Customer id [protected] airtel dth, complain register on 7 June 2019, not fixing and charging unnecessary. Pathetic service. There help line people are only bluffing. Require your help.

I have raised a complain on 7th June 2019 stating not able to view channel, till date no one visited and closed the complain(sr[protected]

My Airtel DTH is have some problem due to which i am not able to view any channel, for which i have raised a complain (SR[protected] on 7th June 2019 but till date no one from airtel team has came to site to analyse the issue, not airtel bank end team has closed the issue stating it is resolved. No one worked on the issue neither the issue is resolved.

    Why my plan validity is showing 2 less days than the actual period which was mentioned against the recharge amount even as I have recharged just now please get it cleared as soon as possible or cancel the recharge and I will just switch to some other network as this is robbery in all sense and even my Airtel app is a waste it isn't helping neither with recharge nor with support

    When I use call barring option for incoming call then its should show as "Network or Sim error" its should be irritating i try 100 time but again n again its show as a same i disappointing for your network. i do my best please solve the problems as soon as

      I have recently converted my Postpaid number to prepaid, previously it was my Husband corporate account. On 10th May i converted to prepaid and 11th of May i made recharge of 399 pack. But after two days my sim got failure/error. so visited Airtel store and got new sim dated (18May2019), expected it will gets activate within 24hrs. But got frustrated with Airtel because since then i have visited many Airtel stores and got 4 new SIM's till date but everyone saying same story that its getting rejected.
      Please tell me who is responsible for this issue? For past 20days i couldn't able to use my mobile and i'm struggling with banking works without my number. Atleast if anyone helps to change my network with the same number it will be more helpful. I'm done Airtel. Even we are planning to change the network for rest of my family's Airtel numbers to other good network because of your poor response. please provide me the solution.

      Worst network/worst service i have never seen. Poor in customer handling. Almost 35 days we are waiting for proper solution still unresolved.

        I have done a payment by upi and my transaction is failed but my amount is not refunded yet 13 days are gone.and I was talking many times Airtel wecare but they don't solve this issue they told the amount is debited but Amazon told it is not credited that why transaction is failed (I have done reacharge on Amazon but it is failed and my amount was not refunded )

          I had recently requested for new broadband connection from airtel website.
          And after 2 days i got call from customer care that feasibility is there in my area and i was happy to take connection from airtel.
          Next day i got call from person called Prasad(M: [protected]), he visited my place collected all documents photo, PAN. Before submitting documents i had asked him multiple times and he promised me that up-to 100mbps speed you will get.

          So, i was happy i did online payment as advance for 3 months via online as per his request.
          After i did online payment prasad promised me of connection next day, i waited for three days after that technician called and saying max speed i will get is 10 to 14 Mbps.

          I called customer care number 5 times and asked them to cancel connection immediately. Every time they take all details but don't raise any request.

          I want to cancel my broadband connection immediately and get refund of my payment.

            To- nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.in I am writing mail to you after getting fed up from airtel service provider. I called airtel customer service to remove my number "[protected]" from family plan (I tried through airtel app, it didn't work), they asked me to visit store. I visited store on 1st June and asked them to place request for the removal of the above mentioned number and convert it to prepaid (ref:[protected]. They said it will take 24hrs to do so. Few days later, I got the message that the request has been closed. My number was still reflecting under family plan and was still postpaid. Hence I called customer service again, they said no such request was raised. I asked them to do the same and visited the store twice on 07th June.
            Again waited for few days as requested. Since my billing cycle was near, I called up customer service to check the status of the req. on 10th June. To my astonishment even the request number was invalid[protected] which was given to me on 07th June. When checked with agent, he said that request was cancelled. I mean why and how? Without user confirmation why would you do that? I have been constantly chasing airtel for a simple service that took more than for 10 days. This has been a really ridiculous experience. Now my billing date is day after tomorrow, I don't want to pay bill for next cycle. I have already requested for number port now. I am afraid that this petty request will intervene in service provider change. Can you please assist here?

              I had recharged my no for Rs.100 only talk time where in it was mentioned validity N/A bit after I recharged I get a SMS saying validity is for 28 days. I sent mail regarding this and they did call me but were not able to explain when it is N/A how can it be 28days validity and if it was mentioned I wouldn't have recharged. Whereas for all other packs it is mentioned. They agree yes it is N/A bit validity is 28days and they also say if I don't recharge after 28days they debit Rs.23/- from the balance and nothing of this is also mentioned. So I asked them to give me the complaint no to proceed further they are refusing to give me the no and when I persuaded they said we will not register a complaint. I have enclosed ask the screenshots.

              They did contact me but the issue not resolved . They have mentioned as validity N/A butt they are not following the norms. They are stopping outgoing after 28days and incoming also then what is is the meaning validity N/A. They are cheating the public by giving wrong information which is not acceptable. When you click for pack details also nothing is mentioned but now they are saying you have recharge even for incoming . I am enclosing the screenshot of pack details
              They don't deserve any rating as they have not answered my question at all. This is clear case of cheating public. Validity not applicable is a big lie. They simply make you recharge by telling validity not applicable but keep debiting your account till it is zero and then stop all icoming calls forcing us to recharge again

                I had traveled to Vietnam for 8 days with family. My wife and daughter phone is part of family plan. My wife ([protected]) always have data roaming turned ON as the data does not work in other local cities. My daughter never had dataroaming turned on.
                During overseas trip, both received msg about dataroaming, the msg was not clear to say that you will be charged. Misleading msg has statements like "roam freely without fear of bill shock", "i[censored]sage exceeds Rs.649 you will automatically get free 500mb data, free calls"..etc etc. it was just not precise to say that you will be charged Rs.649 on daily basis.
                My daughter, when data roaming was off, still received this msg. What does airtel expect the customer to do ?, when this was not even requested.
                My Wife, was also clue less looking at this msg, just read as something free everyday.
                We just did not call or place a request to get data roaming, but data gets used without our knowledge by watsapp etc and we get to shocking bill of 14K after the trip.
                1. Why Airtel sending data roaming details to [protected] when there was no request of any form made, and just started to charge.
                2. Why Airtel did not get confirmation from the customer [protected] who always has data roaming turned ON un-intentionally all the time, by just sending and unclear msg and started to charge.
                Why Airel, a huge company does not have a process to get customer confirmation on dataroaming, by asking customer to reply with "1 - agree", "2-disagree", "3-call me for clarification". What they did is taking undue advantage on people who travel and make tons of money from ignorant customers. This is just an illegal business model they have in place, not sure how legal system is allowing this model.
                Customer service is not even taking this as complaint, took time to convince but eventually did not get complaint number back. Not sure if she even recorded a complaint for me.
                Hope Airtel can sort my issue.

                      I have PORTIN my number [protected] in Airtel operator and television done on 8-june-2019 on 9:38 AM.Activation update: Televerification has been successfully completed for your Airtel no. [protected]. For further update, SMS STATUS (mobile no.) to 121 from Airtel Mobile or to [protected] from any other mobile. But still number is not active. I have compiled 5 times in Airtel customer care service. But they didn't take any action. Please suggest, what can I do?

                        I am in Germany. Today from afternoon I can receive all incoming calls but i am not able to make any outgoing calls. I have activated an international roaming pack of Rs 3997 Valid for 28 days on 25th May. The pack includes a talk time of 500 free minutes but I am unable to get any. Whenever I dial a number first a notification pops "airtel:outgoing calls barred" and then they tell me to contact customer care.

                        Still no response from Airtel. It seems this is a kind of cheating to customers. Please solve this as soon as possible. We are staying away and cannot contact customer care.

                        I am still waiting for resolution. I received a call from Airtel exective on 13th Jun asking me to change some settings then my call was disconnected. They said I will get a call again to verify the status but no one called me.

                        My trip is almost over and I have lost so many business calls because of this issue.
                        Its been 10 days this complaint was raised and no resolution yet.

                        From now on I should warn everyone about Airtel policy.
                        Same thing happened here. I'm stuck here with a ### Airtel international pack and my calls are barred! GREAT WORK. You people had 1 job...

                          Sir I am using Airtel since last 8 year. Suddenly from last 25 days my SMS service is not working. Both incoming and outgoing service for sms is not working. I complained at call center and also I complained at the Airtel office they just ignored my complain and they are asking me to move to their postpaid service to start my SMS service. Means they are indirectly forcing me to move to post paid service which is very expensive for middle class man. Still now they are not listening to my complain. In All my bank service and entrance exams I used that number and suddenly Airtel done like this. Please somebody help me. When I asked to Port my sim they are telling me to send sms PORT number to 1900. But my SMS service is not working then how I will send SMS. [censored] Airtel. Worst service.

                            Sir,
                            I am using Airtel Digital Dish TV. My airtel dish tv account no. [protected] and is registered on my name (SRINIVAS B). My connection of dish tv is unserviceable since 6th June 2019 showing error code B001. I registered complaint for video problem towards my dish tv connection with my registered mobile. Your customer executive registered my complain with special directions to visit my house before 9 am or after 9 pm. Your curstomer care executive issue me service request no. 90162910 on 7, 8, 9 June 2019. To resolve the problem you had detailed Mr. Srikanthas service engineer with contact no. [protected]. I contacted him many time, he replied that he will visit my home to resolve problem at 5.00-5.30 pm, thereafter he refused to come to attend the complain.

                            Being an customer this kind of answer i am getting.

                            In view of the above, it is requested kindly rectify my complain today itself. Or if not possible kindly refund my balance amount of recharge i have paid as prepaid recharge to enable me to port my digital tv connection to other brand.

                              Today only I have purched AirtelDTH from customer care team... As I wish to go tats sky and suggested me to go for Airtel DTH contact No [protected] and while taking the order confirmation he has 7to 8 Reginal languages, I said OK after dat everything was got installed while channel recharges they were refused to we said only 3 languages and dat to only one month and Now I just want to call and confirming about this issue they refuse to my call n suddenly they put call in block list I just trusted the brand of Airtel now they People also started cheating to customer for their targets... Even though they don't bothered abut customer service...

                                I have been facing slowness issue with my Airtel broadband connection since around 11am today. When i called customer care at around 11:30am, i was told that a service agent will be visiting me today between 2:30pm - 3:30pm.

                                No one has turned up until now, neither anyone has bothered to even give me a call.

                                Very pathetic service from Airtel. I will ensure all my contacts stay away from Airtel.

                                  The Applicant is practising Lawyer in Delhi and is the customer of Airtel DTH services vide customer Id [protected]. I want to lodge my grievance that I was one of the satisfied customers of Airtel DTH services and my Customer Id is [protected] and it is registered in the name of Manoj Communications. I was availing the services through the above said connection since for a long time. In August 2017 I had shifted my residence from Moti Nagar, New Delhi (West District) to Rohini New Delhi (North District).
                                  With the shifting of my house I felt the need of another DTH connection as this time I installed one another Television for my childrens in the separate room and accordingly I had instructed the Customer Care Department of Airtel Dth Services to shift my connection at my current location as well as provide me the subsequent set top Box for my another T.V. I paid Approx. Rs 650/- for additional set top Box as demanded from me and opted the yearly subscription for my primary T.V so that I cannot be worried every month for recharge purposes. I also opted minimum available package for my subsequent T.V as per requirement.
                                  After some time I issued the specific direction to the Airtel DTH customer Care to disconnect my subsequent connection as no body in my house was using the said connection and the customer care representative noted my request for disconnection. After some period I had received calls and messages for recharging the subsequent connection. I immediately issued the fresh directions to the representative of the Customer Care to disconnect the subsequent connection as I had already issued the necessary directions previously but the same was not complied with and the customer care representative followed the same and assured me that my subsequent connection will be disconnected.
                                  In June 2018 I again recharged my secondary connection with yearly subscription and paid Rs 5800/- through Paytm App and opted sports infinity yearly package. It may be noted here that on 24/05/2019 I received the call from Airtel DTH customer care Representative and he informed me that my yearly package is going to expire on 28/05/2019 and instructed me to recharge it immediately. I informed the Representative of Airtel DTH that as I am out of town and is coming back on 29/05/2019 and I will recharge the same at that time.
                                  On 29/05/2019 I received the message that the services of my above mentioned customer ID has been stopped due to insufficient balance. I immediately checked my record and It has come to my knowledge that I had opted the yearly package in the month of June 2018 and it was not the number of days package than how my services has been suspended prior to its validity which falls in the month of June 2019.
                                  I immediately searched the lowest available monthly package in Airtel DTH Delhi on Internet and my search stopped on Rest Of India Package of Rs 199/- with 30 days validity. I opted the same and recharged the said package of Rs 199/- with validity of 30 days on 29/05/2019.
                                  On 29/05/2019 I received a message from AIRTEL DTH
                                  “ update on your Airtel Digital TV ID [protected]. Airtel Pack added :- DELMP CG RAJ Val Sports Lite. Monthly Rental of new activated channel/s Rs 272.0. For a/c details, give a missed call to [protected] from your registered mobile”. Again I received another message
                                  “ Your selected channel/s have been added to the Airtel Digital TV ID [protected]. Monthly Rental of new activated channel/s Rs0.0. To Know you’re a/c details, give a missed call to [protected]”
                                  In the mean while I came to know about the one new service of Airtel Internet Service and to know more about that service I made a request on Airtel Customer Care Service to describe me about the same and my request was noted against request No 89788916 dated 31/05/2019 and it was informed me through message that one Mr Om Prakesh Service Engineer was deputed to address my request and after talking to him I came to the conclusion that the Airtel is giving the smart TV option through said Internet TV service and I am already using the smart TV so I dropped my idea for Internet TV.
                                  On 01/06/2019 I received a message from Airtel DTH
                                  “ Due date for Airtel Digital TV ID [protected] is on 02-Jun-2019. The rental is Rs 975/month. Rs 30 CASHBACK vis PayTM .Recharge at (code AIRTEL 30) m.p-Y.TM/tVaRL.” I ignored the same as I thought it was wrongly sent to me .
                                  On the same day i.e. 01/06/2019 I received again a message from Airtel DTH
                                  ““ Customer Id : [protected] A/C Balance Rs 86.3, Current Monthly Charges (973), Validity: 02-JUN-2019, Last Recharge Date/amount : 29/05/2019/Rs 199, No of Connections:2” For the first time the Airtel DTH customer Care mentioned the number of connections 2 in its messages .
                                  I immediately called the customer care number of the Airtel DTH and inquired as why this message has been sent to me as I have recharged with Rest Of India Pack on 29/05/2019 with 30 days validity and why the validity of my DTH ID is showing upto 02/06/2019 and why you have mentioned numbers of connections “2” in your message despite the knowledge that I had already disconnected my subsequent connection long back ago. The Customer care representative informed me that my both connections are active and they have not received any instructions in this regard as per record and also informed me that there is no package in the Airtel DTH with the name Rest of India of Rs 199/- with 30 days validity.
                                  I was shocked and surprised that the AIRTEL DTH service providers are looting the hard earned money of the general public as one side the Rest Of India Package is still available on the website with 30 days validity and why the customer care department is denying the availability of said package and on the other hand why my suspended services were resumed when I recharge with 199/- and sent me the message
                                  “ update on your Airtel Digital TV ID [protected]. Airtel Pack added :- DELMP CG RAJ Val Sports Lite. Monthly Rental of new activated channel/s Rs 273.0. For a/c details, give a missed call to [protected] from your registered mobile”. Again I received another message
                                  “ Your selected channel/s have been added to the Airtel Digital TV ID [protected]. Monthly Rental of new activated channel/s Rs0.0. To Know you’re a/c details, give a missed call to [protected]” she has simply replied that we have instructed you to recharge with minimum Rs 200/- for activating your services but in actual I recharged with Rs199/-.
                                  I immediately instructed the Customer Care Representative to immediately stop my services of one of my connection as I am not using the same, she informed me for that I have to surrender the second SET TOP BOX and when I informed her that I had paid for that and she informed me that Airtel given that on discounted rates and I have to surrender the same, For the first time it has come in my knowledge that I have to return the said thing for which I had paid in advance . I do not want to involve in any controversy and I directed the Representative of Customer Care to send your representative and I will hand over the Set top Box and I received the message
                                  “ Namaste! Your Reference No is 89850925 for Voluntary Disconnection. For any further Assistance on your Airtel Digital TV ID [protected], PLEASE CALL[protected]” and it was also informed me that the Representative will visit at my home on 04/06/2019 at about 4.15 pm after taking the appointment from me.
                                  On 04/06/2019 at about 4.30 Pm I received the call from Airtel DTH and the representative forcing me to keep on the second connection and suggested me to suspend the services for 6 months by paying charges of rupees 200/-, I informed him that I have requested the Airtel DTH to disconnect the second connection but you did not follow my instructions and despite specific request for surrendering the second connection why you are forcing me to continue with second connection by paying suspension amount of Rs 200/-. It is very surprising that Representative straight way denied for removing the second connection and told me that he will not disconnect the second connection. I immediately instructed him than you should disconnect my both connections and I will purchase the new one and he disconnected my call. The shock did not stop there after 20 minutes I received the message from customer care that “ The service reference No 89850925 for your Airtel Digital Id [protected] has been resolved. For more details, call 12150 or [protected]”
                                  On 02/06/2019 my services were again stopped by showing ERROR CODE 6
                                  “Your account is suspended due to low balance. To resume services, recharge immediately with Rs 200 or more . Keep your set top Box ON during recharge”
                                  I have all the snapshots of the messages as well as voice recordings of Airtel DTH Customer Care Representatives.
                                  I want the following immediate action on my complaint
                                  1 If the Airtel DTH is not providing any Rest Of India Plan @ 199/- with the validity of 30 days than why it is reflecting on website of Google which covers under the definition of cheating as defined under Indian Penal Code as well as it’s a case of Cyber Crime for showing/providing the wrong information to the public at large.
                                  2 Why my second connection has not been Dis-connected despite directions and why the customer care demanded me to return the set top box, is it as per guidelines of TRAI please provide me the related guidelines .
                                  3 Why my connection has been disconnected on 02/06/2019 within 4 days once the payment of Rs 199/- has been made for 30 days as per available plan and if the plan is not in existence why the said amount has not been refunded me with direction to opt with present available plans.
                                  4 Immediate action should be initiated against the Customer Care Representative who straight way denied to disconnect my second connection and make false report that the complaint against the id 89850925 has been resolved.
                                  Till than I will not recharge my connection further and will claim damages also for the said period. I assure the Airtel DTH service providers that if my grievances will not be sorted out within a week after receiving of my complaint, I will go and approach all the available platforms including to approach the Hon’ble Court of law not for me but for the general public against this kind of loots and forgeries with common people of India

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have raise the request on 26th of May and that day on wards i am keep on following up but the issue not yet fixed.

                                    I have never seen this type of worst communication process.

                                    As a brand service provider, customer never expect this type of service and it is not good for you also.

                                    I spoke to many of the supervisors till now from that day. This Bachupally area comes under Mytri Systems and manager name is Kiran [protected]. I called on this and no response from his side and many times its been Switch off.

                                    Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                      I am extremely disappointed that Airtel has disconnected my internet service.
                                      I have emailed [protected]@in.airtel.com several times about this matter but they have never taken steps to resolve the problem.

                                      Our company paid for 6 months service on the 7th December 2018 but Airtel’s system is so useless it is not able to track the payment.
                                      Instead of resolving the problem, they disconnect us. Very unethical practice.

                                        Respected sir I as a customer of Airtel mobile Kerala. I am facing no network coverage issue in indoor.I am unable to make or receive calls send sms also due to non availability of 2g coverage. And data services is not properly working.in 2g mode showing "Emergency calls only "in 3G and Lte signals are variating.I don't know how can I use this network
                                        Very bad experience. I had mentioned this to higher authorities of Airtel Kerala and New Delhi. But still the problem continuing.Airtel totally cheated me and other Airtel poor customers staying this location. 121 representative behaves very irresponsibly and cruelly

                                        Mob.[protected].l am unable to use the sim in home. No 2g coverage in indoor. I am unable to make or receive calls and unable to send or receive sms also. Barti Airtel not ready to solve the issue.198 representatives behaviour also very bad.for the last 1 year I and all the other Airtel customers are facing this issue. But Airtel not gave a 1 paisa value for the issue still this time.Very big cheating

I had mentioned several times about the issue to Barti Airtel Kerala. But the company not take any action for solving the issue.The 198 representatives behaviour is very bad.No responsibility to job.No value for poor customer's money and their issues. The company really cheated me and other customers staying this location

But till now the problem is continuing.I don't know what I can do.How can I use this sim.Only 700m distance from my home to nearest Airtel tower. But I and all the other Airtel customers staying in this location are facing this issue very severely. Customer service representative of Airtel Kerala behaved very cruelly. And the representatives have no responsibility for customers problems and their issues.only in Kerala it happens sir.I can't send even an sms also.Please look the severity of the issue sir.Thanging you
