All telecom company except jio is not carry forward validity of 28 days if multiple recharge done of same amout or different for validity of outgoing. They give validity of 28 days but starts calling through automayed machine 5 day before recharge expires. If recharge done it invalidates previous validity and starts counting new validity of 28 with immediate time and date.

Can you make sure of carry forwarward validity? Is...

Ive been using airteo for the past 5 years and all dhe respect its fast in some areas like the main city n all but the internet is really slow near my home... And its actually you making a fool o[censored]s after recharging and spendi g all the money im not able to use internet data pack. Completely... Please resolve this as there are a lot of complaints... You are taking all the money from people and not providing... Showing all those ads were...

I hereby request airtel, to kindly block my sim, so that no one can use this number, [protected].

My sim with this number was in my phone which i left at bangaluru airport, took the flight to delhi. I had taken this sim/number from wanawadi airtel office, close to axis bank in the sacred heart building, wanawadi, pune.

Since my phone is left at the bangaluru airport could not be recovered by the airport lost...

I am getting call from a person i don't want to talk to and he is continuously calling and disturbing i want that number to be blocked permanently and not get any notification or any sort of messages from that particular number. He is disturbing he from so many days now, kindly look into this matter and solve it.

Amount is not credited till now i have contacted with airtel bank they said it is successful but amount not credited to beneficiary, in sbi bank they say there is no record found to this transaction...

I am using airtel mobile connection for more than 15 years, my mobile no. Being [protected] – prepaid. I opted for one of airtel product for prepaid connection: plan 999 with life time validity. After i settled in my hometown, kolkata the connection was ported from gurgaon to kolkata (Wb) circle and the same plan continued without any change.
Recently on 27th november, 2018 i found that my outgoing call has been stopped in my mobile....

I went to service center in latur 4 times today. They are not giving me satisfactory information about converting a 3g sim card into 4g. Please take a proper action against them. And ask them to solve my problem. Otherwise i will port my sim to other service provider. If you are not giving proper training to your employees, how will you survive against other big players....

I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel. I received a message confirmation about porting and when vodafone service stopped i inserted the sim it shows no signal in that sim. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

I installed my airtel app on 15 jan 19 at about 2100 hrs and i got 1 gb complementary data with 7 days validity.
I used the data and data is still remaining.
But about 30 rs wrongly deducted from my main account balance. Kindly do the needful to refund my account balance as soon as possible. Earlier 23 rs was deducted from my main balance for 28 days validity on 7jan 19. And didn't make calls or use any service....

After 48 hours o[censored]pdation sms servics is still not resumed for my airtel no. [protected]. Pls help me with it.
Update for airtel mobile [protected] has been registered for sim change from[protected] to[protected]u. Sms service will be resumed after 24 hrs. If you have not requested for sim change, please call 121 immediately

Without informing deducted from my prepaid balance please take action every month without informing deducted in my Airtel prepaid amount without knowledge deducted

Prepaid amount without knowledge deducting in mobile balance Rs.23/- why deducted I need interest will be recharge other wise once discantied

I do not have network on my airtel from more than 24 hours. just feeling handicapped. Please resolve the issue, i have complaint many times but not resolved yet. I have night shift, just imaging travelling in night without having network in phone. what will i do during emergency. Airtel is being very liberal in this issue. I cannot even make transaction because not receiving OTP.

Most of the time it is happening. I am fed up with this. When i visited airtel gallery and complained about it, He said, i should port to other vendor who is offering good service. I felt angry but could not do anything. I have waited long enough to get service in working condition but still it is not resolved. I submitted the claim for my handset as i have my phone insured from airtel secure
Now after continuous follow up for 7 days they are telling me they rejected the claim due to

And the back panel now has a crack on it.

I have sent multiple mails regarding balance update as "even though i have recharged the balance not getting credited hence forth not able to connect 121 to speck with executives" to convey the same query

Stating the same through mails to [protected]@airtel.com. But i was getting response from 121 air tel team is contact by dialling 121 for more help.

I purchased on airtel 4g hotspot in month of oct to use at home, but at our home there is no speed coming with that instruments. I frequently made complaint in airtel customer care, they every time said that issue will be resolve very soon, but till today its not resolved. It is such a shame that airtel people are not able to resolve the issue in more than 80 days. Every month paying rental but not using the equipment....

By the typing error, I have recharged wrong number([protected]) with ₹399 but wanted to please recharge it back to my correct number([protected]).

This is regarding my airtel prepaid number [protected], i tried several times to get the recharge done from various wallets be it amazon money, paytm, and even airtel money.

Every time amount is deducted from my card and then i receive sms from airtel customer care stating
"transaction failed due to technical reason and money will be credited back in 7 days".
