refund amount (amount deducted from bank)

Hi, i added 1819 amount from my bank debit card to airtel payments bank on 21/01/2019 at 07:10pm, money deducted from bank but not added to the money into airtel payments (Showing as 0 - transaction failed).
When will credit (Refund) my deducted amount, how much time it will take, am waiting for your response.
If you require transaction id, then let me know.

customer care fraud

Hello iam payal from kanpur actually someone did a fraud with me and deducted my rs8999 and the account holder who deducted my account is airtel money.. i rec a call from there and they ask our detail and all after giving all they deduct our rs8999.. this is not good they did company name is everything and airtel can did like this i never imagine.. i need a full solution to get my money back and i have proof of that all.. here i sending you...

horrible broadband service and frustrating customer care response

Hi,
This almost 5 month now. Every month almost 10-12 days Airtel Broadband connection is going down in Mahadevpura area of Bangalore. Every time we call you customer case, get the message that, this is an unplanned outage and they give an ETA of resolving the issue. Then after sometime time of resolution get extended . Sometime ETA keep on extending 7 to 8 times or more than that, There is no permanent fix on this issue. Just to...

Hi 21st January 2019 I have updated the SIM in airtel store location:Jahandar apartment rethibowli, Mehdipatnam opposite to Pillar number29, they were charging Rs. 50 for updating the SIM and not giving the reciept for it, Everything they were charging act on this asap many customers are losing money due to lack of awareness.

I called to airtel complaints they were saying we can't take your complaint. Do the needful ASAP...

sim replacement charge

Today my airtel sim got replaced at madhubani airtel store located at purnia bihar. I was charged rs 50/- without providing any money reciept. They told me that if i want to get sim replacement free of cost.. Then come in feb... Is this correct??

Seems there is something fisy. Please look into this matter as smelling some corruption here by your official....

rude customer behaviour

I had called airtel customer for details regarding my internet pack. The service i received was not at all pleasing and she was showing me attitude in return. What kind of support are you offering where i am not able to resolve my issue and also she was behaving rudely towards me. I have never faced such bad response from any customer service. airtel connectivity issues

Since 3 months there is no proper connection at ganapathinagar, chikbanavara bangalore, suddenly the connection goes down, and there is no connection at all for hours. It's been the same for almost everyday, and internet speed whenever there is little connectivity it's almost the speed of 2g!! The service is horrible. We request this should be addressed immediately...

not able to hear voice of person during call

We all family members are using airtel prepaid network and facing a common problem. Whenever we call someone, no voice signal is received. It happens around 7 times out of 10. It is too much irritating. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible otherwise we have to change the network. Pin code of my area is 342008....

Hey, airtel
I activated a new airtel 4g sim on dated[protected]Sunday) but it's not connecting to 4g network although my phone is 4g and internet speed is too slow not more then 80 kbps.
I had used a airtel 4g sim earlier also but it worked nicely but as i purchased a new one it is not working in our area.
It is my sincere request to short out my problems as quick as possible

calling & data usage

I'm facing Call Drop in 4 calls out of 10 calls.
& Is it real 4G ?
I'm getting 25kb/s to 150kb/s data speed.
Is the company is earning profit by giving such a ads like "fastest network" but it's not giving service.
I'm having plan of 1.4gb/day but it vanishes quickly. Else Jio is giving better data & it doesn't vanishes quickly.
I'm at the full range area network. Still facing call Drop....

Always no service, no network, no internet speed, so i completed 92 days as on today, i suppose to port out my no but airtel deliberately arrashment and rejection my poor out request 2 times on dated 18 th jan and 19 th jan 2019 i repeated again generated unique code and again port out requested toady 20 th jan... I already launched complaint about rejecting...

prepaid recharge reversal to correct number

customer care services of airtel are not honest

Airtel dth has suspended our all tv channels... I have talked them more than 4 times.. They always say"mam we have registered your complain and it will be resolved.". But they are befooling.. We are paying it for every single day and they are not solving any grievances.. We are from middle class family and cannot let it go like that.. Through this i request to resolve it as soon as possible.....

very very slow internet speed

My airtel number is [protected] but now i regret why i have port my previous connection to airtel. I am facing this slow internet speed in every location so far though internet setting is already on data roaming and LTE but i am not able to experience so called fastest airtel internet. Even i have complained on customer care number in this regard (Ref no. for my request is C4GSP[protected])
I dont want to stand on terrace in this winter...
