On 29th I decided to have an Airtel Xstream Broadband connection, after confirmation from the Airtel Sales Person Mr. Bhargav (Ph:-[protected]/[protected]) we took up the plan. Please find the below screenshots as a proof. Since he confirmed there is a service in my location (#72A, janatha colony, carmelaram post, doddakannalli, sarjapur main road, Bangalore Pincode:-560035) I have decided to take up the connection he sent me Airtel link and I have made the payment Rs.4000 for Broadband+ DTH free connection. So Bhargav immediately sent the DTH person for installation on 29th, even though we denied for DTH first and to install broadband, he made us to install DTH but actually what we required is Broadband after making confirmation and payment through call and WhatsApp and waiting since 5 days. Airtel xstream service provider saying service not available. Why did Mr.Bhargav give false commitment and take our money and waste our precious time in waiting to say no service there. This could have informed us before we would have gone for another option, we would have stopped putting the DTH connection if xstream Broadband is not available.
Kindly find the below sample evidence for the confirmation from Bhargav Airtel Sales person that in our location service is there he confirmed.(if required full chat i can provide for taking action againest him)
Please refund our amount (Rs.4000 and Rs.200 installation) totally Rs. 4200 and take away your Airtel xstream DTH.
Mainly we are in search of Fiber Broadband. Our bad luck we wasted our time in Airtel Xstream due to your unprofessional sales person Bhargav.
Sincere request don't ever cheat people like this for putting Airtel DTH.
Kindly take strict action! against Mr. Bhargav (Ph:-[protected]/[protected]) he missguided us and he wasted our time and money.
If there is no strict action taken against this I am going to take a LEGAL ACTION.
Please teach your sales person some professionalism not even responding to calls. This could have gone smoothly through the call but wasted our money and time.
We have asked for a Telugu, Tamil pack for DTH but your sales person gave us a kannada pack. After calling for this issue after broadband we can change he said atlast no broadband and we have a kannada pack. What kind of service is Airtel providing to the public?
Request from the public is something and your service is something, totally not acceptable.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
