My name is Ms. Mayuri Shankar Koli. I've been holding a same sim card for the past so many years. And since last night it's showing an INVALID SIM.

Request you to look into it and solve the issue as soon as possible, as I could not make my bank transactions. However I'm outside of the country, that's the reason I'm writing this mail.

    I traveled abroad last week and all my financial activities are tied to my airtel number. The number suddenly stopped working on day 2 of my visit and has been unresponsive since. (It worked perfectly fine for first 2 days).

    I get an error of 'device not registered' when I try to troubleshoot using my airtel app. Similar errors show up when I try to do ANY BANK TXN, on UPI apps or through my bank app which is the biggest consequence of this issue. I believe this means that the sim device is not registered (not my phone device which some support agents tried to imply). HOW COULD AIRTEL GIVE ME A COMPROMISED SIM? THIS SHOWS A GRAVE VULNERABILITY IN AIRTEL'S SECURITY AND SUPPORT.

    This sim was given to me only last week just before I left the country by an Airtel agent (Name - Akshay Gharat, ph - [protected]) who came to my house after I raised a request on my Airtel app to port my number from postpaid to prepaid. I explicitly explained to him I will be in abroad for at least 6 months. He assured me that the sim will be functional in 2 days without doing anything extra. He also told me nothing extra is needed for international roaming. He took 300rs from me which is not reflecting anywhere on my Airtel app. Of course, now this person is not reachable to give any clarification on the situation. I AM GENUINELY CONCERNED THAT THIS NUMBER COULD NOW BE USED BY THIS ROGUE AGENT FOR UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO MY BANK.

    I have done multiple recharges already to make this work, as instructed by multiple different Airtel support agents each time I try to call for my issue. The total is amounting to more than 1000rs and none of it has worked. And still if I call support, they tell me to do more recharges. What cheap set of trouble shooting instructions have they been given? I'm literally begging and borrowing money from friends in order to do these recharges and to support myself financially here.

    I have assured their support multiple times that I have done all basic troubleshooting to make sure the issue is not on my side. I have provided all relevant screenshots of my phone and sim settings and money deductions to their support and still nothing is done. I'm financially blocked in a foreign country and it is sad to see airtel taking it so lightly.

    Airtel's negligence has made one big soup of incoherent instructions given by multiple random agents who are not coordinated even among themselves. I've tried to contact airtel almost 12 times now in the past 4 days through different means and had to explain the issue from scratch each time, only to get different basic instructions from them like restart your phone, restart your sim, change network settings, change device, activate int roaming again, recharge your phone, etc etc etc. Even after I tell them I've already tried all of these, they tell me 'try one more time', because of which I'm constantly throwing money at recharges and nothing has worked. None of the agents can tell why.

    Among all the support agents that I have contacted (there are too many to count by now), the INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT AGENTS ARE EXCEPTIONALLY ARROGANT and they were of no help at all. Kept implying I must've done something wrong and refused to connect me to anyone who could give more insights into my situation. One of them even hung up halfway through the call. I am so shocked at their lazy and entitled behavior.

      Sim card not provisioned after porting to airtel from bsnl

      I have given the UPC code for porting to Airtel from Bsnl. Port request was accepted from Airtel and later I also received a message that port in will be successful within 22 August, 22. But unfortunately it doesn't happen.

      The most important problem is from 22nd of August my previous BSNL sim is keep showing signal but it became non provisioned because of which I cant recieve or send any call or message. So I tried inserting...

      Its been a week our broadband connection is not working at all. We have also complained the same with Airtel customer care. But still no response.

      We have also requested for Upgradation to fiber but no use.

        I am facing network issue in my area for past 5+years all the time i raise airtel promises me to resolve the issue and it never happened, some of the customer care executive were rude to me . All the complaints i raised have been closed without giving any update and without resolving it. I did contact appellate authority of airtel Kerala and the is no response from them, in next step i raised issue on CPGRAMS(Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System) even that didn't help .
        I am facing call drops and call disconnecting issue in indoor and outdoor, signal is not stable, data speed is too slow i can't even sent a WhatsApp message, can't load google, no streaming in both indoor and outdoor. There is a site(tower) available nearby which airtel could use it was used airtel before currently jio and vi uses, there are signal towers which are used by three operators airtel could do the same or bring a new tower here.

                  Hello

                  I would like to call out an extremely dissatisfied customer service from Airtel.

                  12th May 2022, I had raised a request with J P Nagar Airtel office to get my office mobile number to be transferred to my personal account as I had a long term travel to the US. The request number is[protected]. The associate at the store mentioned it would take 5 days for the transfer.

                  I had a flight scheduled on 20th May'22, when I called out to Airtel, they mentioned the transfer process is completed. However, after I reached the US, my number did not work, since then I reached out to my organization and to Puneet A S, relationship manager of Airtel to get this resolved.

                  Puneet never answered my mails or calls atleast for 4 weeks. Then he mentioned that he needs the mobile sim to be available in India. I spent Rs 4000 and shipped the mobile sim to India to my sister.

                  When my sister visited the store with the sim, they said that they need a fresh NOC from my organization, which the organization refused to provide as the airtel sim was not in their account anymore.

                  After multiple follow ups with Puneet, he answered the call once and he was extremely rude to my sister. Puneet is a highly unprofessional and uninformed employee of Airtel. He is in a service industry and should know how to treat the customers when they reach out to him, irrespective of the position he holds, The only choice we had left is to reach out to Airtel office, I was told that I need to submit fresh set of documents and a letter to have the mobile number transferred to my sister as I cannot visit the store in person.

                  Now the situation is that the mobile number is suspended and the team in Airtel store is mentioning that I may not get that number.

                  I have my Aadhaar, IT returns, bank accounts all linked to the phone number. And due to delays and untimely responses from Airtel and especially Puneet, I am left helpless. My IT filing is pending and my bank transactions are irregular.

                  Kindly assist me to get this resolved

                  PS - I am not attaching any documents here, as it includes details about my organization. However, I can share it on a one to one basis.

                    I m a very old and loyal user of Airtel ..In Fact all my family members are using Airtel.

                    With the experienced service level we shifted from TATA sky to Airtel Xtream with a committed to have best of the services

                    But it is very unfortunate to share the experience has NOT been good at all

                    Just to brief the case, I'm in touch with one of your sales executives Mr. Vinod( +91 [protected]) since June 22nd for the Airtel Black scheme which was supposed to get activated in 24 hrs got delayed by 2 to 3 days and finally got activated.

                    As per the scheme there are 3 mobile nos. which can be added in the plan..out of which 2 of them ( mine and my wife nos.) were added but my mother's number is still not been added to the scheme .

                    INspite of regular calls and reminder i ' m still not able to reach Mr. Vinod as he is the one who committed this on behalf of your prestigious company

                    Knowing Airtel I still have trust that the senior people will definitely consider this complaint and action accordingly to help me out .

                      A complaint regarding Airtel is that I have paid my postpaid bill 3 times and every time I money was debited from my account still I am unable to make any call. It is only saying that clear your dues and make bill payment which I have already paid The bill is not getting updated on my Airtel app . Please look into this matter

                        I processed and paid for Airtel broadband connection as on 18th August. They told me that I will get the connection on 18th of August and for that reason I bought the connection from Airtel
                        Now it’s 23rd August and now they are telling me that the connection will take 1 month so you can process for cancellation and my amount will be refunded in 15 days.

                        This is not the way a consumer is treated. If they were not able to give me the connection then why should I hold my money for 15 days with Airtel. I have been calling them everyday since 18th August. And nobody is giving me any proper answer. Neither on my refund nor on my connection. I had to buy data add on everyday which are very expensive.

                        Kindly help me get the refund amount ASAP along with the compensation

                          All sim card company is charging more price for but they are not giving recharge of 30 days and they are harassing consumer and making there own profit please take it on high priority basis and give 30 days recharge with less recharge price

                                Sir I have 3 Mobile 1 broadband and 2 DTH connection with Airtel all post-paid connation in Airtel black. On 9th of august around 7 p.m. in the evening to customer care on 121 to disconnect one of my number which I am not using any more and one data card connection as well. At that time, I was told it will disconnect and everything was ok. On the 10th of at 6.10 am both of my DTH got disconnect and that time I called customer to ask why they are not working. I was told that changes are made in my plan, My DTH has been change from post-paid to pre-paid which I didn’t ask for. Whole day on 10th I had call numbers of time to get it fixed. At 6 p.m. in the evening it starts working so everything was ok. And all day on 11th august it was working normal. But on 12th morning at 7.10 am it again stop working. All day I have been calling coatomer care to fix it they keep giving me time that they are fixing the problem and nothing happened. I was told to recharge it as it is suspended it might work if I recharge. I did recharge on 3 time and it didn’t work and I have over paid almost Rs. 2000 extra to airtel account. All day 12, 13 and 14 it didn’t work and I have called numbers of time. On 14th I was told to go to store and complaint By Mr. Kohli ([protected]) Area manager for Janak puri. I went to store around 2.30 pm and I was helped by Mr. Mohit in the store in Sagarpur. On 14th in the evening around 9 pm Mr. Kohli managed to recharge from his pocket of Rs. 200 and it start working. And it was showing that it will disconnect again on 20th august. At that time, I have called number of times every day to airtel to fix the problem as revers for pre-paid to post-paid as it was before and I was told they are fixing it. Sir I have 82-year father and 74-year-old mother as they both want TV as normal day activity for news and devotional channels. It was very stressful time for me to as they both were very angry on me. As it was all my fault but it wasn’t it was mistake done call center person. Till today I haven't received any call from airtel and my dth still not working.

                                  Wrong pack recharged on my prepaid number of rupees 2999 and i wanted to recharge 3359 and mistakenly recharged of rupees 2999.

                                  I talked to CUSTOMER care executive as well. I ask them to not refund it but reverse the pack to the other airtel number that is my mother's number. But she said i can't do anything because the recharge is done by other app and not airtel thanks app.
                                  What does this mean if a person don't use airtel thanks app then they won't give any solution to anyone.
                                  What the hell is this. What kind of ### service they are providing.
                                  I just want refund else reverse it to other airtel number that is [protected]

                                    I have recharged an Airtel number with a fixed cashback, on Aug 21, 2022 at 7:52 pm. On Airtel Payment Banks. It had a cashback offer of ₹10 to ₹30 (atleast ₹10) but didn't receive any cashback. And no response on from the company on the app.

                                      I have approached an Airtel executive for a landline connection. He told that if broadband connection is taken, we can have the landline availability also.
                                      So I have taken a Broadband Connection along with a Landline connection from Airtel Agency in April 2022.

                                      From there, both landline and broadband connections worked well till June 2022.
                                      In July 2022, the landline connection stopped working. After talking with the local executive, they stated that landline connections were stopped in our area.

                                      I have talked with the customer care and then also I couldn't get the solution.

                                      I request to resume my landline service.
