My name is mohammad ali khan, i am having a problem with my airtel dth connection. My account no is "[protected]" registered with name "mohammd aslam khan". The number i was calling from is "[protected]". Recently i was trying to check you new plans for 2019 as per trai, which i was not able to do because my recharge go ended today.
While checking i was shown as message like recharge with 100 rs to activate your account, which i did, even though my account stayed suspended.
After that i call in your customer sevice like for 3 time wasting completely about 30 mins. I do not know what kind of people your company higher, what this # do, for 10-10 mins no one picks up the call. Once luckly someone picked the call, with whom i had my conversation who told me that your minimum recharge is of rs.150 /-. I told him i have already recharged with rs. 100 /- what should i do know, he asked me to recherge with more rs. 50 /-, and told me my account will get activated instantly.
Now i when i went online to recharge again as he infromed me, i was not able to do so. On your website your minimum recharge amount starts from rs. 100 /-, even though i did recharged with that amount. I don't know why my account is still suspended even after i have balance of rs. 200/- in it now. I called again in your customer which as per you is the best, where again i waited 10 mins for someone to pick a call and help me with my problem. Luckly after 10 mins a girl picked my call, who asked me my details and everything and then kept my call on hold for like 3-4 mins, then suddenly she told me that she is transferring my call to i don't to whom where again i have to wait for like 5 mins and then my call got disconnected with message that your # experts are very busy with others.
I have to you people do advertisment like your company is the best and the when giving service this is your reality. I left your compmany's network due same such kind of problems, now i think i have to disconnect your dth connection also.
I am not writing this to you peole to helo me with my problem, but to let you know your reality, letting you know what kind of suckers are you people.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Other than that...I wonder on for whom TRAI is working for...why should anyone throw away Rs 160 in the name of NCF...they have in fact worked out well for broadcasters ...and not customers...I wish ..ministry of I&B take a note on this...else...people these days are wise enough to cast their response through their votes.
