Recharge with Rs 399(all india free cal + 1.4gb data/day + 100 sms /day for 84 days).Apart from this they also offered 10Gb extra data to me.However i didnt get 10gb extra data even till the end of my offer period(84days).Raising this issue to cusomer care they said; you will get 10 gb only if you recharge again within 7 days after your end of data pack period ( after 84 days ) .This clause they did not mentioned when i purchase this product & they didnt give any indication about this extra 10gb till the end of my offer.How they can foolish their customer.please solve this issue immediately and instruct to Artel to provide sufficient compensation to me and warn penal action if they repeated same thing in future

    I am using Airtel number [protected] in Pune Maharashtra.
    I am facing issue while receiving the OTP. I have tried with various way, I have change devices also change Sim card but not able to receive any OPT.

    I have tried to POST-- PRE but OPT is not received.
    PORTING message is sent more than 15 time from May 1 from a different location.

    I have raised SR[protected] on May 15. But there is no proper response from AIRTEL.

    they have raised the only SR and make in the property.

    I have this Sim for past long time and now I am facing the network issue regarding my 4 g networks . The data is not used because the speed provided by the network is so less that even my what's app account has to halt. Please be concerned .

      I am a Prepaid consumer of Bharti Airtel and yesterday I got a Fake SMS from [protected] as mentioned below--

      "Happy Holi 2019 ke subh ausar pe mere Airtel priye garahak aap bane hain Airtel ke sabse bhagyasali vijeta aapko mila hai HERO PASSION PRO Rs54400, saath mein SONY LCD TV 19900, aur Cash Rs75000. Adhik jaankari ke liye Call karein [protected] www.airte offer, Conjumer.com.in

      After getting this SMS i called him back found his mobile mostly busy on another call
      ... at last he picked my call... then I gave him too much bamboo then he disconnected the call.

      REQUESTED TO AIRTEL : Please take a big action with these two Airtel gsm numbers
      1. [protected] [unknown]
      2. [protected] [Airtel GSM]

      and save your other Airtel innocent consumers/customers without any Delay. Also send BEWARE messages to customers. Thanks

        We are facing lot of signal issue from Airtel and complained to customer care for many times. There is no response from them.With in 2 KMs there are 2 cell towers but no use. For business still they are giving advertisements like any thing.Airtel cheating the customers. Please do the needful. My complete location address,

            I am having atwo connections of Airtel dth connection which is 10 yrs old approx every year I do a recharge of 3k but after trai regulation I am calling Airtel dth customer care to split my both ids so that I can make my own plan do recharge according for the same I have called customer care so many times but till date the issue nt resolved every time they say that senior is nt available and we will arrange call back bt nothning happened when there seniors available they told we have put mail for same it will be done continuously from last 20 days I m calling them up to see the World Cup matches for splitting and generating of ids but they all are misbehaving and simply disconnect the phone. It’s really a pathetic service when I told him that I will put a complaint in consumer court they simply said do whatever u want to do really nt understand what to do with that connection

              I m complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please its my humble request on behalf of my village members, please install the network in my village. Whatever support you required we will provide you.

                I have ported my number from Idea to Airtel and also received message from Airtel on my alternate number that sim is ported successfully and to insert new sim in phone. Its more than 48 hrs that my sim is not getting network. I called Customer Care and they said i have to visit Airtel store for solution, when i visited airtel store they told me problem is not from their side and only customer care can help me. Following are details which will help you to resolve my issue.

                I request you to kindly help me on this issue, also i am loosing important calls from by business since no network is shown on new sim.                     I got a call from "[protected]" at 12:50pm today and they informed about calling from Airtel Money Application support team and discussed with me regarding the app issue.Also asked me to share the OTP to log a complain.Suddenly i noticed Rs.8428 deducted to "PAYU PAYMENTS PVT LTD[protected]" with Txn ID[protected] at 12:59 pm.

                    This is a fraud and i did not do any payment and do not know what is this PAYU payment.Please take the necessary action to cancel this payment and refund my payment.Also this needs your urgent attention to investigate properly how external callers knows airtel user given a complain and they have the issue details too.This is an alarming situation.I dought whether the support representative of airtel money app is sharing the info or doing these frauds:(

                    Airtel should have the rights to cancel any fraud payment through its applications.

                      Hi Team,

                      I have received March Month bill 4600+ for mobile number [protected].

                      Neither I asked anyone from your team to start international roaming service nor I got informed before starting this service. Even, there was not any info regarding how to stop those services.

                      I was under the impression that this service was complimentary as I am valuable customer of yours. So, I made usage accordingly.

                      Please make a note of it, until and unless my concern will not completely resolved I will not gonna pay any extra bugs. Also, extra charges (100 bugs) that are added due to bill payment due date passed, kindly waived it off asap because concern is still unresolved and charging 100 bugs is of no sense.

                      I won't gonna pay extra 4600 bugs, I will pay my regular bill only. Please have a note for this.

                      Please help me out here to resolve my issue.

                      On your App you have give that for ₹ 100 mobile recharge validity given is NA but when I reacharge my number I received message that recharge is valid upto 28 days. This was very disappointing . I request you to give us refund.

                        I had done the payment using phonePe wallet

                          Airtel has been going hyper over its #AirtelThanks program where subscribers are supposedly offered rewards based on the kind of plan they subscribe to. However, despite meeting all requirements as indicated in the Airtel Thanks app, Airtel has been refusing to upgrade me to Platinum status stating that conditions printed in their terms and conditions are errenously entered. Attempts to escalate to nodal officer have not succeeded nor does customer care provide an SR number.
                          Airtel continues to fool customers by luring them with non existing schemes.

                            Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

                            I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared browser cookies, restarted my mobile 10+ times, swapped sim slots. Nothing. No matter what url i type in my browser, it'll automatically change the url to one.airtel.in/rcconf and redirect every site traffic.
                            It is a big shame that airtel spams their customers with this [censored]bag of a site especially after a fresh recharge. I have a college registration form to fill online.Would airtel be responsible if i could not fill up an application and passed the deadline just because airtel decided to redirect every single url to one.airtel.in/rcconf for more than 10 hours?

                            I know my pc or browsers are perfectly okay because my i can browse the net normally with my jio number as hotspot. The problem starts the moment i change my hotspot to airtel number in my dual sim smartphone.
                            I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise there's a storm coming your way.

                              I have recharged my Airtel Number [protected] on 13 May 2019 with Rs. 100/- (Transaction ID- [protected]) using Airtel App. When I recharged the validity of the recharge was NA. It means the validity should be unlimited. But after recharge the validity was reduced to 30 days. This is totally fraud. Airtel is fooling the customers with this type of cheating. Clarify my doubt or I will file case against you in consumer court. You cannot fool customer by this type of fraud business practices.

                                  Airtel didnt active my new prepaid sim after 12 hours.Retailer Bhagabati Communication asked me to take another sim with my ID. And to return that sim. I was taken. But why both Retailer and Company harrashing customers. For extra profit retailer doing this job to sell swapped sim to another person which Activated by Other Person's ID.

                                    I have done recharge on another airtel number through the airtel app. And while the payment process was going on and suddenly it showed access denied. But the amount got deducted from my account. Still message of successful recharge done came on another number. My query is if the recharge was successful then why services are not active on that number. And if the recharge was unsuccessful but amount was deducted then where my money has gone!! I called in customer care but no proper guidance nor help was given from that side. They just said to dial 400. I mean what kind of [censored] is this!!
                                    Then I checked on last recharge details it was shown no such recharge was done. Then where my money has gone!!! Being a 4G service customer they provide this kind of service to the users.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      With ref to Airtel tv Dth ID: [protected], I recharged my pack with Rs. 176 on 10.05.2019 and requested to hold it for month as I am out of station. Person from customer care centre promised to process the request of hold and send a confirmation for the same via sms. Today, again I received call from the customer care to recharge my pack. I was surprised to attend the call and got disappointed with the Airtel tv services. Again I requested to crosscheck the request of hold but lady denied to do so and cut the call.

                                        It's been a more month since we have opted for airtel DTH and the issue started on 27th May 2019. As per the IVR instructions we have followed and waited for the issue to resolve.

                                        First complaint registered at : june 1, 1:15 pm
                                        Complaint id : 89812677

                                        Complaint has been carried out without any result till june 2

                                        The assigned engineer did not reach out and had auto resolved the complaint without taking any action.

                                        The same continues till now i.e, no resolution for the issue

                                        second complaint ID registered by the customer care on call : 89847297

                                        New complaint ID registered by the customer care on call : 90214888

                                        The issue has been set to auto resolve and we got the calls regarding the feedback on the service when there is no service done.

                                        We have requested the customer care to cancel our subscription and take the setup box but even this was not done and once again delayed. The customer care has again requested a one day time for the past three days whenever on call and assured that the issue will be resolved.

                                        The issue has not been resolved and they are not processing the refund as well.

                                        we have requested for the refund for several times but they did not mention that in summarized messages sent by the customer care.

                                        I have recorded the recent call with the Airtel representative while talking about the refund issue. the assured that they would solve the issue by june 11, 2019 or refund the amount.

                                        the issue is not yet resolved and the refund was also not processed.

                                        Please help us in this regard.
