that if this is the final situation, why i am not getting perfect reply from call center on my first call only.

                    I received call from airtel +91 [protected], and executive revert that airtel cant provide data on email and i have to wait for generation of my bill and in case o[censored]rgency i can buy data pack!!!

                    Besides, on email also, i am getting answer that airtel cant provide data on email and i have to wait for generation of my new bill.

                    I am requesting solution against following..
                    1. How airtel can exhaust my 68 gb data against showing usage of 20gb data,
                    2. When i can get my data back
                    3. What will be compensation against all hurdles i am facing without data as airtel has wiped out my data wrongly and illegally?
                    4. What will be compensation against time consumed by airtel in giving appropriate solution as call center is totally worthless.

                      Dear sir, my mobile no. Is [protected] i am using airtel network (Postpaid) for the past 7 years, i had changed postpaid to prepaid on 14/09/2019. From that day i had been complaining to airtel that i am unable to get or make any calls (Incoming & outgoing). Every time whenever i call to customer care they simply say it will get resolved in 48 hours. It has been 10 days till now but my problem has not been resolved. Kindly look into and help me as this no is registered in all my employee staff and relatives.

                        I had my karnataka airtel postpaid sim no.[protected] and since the last two months i am trying to disconnect which is i dont know why not possible, courtesy airtel's poor service and no prompt action on any of the complaints/suggestions. Can anyone pls let me know why should i pay for the billed amount after having being requested for a disconnection?

                          I've been using airtel over 10 years and a few days back i ported my postpaid to prepaid plan. Currently i'm facing an issue with my mobile data connectivity for 5-6 days. I'm unable to connect with internet and tried all the troubleshooting methods suggested by the customer service executive. Please understand that this issue is affecting my work as well.
                          Please consider this issue as a matter o[censored]rgency and resolve it asap.

                            Having complete network outage over two three mobths now. Raised a concern ticket for network outage and it's been a month didn't got any response or solutions. Called customer care service for multiple times yet didn't received any deadlines yet. Whereas i'm not able to make or receive calls creating a complete nuisance impacting in my professional life in a large scale. Looking for a solution as soon as possible.

                              This is shaik babs from bangalore, actually i was using vodafone sim due to some network issue i had ported to airtel from the day i was started using the sim for 2 days it's worked fine later my recharge got over i'm trying to reacharge it's happening atlot, i called so many times to the customer care they least bother about give a service, i think more than 8 times i called, completely my incoming, outgoing calls are blocked, i am not able to do any kind of banking transactions due to i am not getting otps also. Seriously i fedup with this. Kindly resolve this issue, i am expecting a call from you people that problem got resolved.

                                Airtel internet has suddenly become terrible since the past 3-4 months across bangalore. It was working well, now even images don't load and messages don't get sent. This is highly inconvenient because i depend on the internet for travel and online transactions. If this issue is not resolved soon i will have to look for an alternative service provider.

                                  I am using my number [protected] from more then 5 yrs i have also upgraded the sim to 4g it was all working fine until 3 days ago my cell phone suddenly lost its signal i tried to fix it but i couldnt i visited airtel stores they asked me to buy a new sim as they said that may be the sim was damaged, but it was not. While all this the store person told me that my surname in their system appears 2 times which is not matching with my adhaar card and pan card and due to this mistake they can not issue me the same number. I request you to please resolve my problem as this sim is registered with all my bank accounts and adhaar card too so i cant change my number. Help

                                  My airtel mobile hotspot is not working. Devices get connected, however say "No Internet". It is not due to the lack of network connectivity, for my data works for my phone. Kindly respond
                                  Sir. My Airtel digital TV lD no [protected] is not working properly due to error code B001 no signal but the company Airtel is not solving this problem. Pl take necessary action as possible. Thanks.

                                    I would like to inform you that my sim card with phone number [protected] has been lost and want a get a duplicate sim of the same number under my name: arnabi ghatak as soon as possible but presently in myanmar while my parents in india.in case you hand the card over to them it would be really helpful as the card will remain active by the time i will be reaching india back for use.

                                    I want to Port my Airtel sim into jio.for this i have to acquire unique Port code from airtel.to Get unique Port code i have tovsend an sms Port [protected] to 1900.but Airtel is not providing UPC .
                                    Our office is located in Gopalan global axis, whitefile, 560066. Once we enter the office premisis, there will be no network/poor network for internet.

                                    Could you please act on this ASAP.

                                    We are thinking to change the network to others who can give us proper value to our money.

                                      I am cardiology imprest store incharge at g b pant hospital new delhi-110002 my chamber is in c-block of said hospital no network available even to make a call in g b pant hospital new delhi-110002 facing problems by so many patients and their relatives coming on regular basis for treatment. They are unable to contact to each other.
                                      This is a big failure by airtel that it cannot resolve the network issue since a long time.
                                      Now, the condition is worst than ever before.

Which is approved by vodafone and yesterday night the voda sim is deactivated, but in airtel i am not getting any network, from morning i called 3times to airtel care but they are telling ### stories.
