I am an airtel user living in trivandrum city.. I'm a student and i have lots of seminars and presentations to be done for which i have to use internets.. But i'm not even properly getting a 3g network.. When i choose lte i can't even open the google page.. This makes me very tough to manage.. Totally disappointed with your network... Kindly do some necessary measures as soon as possible

    Hi,
    I had got a duplicate sim after losing my phone. The sim was supposed to be activated in few hours on calling customer care they said that its activated but i havent got any network in the sim card. Ihad tried changing slots and also changed the phone but still no network. My mobile number is [protected]. Ihad bought the duplicate sim from saki naka mumbai on 25th may.

      fraud transaction from airtel payments bank

      I got an call from an airtel executive with (Number-*[protected]‬) on 25th may at around 11:45 am. They had called regarding an issue with my login to airtel money for which i had already raised couple of mails (Pfa the reference for the same).
      That person on the call told that he had sent an otp to my number, and to share it with him so that he can reset mpin. After that otp was shared, he told that mpin has been reset successfully...

      There is the issue with calling facility. Recently I was tried to call different number and I can hear ring but other side no call received. This happened many times. Sometimes call connected but after few minutes it's automatically get disconnected and no network showing in the mobile. I am facing this issue from last 2-3 months. I tried to call Airtel customer care but not able to reach them as it's automatically get disconnected.

        Our factory Orchid Pharma is Located at Alathur near Thiruporur -Tamilnadu our employees having CUG / post paid Connections more than 450 nos but we don't get signal in side the factory premises for the last 6 months but out side the factory we get weak signal We complained many times to Airtel but no response please look into this on priority

          I have contacted airtel broadband office for getting connection and they have asked me to pay 500 rupees as installation fee and i paid and transaction not successful. They said this amount will be refunded in 7 days. So based on their request i paid 500 rs. Again. This time it was successful but they refused provide connection because they had some issues with broadband. They said that these two transactions amount will be refunded to me in 7 days but not refunded.

          This is very bad experience with airtel and i lost 1000 rs in total.

            How can you charge fine for discharge of connection?
            If, it is write customer paid for disconnection? As per trai guidline
            where it is mentioned, pls, refer us. When customer can not use the
            service why he paid? which is the technical defect of company. Clear
            us about this.

              I have upgraded my airtel dth connection (Dth number: [protected]) from normal set-top box to airtel internet 4k set-top box on 21st may, 2019 by paying rs. 2, 000/-. And it was worked very well for 1 day and stopped working from 22nd may, 2019 6 pm.

              So, i have called customer care and given complaint. Initially they said that they will send their service executive within 24 hours and provided the service engineer name & contact number. For my complaint, airtel has given the reference number #89486442 through sms.

              But till now the service engineer has not came for resolution and not even called us. And moreover, when am calling to the service engineer number which was provided by airtel dth customer care through sms is not reaching. When am calling, it is saying that the number is not exist.

              Am keep on calling airtel dth customer care since yesterday and today also called, everytime they are saying that wait for the day & wait for the day and the service engineer will come for repair by 2:30 pm. So yesterday i have called after 2:30 pm, they asked to wait till 9:00 pm. And again i have called after 9:00 pm, they have asked to wait till today 1st hour.

              And today i have called again at 11:00 am to customer care and am surprising here from them the same answer i. E. Wait till 2:30 pm today. By listening their fake promises & service, finally i have asked them to take a request for disconnection of my airtel dth instead of repair and provide refund of my amount which i have paid for up-gradation. They are not accepting to take my request for disconnection of my dth and they are not even giving solution for my problem.

              Finally i have come for conclusion that the airtel will provide such a worst service among all other dth connections in india & they will not give value to their customers. It is very disgusting and unacceptable service by the airtel dth. By this shocking incident, i have also asked my friends/relatives to cancel their dth who ever using airtel and suggested to go with some other network which is best available in their area other than airtel.

              Never ever recommendable airtel dth/mobile/internet to anyone. Such a worst network in india.

              Please find below of my airtel dth details and cancel my connection and process the refund at the earliest am also planning to take tata sky.

                Recently i converted from postpaid to prepaid and still i am not able to do the recharge.
                Also when i called customer care the response was very rude and when i told that i only wanted to do 35 rupees recharge just to get my number going they said you can't do that recharge and you need to do 129 rupees unlimited recharge and it is mandatory.
                I changed the number to postpaid because the connection was very poor and the network connectivity was too slow and without saying they had changed my plan from cug to 149 and when i called customer care the response was like very very rude, i am not enjoying the service for free, i am paying for it so i have rights to get the response and still i had to pay 175 fpr for the pack i never used and once again they are telling i have to do unlimited recharge..
                Do something or i am going to cancel my sim. I have been using it since 20 years and so you're going to lose a valuable customer.

                    Due to cyclone fani our dishtv just brokeout and we're unable to avail the services. It's been nearly a month this problem isn't fixed yet. We had recharged a huge amount but are unable to view the channels due to this issue.

                    Even after calling to the nearest service centers there's no response from them. Neither any action taken after filling a complaint over the app.

                    They're neither working out things the way it should be done.

                    Even if we recharged we were unable to avail the services due to this cyclone.

                      On 24th may 2019, around 2pm, my daily data limit of 1.5 gb data was exhausted and i needed more data so i recharged my phone number [protected] with a 6 gb booster pack of rs.98. I used approx 500-600mb data through usb tethering on my pc according to both my phone (Tethering/hotspot data used) and my pc (Data used in given duration) then after using my phone for a while, i checked my data balance in the airtel thanks app and it showed that i only had 288 mb remaining data. I thought maybe its a glitch on my end so i contacted the airtel customer care (121) and they told me the same thing that i had used 5.8 gb of data. This is extremely intolerable that airtel just deducted such a huge amount of my unused data for no reason and the customer care isn't ready to help me in the matter.

                        This is asgar and my dth customer id - [protected]

                        I had recharged my dth on 20.05-19 for 2 of my set top box for the amount rs.2391/- on advice of your call center person.

                        Next day my connection was disconnected and the issue was negative 247 balance.

                        Calling your customer care :-

                        Then my hurdle with call center started. Tried calling your call center many times and your ivr is too lengthy and after a point it does work properly (And you guys claim to be user and customer friendly. Shame on you)

                        After many attempts when i reach your call center i have to tell the entire story from the beginning to your executive. After listening to it he will transfer the call to your floor supervisor.

                        Sometimes the call get disconnected when its transfered and like a helpless dog i have to sit and cry for wasting such a long time and again start from first by dailing airtel customer service.

                        So after few attempts i would reach the floor manager, who will help redeem the account for a day. And promise to resolve the issue with in 24 hours of time.

                        This story continued for the last 5 days.

                        Imagine the stress i have gone through in last 4 days dealing with your call center.

                        Finally got a call from airtel telling me that i have recharged for a wrong amount.

                        1. Who is selecting executives for your call center?

                        2. What sort of training you give them?

                        3. Why was i dragged for 4 long days to identify the issue?

                        And even today i was asked to recharge for 250 to activate my account, i did the same but only one account was activate and other account was showing negative balance.

                        So, i recharged my other account with another rs.250/- but when i did that, i turned to be postive rs.254/- balance.

                        What sort of system you are running in the background?

                        If you dont have a proper customer support system why do you want us to buy your products.

                        I repeat, pathetic & worst service i have ever seen in my life time!!!

                        With all this regrets,

                        "i would request you to cancel my dth service" even though i have 6 months of paid service left in my account. I would like to discontinue from a service who doesn't give a damn about its customer.

                        Please consider this as my letter of request for cancellation.

                        Above all, the number which i could track for calling nodal officer of airtel is also not working.

                        For god sake, dont tell me you guys are in service industry.

                            We've been complaining saying that there is a lot of problem with the dth services. It comes once and doesn't come after 15 mins n says to check the dish but there is no problem here. We called the airtel customer care and spoke about the problem and they say us to check it here or call the boy who comes n checks it, the service boy comes he checks and says call the airtel office because it's a problem from there and he takes money and goes. It's been repeating agn n agn n there is no proper responce from the airtel office. This is the seriously the worst. We wanted to change to some other dth services but we can't because we already paid the amount for one year of dth service and not able to change it. Really hating the services. Either send someone to check it and solve the problem or give us a return if the payment for the package we took for an year so that we can change the dth services.

                              My mobile service provider had activated international roaming during my business trip to denmark via qatar without my approval or consent. Travel date was from 20th april to 4th may 2019.

                              I have not requested activation of international roaming. They are now charging rs 8000+ for activation of international roaming for two zones.

                              This is unacceptable. Please help to wave of the international roaming charges.

                                Airtel has charged me for mobile being turned on while in international roaming.
                                I went to a near by country for business work and after reaching switched on my phone after reaching the airport. I got a message saying, to activate international roaming, send message to some xyz number - which i didn’t.

                                Later i tried to login to free internet at the airport, did some messages and took a local connection.

                                After my return i saw some message saying international roaming was activated on your phone, and i raised my concern on it and got a reply that made me feel there is nothing to worry about my bill.

                                But when my bill cane, airtel has charged me 1000 inr for some auto activation package and when i am debating it, they are saying if we don’t activate this you will be charged 13400 inr

                                To add, they triggered my auto payment sooner then the usual date.

                                I want someone to help revise my bill and take away any charges that are incorrectly levied on me under international roaming.

                                When i didn’t ask for it, i am not going to pay for it.

                                Please help.

                                  I am holding airtel sim, since 2 weeks it’s showing no service and showing only emergency signal. I am not able to call (Dial & recieve) anywhere including customer care (121). Requesting you to resolve this as soon as possible it’s really annoying as lots of my work is pending due to this issue.
                                  You plz resolve this problem asap. Its very urgent.

                                    Recieved wrong information about 749 plan from your store, service people, nodal office, appellate officer. Kindly look into my airtel bill for this month it charged more than expected and also wanted to know, why it is charged. There is no proper response from nodal officer, esclation. After migration to new plan, 4g internet is not working properly. I asked store people about this and they have changed some settings and now i am not getting internet for other network jio as well

                                      I am having airtlel dth connection (Consumer no. [protected]) and as per the new regulations bytrai i have selected my required channels and had changed my packduring mar 2019.

                                      The monthly subscription for my selected channels was rs.433/- as per
                                      Airtel themselves

                                      But when i recharged for my package during apr-19, the package was
                                      Changed unilaterally by airtel to kerala value hd plus pack with
                                      Monthly subscription of rs.595/-. On intimating them they did not
                                      Respond properly and i had to change the pack again to my required
                                      Pack. The additional charge for the pack imposed by them was also
                                      Deducted. Again on recharging during may the same thing happened
                                      Automatically changing to higher value pack. Again i informed airtel,
                                      After a long series of messages, an airtel official called and told
                                      That my package is reset to what i have selected.

                                      But on 23/05/2019, when i logged in to my account, i was surprised to
                                      See that my package my plan is showing again kerala value plus hd pack
                                      And the amount per month had increased to rs.617/- per month where i
                                      Have selected channels worth rs.433/- per month.

                                      With a balance of rs.418, the validity is estimated to 20 days only.

                                      I have recharged for rs.435/- on 19/05/2019 with a balance of rs.50/-
                                      And now expiry date is showing 11/06/2019

                                      Hope you would look in to the issue early
