Have been trying to get the new package updated since last fortnight.
I was told to give the request cz the new options with new available only at the 13th hour, that is, 31 jan.
Your terrible website logged me out (Perhaps every customer), a dozen times, every time within a minute. Finally with great efforts i could finally update my request.
But, after 4 days and innumerable number of deadlines, still my package is not active. Even the few channels i was viewing, are no more available.
Since morning, the few times i could get connected to a customer care representative, after hearing my complaint, would put me on hold, come back after a minute, and repeat a funny by-hearted phrase three times, to check if i am available at this end. And hurriedly disconnected.
What pathetic state of affairs and you claim to be a1 service providers. Are you serious? I am apalled.
Would you kindly disconnect my connection and refund my ₹350 that is already there with you.
And spare me the horror of how and why i am being fooled, perhaps like a thousand others.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
how come a customer can be charged without prior intimation ?
After one two month it didn't started.

I reached to them 3 -4 times but they didn't reply and also said we are checking on it that [censored].
If not then return my money.
i am using airtel from last 4 years but from last 2 months i am facing lot of issues with this network. i am not able to make or recieve call and cannot use Data. this is really a big problem now. thinking to switch from airtel sick of this network.
