Don't know if airtel has closed down the dth services business as these folks are just disappeared since last 7 days. Impossible to reach them... Screens are blank, charging double the money for nothing... Wrong channel packs... No resolution and still full of confusions.

Its really bad to see a brand like airtel falling down... Very disappointed.

    This is about dish tv services post 1st feb after trai.. Been facing issues. Hae sent several mails to airtel email id wwith copy to nodal officer but no ne has even bothered to reply till date
    Below is the summary of mail sent against my customer id [protected]
    Hello,
    This is quite disheartening that airtel dish tv after trai guidleines have not been managing the transition professionally at all.
    To ustmost disappointment & anger, your customer agents are not completely equipped with the new plans or trai guidelines
    You as company is just busy menting money & cheating your customers for no fault of theirs
    I have been facing nightmare expressing my concern to your agents & worse is your customer centre lines are busy & even after holding/waiting time up to 30minutus, we are unable to speak to your agents since last 3days
    Is it intentional to avoid the replies???
    Below is the brief of my concerns & issues related to my account:
    1. Had approached your customer centre towards mid of jan 20019 with assurance of all plan details will be communicated over the pone, which never happened
    2. I was proposed to recharge my dish tv till feb 1st/2nd 2019 as after that new plans will be implemented
    3. I spoke to one of your agents again on 30th /31st 2019 & accordingly had opted for new plans before midnight on 1st feb2019. I have 3 connections on which primary 001 has had mega pack paid in advance & had validity till july 2019.
    4. Have already received automatic message from your side that, thanks for choosing new plan, will get confirmation once updated
    5. Further, per trai no tv will be blackout but my secondary connections were blacked out due to less balance on 1st feb 2019
    6. When i called i was asked to recharge both the connections for an amount of rs.150 stating reason of being low. Was waived off rs.20 plenty i had to speak with one of your agent simran who was incapable of managing the queries raised by me
    7. I had requested him to raise the complaint & issue complaint number & he wasted time & finally refused to provide complaint number stating that your system can take the complaints. More so, i had requested for call back from supervisor for which he took request without giving nay request no & till date no call has been received so far.
    8. Also, when requested for update on my money that is available against my account till july 2019, your agent had no clarity & let it unanswered on credit issue to my account
    9. I wanted to have an update on my confirmation on new plans which was/is not received he asked me to wait for 24hrs i, e till 2nd feb or 3rd feb & today we are siting on 5th feb with no confirmation received on new plans activation.
    10. I have had selected new plan on connection 003 online while for primary & 002 via channel 998 against which sms was received but no confirmation yet on activation
    11. I have been trying to reach your customer care wo fail.
    Kindly tell us were do we go now. We are left in lurch & there is no clarity on when new plan will get activated.. I have recharged for rs. 300 & assured this will be working per old plan i have been using & validity till 18/19th feb. 2019
    This seem to be clear case o[censored]nprofessional, unethical practice’s followed by your people & your organization
    I need immediate resolution on the same & credit of my money.. Am expecting someone to reach out today, else, am not interested to carry on with airtel dish tv & would take up the matter with trai * consumer forum for breach of guidelines & register a case of forgery & cheating

      One of the worst service i have experienced from airtel dth service. Its been a 6 days you people are giving lame reasons. I have done my dth recharge from february 1 i'm not getting my selected channels. Daily i use to call the customer care and waste my 1 hour and they assure me it will be done next day... And its been 6 days.. Today its 7 th february. Even today i called them up they assured me within 15 min it will be resolved. Worst service ever

        Dear sir / madam, i have airtel digital tv connection with id[protected]. I had deposited subscription rs 457 on 1st feb 2019, selected my channel pack as per trai rule. But airtel digital tv stopped my all channels on 3rd feb 2019.

        Afterapproach towards the air tel customer care for resulation and issuing of the complaint that exppressed their server is down so they can not take complain either on telephone nor online again.

        Request your assistance for activation of our channel as per our subscrition.

          Airtel digital tv is not giving me new package what i have selected, i am recharged with rs320 dated 06/02/2019, but till today have not started my new package also they have stopped my language channel no :751, i called airtel digital tv no response given to me is it what airtel digital tv is still giving me new package, please help me to get new package

              We are facing very poor network and data connectivity in 14th avenue gaur city 2 greater noida west. I have made complaint to the customer care many times from past 2 months but nothing concrete happened. Is this for what we are paying to airtel. How can they claim to be best network and fastest 4g when there is no coverage, voice breaking and no internet in the above location. I am really frustrated by airtel. Currently having 4 connection of airtel in home and really struggling for connectivity.

                Dear sir/madam,
                As requested by trai rules, i have created my own plan by selecting only the required channels and received a message that the plan will take effect from 48 hours on 31st jan 2019. But now no channels are coming, when i checked on my artel app my plan than see 2170/month plan is active. When i called the customer care center, no satisfactory answer or definite answer is forthcoming. My airtel customer number is [protected]. Please rectify the problem. I have a long duration pack.

                  I paying four hundred only specific channel but not working the all my channel so please broadcast all hd hindi movies channel other wise i change the set up box to other company because i don't want thats like company, because i paying all hd movie channel but don't seeing so please solve my problem other wise i don't like this type company. I hope you solve my problem i waiting and please please on my hd movie channel utv hd i hope you understand

                    I am writing this mail from last one and half month to refund my amount as i am asking for it from last 1 and half months and no steps are been taken from airtel digital team, they just send some engineer at my address and my problem was not solved at that time also, but than i again called airtel customer care and ask o stop my subscription they said its done but when i checked my account my account is being deducted on daily basis.
                    which i am really not going to forward for this now anymore.
                    Request you to please refund my recharge amount.
                    Even they forced and harassed us to close our complaints and when we did not give them permission to do so... they had done it by their own ways and had closed our complaints.
                    even now they are just not answering our calls
                    we are not satisfied with kind of service you are rendering plus your team co-ordinating with.
                    either you refund our amount or we have to complaint to customer care.
                    this must be the 5th or 6th mail we r sending request you to please clear this out

                      The Airtel company has changed my postpaid plan to 399 per month without my permission on 06.02.2019 at 8:14pm. This is highly disturbing and wrong on the part of the company because I did not opt for any such change. I was shocked to see the message of plan change on both my Airtel Nos.
                      The company has no authority to do so without my consent.
                      I talked to the customer care service but they clearly told me that they could not do anything. I wasted more than half hour talking to them but they didn't resolve my grievance.
                      I would like to get my old plan be activated on both the phone nos. immediately.

                        I'm abroad, recieved a text on feb05 that my sim will stop incoming services on feb19, so i waited to recharge it as soon as possible. But today (06feb) i received a text @2:30pm indian standard time, that the sim will stop receiving incoming services on feb06. And i tried to recharge my sim 2 times hereafter with minimum balance of 23rs to keep it active, but recieved texts which says transaction failed. But the money (2times the recharge amount) is debited from my axis account. Kindly see to it.

                          Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now I want to make a recharge of Rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become ### hungry fellows who don't have guts to EARN your INCOME and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct Rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the USSD code for recharging the Rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting Rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers.

                            My actual plan cost is 367.57 and on top of that NCF charges have been as Rs.199 that means around 54%. This is horrible and now total monthly charges became Rs.566.57/- which is not even affordable. Can any one from AIRTEL sent actual government regulations for NCF charges to customers. And i am dam sure airtel is playing a smart game here. Need a call back or any response from airtel to us other wise we are not going to pay anything for the sake of DTH & its good to go for hotstar, prime, netflix, yupptv etc

                            they are not following trai rules of 130 NCF charges till 100 SD channels. I dont know how they are charging. if you select more channels even if they are free your NCF charges increase. Their NCF charges are variable depending on number of channels you select even they are free or low cost. So I again changed my plan today selecting least number of channels..still I went upto 153 NCF charges
                            Same problem facing with Airtel They dnt have time listen any Complaints, charged Rs.153 for NCF, No clarification about Channel List
                            Details of network capacity fee
                            NCF = Rs. 130 (w/o tax) + Rs. 23.4 (GST) = Rs.153.4 (Total Price with tax) for first 100 channels and Rs.20 (w/o tax) + Rs. 3.60 (GST) = Rs. 23.60 (Total price with tax) for every 25 additional channels thereof. Earlier it was good TRAI made unnecessary mess of it. They should have retain the earlier option and allowed customer to choose it. Now NCF charges is additional for showing FTA channels so DTH guy getting just 130rs without any payment to channels walas . Before a monthly pack of 220 RS i used to get all south Indian prime channels withe Hindi & sports . now it cost morethan 400 Rs. worst part is 25 DD channels is compulsory in the NCF 130 Rs . in which i may not see any channels otherthan my regional channel so other 24 channels are waste and it gets counted in the 100 channels NCF account so if add another 25 FTA commercial channels then it will go above 100 channels again i have to pay 23.60 RS for viewing additional channel charges. Now DTH like Airtel guy become smart and forcing us to switch over to new tariff .
                            I am also facing the same issue of getting charged with Rs. 199 NCF charge with just 58 channels.

                            I called airtel customer care and they have refreshed my account. Now it is correctly displayed as Rs. 153. Thanks Airtel team. I hope this would help the original complainer.

                              Dear sir/ madam

                              Airtel digital tv id: [protected].

                              I have selected few channels which was amounting to near about 250rs/_ monthly.
                              48hrs before. But when i checked today they have added unwanted plan of near about 750/- rs or more monthly . And deducted 2 days balance according to 750/- rs plan. Currently i have a balance of 172/- rs but they have suspended my account saying low balance.

                              I call customer care but after holding for some time, it says all customer care are busy call after sometime.

                              I request you to to kindly, refund back my balance that was deducted on 5/2/19 and 6/2/19 . And provide me the actual pack which i selected.

                              Airtel digital tv has again deducted my large amount of money on 7/2/19 . And i am not getting a sigle channel nor they are giving any response .making my current balance as per today is 95/- rs .
                              I request consumer Court to kindly resolve this matter .

                              As of today Airtel digital TV has increased my monthly pack to 2255.5/- rs .
                              I have tried contacting Airtel digital tv customer service but call getting drop. Once a lady pick up i elobrated her my complain but she cut the call after listening.

                              I don't know why Airtel digital tv is behaving like so careless company . They have made joke of government TRAI regulations. As per today 8/2/19 . I am updating my screenshot which shows that my monthly pack is 413.03 /- rs monthly. I request consumer complaint to plase take this matter on a serious note.

                                  My airtel dth customer id is [protected]. Airtel dth stopped my old package suddenly on 5 feb19 without any perior information. My package durable for 3 months plus additional 15 days. I recharged my package on 20 jan19 as airtel itself offer us new plan. They told us it will continue even after 1 feb 19 as trai introduce new rules but now they r not stick on their own words & not even giving any response about my complain.

                                    I've purchased airtel broadband connection (Cef no.[protected] recently where they had promised to provide free netflix & amazon prime for 6 months if i paid rs. 6018 (Part of the offer). Customer executive vijay ([protected]) was doing follow-up for his payment within an hour of just filling up an application. After doing the payment within the same day, i've been following up with airtel but in vein... They have entered my mobile number incorrectly & are not bothered to get this sorted out. They promised to give netflix & amazon prime... So far no response from this people. Worst customer service.

                                      I want my prepaid mobile number port out from Airtel To BSNL and I have registered Porting request on 30th Jan 2019 after two days I have received status as Portout is rejected. I was ask to BSNL executive said that Airtel was rejected your portout request. I have no any due to Airtel and have prepaid mobile number.

                                        So poor network i have ever seen, senior nodal and appellate people are worthless uttarakhand region they dont care about their customers inspite of so much complaints they dont listen in my veiw company should terminate such people from the job who are taking so much high salary and doing nothing also network team not working peoperly. In h there was no network for a week its a big thing no network for 7 days and company dont replied to me what was the problem the problem this is the way of working and when ever they call me my number is not reachable i will suggest them to close their company soon if they can give customers proper service. Customer care cant resolve my problem its such a big shame for a company.
