My dear friends and everyone,
Don't ever go for airtel digital tv connection in your life if you are not willing to be harassed and my sincere request is to stop using the service immediately if you have been using as soon as possible.
They have started looting money from customers without providing the basic service. I am sure the dark clouds have already come and it is gonna vanish from the competition very very soon as soon as jio is launched.
I am gonna share my wonderful experience when opting for airtel digital tv connection.
On 2nd of july 2019 i have made a full complete payment for getting a new connection with a plan as committed by one of their representative..
Till today i am not able to watch any channel of my choice which is included in my pack. I have raised this concern the very next day and still airtel folks are stuck with initial phase process and busy in advertisements rather than looking into the real life matters. God knows what r&d stuff they are doing.
It's a request to you # that have a simple approach to any issue raised by any customer so that he/she don't have to explain everything from the beginning all the time.
Every-time i received a response from customer care that application is down, server is down blah blah :p and we were not able to check your exact issue at the moment and will contact you in a short notice which is more than 1 month for the fastest network service provide. However to my dissatisfaction i never ever got a call from them on agreed day/time but then again i used to call them consistently to know about the connection status however as always they started telling stories from beginning and say sorry in every sentence that they speak and end up with no concrete solution and as usual do their regular routine of asking the same question again and again and again...
By any chance if the technical person comes also he will check error code in tv in 5 mins and will suggest to call customer care and confidently says that it's not their problem. From this experience you all can understand how much interest they show to resolve any customer issue.
Last hope i had is sending email to escalation team but this team even works worst than the customer care agents and donât show any interest. The problem is basic protocol they donât follow as they directly approach customers without going through issue first on their end. Its sad that a company spending millions on add but not able to figure out a simple and humble approach to sort out a simple issue.
When ever you call their response will be âwhat happened madam what is the issueâ then customers should again start from the beginning and explain the whole story without going mad and to their ease the response you get is âwe will contact you soon'. Even after they that they don't do the follow-up on this at all and share the action items they have performed to resolve it from their end.
By going through this painfull process they expect the customer to be patient and have enough time to expain everything from beginning all the time and to continue with airtel digital tv service. Moreover even till date for not even one day ti am able to watch anything on my tv.
It's my humble request to not spend a penny on this fraud company and instead wait a bit longer and go for jio or else with some local service provider whose service are far better compared to the company who lies everytime saying "fastest network". Do you guys even have a bit of shame. If not then go and wash your face you are out of this league.
Till today i have approached below airtel person for resolving my airtel tv connection problem on a daily basis for more than a month however i have never ever got any positive response.
Even i have spoken with the higher management in past and last saturday with monica, today kavya blah blah however with a sad note ended up with a bright solution to recharge my account with a new my plan. To what level have you guys have gone and how shameless you are even to taltk like this and i am sure to this point no one has even understood the problem.
All my family and relatives were fond of airtel, i promise that you loose everyone that is close to me and my family.
# have some dignity and respect for the customers if you wanna survive else your end is very close.

Updated by Mamatha Sanga In Aug month one of the representative aggreed for giving 3month service free as they prolonged this connection so long and even today its not resolve so if airtel is really wanted to resolve this issue then it should give 6months service free on attached committed plan which i ever got it from them till today.
