A cug connection of 16 nos was taken in airtel, trichy, tamilnadu for the relationship no. [protected].
Out of which one mobile no was activated with "international roaming daily limit pack benefit 649with ul incoming nrc", plan offered by airtel just for 4 days in august 2018. But the company though disconnected the service rightfully after 4 days, has activated for a few days in september and a week in october and nedarly 10 days in november and nearly 15 days in december and january on their own without any request from the customer. Though the company activation policy says that the activation can be done through
1) the airtel website,
2) myairtel app
3) customer contact centres, the customer has not at all given any request through any of these modes. The airtel has been periodically charging for several thousands on every month billing.

The outgoing facility is barred by airtel for all the 16 nos for the wrong billing they have made one user in the cug. Such an action of the airtel in withdholding the call dialing facility in all the 16 nos is unfair and unjust esp when the problem is on their side.

Though a dispute through email was raised on various occassions, none responded from airtel.
A complaint to "nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com" and "[protected]@in. Airetel.com" and to the appellate authority @ "appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com". Leave alone the resolution of dispute raised to them, there was no system to send an automated acknowledgement of email complaint to those official email ids of airtel.
Even when a small time companies can afford to send a automated response of acknowledgement of complaiants, why a national carrier like airtel could not give such facility. It only shows complete lack of respect and sincerity to the grievances of the cutomers by airtel.
No officer of airtel, in tamil nadu is willing to talk and involve themselves to address the issue.

    I team,

    1) cheated 4-6 times for not accepting my port request & didn't replied me reasons for not porting (I have all port details & visited airtel store to change my bill plan, but without letting me know the reason airtel was the reason indirectly eated my 4 months bill)
    — which caused me to pay bill almost 2000 rs/-
    2) multiple times i have requested to port, but no reason why it was not done & no mail updates.
    — which caused me to pay unwanted & forcefully amount 2000 rs/-
    3) 20 day back i visited my nearest branch i have asked to put only lowest bill details.
    — but with my permission airtel forcefully again sent me unwanted bill around 400 rs/-
    4) and now airtel keep on calling me & unwanted & forcefully asking me to pay bill.
    — this time i would like to left my number, because if want t continue i have to pay unwanted & forcefully bill changes (Which gambling repeated charges i have to pay!..)

    I request some one please help me from this cheating.

      Sir, in the above reference i request you that my air tell dish pack channel zee buissness is stopped without any notice for which i have already paid the amount. Now i have tried to contact them telephonically but not able to connect, than i sent the email to them three times but no response neither my channel is started. My customer id is [protected]/001. So i request you to look into this matter thanks.

          Dear sir in month of december i got a cal from customer care regarding prepaid to postpaid which i rejeced and on that weekend i received a call from agent saying he ahd came for address verification for post paid conversion of my prepaid number, on receiving cal i rejected for conversion and sharing my information and on jan 6th 2019 i had recharged my mobile number with 448 plan, but on this morning i. E 5th feb 2019 i received bill generated on my number for sum rs.474. My jan 6th recharge amount of 448 transctn no is[protected].
          I question how can you airtel convert my prepaid to postpaid with out my consent.

              My airtel mobile number as mentioned above was deactivated by airtel company due to some reasons. So i want to reactivate my mobile number. I have contacted trai several times but the problem is not resolved after many attempts. Many attemps were done to contact customer care of trai but i was not satisfied with customer care. Pls do solve my problem as soon as possible as its my personal number from last 15 years

                I was calling to airtel since 6 days, i want to change my plan to basic plan launched by train, they just said that your plan will be changed in next 24-48 hrs, but till now i'm paying 8rs daily, and not using any services from dth, so plz my dth number is [protected], they are doing nothing, just making people fools and looting them, train must have punish them for this. Thanks

                  I akhilesh verma r/o airport road (Kalani nagar square), indore. On this location & inside part of colony (Sukhdev nagar main) there is a big problem of network, i was complaint continuously since july 7 2018 but there is no proper response from company (Bharati airtel ltd.. From july 2018 to till date there is not any update in network position & on morning we discussed mr. Mohammed kaleem (Advisor - customer experience) he was again tell "i acknowledge the issue you are facing and your inputs have been taken for future network planning." till 7 july 18 to 5 feb 19 (185 day) after above 6 months no change in network he again said "your inputs have been taken for future network planning". How airtel company understand customer's problem & losses of business & money. Last time on 19.01.19 i was attend the call from madam kakuli (Nodel officer airtel mp & cg) she said we will arrange a servey of technical team on your area but till today company not arrage any servey nor replied by anybody. What is customer service by airtel? By company repeat again & again till july 2018 that "information send to concerning department". (Comp nos.                       Hi,

                      I have given the request on 20th jan from porting form vodaphone to airtel. There were no response & call for local referee verification. I had waited for 10 days and visited one near airtel store then got to know local referee verification is pending. After 4 times customer care call, verification was done. My porting was done on 02/04/19. Around 11:43 vodaphone displays no - network. I have inserted new sim, i can get the network but there is no activation for my airtel sim. Airtel has messaged me once the new sim has inserted you need to call 59059. Once i m trying to call there is auto gerenrated tone that your number is in progress for activation. Do i know why my vodaphone network has down when airtel can't provide network activation.

                      I am missing my valuable calls & messages.

                      Please take as a severe complain and take necessary action.

                        We, the employees of the oxford school of education, bhagta bhai ka district – bathinda, use airtel mobile numbers[protected],[protected], [protected] etc.) sitting in the school office & in the school campus, we are hardly able to connect to the airtel or other service providers. There is a lot of problem of one side speech, call drop, and inability to connect.
                        Kindly look into the matter & do the needful and earliest.

                          My customer id is [protected]-001, airtel has suspended my account and tv is blacked out even ftas have been stopped. They are neither confirming activation of my new opted plan as per trai guidelines nor keeping ftas on after 6 days of the deadline i. E. 1 st feb 2019.

                          Every time when i complaint they will start the services temporarily and stop it at their whims.

                          They are in a way making fun of customers in wake of trai guidelines. They insist on more on recharge in current account which is definitely costlier than one which has been selected.

                          I have already recharged my account with ₹ 200 on 15/1, 20/1 and 22/1. Aggregating to ₹600 against 959/ month plan. Every time they insist on recharge which will go against existing plan. Not activation of new plans deliberately is the policy to fetch more money from the customer.

                          It us requested to deal with such service providers sternly to stop unnecessary harassment of customer.

                            I am customer of said provider since last 5 years, my id is [protected] and registered mobile no.[protected]. I requested to change channels as per my choice on 03/02/19 and they accepted my requested through ref. Id 448422.
                            But till now the my chosen channels are not activated by them.in this concern

                              Airtel is deducting rs 23/- monthly from main balance for continuing outgoing facility since i have not done any monthly recharge. I want to know is there compulsion of monthly recharge for continuation of sim service. Since sim card has long validity why service providers are compellig for monthly recharge though i have enough main balance. Please guide me.

                                This complaint is for not activating the requested al carta plan for the customer id [protected],

                                On 31-jan-2019, i had prescribed an al carta pack from the airtel self care website, as per the guidance provided by the airtel customer care, with the reference id 240478, and this plan is about to activate on 1-feb-2019, as per the airtel and trai regulations,

                                However on 1-feb-2019 the requested new plan was not activated, and for the same same reason i had communicated to airtel customer care and they told me to wait for 24 hours,

                                On 2-feb-2019, as my requested new plan still not got activated i had once again called to airtel customer care and they told me to submit the plan change request through tv hence i had submitted once again the individually selected al catra plan through tv mode,

                                On 3-feb-2019, i was wondering because yet my new requested plan was not activated, and again i had called to the airtel dth customer care no, and again they had assured me that within 24 hours my plan is going to activate, on the same day i requested airtel team to at least register my complaint and provide me the complaint no for which they had replied saying that they do not have complaint registering system,

                                As of 4-feb-2019, my requested plan has not been activated yet, and hence i had registered my complaint with consumer forum with the reference id 1137297,

                                May i request you to provide the reason for not activating newly requested plan, with the timelines provided by the telecom regulatory authority of india (Trai) and when i will be getting the resolution for my complaint,

                                A LA CARTE choice delibrately disabled by Airtel thus forcing customer to choose airtel prescribed Boquet only. So what is the use of new TRAI rules if one cannot choose channels ????????. Request TRAI to take Immediate action !.
                                Dear Airtel Nodal Team,

                                Yesterday evening I had call from airtel customer representative regarding the complaint I had risen for not activating the al carte pack which I had selected on the airtel dth website with 485 rs monthly rental charges including GST on 31-jan-2019, with the reference code 240478. However, till yesterday airtel had not activated the above mentioned plan,

                                Now today morning when I was looking my Airtel dth account I got scared by knowing that the new plan was activated and it was showing me Rs. 2261.73 /monthly,

                                It shows transaction of 278 rs recharge with 06-feb-2019 date and which is about to expire on 08-Feb-2019 and 203 rs balance in my account as if today,

                                Whenever I call to the customer care for asking the below mentioned information I am not getting satisfied information from your team,

                                1.The details of my remaining balance for the period of 01-feb-2019 to 11-mar-2019,

                                They are just telling me that we are unable to tell that information due to technical issue,

                                2. As I am getting the huge difference in my selected plan and the activated plan I had asked them to provide me the list of channels that I had selected on 31-jan-2019 in the al carte pack,

                                They are telling that we don’t have the information due to technical issue,

                                3. As I had updated my al carte pack on 31-jan-2019, my pack was about to start from 01-feb-2019, however it was not activated due to airtel technical issue so why I should pay for the period from 01-feb-2019 to till date,

                                They are telling that as you have watched the TV in the above mentioned period we will be deducting the prorate amount from your balance for the period,

                                Today also initially your team was not registering my complaint for the above mentioned issue, however after repeatedly forcing them they have given me the complaint reference number as 85738704,

                                As your team is facing all the time technical issues may I request you to provide the above information at the earliest to resolve this issue,

                                  Made transactions on my airtel app to avail the running offer of sending rs.2000 through upi and get rs.150 cashback (For new users)
                                  I made transactions but didn't receive cashback. Now after calling customer care executive, they are unable to track my transactions even after telling them transaction ids. Now i've mailed everything they asked for like screenshots of transactions and they say they will respond in 2 working days but it has been 5 days and still there is no response.
                                  Yesterday when i contacted to customer care he said sir within 24hours it will be resolved.
                                  U must say airtel has the worst service i have ever seen in my life. They say but they don't value their customers. My case id.2993492 which is still unresolved after 5 working days.

                                    I am using airtel prepaid and i face a lot of issues with the connectivity. The calls doesn't have proper voice clarity and lot of issues occur. Also, the data will not be available most of the times. Even if the data is available, the bandwidth is very low. Even if i complaint this to the nearest store (Airtel store near vydehi busstop itpl bus stand), they say that the network is working as expected and they are not bothered about the complaint.

                                      My airtel digital tv service number is: [protected]-001.

                                      I just rechared few days back and after 02-feb-2019, i am not able to see most of the channels

                                      I have try to get in touch with call center, but no reply and it was charged for rs 10 also. I have also done the email to support and use twitter for the same. But there is no response.

                                      There arew many times airtel cut amount and don't explain in enough. I want to hear back soon and if not just refund my amount.

                                      Airtel seems to looting the cosnsumer on the name of trai.
