Dear sir/madam,
This complaint is for not activating the requested al carta plan for the customer id [protected],
On 31-jan-2019, i had prescribed an al carta pack from the airtel self care website, as per the guidance provided by the airtel customer care, with the reference id 240478, and this plan is about to activate on 1-feb-2019, as per the airtel and trai regulations,
However on 1-feb-2019 the requested new plan was not activated, and for the same same reason i had communicated to airtel customer care and they told me to wait for 24 hours,
On 2-feb-2019, as my requested new plan still not got activated i had once again called to airtel customer care and they told me to submit the plan change request through tv hence i had submitted once again the individually selected al catra plan through tv mode,
On 3-feb-2019, i was wondering because yet my new requested plan was not activated, and again i had called to the airtel dth customer care no, and again they had assured me that within 24 hours my plan is going to activate, on the same day i requested airtel team to at least register my complaint and provide me the complaint no for which they had replied saying that they do not have complaint registering system,
As of 4-feb-2019, my requested plan has not been activated yet, and hence i had registered my complaint with consumer forum with the reference id 1137297,
May i request you to provide the reason for not activating newly requested plan, with the timelines provided by the telecom regulatory authority of india (Trai) and when i will be getting the resolution for my complaint,
