I have placed a request for refund of my deposited cheque because my connection is not feasible in the area i am staying at. I have asked the are manager to cancel the cheque and cancel the new connection, but have got no response from him. Now my cheque has been deposited and money deducted, even though i requested for cancellation of the service and the cheque.
I am quite disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the technical person, who after repeated requests, has just lied to me and deposited my cheque all the same.
