I have done my recharge for mobile in Airtel Website on[protected]. My order ID is[protected]. For RS 1799. From my bank account amount has been deducted. But this transaction is failed. Even after 10 days this amount is not refunded to my account. I am having account in ICICI bank. When i will get back my money.

      Im using apple iPhone and facing issue on internet service at 7:30pm to 12 pm raised complaint through my airtel app but it shows my concern my resolved, but In reality my problem was not resolved and facing this issue even now, so using my cousins data as hotspot to raise this issue
      Please take this issue as prior and so needy

        As stated by Airtel, they have increased the network coverage in Gulakmale village. I am still having call drop, call not connected, not able to get incoming call and internet issues.

          Sir at our home in the night internet doesn't work.and when we call to any no. The internet starts working in our area. There 30/40 users all are troubled by this problem we can't study online in nights. Sir plz respond I complaint many times to airtel customer support but they never responded me. That's why i came here.day time internet works average but in the night stops working

            I have never sent an SMS to[protected]. But I have been asked to pay Rs. 5 saying I have sent SMS to this mobile no.[protected]. Can it be looked into?

              I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel postpaid and the network activation was supposed to happen on Saturday 17 September, at 10PM. I was told it would happen immediately and even their website states "There is no downtime during the day, and you continue using your existing number until the MNP process has been completed."

              I just need to restart my phone and activate new SIM by calling 59059. However, I have no network on my new SIM. Customer Care is saying it is activated, but there is still no network. They can't let me talk to a senior person, or a technical person who can help. I'm supposed to visit an Airtel store to resolve the issue but they said it's a Sunday holiday for AIrtel stores so I will have to wait another 24 hours.

              No network, no one to talk to, no one to visit. "We can't help you, just please wait." is what I am told.

                    I made a payment by credit card for services on phone No [protected].
                    I received an acknowledgement. The money is showing as received but the service is not activated. E mails are rejected saying e mail not registered, dialing customer care on 121 gets invalid number.
                    No option to talk to a human is provided.
                    Just give the run around by automated systems.

                      I bought Fastag from Airtel in nov2020. On 4/9/2022 When I travel through car at toll Tax Barrier, Toll gate was not opened after few minutes, a man sitting inside cabin, open toll gate manually by feeding car number, due to this they deduct 150 rupees in place of Rs.135. Same day when i came back and passing through same Toll Tax barrier after 3-4 hours, same problem occurred, they practice they did to open Toll gate and deduct Rs.150 in place of Rs. 35 . I have raised complaint against this through mails (for ref.attachment ) or telephonic discussion with customer care executive but no action has taken by airtel team and not taking my issue seriously. Due to faulty Fastag i bear loss of around[protected] rupees, time and petrol loss also.

                        Someone has called and told that he is calling from block(BAO kalyanpur) regarding the Agriculture reward money of Rs: 8000 which needs to transfer in your bank account and for that We require your bank details such as debit card number and paytm number. After sharing only Debit card number immediately I received a SMS of purchase of amount Rs.49500 of name of Airtel Money. We have not shared any OTP or not clicked on any link but amount deducted from the account.

                        Please refund back the money in account from which it get transferred.

                          Sir,
                          On 13th August Your Airtel Executive called regarding offer on 6month plan and sent a link on the registered mobile number
                          It was a link for 6 month payment of rs 2886 which i paid using my credit card but the transaction failed and money got deducted I called airtel customer care they said i will reflect back in 7 working days and also confirmed the transaction with card company which they said was successful and transferred to the merchant account

                          I raised 2 complaints already
                          [protected] on 20th August
                          [protected] on 1st sept

                          both were closed by your side without resolving the issue

                          It has more than 1 month still money is not refunded
                          Please see to the issue

                            Dear Airtel provider,

                            I have prepaid Airtel in Maharashtra. I cannot send or receive SMS from international numbers (US, EU, etc). My overseas family checked with their service provider and they have no problem sending SMS to other numbers in India. When they send me an SMS, it does not work.

                              Airtel Customer Service is really bad, mistake I did was activated a pack of international Roaming, now their customer care doesn’t work outside India, and I’m not able to disable that service via app. It’s full loot from Airtel, hope someone is listening.

                                Airtel closing complaints without solving the issue

                                Recharged Mobile on 17th July with INR 2999 pack. But via app I am not able to get the soft copy of the bill. And after various attempts and it is 2 months but still Airtel is not able to provide bill which is minimum need for any purchase.

                                Im living in KSA and have been recharging and maintaining my mobile number ([protected]) properly as I use it for all home transactions. Now all of a sudden, the signal on my number is lost and cant receive any messages.

                                When emailed to their customer care, they ask me to call from same number (how is that eve possible!!!) and send from registered email address (which im doin it already!!!). I had even tried by sending my family member to airtel showroom to seek support. They go a step further by saying that this is due to TRAI guidelines!!!. This is so frustrating, why would a regulatory authority bock any number that is well registered under my ID and being maintained.

                                This automated BOT reply is so annoying and I couldn't reach for a solution. Because of this all my work is hindered and spoiled. Im facing monetary losses due to this unethical response.

                                Im looking for resolution in this subject and demanding my number to get restored!

                                  want to tell you i always call cust. care but he did not response, they always say we r transfer ur call to ur senior mag. and then again n agin is it ur services. at my home i have 7 airtel user n all so us are vry disappointed with ur service no network if network are there net was not working, calling quality voice break.
                                  how many times i told you cust. support please manager my bill plain but i did not at last when i saw a bill there are lots of addon n, all
                                  i am not happy with ur service n i want my way off otherwise be happy with ur airtel no.

In a highly reputed central government College this shouldn't have happened. It is difficult to even use internet because of the drastic network.                                       I purchased post paid sim from malad airtel gallery near Evershine nagar. On 9th i promised sim will get activated on same day after verification but sim not activated. On 11th i have visited again. They promised me today surely it's going to activate but still not activated. Now it's more then 7 days... Itne me to Vodafone ghrpe Or jio Chati pe Sim rakh k chalu karke chala jata... Jokes 👈😑👉. Kindly do my verification and activated my sim card. I am facing trouble in my office.
