Dear Sir / Ma’am,
We received a wrong billing for international roaming raised in the Month of December 2021 and the same is being informed to Airtel team through mail dated 13 December 2021 and we were reminding through mails repeatedly, still the issue is not yet resolved.
We didn't find proper responsible person from the Airtel Team, they were making us to talk to multiple persons on this issue. We don't have one accountable person, time to time we spoke to too many people, end of the day we are not getting the outcome we are expecting.
