I want to convert my airtle sim form postpaid to prepaid as the per month bill keeps on increasing every month. Whereas the bill for per month in airtle is coming around 450/- as if you compare Jio is providing services for 399/-rs for 3 months. Seems like airtle is charging triple the amount with no extra features.

    I recharge with 448rs via airtel app. By which i got 1.5 gb/ day + 400mb data xtra which i got in offer but after usage of 1.5gb after that when i try to use that 400mb it give me on 10-20 kbps speed. After i concerned about that issue i called customer care. And you all know what customer do. They said that "sir we re working on it, our technical support team will work on it and help u out asap" and that's it, i still have that issue.

      Hi sir,

      I tried to recharge the dth account[protected] with amount 330 but it failed, but money was deducted from account. I used google pay to recharge the dth.
      I logged complaint with google pay and they told me that airtel was unable to process the transaction (Upi transaction id:[protected]. So they manually forwarded the transaction to airtel but airtel hasn't processed yet.
      I tried reaching out to airtel support team, but they are not responding me properly.
      I want you to take a note and take a action on this.

        I have corporate connection with airtel and i also porting my other number from idea to airtel. So that i have total 14 number in corporate under airtel.
        I paid my bill on dt.[protected] through my cheque. But my cheque is debited on dt.[protected] why airtel local office paid by bill to late. Why airtel hold my cheque. Now my all numbers is deactivated due to no bill paid and no credit limit.
        I have face many problem. Now i am very upset from airtel office and airtel service. I dont want to use airtel after 3 months.

          To begin with, i was travelling abroad in the month of april 2019 because of which i took an airtel international roaming pack on my postpaid number for 1499/- in the month of march 2019. It got activated once i landed in the said country abroad. When i had taken the pack, i was told that it will be deactivated on the 10th day irrespective of where i am.
          I returned to india within the first week of april, which was hardly 5 days. I called the airtel customer service, where i was told that it was a one time charge and i do not need to deactivate it separately as the validity is for 10 days only.
          In the month of august, during the last week i had to travel abroad and had a layover for about 2 hours in the same country. But i did not need a pack so i had not activated it. I had taken the day pack where i was charged 649/-. Later in the bill, i noticed that i was also charged an amount of 1499/- on the same day on the same number. Without my consent or knowledge it was activated and charged. I did not receive any text message nor email for the activation of the ir pack worth 1499/-.

          I only got to know the charge was implemented when the bill came in on the 12th of september 2019. The bills are not available on the app "my airtel" either. I had to log in online thru my laptop and only then i could see the bill details. I called up the customer service where i spoke to ms. Saanya. She said that she has requested a call back to my number. Later another executive called me and said that i have to give the exact date and time for the call made for deactivation. I tried to reason with her saying that it is completely absurd for one to remember the details. I relayed my problem again and she says that i should have deactivated it she told me that they do not have a record for the call. If airtel does not have a record for a call made about 5 months ago, how do they expect me to provide such details!!

          Being a "gold"member is an absolute hoax as this is the scenario of their customer care. Once i asked to speak to the manager, she goes on to inform me that i will have to call 121 and request thru the automated call. And that she cannot help me.
          It is not about the amount of money but the fact that consent was not taken nor any information was given!!
          I hope to see this resolved sooner.

            We have been raising complaints and concerns over degraded services levels of airtel mobile but there has been no response from airtel at all.

            We have frequent call failures while talking n the mobile loosing the entire grip of the conversation/ discussions. Most of the time, there are no signals and no service n our handsets. We have been loyal customers of airtel for almost 20 years and have been paying up for the services that are not rendered to us and neither they are concerned about our complaints.

            Please help us to get a permanent solution to this problem or airtel should allow us to port our numbers on to a different provider, as whenever, we raise the mnp request, they start verbally assuring us of service improvements etc.

            Airtel, please stop duping us any further, due to your pathetic services, we have taken enough monetary losses,,,

              I am in amritpuri, street - 3, east of kailash,. I am facing airtel network issue at my place since last 3 years inspite of many complains to airtel customer. Every time they assure me that they are working on the problem but all in vain. I am fedup with this service.. I had 5 connections of airtel postpaid but now i ported 3 connections and have only 2 postpaid connection. If problem does not resolved i will surely port these 2 numbers too.
              This is the so called 'open network', and shows that largest network fails to provide a solution in most busy part of south delhi.

              Complete shame

              I am surely filing a formal complaint on a govt. Website too. But here it is to how the people how so called largest indian telecom company cheats its loyal user.

                Hi,

                I received a message from airtel that my port request is approved and by 10 pm my number will be ported.

                But at 10 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.
                I live alone and i have no way to communicate with others. Could you please look into it urgently..

                    I recently moved to telangana from Maharashtra. So I thought of changing circle from Airtel Maharashtra postpaid to Airtel telangana. I went to Airtel store Godavarikhani and bought sim new telangan postpaid sim as he informed me after 7 days if signal will disappear in existing sim then please insert the new telangana sim but my sim signal does not disappear rather my incoming calls and incoming messages are not coming and if any one calls it says phone number does not exist. I tried contacting Airtel customer care, nodal department no one helped me still I am unable to receive my calls and incoming messages to my mobile no [removed]. I really don't know what's wrong with them. What a stupid service they are providing, the worst part is they activated outgoing calls as usual to generate bill.when I contacted Airtel store they are saying it is still showing port in pending buy already 8 days over

                      Hai my self muruganathan from Salem tamilnadu .
                      I have changed my postpaid SIM to prepaid number on march month .while changing to prepaid the showroom people replied the aim deposit amount will be sent to your home address through cheque payment .
                      For last six months I was keep on asking
                      And now in showroom they replied it's not relevent to them, call to customer care
                      Customer care is telling it's not refundable
                      I have changed two numbers and for each number I have paid 500 rs deposit but now they are telling no cash
                      Very nice service from Airtel

                        In the recording, it has the prove of my sexual insult done by in-laws and my marital relationship is getting hampered.
                        I need to prove to my husband the humiliating statements made by my mother-in-law to my mother. Also I need this as we appealed for divorce and I need the prove for humiliation.

                          I am not able to recharge my airtel prepaid number online. The only way I can recharge my prepaid number is by visiting the store(Not even retail recharge vendors). I have been facing this problem from last 6 months after porting my number from JIO to Airtel. I think visiting store just for recharge is not a good thing. Hope you understand.

                            My dear friends and everyone,

                            Don't ever go for airtel digital tv connection in your life if you are not willing to be harassed and my sincere request is to stop using the service immediately if you have been using as soon as possible.

                            They have started looting money from customers without providing the basic service. I am sure the dark clouds have already come and it is gonna vanish from the competition very very soon as soon as jio is launched.

                            I am gonna share my wonderful experience when opting for airtel digital tv connection.

                            On 2nd of july 2019 i have made a full complete payment for getting a new connection with a plan as committed by one of their representative..

                            Till today i am not able to watch any channel of my choice which is included in my pack. I have raised this concern the very next day and still airtel folks are stuck with initial phase process and busy in advertisements rather than looking into the real life matters. God knows what r&d stuff they are doing.

                            It's a request to you # that have a simple approach to any issue raised by any customer so that he/she don't have to explain everything from the beginning all the time.

                            Every-time i received a response from customer care that application is down, server is down blah blah :p and we were not able to check your exact issue at the moment and will contact you in a short notice which is more than 1 month for the fastest network service provide. However to my dissatisfaction i never ever got a call from them on agreed day/time but then again i used to call them consistently to know about the connection status however as always they started telling stories from beginning and say sorry in every sentence that they speak and end up with no concrete solution and as usual do their regular routine of asking the same question again and again and again...

                            By any chance if the technical person comes also he will check error code in tv in 5 mins and will suggest to call customer care and confidently says that it's not their problem. From this experience you all can understand how much interest they show to resolve any customer issue.

                            Last hope i had is sending email to escalation team but this team even works worst than the customer care agents and don’t show any interest. The problem is basic protocol they don’t follow as they directly approach customers without going through issue first on their end. Its sad that a company spending millions on add but not able to figure out a simple and humble approach to sort out a simple issue.

                            When ever you call their response will be ‘what happened madam what is the issue’ then customers should again start from the beginning and explain the whole story without going mad and to their ease the response you get is ‘we will contact you soon'. Even after they that they don't do the follow-up on this at all and share the action items they have performed to resolve it from their end.

                            By going through this painfull process they expect the customer to be patient and have enough time to expain everything from beginning all the time and to continue with airtel digital tv service. Moreover even till date for not even one day ti am able to watch anything on my tv.

                            It's my humble request to not spend a penny on this fraud company and instead wait a bit longer and go for jio or else with some local service provider whose service are far better compared to the company who lies everytime saying "fastest network". Do you guys even have a bit of shame. If not then go and wash your face you are out of this league.

                            Till today i have approached below airtel person for resolving my airtel tv connection problem on a daily basis for more than a month however i have never ever got any positive response.

                            Even i have spoken with the higher management in past and last saturday with monica, today kavya blah blah however with a sad note ended up with a bright solution to recharge my account with a new my plan. To what level have you guys have gone and how shameless you are even to taltk like this and i am sure to this point no one has even understood the problem.

                            All my family and relatives were fond of airtel, i promise that you loose everyone that is close to me and my family.


                            # have some dignity and respect for the customers if you wanna survive else your end is very close.

                            In Aug month one of the representative aggreed for giving 3month service free as they prolonged this connection so long and even today its not resolve so if airtel is really wanted to resolve this issue then it should give 6months service free on attached committed plan which i ever got it from them till today.

                              I have been a postpaid customer of airtel for over a decade. I always have an official number with international roaming and a personal number in which international number was never activated.
                              Last month when i went to usa, the international roaming as per new airtel policy is automatically activated, and i have been levied 648 rupees day pack on every day - as there were some marketing calls that came in or marketing sms

                              I have verified from airtel care that there is no international roaming request activation from me via internet or phone or service request. Airtel claims these are activated by default and it is my problem not to remove the sim.

                              This is ridiculous

                                My sim got deactivated without prior info. My sim number [protected]. Its last recharge was august 25th 2019. Everymonth i am making recharge and sim was also in use. But with out any info they simply deactivated my sim. Customer care or the airtel store, no one is giving proper info or supporting us. Please help me in reactivating my sim. And kindly take necessary action for not getting repeated. Kindly help in reactivation of sim asap

                                  Hi, i have been with airtel for the last 12 to 14 years and my number is[protected]. I have been facing severe call drops and data issues eschpeially at home and enrage my office. I have many incidences of important business calls dropped. I have raised multiple complaints with 121 and all they have to say is there is a new tower coming up and the airtel app which has a link to check speed has been showing a new tower coming up soon near my residence for the last over a year. I have a family plan of 1599 and i am responsible to make payments.in my recent complaint on the above issue i have categorically mentioned that am not willing to make payment till the issue is resolved and the issue still persists. Airtel is harassing my kid and my father who are part of the family plan with constant automated calls for payments which they are not responsible as i am the primary account holder for the plan. This is harassment of my kid who is 12 years old and he keeps asking my pappa why can't you make the payment and do you have money. This is ridiculous that airtel can fall so cheap in the competition to just survive. I wish either the get their services to the level that i have always known them for or just closed down.

                                    I upgraded to airtel internet tv set top box and paid 2249 for the same. Within one month the company launched xstream set top box at 2249. When i asked them to upgrade they are asking me to pay 2249 again to upgrade.
                                    They intentionally sold me an old technology and now asking me to pay the same price again for upgrade within one month which is an absolute fraud with customers.

                                        I recharged for international roaming pack on an airtel number for rs. 3599 for spain on 8/09/2019. But shockingly, there was no airtel network in spain. I called the customer care multiple times to know the issue as there was no use of the pack untill and unless, there is a network. After, trying every possible setting changes as instructed by the customer care representatives, they later told that the network would be named as "orange (Amena)" and my sister should try connecting that. Still in vain, as there was no such network named "orange (Amena)" as told by them. There were other different networks starting with orange name but all were forbidden (Screenshot provided). I have kept reaching out to them but did not get positive response from the. The user even changed the phone to check the network connection but all in vain. There is no airtel network working at all in spain and they kept lying to us to extort money. There is no airtel network working there. We asked before the recharge but they lied to us about the network. I want all my money to be returned immediately as they have fooled us but they are refusing the refund.
                                        So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
