Airtel internet has suddenly become terrible since the past 3-4 months across bangalore. It was working well, now even images don't load and messages don't get sent. This is highly inconvenient because i depend on the internet for travel and online transactions. If this issue is not resolved soon i will have to look for an alternative service provider.

    Dear sir,
    I am using my number [protected] from more then 5 yrs i have also upgraded the sim to 4g it was all working fine until 3 days ago my cell phone suddenly lost its signal i tried to fix it but i couldnt i visited airtel stores they asked me to buy a new sim as they said that may be the sim was damaged, but it was not. While all this the store person told me that my surname in their system appears 2 times which is not matching with my adhaar card and pan card and due to this mistake they can not issue me the same number. I request you to please resolve my problem as this sim is registered with all my bank accounts and adhaar card too so i cant change my number. Help

    I am pot our simcard from idea to Airtel .our simcard run being but verification process does not occur because we have not received any kind of OTP to verify the simcard number. To this problem my number is not working
    My airtel mobile hotspot is not working. Devices get connected, however say "No Internet". It is not due to the lack of network connectivity, for my data works for my phone. Kindly respond
    Sir. My Airtel digital TV lD no [protected] is not working properly due to error code B001 no signal but the company Airtel is not solving this problem. Pl take necessary action as possible. Thanks.

      I would like to inform you that my sim card with phone number [protected] has been lost and want a get a duplicate sim of the same number under my name: arnabi ghatak as soon as possible but presently in myanmar while my parents in india.in case you hand the card over to them it would be really helpful as the card will remain active by the time i will be reaching india back for use.

      I want to Port my Airtel sim into jio.for this i have to acquire unique Port code from airtel.to Get unique Port code i have tovsend an sms Port [protected] to 1900.but Airtel is not providing UPC .
      Our office is located in Gopalan global axis, whitefile, 560066. Once we enter the office premisis, there will be no network/poor network for internet.

      Could you please act on this ASAP.

      We are thinking to change the network to others who can give us proper value to our money.
      I lost my mobile today i have 2 sim cards so please provide me anew sim card with the same mobile number thankyou
      I am not received 4g speed internet from last 20days. I am getting a speed of 10kbps. If it will continue long I gonna change my network

        I am cardiology imprest store incharge at g b pant hospital new delhi-110002 my chamber is in c-block of said hospital no network available even to make a call in g b pant hospital new delhi-110002 facing problems by so many patients and their relatives coming on regular basis for treatment. They are unable to contact to each other.
        This is a big failure by airtel that it cannot resolve the network issue since a long time.
        Now, the condition is worst than ever before.

            My number which i kept for porting is [protected]
            I requested for port from idea to airtel.
            My idea got disconnected saying the request has been processed but when i insert the airtel sim card it shows no signal for me to call 59059 to activate.
            Please fix it asap or i have to take action against such irresponsible stuff!
            Don't make a bad impression at the start airtel! Fix this asap within 24hrs.

              Our service provider is not providing us service properly. They are not taking our complaint seriously and just taking money from us everytime but our problem remains unsolved. We have communicated with them but still they are not showing any importance to us. We are not able to watch our tv due to this problem. Please see to it. We are facing very much problem.                 Here, the internet speed in our region is terrible... My friend had already complained to the customer care. They claimed to solve the issue by a week ago... But the issue hasn't been solved. You are claiming that you are providing the india's fastest network. Please make that true in our region also..

                    My prepaid number got deactivated because i didn't use it as i was studying in the us. I would like to get it activated as i've given this number everywhere - bank, aadhar card, pan card; it's been linked to all my accounts and the company says i have no choice but to activate it to postpaid. And pay 500 rupees for 4 months, even if i won't be using it.
                    Please let me know if there is any other way around this.

                    I also know that this number has not been given to anybody else. I still use this number in my Whatsapp account and it works fine.

                      Airtel is carefully trying to milk customers by enabling international roaming on customer's mobile as soon as one lands in a foreign country and these packs cannot be disabled by it's app as they have cleverly turned this off so that consumer is now helpless and will get a bill corresponding to his entire stay in the foreign country. There is no way for customers to wiggle out of this as they hide behind fine print which is embedded deep beneath in their documentation which weak courts and consumer law in this country cannot help with.

                        I was doing this 35 recharge for so many times in past and i used to get talk time balance in my main balance. Now when i recharged that amount went to package balance which will expire after 28 days.

                        Airtel always tells us to check *121# for recharge. I did same.in that i selected this 35 recharge option. It didnt say that 26 rs of talk time will go to package balance.
                        Its a fake information. If you update any plan then you should inform customers. There is no such info in *121#. Now i am fooled.

                          I a longstating airtel customer changed to post paid services when approched airtel office at thrissur i was asked toclear the bill amont 890. As thi not tallied the bill amount of my plan. Clear my doubt they told that i have changed my plan. I have never wanted a change nor i have been advised of the change either by mail/ sms/notification etc. It is illegal to change the plan without my request/consent

                            I got a pre-paid airtell dongle in december when i was visiting my parents in india, kolkata.
                            The number is: [protected]

                            I was told that it was a one-time 6 month pre-paid dongle. I paid the amount, and was under the impression that in june, once the 6 month ends, the account would automatically cancel.

                            But, i have received 2 bills for july and august, which went to my spam. My mother is being threatened by airtell billing department.

                            I am trying to cancel it online, but your website is so sub-standard, nothing can be done.

                            I have tried to pay the bill, and it would not accept my credit cards. The error says : "no suitable gateway can be found for the requested transactions."

                            I need the following :
                            1. Please cancel this account asap.
                            2. Please email me a confirmation that you have cancelled the account
                            3. Please let me know why i am being charged for july and august, when the person who sold me the dongle at the airtell office said it was for 6 months. Please ensure your sales representatives do not mislead customers.

                              Amount not refunded for incorrect bill to bank-

                              Airtel accepted they had generated an incorrect bill of more than rs 4000 /-. They said they will adjust the amount in future bills. As i want to disconnect using airtel connection, i have called them almost 10 times in the last few days to as for refund in my bank account - no response. Everytime its downtime for connection or they promise to call back and never call.

                              I am trying to get the refund for incorrect bill since 20 august bill generation. They have already charged for september bill when i didnt even want to use airtel anymore and was using another card whole time.
                              Really frustrated with the service - airtel is not disconnecting my connection and keeping on paying the bills by the refunded amount.

                                  I opted for a unlimited call and daily data pack for 365 days. Now whenever i make a call to a service number my balance gets deducted. Why do you say it's unlimited then?? It's not mentioned anywhere explicitly. I even called the customer care and he says it's mentioned in terms and conditions that some numbers are excluded!!! What terms and conditions and where? While recharging there are no terms and conditions mentioned anywhere, just details of the pack having daily data and unlimited calls.
                                  This is cheating customers upfront.. You make them pay a hefty price and then again deduct money again. I have attached the screen shot where the offer details are mentioned and when clicking payment it directly takes to payment gateway. Where is the terms and conditions mentioning 'some service numbers are excluded? ' and what's the definition of some???

                                    Hi team,

                                    It’s been more than five years using airtel dth and the service is too bad. On sep 1st week i have raised complaint as i was not getting any channels. Technician came after two three days and changed the receiver. Even though all channels were not coming. Later he told to change the wire and i said if that works then you can change the wire. He told he will come next day. But till today i have been calling and he didnt turn up. When i raised this issue to customer care they are just taking daily new request and not resolving the issue.
                                    I sincerely request to take action on this.

                                      But after entering sim card i am not getting any network and neither i am able to call any customer care

                                        This channel providing us bundle pack rs.233 and when we added only two channels colors and Sony sab, our monthly rental is being rs 466 but channel selection category shown for these two channels monthly rental have only 19 rupees each but they have started all channels which I have not selected. Which is too much costly for me. Please solve this
