very weak signals 4g/3g

I purchased a airtel prepaid sim in the month of march'19. Since than 4g/3g signals are too weak, in house as well as outside. I seldom am able to use internet. I made complaint at local level with no avail. They said, possibly my handset is old (Samsung s4/2015). So i purchased new handset vivo v11 spending 24000/-.
But no change in signal status. Later on i also sent mail to airtel. They replied that we are working on it. But still...

I am not able to use internet from yesterday morning.

I have just portable number in to airtel postpaid. And i am not able to use internet from yesterday morning. When i try to call on 121 and 198 and press 9 to talk customer care executive person then automatically call get cut. I have tried to call on 12118 they have raised service tickets, reference number :[protected] and[protected] respectively. And both are closed now, but still i am not able to access internet....

airtel vendor charging 150/- inr for sim replacement/duplicate sim.

Dear sir, this is dr anil kumar p, i lost my mobile so i blocked my airtel mobile number, so i visited nearest customer care for sim replacement/duplicate sim, they asked me to pay 150/- which is unfair, i said customer care said 25/-, they refused to listen, asked to go to mahbubnagar/hyderabad which is 20/100 km respectively. I request stop/cancel his license for cheating the person. vendor number [protected], refused to share his name....

fraud calls steal data from this site

I just received a fraud call and he has my complaint details. He said that he want my debit card details to verify my transaction and revert the action of last recharge. But smartly i won't give him all these details because i knw airtel is not responsible for refund and they never ask for card details they already have all details.

airtel dth new connection

Today i applied new dth connection through online and i give my contact no. And airtel customer exc. Contacted me and said for my sd pack set of box 1300 + 277 for 1st month inc. Instal and delivery and informed local delar will contact you. Since local delar asked me 200rs add installation chrg.
I called your customers care they said they dont know about my booking my chargebis 1700rs (Boking#[protected]

dth companies doing fraud with consumers

Airtel dth is showing recharge plane rs 295 online and collecting 495 on the same recharge on the same pack saying 200 rs is taxes
I wanted to ask trai that what type of tax they apply here

And we also get less channels after trai new regulations
By paying the same amount
New regulations are not beneficiary for consumers it is now beneficial for operator companies only...

sim change not activated even after 144 hours!!!

Step 1 - applied for a sim change on 01 may 2018, the sla was 48 hours for activation but the store representative promised lesser time.
Step 2 - post 48 hours the sim was not active, called up 121 and registered a complaint and was given another 48 hours time line, with promises from the manager that this will be high priority.
Step 3 - sim still was not active post the 56 hours time line, called 121 and they stated my complaint...

reactivation of an old airtel prepaid number

I m highly annoyed by the dth service of airtel dth service, my account balance expires 10 days before than the due date, i recharged my airtel dth with the monthly pack of 360 rs. recharge and customer care behaviour

I requested for talktime balance recharge but i was mislead by sending me a message for unlimited talk time which i recharged but the balance did not top up. When i put my request in customer care they were very rude to not help me and instead told me to do a different recharge.
This misleading and rude behaviour will lead the company to loose old customers and loose a good reputation....

network signals and internet

Airtel signals are worst in our locality... Internet services are also worst... We don't have even 2g also properly... So please resolve our problem as soon as possible.. Atleast try to improve till 3g... We don't have 4g towers so we depend on 3g services only... So please its a request to solve the issue as soon as possible... This is second time iam complaining about the issue so please try to solve it atleast this time......

My setup box stopped working all of sudden. I have raised an issue and the technician arrived after 2 days. He said the setup box needs to be replaced and as they don't have HD -DVR setup box with them. I have to take new connection again. I have 3 months left for the 1 year package I took.
