Im facing this problem about 3 months ago,
When i finish my daily data, here also a offer to boost data with rs 48/- (3 gb data) and this validity belongs to our monthly pack validity, i tried so many times, i think i lost morethan 12 gb, i can't use this data balance, don't know why.
I try to contact customer care, and tell about the issue that i'm facing,
They tell me that it will be fine and u can use ur data balance within 24 hours,
I was call them so many times but no use,
They are cheating me
When i purchase this pack of 48 rupees..,
In my airtel app i can see this data balance in my airtel application account
But i can't use this
Im irritated this because of the last flood in kerala,
Im also a volunteer in kerala floods
That time i want data connection for evrything,
For help others and sending the needs of peoples to the authorites..
But that time airtel behaving the same to me..
I forgive that
But now its still they doing the same
Am not only the person who facing this problem
Or the victim of the case.
The airtel telecom is utilizing peopel's silence
And doing froudster things to customers,
I want to complaint about this to the consumer court in india
Im also a working employee
No one will give money to me for free
I have more value for my money
