I am unable to use my credit balance in airtel payment bank. The required details had been provided to them. Firstly they shouldn't take money if there required system is not completed secondly they their customer handling us very poor and non responsive. Provided portal for pack selection not user friendly in compare to dish tv. Frequently logout automatically. After chanel selection when you try to submit, id automatically logout.
No delete and edit option available. After pack selection no option for delet and edit. No search option available for chanel selection. I could have submitted my pack after trying three times. Two times logout during channel selection. Totally tedious....

After every call made from Airtel, I get an SMS from 'TFAROT' which shows the validity of my prepaid pack. I understand this kind of messages being sent when my validity is about to expire, but in this case, even though I have more than 3 months of validity, I still get the messages. I tried booking train ticket through irctc using airtel wallet, the amount was deducted from wallet although the transaction was not completed. I have been trying to reach airtel customer care through all the channels possible but they are not reachable on phone for airtel payment bank. No response for the email sent as well.
