My customer ID for AIrtel digital tv is [protected] and have 3 connections.
1.[protected]-001(SD Set top box)
2.[protected]-003(HD Set top box)
3.[protected]-004(HD Set top box).

I did an annual recharge of rs 9981 on 28th November 2018 and the break up for all the three connections were like below:
1.[protected]-001(SD Set top box)-rs 3931 mega pack(all SD channels for 1 year)
2..[protected]-003(HD Set top box)-rs 3025 mega HD (all SD+HD channels for 1 year)
3.[protected]-004(HD Set top box)-rs 3025 mega HD (all SD+HD channels for 1 year)
[protected][protected][protected][protected]
total[protected][protected][protected]rs9981(for 1 year)

So my pack was going to end on December 2019 as per terms and conditions.

However I was called on 2nd February 2019 by Airtel digital tv csutomer care to change my annual pack as my original pack would cost me much more and hence all my balance may end up very soon rather than lasting till Decemebr 2019.Hence I changed my pack for [protected]-001 and [protected]-004 on 2nd february by taking ala carte pack from channel 998 and sent the bar code to airtel.
Later when I read terms and conditions in TRAI site and found the FAQ no 11 like below:

"11. What if annual subscription charges are paid by a subscriber
in advance?
In case a subscriber has availed any scheme with advance charges paid for future lock-in period like an annual plan the distributor shall continue to provide services for such committed period without any increase in price / charges and without altering the other terms of subscription.
The distributors cannot make any changes that entails any disadvantage to the subscriber in such cases.However, if the subscriber wants to switch over to a new package after 1st February, 2019 then the proportional balance amount of existing package as on the date of switch over may
be adjusted for the new package prices after 1st February, 2019."

However After repeated complaints, phone calls and emails of the same to airtel, they are not listening to me and neither reverting original pack as per condition.

Now they have started to disconnect channels also.
I want all my three connections original annual pack of all channels reverted back as that has been given as guidelines by TRAI.

I am completely harassed and clueless what to do in such humiliation by airtel.

    I have change plan accordingly as per TRAI guidelines but Airtel blocked the service from last three days, and compelling to go back the same package as they offered, kindly help us otherwise we are bound to withdraw the Airtel service due to this harrassment.airtel not allowing the service after three days.

    TRAI should strictly guide the Airtel to allow customer to choose the option, they should not block the service and compel to choose their bogus plan.

      Last five days I have continuously facing problem with your service . I have already selected chennal on my TV as per TRAI guidelines and submitted . Already sent sms through my registrated mobile . But still it is not activated . When I am calling to your customer care service center, nobody is responding to me . When sending One message to 54325, it is suddenly deducted Rs 3.00 and I have already spent Rs 111.00 to continuous sending sms as my account is not yet activated . People sitting at your service center give me wrong information and my TV has been disconnected .
      So it is my personal request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to active the plan selected by me .

        We had a tower of airtel co. On our agricultural land and the agreement done, but at that time the engineers and the contractors told us that they are providing us more amount then anyone else in district and they maid the agreement with us for 7000 pm for 20 years. After signing the agreement we find someone to whom the same company ie airtel was paying 10, 000 per months from last 5 years, now they are not paying any attention to our request to give us atleast the same amount they are paying to them. I m requesting to your good self to help me in this matter i possible.

          I would like to complaint against airtel dth service. My dth service is stopped on 1st feb 2019 even though i had rs 403 balance. When i called tollfree number at 121 customer care executive told me that there is technical issue and it will resolved shortly. It is more than 7 days now and service has not resumed but balance is reducing is everyday without providing service.
          On 7th feb 2019 balance is rs 311. I tried to call several times to customer care to know about the service they did not reply properly. Always saying to call after 4 hours again i called after 4 hours they said call after 2 hours. I want to know if they are not providing any service then why they are charging for nothing. Is there any govt agency or department to take action against this kind of cheating.

            I am chirag joshi from ahmedabad. I have applied for 140 (Telemarketing) line along with trai registration for my business. I have provided all required documents according to your requirement along with 2 cheques (Rs 50000/ & rs 5000/) on 17th january2019. Your local team is not aware abot further process & not co operating to avail me registration & connection when i asked your executive (Uzer ghoghawala) about status & progress of process he replied that if i would ask such questions he will return my documents & not process my application. I said him i will complain to senior management he replied you can contact shri sunil mittal even he do not care. When i asked him about contact no of his senior he replied go to senior management & take number. This is not at all acceptable from such big corporate.               Dear sir/madam,
              I would like to bring to your kind attention about the conduct of airtel company in not providing dth services as per new trai guidelines. I have selected my dth pack according to my usage and convenience much before 1st february 2019. But till date neither my desired pack has been activated nor their are responding to my queries. I have tried on numerous occasions to get in touch with them via customer care services but to no avail. Still the company is charging me as per my old plan.

              I hope you will take necessary action against the unprofessional attitude of the company as i have faced a lot of harassment.

                Hello liers,

                My name is mohammad ali khan, i am having a problem with my airtel dth connection. My account no is "[protected]" registered with name "mohammd aslam khan". The number i was calling from is "[protected]". Recently i was trying to check you new plans for 2019 as per trai, which i was not able to do because my recharge go ended today.

                While checking i was shown as message like recharge with 100 rs to activate your account, which i did, even though my account stayed suspended.

                After that i call in your customer sevice like for 3 time wasting completely about 30 mins. I do not know what kind of people your company higher, what this # do, for 10-10 mins no one picks up the call. Once luckly someone picked the call, with whom i had my conversation who told me that your minimum recharge is of rs.150 /-. I told him i have already recharged with rs. 100 /- what should i do know, he asked me to recherge with more rs. 50 /-, and told me my account will get activated instantly.

                Now i when i went online to recharge again as he infromed me, i was not able to do so. On your website your minimum recharge amount starts from rs. 100 /-, even though i did recharged with that amount. I don't know why my account is still suspended even after i have balance of rs. 200/- in it now. I called again in your customer which as per you is the best, where again i waited 10 mins for someone to pick a call and help me with my problem. Luckly after 10 mins a girl picked my call, who asked me my details and everything and then kept my call on hold for like 3-4 mins, then suddenly she told me that she is transferring my call to i don't to whom where again i have to wait for like 5 mins and then my call got disconnected with message that your # experts are very busy with others.

                I have to you people do advertisment like your company is the best and the when giving service this is your reality. I left your compmany's network due same such kind of problems, now i think i have to disconnect your dth connection also.

                I am not writing this to you peole to helo me with my problem, but to let you know your reality, letting you know what kind of suckers are you people.

                  I am having a broadband connection of airtel for which i did payment on 30th january (6 month plan). Now again after a week, i got a call that i need to pay bill for other plan which i have changed as this is advanced rental service. It meant that whatever payment already did was wasted and i lost my money. I did ask to customer care before changing the plan and they mentioned i need to pay bill after 6 month of activation. They never mentioned my current payment will be wasted away.

                    On[protected]:15am, i tried to recharge my mobile phone using the airtel app. I had enough money in the airtel payments bank. After submission my money was deducted from the airtel payments bank that did not provide me any transaction id and i was told to wait for the response of the service provider and if the recharge is not successful, i will be reimbursed. Till now there is no response either from the app or through message. Customer care line is also not responsive.

                      Hi team,

                      I have been using airtel dth connection since a long time. As per tri guidelines i have chosen a set of packs but few channels which are already included in those packs are not visible to me (Error code b001). I tried to contact couple of times to airtel cst care, even to their nodal office (Pune) but they were least bothered to solve my problem. Even through i have been paying for those channel. Kindly look into this on priority and please make sure these channels are visible on my tv (Else a refund could be initiated).

                        Hi team, as per new rules i had selected my own package by going on airtel website and had submitted the request on 30th jan. However, there was no change in subscription and today they cancelled my old subscription too. When i call there customer care i am not allowed to speak to a customer care agent. I dont know where to complaint olease help.
                        Also note that airtel has given channel 998 to select packages via tv, however it only works if one choose the packages they are selling and not on alacart. Kindly help

                          After the trai guidelines, airtel started broadcasting a message that the customers should select required channels and when i do that, the basic recording service that i am eligible for lifetime free because i bought hd recorder (Dvr) set top box by paying around 24, 000/- with yearly subscription for the highest pack available with airtel. I was told that irrespective of what i subscribe for, i would have the recording facility always available as i have opted for dvr box.
                          Now suddenly the recording services are stopped and there is absolutely no response to requests to activate the facility. I try calling the customer care and never get online as it goes on waiting for hours and i sent email, logged complaint online, and i have also contacted nodal officer and appellate too but absolutely no progress on this since a week.
                          This clearly shows how airtel is ignoring customers after collecting money and promising services.
                          It has been a trend for airtel to do this with all type of services like mobile, internet and dth. No exclusion. Everything is against the customer's interest and is only for building the customer base and collecting money.

                          I have been cheated by Airtel and the team is trying to frustrate me by calls again and again and suppress my complaint against Airtel. Ultimately, I am not getting response for even my escalations to nodal officer and appellate too. This clearly shows Airtel had made-up everything and there is no seriousness about customer complaint escalations.

                          The customer care team tries to mislead me by saying that their engineer will come and fix the issue and I will be charged Rs.150/- for the resolution but the engineer clearly understands that this is nothing to do with STB or any other part but it is totally the subscription issue. Instead of enabling the recording service, Airtel is playing hide-and-seek game by diverting attention and wasting time of customer while they are charging the customer everyday and want to continue as much as possible and avoid disconnection or migration.

                          Videocon DTH and Tata Sky are still providing recording services. Airtel being a big player in DTH is not able to provide service to existing customers who are with them since more than 13 years?? And they are trying to stress on Rs.150/- service charge again and again without resolution??

                          This is really cheap behavior by Airtel team!

                            Hi, I have recently ported to airtel from vodafone and got my number [protected] got activated on 31.01.2019 from that day onwards i'm not able to recharge ( Via EC, AIrtel Store and Online) and because of that now my outgoing and incoming have been blocked. I have spoke to customer care and Airtel Relationship Centre but till now there is no solution.

                            I have been told that there is some issue with the backend server and this problem is being occurred to all the new customer but when i was in the Airtel Store i saw a customer gets his FRC done with no issues and the store executive itself said those word.

                            Repeated follow ups regarding this issue but still it has not been resolved.

                            Please resolve this Issue ASAP or Make changes to receive incoming calls and message to my Airtel prepaid number [protected] till the issue gets resolved.

                            Reference no. for my complaint request earlier CONRC[protected].

                            Note : after this also i went to Airtel Store and contacted the Customer Care all they say is i have a sent a e-mail regarding the problem and will be sorted out in 48 Hours. But it's been 7 days and still not resolved and now my incoming and outgoing stopped and it become a huge problem.

                            Kindly please resolve the ASAP.

                              Don't know if airtel has closed down the dth services business as these folks are just disappeared since last 7 days. Impossible to reach them... Screens are blank, charging double the money for nothing... Wrong channel packs... No resolution and still full of confusions.

                              Its really bad to see a brand like airtel falling down... Very disappointed.

                                This is about dish tv services post 1st feb after trai.. Been facing issues. Hae sent several mails to airtel email id wwith copy to nodal officer but no ne has even bothered to reply till date
                                Below is the summary of mail sent against my customer id [protected]
                                Hello,
                                This is quite disheartening that airtel dish tv after trai guidleines have not been managing the transition professionally at all.
                                To ustmost disappointment & anger, your customer agents are not completely equipped with the new plans or trai guidelines
                                You as company is just busy menting money & cheating your customers for no fault of theirs
                                I have been facing nightmare expressing my concern to your agents & worse is your customer centre lines are busy & even after holding/waiting time up to 30minutus, we are unable to speak to your agents since last 3days
                                Is it intentional to avoid the replies???
                                Below is the brief of my concerns & issues related to my account:
                                1. Had approached your customer centre towards mid of jan 20019 with assurance of all plan details will be communicated over the pone, which never happened
                                2. I was proposed to recharge my dish tv till feb 1st/2nd 2019 as after that new plans will be implemented
                                3. I spoke to one of your agents again on 30th /31st 2019 & accordingly had opted for new plans before midnight on 1st feb2019. I have 3 connections on which primary 001 has had mega pack paid in advance & had validity till july 2019.
                                4. Have already received automatic message from your side that, thanks for choosing new plan, will get confirmation once updated
                                5. Further, per trai no tv will be blackout but my secondary connections were blacked out due to less balance on 1st feb 2019
                                6. When i called i was asked to recharge both the connections for an amount of rs.150 stating reason of being low. Was waived off rs.20 plenty i had to speak with one of your agent simran who was incapable of managing the queries raised by me
                                7. I had requested him to raise the complaint & issue complaint number & he wasted time & finally refused to provide complaint number stating that your system can take the complaints. More so, i had requested for call back from supervisor for which he took request without giving nay request no & till date no call has been received so far.
                                8. Also, when requested for update on my money that is available against my account till july 2019, your agent had no clarity & let it unanswered on credit issue to my account
                                9. I wanted to have an update on my confirmation on new plans which was/is not received he asked me to wait for 24hrs i, e till 2nd feb or 3rd feb & today we are siting on 5th feb with no confirmation received on new plans activation.
                                10. I have had selected new plan on connection 003 online while for primary & 002 via channel 998 against which sms was received but no confirmation yet on activation
                                11. I have been trying to reach your customer care wo fail.
                                Kindly tell us were do we go now. We are left in lurch & there is no clarity on when new plan will get activated.. I have recharged for rs. 300 & assured this will be working per old plan i have been using & validity till 18/19th feb. 2019
                                This seem to be clear case o[censored]nprofessional, unethical practice’s followed by your people & your organization
                                I need immediate resolution on the same & credit of my money.. Am expecting someone to reach out today, else, am not interested to carry on with airtel dish tv & would take up the matter with trai * consumer forum for breach of guidelines & register a case of forgery & cheating

                                  One of the worst service i have experienced from airtel dth service. Its been a 6 days you people are giving lame reasons. I have done my dth recharge from february 1 i'm not getting my selected channels. Daily i use to call the customer care and waste my 1 hour and they assure me it will be done next day... And its been 6 days.. Today its 7 th february. Even today i called them up they assured me within 15 min it will be resolved. Worst service ever

                                    Dear sir / madam, i have airtel digital tv connection with id[protected]. I had deposited subscription rs 457 on 1st feb 2019, selected my channel pack as per trai rule. But airtel digital tv stopped my all channels on 3rd feb 2019.

                                    Afterapproach towards the air tel customer care for resulation and issuing of the complaint that exppressed their server is down so they can not take complain either on telephone nor online again.

                                    Request your assistance for activation of our channel as per our subscrition.
                                    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Airtel digital tv is not giving me new package what i have selected, i am recharged with rs320 dated 06/02/2019, but till today have not started my new package also they have stopped my language channel no :751, i called airtel digital tv no response given to me is it what airtel digital tv is still giving me new package, please help me to get new package
