Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now I want to make a recharge of Rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become ### hungry fellows who don't have guts to EARN your INCOME and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct Rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the USSD code for recharging the Rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting Rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers.

    My actual plan cost is 367.57 and on top of that NCF charges have been as Rs.199 that means around 54%. This is horrible and now total monthly charges became Rs.566.57/- which is not even affordable. Can any one from AIRTEL sent actual government regulations for NCF charges to customers. And i am dam sure airtel is playing a smart game here. Need a call back or any response from airtel to us other wise we are not going to pay anything for the sake of DTH & its good to go for hotstar, prime, netflix, yupptv etc

    they are not following trai rules of 130 NCF charges till 100 SD channels. I dont know how they are charging. if you select more channels even if they are free your NCF charges increase. Their NCF charges are variable depending on number of channels you select even they are free or low cost. So I again changed my plan today selecting least number of channels..still I went upto 153 NCF charges
    Same problem facing with Airtel They dnt have time listen any Complaints, charged Rs.153 for NCF, No clarification about Channel List
    Details of network capacity fee
    NCF = Rs. 130 (w/o tax) + Rs. 23.4 (GST) = Rs.153.4 (Total Price with tax) for first 100 channels and Rs.20 (w/o tax) + Rs. 3.60 (GST) = Rs. 23.60 (Total price with tax) for every 25 additional channels thereof. Earlier it was good TRAI made unnecessary mess of it. They should have retain the earlier option and allowed customer to choose it. Now NCF charges is additional for showing FTA channels so DTH guy getting just 130rs without any payment to channels walas . Before a monthly pack of 220 RS i used to get all south Indian prime channels withe Hindi & sports . now it cost morethan 400 Rs. worst part is 25 DD channels is compulsory in the NCF 130 Rs . in which i may not see any channels otherthan my regional channel so other 24 channels are waste and it gets counted in the 100 channels NCF account so if add another 25 FTA commercial channels then it will go above 100 channels again i have to pay 23.60 RS for viewing additional channel charges. Now DTH like Airtel guy become smart and forcing us to switch over to new tariff .
    I am also facing the same issue of getting charged with Rs. 199 NCF charge with just 58 channels.

    I called airtel customer care and they have refreshed my account. Now it is correctly displayed as Rs. 153. Thanks Airtel team. I hope this would help the original complainer.

      Dear sir/ madam

      Airtel digital tv id: [protected].

      I have selected few channels which was amounting to near about 250rs/_ monthly.
      48hrs before. But when i checked today they have added unwanted plan of near about 750/- rs or more monthly . And deducted 2 days balance according to 750/- rs plan. Currently i have a balance of 172/- rs but they have suspended my account saying low balance.

      I call customer care but after holding for some time, it says all customer care are busy call after sometime.

      I request you to to kindly, refund back my balance that was deducted on 5/2/19 and 6/2/19 . And provide me the actual pack which i selected.

      Airtel digital tv has again deducted my large amount of money on 7/2/19 . And i am not getting a sigle channel nor they are giving any response .making my current balance as per today is 95/- rs .
      I request consumer Court to kindly resolve this matter .

      As of today Airtel digital TV has increased my monthly pack to 2255.5/- rs .
      I have tried contacting Airtel digital tv customer service but call getting drop. Once a lady pick up i elobrated her my complain but she cut the call after listening.

      I don't know why Airtel digital tv is behaving like so careless company . They have made joke of government TRAI regulations. As per today 8/2/19 . I am updating my screenshot which shows that my monthly pack is 413.03 /- rs monthly. I request consumer complaint to plase take this matter on a serious note.

          My airtel dth customer id is [protected]. Airtel dth stopped my old package suddenly on 5 feb19 without any perior information. My package durable for 3 months plus additional 15 days. I recharged my package on 20 jan19 as airtel itself offer us new plan. They told us it will continue even after 1 feb 19 as trai introduce new rules but now they r not stick on their own words & not even giving any response about my complain.

            I've purchased airtel broadband connection (Cef no.[protected] recently where they had promised to provide free netflix & amazon prime for 6 months if i paid rs. 6018 (Part of the offer). Customer executive vijay ([protected]) was doing follow-up for his payment within an hour of just filling up an application. After doing the payment within the same day, i've been following up with airtel but in vein... They have entered my mobile number incorrectly & are not bothered to get this sorted out. They promised to give netflix & amazon prime... So far no response from this people. Worst customer service.

              I want my prepaid mobile number port out from Airtel To BSNL and I have registered Porting request on 30th Jan 2019 after two days I have received status as Portout is rejected. I was ask to BSNL executive said that Airtel was rejected your portout request. I have no any due to Airtel and have prepaid mobile number.

                So poor network i have ever seen, senior nodal and appellate people are worthless uttarakhand region they dont care about their customers inspite of so much complaints they dont listen in my veiw company should terminate such people from the job who are taking so much high salary and doing nothing also network team not working peoperly. In h there was no network for a week its a big thing no network for 7 days and company dont replied to me what was the problem the problem this is the way of working and when ever they call me my number is not reachable i will suggest them to close their company soon if they can give customers proper service. Customer care cant resolve my problem its such a big shame for a company.

                    I requested for mnp from other network to airtel. But now it’s been 11 days and still my number is not going to work and when i call customer care, ms/mrs. Avinashi who is a senior over there is was being rude with me. She even didn’t listen my problem and started shouted on me.
                    And moreover there system said my sim is active and gallery said not active. No one is there to help me out from this.

                    Pathetic service and employee.

                      I have submitted a service request[protected] for shifting my connection in 500 mts distance bangalore on 30th jan 2019, the request not has been fulfilled still, no response nothing from airtel, couple of time i have contacted to support and they are are telling they are escalating but nothing happening.

                      Everyday i called they are escalating, so many days i am not using the connection those money i will not pay.

                        Airtel says they are providing 4g data connectivity, but the data transfer rate is way below when compared to other service providers. I have been facing this issue for the past 3 weeks. I'm a prepaid customer and have opted for a plan which offers 2gb per day. But because of the extremely poor data transfer rate, i'm not even able to utilize 40% of my data. Please take necessary steps asap. Address details:

                          Honorable sir, the customer of the airtel dth service provider, according to the new rules you have fixed, you can tell your pack but tell us that our airtel dth service provider is not launching my pack, no free channel is giving them any difference between the camel my airtel dth customer number is [protected].                           These people are just ignoring the consumer requests by simply telling the technical issue and everybody is experiencing harassment and unethical practices from AIRTEL DTH...

                            My airtel dth subscriber id is [protected] and i have paid for one year long term plan which ends in november 2019. On 01/2/2019 i have requested the operator to de activate hd channels and activate some sports channels. But they have wrongly de-activated my long term plan and activated the sports channels. From 01st onwards i am talking with the customer care staffs to sort out this issue. Every time they told that due to trai new regulations there is some problem in server and my problem will be solved within 4 hours. But till time there is no use. I have already lodged my complaint to trai also. But all my efforts are waste.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              It is heartening to note that airtel dth service provider is not activating new plans as per customer's choice evenafter it had been submitted to them well in advance i. E. Before 31.01.2019.

                              Moreover, they have blacked out the tv not even giving ftas.

                              When the customer care is contacted they are insisting upon recharging the account which no longer exist after 01.02.2019.

                              In my case my customer id is [protected]-001, i was having account with monthly outgo of ₹918. I had recharged it thrice with ₹200 on 15/01, 21/01 & 22/01. They had disrupted service in between number of times. When asked about new plans they give random dates, the current date given is of 7th feb 2019.

                              My submission to trai is as follows;
                              A) as declared by trai, customer's tv must not be blacked out after 01.02.2019.
                              B) if service providers are not in a position to implement the guidelines it is their fault. Why should customer suffer?
                              C) after 01.02.2019 why airtel is insisting on recharge of an account against old plans?
                              D) this practice adopted by the service providers is not fair to squash out money in wake of activation of new plan as per trai's guidelines
                              E) stern actions to be taken against such service providers who are following guidelines.

                              With above submissions, i have made up my mind not to recharge my account against old plan unless new plan is activated.

                              I also demand that my tv must not be blacked out by airtel and ftas must be started without any delay/at once.

                              I hope the actions shall be taken in positive direction to keep the customer's complaint and difficulties in mind.

                              As promised by Airtel that on 07.02.2019 new plan will be activated and will inform accordingly to recharge my account with revised monthly outgo.
                              They have neither activated the new plan as chosen by me nor continued the services of FTAs.
                              My TV is blacked out from 05.02.2019.

                              I think the service provider is making fun of the customers.

                              My TV services to be restored immediately as per TRAI's guidelines.

                              I insist that stern action to be taken to protect consumers.

                              Pursuant to my update on complaint, Airtel has not yet informed me regarding activation of my new plan.

                              However to save their face from violation of TRAI' guidelines they have started a very few of the FTAs ( Mainly of DD).

                              This is not an amicable solution to my specific issue.

                              It must be addressed in totality without wasting much of the time.

                              Once Airtel formally informs activation of new chosen plan with monthly charges, I shall recharge my accordingly. The account must not show any outstanding as on date since Airtel maintain the account not the customer. They may show any amount as outstanding against my account and ask me to pay for further processing of the account. This practice is usually done by the service providers to establish that customer is not fulfilling requirements for activation of new plan.

                              I hope Airtel shall activate my chosen plan at the earliest and inform accordingly for recharging my account against new activated plan.

                              My new chosen plan as per TRAI's guidelines is not activated on my TV and surprising to note that my account balance today shown as - ₹141 for keeping my TV services interrupted from 01.02.2019

                              Now following is the SMS received from Airtel stating my account status as on 13.01.2019.

                              Customer ID:[protected], A/C Balance:Rs79.96, Validity:14-JAN-2019, Plan:Infinity 12 Month ARP, Monthly Charges(Rs918), Primary Base Pack(Rs550), Secondary Base packs (Rs275), TopUp(Rs93), Last Recharge amount/Date:Rs200, 12-SEP-2018, Connections:2

                              On 15/01/2019 I had recharged my account with ₹ 200, similar recharges were made on 21/01 & 22/01 for ₹200 each time. Additional recharge was done of Rs.50 on 04.02.2019 by Airtel official upon my complaint.

                              This all recharges totalling to ₹650 plus account balance on 13.01.2019 of ₹77, it sums up to ₹727/- . Now looking to the simple arithmetic based on monthly plan of ₹918, my DTH services for 21 days since 13.01.2019 must have been provided by the Airtel.

                              But it is very unfortunate to state that Airtel not only has stopped my services in between number of times but has not activated my new chosen plan as per TRAI's guidelines.

                              Today on 08.02.2019, Airtel has not yet implemented the new plan and continue to debit my account balance as per old plan which is supposed to be non-existence after 01.02.2019.

                              This type of harassment of the customer to be stopped immediately wherein customer is not at any fault, It is Airtel who are not in a position to activate new plans.

                              It is therefore requested to take up such issues with Airtel who has defaulted in implementation of TRAI's guidelines timely at the same time penalizing customers with higher amount without providing services.

                              Airtel's so called "Platinum Customer Care Service" is the worst I have come across so far. They respond to customers ruthlessly. Giving false dates for activation of the new plans. Today I talked to one of their customer care specialist executive Mr. Niraj, he has given a date of 10.02.2019.

                              What type of drama Airtel is playing with their customers i am unable to think.

                              When no plan is activated against my account and services are stopped, they continue to debit my account with old plan rates. This is entirely unlawful and to be taken up seriously by TRAI.

                              Such a hopeless service provider i have never experienced.

                              The series of complaints and follow up customer care seems to be futile. I think Airtel has been given rights to take fullest advantage of the situation.

                              Requested to intervene at the earlier and streamline the implementation of TRAI's order by Airtel.

                              Let me put up the Airtel's eighth wonder of the world.the recent SMS received from Airtel for my account is as follow;

                              Customer ID: [protected], A/C Balance:Rs.-141.04, Current Monthly Charges(Rs.3566.85), Validity:05-FEB-2019, Last Recharge Date/amount: 22-JAN-2019/Rs.200, No. of connections: 2

                              They have calculated monthly charges of Rs.3566.85 for my new plan of 130 odd channels including 40 FTAs. It means I have selected 90 channels each costing me Rs.40/ months.

                              It is far from reality, I had selected a plan which was costing around Rs.340/month. Now it's clear from Airtel's SMS that they don't want their customers. They are making fun of the customer. It must be stopped immediately.

                              With reference to your mail and subsequent discussion held today with your "Customer Platinum Care", I am not at all happy with the solution provided by meager waiver of Rs. 150 to my account.
                              It must be Rs. 250 as Airtel imposed unilaterally a pack of Rs. 3556.85/month in lieu of my selected pack. Refer below the SMS recieved from Airtel:

                              Customer ID: [protected], A/C Balance:Rs.-141.04, Current Monthly Charges(Rs.3566.85), Validity:05-FEB-2019, Last Recharge Date/amount: 22-JAN-2019/Rs.200, No. of connections: 2

                              Based on above SMS, Airtel debited my account for Rs.125 on first day and 2nd day it shower Rs.250. Needless to state that during these days services were stopped giving reasons of low balance. On 3rd day after lot of deliberation with Airtel, new plan was activated. Subse went day i.e. 10.02.2019 my account showed Rs.265 as outstanding which means my new activated plan is costing Rs. 15 per day. The discussion with your customer care specialist continued for correction of outstanding amount.

                              By persistent efforts of daily discussions with "care specialist" today Airtel "👌generously" waived Rs. 150 in my account again with stoppage of my new activated plan's services.

                              I am unable to understand what type of game Airtel is playing with their customers. With no fault of customer unnecessarily harrasing them by stoppage of services.

                              With above my submission is as follow;

                              A) If Airtel is not in a position to implement TRAI's guidelines from 01.02.2019 why should customers suffer?
                              B) How Airtel can impose a plan of its choice on customer who had already given his choice well in advance?

                              C) When it is for sure that Airtel had made the mistake why it is taking so much of time in accepting and resolving?

                              If my issue is not resolved of account outstanding correction amicably i shall be constrained to complaint to TRAI and make this matter live to Social Media. Let public know how rudely Airtel behaves with their customers.

                              Needless to state that my services as per new selected plan must be restored immediately with correction of outstanding amount.Once it is done satisfactorily I will recharge my account.

                                Hi,
                                This is to inform that airtel is cheating their customers, when we are trying to select alacarte channels. I have selected my channel list and submitted on 31st of jan (331721) and till 5th of feb they airtel didnt activated any channels. My account wallet has a balance 523 and it is getting reduced without supplying channels. On 6th feb morning i can see all the unwanted channels activated in my system and the channels i requested not updated also. As per my selection my monthly rental has came down to 478. Now my monthly rental is showing 1583 per month. I called customer care with these details and they are giving false promises like the new plan will be activated in 1 hr or so. I can smell a scam from airtel and this is happened to my friends also. Last 5 days without channels they have looted huge amounts. Please look into this issue and revert back.

                                I have called customer care again..They are mocking entire TRAI guidelines..they asked me to hold the call to talk to second level escalation manager..more than 45 mins I waited and nobody replied...Please take necessary action as Airtel is violating Govt violations..

                                Today also 63 rs debited from my account without any channels...

                                  My airtel customer id : [protected]
                                  Name : jeevan shewale
                                  By imposing trai on dth, the channels rate have increased rather than being cheap.
                                  Before i was able to view whether sd channels at rs 219 p/m but now it's costing more than rs 300 p/m which is really not a good idea at all.
                                  I hope our government would work on this and get a better solution.
                                  Also the channels head have tremendous changes in their channel prices.
                                  This really needs to be figure out soon.

                                    Sir i am airtel disital tv customer. According to trai new rules of channel i make my new plan and i sumited it before febuary but still my new chennel plan not activeted. My customer id is [protected]. I complain you 2 day ago so airtel send me massage that they active my new plan but still my new plan not active and when i call in airtel customer care then they dont pick up my call so sir i am facing lots of problem please sir solve my problem.

                                      New trai rules i select own like challans and submit in my airtel app & our tv 3 4 time till date. The airtel dth company not activated my new plan. Company activated own plan on my dth and now my plan cost is very high rs. 2213.47 /-

                                      I am trying to contact airtel coustmer care but no response.
                                      Please help me sir.
