As ncf charges, airtel is charging rs.152, which is higher than what we are paying for our channels.

Why ncf charges now?
Initially while taking airtel dth connection, we have paid. Why now it's charged again.
Hope this is applicable for every month.
This is too much.
Please try to remove/limit for one time to keep the customer happy and continue with airtel.

I bought #500 airtel recharge card and I mistakenly scratched the pin guide with the pin I want to recharge so I want you to help me to solve this issue, I will be glad if my complaint be resolved
I have post paid unlimited connection, but I am charged for special voice numbers .
how come a customer can be charged without prior intimation ?
I had purchas new Airtel Sim card and recharge of 450 .

After one two month it didn't started.

i am using airtel from last 4 years but from last 2 months i am facing lot of issues with this network. i am not able to make or recieve call and cannot use Data. this is really a big problem now. thinking to switch from airtel sick of this network.

    In the past two months, I am facing worst experience with RBL credit card billing section. Dec month bill has been generated on[protected]. Total amount due; Rs.62537.51 and Minimum Amount due:3512.12. In bill details, they have mentioned finance charges Rs 2252.89. I do not know on what basis they have added finance charges and moreover, I have made a minimum payment of 4500 on 10th of Jan which is before the due date to avoid the unnecessary charges. but still, the bank is imposing extra charges.when I had mail conversation with the bank, they claim that they levied correct charges and it cant be reversible.

      We are residents of hig sampoornam flats in kpgb phase 15, hyderabad. Our mobile phones seldom work because of poor or no signal from airtel. I have been the loyal customer of airtel over 6 years and never had any problem until we shifted to the current location. It is badly effecting my communication and in turn my business. It is as well effecting our life in several ways. I am surprised to learn that the residents of the said flats have been experiencing the same and no one listens to them.in view of the above, i would like to lodge a serious complaint against airtel. Please get this resolved immediately. Even the internet based services are effecting. I cannot log on the google pay or can make money payments through paytm.

        I recently selected a plan for rs. 998 on the my airtel app which read:
        “plan voucher 998- enjoy unlimited
        National calls, 12 gb data, 300
        National sms renewed every 28 day.
        Validity: 336 days”

        There were no further details provided nor were any terms and conditions provided when purchasing the plan. On plain reading this information would imply that the plan is valid for 336 days and that the benefits will be renewed in 28 days.

        Once the payment had been made i received the activation message for erecharge which gave further clarification of the plan. It read:
        “12 gb data, unlimited local, std and national roaming calls, 300 local+std sms/28days (Sms will be renewed after 28 days). Validity 336 days. T&c apply. Congratulations! You have unlocked free 10 gb data on download of my airtel app (New user only). Download my airtel app airtel.in/5/a109”

        The reason that i took this plan was because of its attractive data benefits. I would not have taken the plan had the clarification about only the sms being renewed been provided before. Having said that, i believe that it would have been very easy for airtel to have provided this clarification at an earlier stage in the details of the plan or at least in a link attached to the details which clearly explained the terms.
        The act of only providing this particular clarification only after the money has been paid shows airtel’s clear intention of cheating and duping customers. Concealing part of the details of the plan is a clear misrepresentation and falls within the definition of cheating under section 415 of the indian penal code, 1860.

        Airtel’s indifferent attitude towards it’s dishonest service was further evidenced by me, when the customer care assistant the senior supervisor rudely pushed aside my complaints by claiming that no where in the initial message did it clearly say that the data would be renewed. Further they refused to do anything to help me in the scenario and rather rudely told me to do whatever i wished as they would not be able to help me.

        This is not the first time that i have faced the issue of rude customer care persons in airtel. I have repeatedly had to deal with this when visiting an airtel store or calling on their helpline. However, this time i feel that the behavior has been the worst.

        I would like the plan canceled and rs. 998 that has been charged fraudulently by you refunded to me. If i do not get the refund of the money within one week of this email.

          I had done recharge on 22nd nov 2018 with amount 199 and reference id is[protected] through freecharge. My amount has been debited via internet banking (Citrus payment soltuion pvt ltd but recharge not happened).
          Kindly note that it had happened twice.
          Please look into this urgently.

          Complaint had already been logged previously but no response from airtel bank.

            I would like to make know that airtel dth ahmedabad is giving third class service, i also have connection [protected]. From last five days i have changed my package but still not started my package. And deducting amount on daily basis without showing any channels.
            Many times called customer care they are making fool to customers, not able give proper answer. Totally useless service and useless customer care service.
            I will suggest go with other like tata sky, d2h and all, except airtel dth.

              It's been 3 days I chose new channel pack according to TRAI rule but still, it's not active on my TV. They are still showing me older pack details and channels and my money is getting deducted using old values.
              They cut money very instantly but when it comes to applying new changes they are not ready to do it.

                Hi, after trai new rules amendment airtel digital tv service is stopped. We are unable to view any channels. While i already choose my packs (Selected channels). Airtel is unable to activate my pack on my account also i tried to reach customer care executive they are making me fool, such as system is not working, your pack will activate within 48/24 hours.
                Dear airtel please stop cheating with indian customers.

                  There is very low mobile signal available for call or internet.
                  Calls are not connecting properly and getting disconnected due to low signal connectivity. If required please call me for more information.

                    I have received a call regarding fixing of airtel tower in our land and for fixing that they are ready to pay me 35 lakshs. Initial pay of 17.5 lakshs told will be payed by cheque after for clearing the cheques telling me to pay 25000 rupees i need to know a the details about this and i am attaching an noc with which is provided by airtel

                      Sir, this is regarding to above subject, i have airtel dth customer id [protected], opted my own new package as per the trai's compliance on 1/2/19 & received a message from airtel dth that my selection of new package will be activated. But till date even after 4 days my new package not yet activated & forced to continue my old package. They don't comply trai's new rules. & their customer care is not working, put it in off mode deliberately. Hence i request you to do the needful. Thank you.

                        Have been trying to get the new package updated since last fortnight.
                        I was told to give the request cz the new options with new available only at the 13th hour, that is, 31 jan.

                        Your terrible website logged me out (Perhaps every customer), a dozen times, every time within a minute. Finally with great efforts i could finally update my request.

                        But, after 4 days and innumerable number of deadlines, still my package is not active. Even the few channels i was viewing, are no more available.

                        Since morning, the few times i could get connected to a customer care representative, after hearing my complaint, would put me on hold, come back after a minute, and repeat a funny by-hearted phrase three times, to check if i am available at this end. And hurriedly disconnected.

                        What pathetic state of affairs and you claim to be a1 service providers. Are you serious? I am apalled.

                        Would you kindly disconnect my connection and refund my ₹350 that is already there with you.
                        And spare me the horror of how and why i am being fooled, perhaps like a thousand others.

                        A disappointed customer!!!

                          I am, a subscriber of airtel digital dth services (No - [protected]). On 04.02.2019, all paid services of my accounts have been de-activated, despite my having chosen the new package as per trai guidelines on 30.01.2019. I also had sufficient balance as per my old package which was valid till 09.02.2019.

                          2. On reaching out to customer care, i was informed that my old package has been de-activated as per trai orders and the new chosen package can only activated from 07.02.2019. Thus from 04.02.2019 to 07.02.2019, there will be no dth services available, for no fault o[censored]s.
                          3. This is apt case of dishonouring trai orders and immense disservice from airtel to the consumers who are abiding by trai. Also the company has charged rs 202.00 as ncf charges instead of rs 153.00 (Rs 130.00 + gst) in the new selected package.

                          4. Please intervene to stop these fraudulent activities by dth companies, airtel in particular.

                            I am trying to contact with customer care 12150 since last 24 hours, but no response getting form. On the 30th jan 2019 i made my own plan through self care but still not implemented, moreover all the channels disconnected.

                            Is this your services???
                            Are customer care executives on strike???
                            Very poor service of airtel disgitaltv i am facing, now just want to discontinue the connection.

                              I called on toll free number and they hav charges me 40 inr without the tariff charges details but according to trai notification dated 6 th january 2012,

                              "in order to ensure that a consumer is aware of the charges payable for availing such services, the regulations prescribe that in case of prs, the consumer should be informed of the charges for such service before materialisation of the call and in case of value added service, he should receive, before activation of such service, information about the charges, validity period and the procedure to unsubscribe from the service."
                              But flatly they didnt.

                                I'm unable to use internet as service has stopped automatically last month for 2 weeks and then started automatically, then internet worked for few days and then 4-5 days ago internet stopes working automatically. called airtel cc and logged a complaint as well. Today again when i called in came to know that detailed bill is showing internet usage for yesterday's date. Which is quite hilarious as on my handset internet isn't working and i'm using wifi and still it's showing the data usage. I'm completely fed up from this garbage service of airtel. my life's biggest mistake is to choose airtel.
                                Till date network issue and no internet service at all.

                                  My connection id is [protected]. I am unable to watch any channels and there is total blackout. After calling airtel dth customer care they are responding that it will take 3 more days to solve the issue.
                                  They initially misguided me that long term packs which i took on 7 dec 18 till 6 dec 20 will get terminated as per trai guidelines and only way to watch without interruptions is to select a new pack.
                                  I selected and now 2 days completed.
                                  This same issue is there with other consumers also..
                                  I am sending a copy of complaint to trai and organisation also.
                                  Will go to any depth to punish airtel dth company

                                    Hey guys,

                                    As per trai’s new notification i have created my own custom package (List of channels) on 25th of jan 2019 and forwarded to airtel and they confirmed the same that and even i got a message too from their end that it has been received and will be applicable from 1st of feb 2019.

                                    But it has been more than 80 hours now and no channel is working. I have tried to reach them (Airtel customer care) via phone on various occasion and they say that wait for few hours more and so on.
                                    Channels are still not working and now their number is not connecting either.

                                    Simply these people are humiliating the customers now.

                                    I am also going to raise the same complaints on other forums and social media too.

                                      Airtel dth went to suspended state.in order to select the channels i need, it asked to recharge for 480. After i recharged, the account is still in suspended state. Now if i click on "choose now" for selecting channels or "change plan" its saying balance is low and recharge for 100. I even did that once, still its in suspended state and i'm not able to change plans or select a la carte channels. Please look into this issue and let me know asap.

                                        Hello everyone,

                                        As per new guidelines from trai, i have opted out few channels before 31st jan. Also received confirmation sms that will be activated. However since 4 days my all channels are deactivated. Error code is 4. And customer care are reiterated only one lines that sorry for inconvenience. Tell me guys. I'm paying for the service which i haven't received and my daily cost are auto deducted by airtel dth. I'm really fedup chasing airtel company each day and still problem is same.
