Vijayanagar 2nd stage, Mysore is busy area where most IT guys stay.
Airtel signal internet speed is pathetic in this area. Complained multiple times to customer care, but they preach only what has been taught, “Signal strength shows excellent, please restart phone and check”

    I've ported my number [protected] from airtel maharashtra circle to airtel mumbai circle on 31st august 2019.

    But my old sim stopped working in 4th september and when i inserted my new sim card then i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both (Even the old one) sim cards are not working.

    My retailer then gave me a new sim card saying may be there is issue with the sim. He also said it will get activated in 2 hours. But thanks to your "great" service. It is still not working.

    Then i contacted on a customer care number. I spoke to the "expert" guy. He said it will take 7 days to port my number and in this period both the cards (Old one also) won't work. C'mon guys! 24hours is fine but 7 days??? Are you kidding me?

    I also dropped a mail to airtel. Firstly they said this number is not registered user. Then they said this number is not registered under this email id and they are providing me a registration link.
    How would i register my number when i can't get otp on it??? What are you guys doing?

    Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. This is my primary number and i'm frustrated because my both sims are not working now.

    Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim.

    If you are not able to port my number then at least start my old sim.

    Hoping my issue will be resolved asap.

      I am a 6-month old airtel postpaid user. I intend to use this network for voice, video calling & internet browsing etc. The issue with this network is that since beginning of the month i started this connection, there was vigorous call-drops in between. Numerous cross connections faced. Even though the situation gets worsen when i do browsing.
      And each day, the same problem is faced, even after repeated complaints being lodged.
      Instead i pay rs 600 on average each month with rs 499 plan.

      The authorities don't intend to solve the problem, rather lodging complaints only... The same issue being reiterated each & every time i get call from technical team.

      It's pathetic to continue with this connection anymore, number portability is the only option left, after paying hefty amount every month.

      My suggestion, is improve quality of your connection and retain existing customers, otherwise bulk of people are planning to shift to jio.

      The worst is gonna be coming for u.

          Sir, i am a regular airtel customer for more than 5 years. And they deduct balance frequently from my account. Yesterday 5th sept. They deduct rs 26.65 as soon as as i recharge my number. I didn't get any message from airtel. I recharge my sim every month. I couldn't call them because both the customer care numbers 121 and 198 are chargeable. And my current balance is 0.1. Seeking a reasonable reply from airtel as soon as possible. Thank you.

              I lost mobile (No. [protected]) on 05th august'2019 and blocked my prepaid sim card. I submitted required documents for name/user change to get sim card at gudiyattam airtel office, vellore district, tamil nadu.

              Even after 21 days, i didn't get my prepaid sim card for the number: [protected]. Every day i am calling airtel office for sim card and airtel staffs says that they will call back once it is ready.

              But i think, they will never call me as they are not interested to work.

              I am suffering because of poor service by gudiyattam airtel office.

              Please take necessary action to get my sim card.

                    I have an airtel prepaid connection and i have been using axis bank credit card so whenever i face any issue with axis bank credit card then i call to axis bank credit card support team.

                    The axis toll-free helpline numbers are below

                    But when i call from my airtel number then each time airtel company deducted amount from my balance.

                    I also call from my jio number then no amount detected by jio.

                    One more thing is that when i call to axis bank helpline and once i connect with axis helpline and the computer tells some instructions for example i mentioned below.

                    If you want to get information about your credit card so please press this number.
                    This is the time when airtel start balance deduction from computer instructions and continue deduct the amount while service executive are busy.

                    I am attaching a screenshot for your reference.

                        Is airtel expecting us to be without internet for more than a week? Any number of calls will fetch the same answer. Is this quality if service we are expecting from well known brand airtel. Writing this here because we are facing this issue in second time.

                          We paid for our airtel dth services on 29 november 2018, rs 7166 for the whole year. The services were detained on 1st september, 2019 in the name of some change in the package. Also, a channel named miniplex was added to our package by misinforming us about it. The amount was being deducted from our account without our approval. Now after the payment for one whole month, our services remain valid for just 14 days and we can see only the free channels despite payment completion.

                            Cannot make or receive calls and call quality when it does connect, is very poor with breaking voice. Even when I am at work, the network gets disconnected and I am not able to receive any calls. From home also there is no network and I have tried contacting 121, 198. I am just bombarded with unnecessary information and useless promotional material asking me to enjoy 4G on the network. How? Your network is unusable, I have to switch to 3G to sometimes get some network. I ported Airtel from Tamil Nadu to Karnataka circle and thought things would be better. But no.
                            I have been facing the same pathetic quality of network in Tamil Nadu as Karnataka. Please resolve this issue since it is unbearable to not have communications. I have been a customer of airtel for a long time, but now your quality truly has degraded and I'd be forced to switch network since this is a very persistent issue here. There is also no 4G network access 90% of time. Pathetic network in key area like Marathahalli, Bangalore.
                            Either fix the issue, or please refund me my recharge for the month so I can happily port to a different network. This is unacceptable now.

                              I did wrong Airtel dth recharge of 300 on another account within 1 hrs I update to customer care they said it will be refund in 48 hrs. After one week communicate with customer care they said they have refund and it will automatically come once recharge finish. After one month I contacted them and they said due to insufficient balance channel are blocked I said where is 300 RS they said it's in ur account but u have transfer 119 rupees to another account which I never did. I ask where I transfer they said they HV no info they will contact in 24 hrs. Today I got call and said that 119rs. Is there transfer fees ? OMG this surpyme never ever any customer care said me that there is service fees of 40% to bring amount back from another account it's shocked me...i ask them to send me there policy regarding this but they did not have anything...

                              I m a blogger and I shall write to people of India that the Airtel dth work by this way...shame on this if they said this earlier then I never ask them to refund.

                              Never ever recommend Airtel dth I m going to change this fraud customer care and company...

                                I have bought data card fronm airtel for my office use. Sales person was told specifically that i need data card as well as airtel 4g wifi dongle for internet use in my office. I was told dongle would be available later as he would place order far the same. But the sales person could not provide me with airtel 4g wifi dongle as promised so the data card was not used.                                   This is pandiarajan. I am not getting any messages including otp for bank transaction in my mobile network (Airtel). I recharged for a year and lost my money due to otp issue and can't change other network immediately. I complained customer care. They didn't understand the serious ness and they are giving serveral days time look when i call every day. Very very bad experience with airtel network.
