Last time i recharged my girlfriend and my sister phone airtel with unlimited pack of 169.. For 28days but it is ended in 15days only... And there is no response from customer care also... Poor service bad network... And 4g girl chutya bana rahi he... Please we are leaving airtel service... It is nothing just to fill one sim slot in phone with out any use

    Earlier, on 08.05.18 complaint filed that airtel co deducted rs. 50.00 from my talk value balance. They have not refunded till now the amount. Rather again, they have deducted rs.5.00 today morning (18.05.18) by activating forcibly bhojpuri video services. Validity one day. They will again renew, i. E. Deduct on expiry of this service forcibly. I am at a loss. Airtel co has become super power. They are activating vas forcibly and deducting talk value balance forcibly and don't bother, care consumers' complaints at all. Please do something, sir. They are destroying consumers and making their lives hell.

      My network disconnected even though the account is activated. This is happening for last 4 days i. E. From 15 may 2018.

      Today when i went to check with the airtel service desk at reliable tech park airoli, the concerned person changed the sim and sait it will be activated in 2 hours.

      I want to know, even after being loyal customer for years how airtel can disconnect my network without my knowledge.

      4 days of disconnection - loss of my communication and data as well.

      We opt for a mobile connection to be able to communicate in emergency, but if the service provider disconnects the network should be responsible for all the consequences due to their such act.

        Dear sir,

        On sunday dated 06/05/2018 i received a call from mobile no - [protected] at 11.32am, saying that i am calling from airtel and your sim will be closed and you have to change the sim from 3 g to 4g.
        For this he asked to send a sms on 121.
        Just after that my sim was blocked and no massage was coming on that.

        Next day on dated 07.05.2018 a fraud of rs 1, 00, 000.00 occurred in my icici bank due to this fraud and sim which was delivered to some unknown personnel without any identification.

        On same date we filled a complain to customer care of airtel to block the mobile no.

        Now you are requested to pls identify the store and person from where this sim was issued without any identification and fraud happens with me.

        In connection to this you are requested to pls compensate the amount of fraud and mental harassment happen to me and my family.

        You are requested to please clarify with documents and proof.
        My concern :
        1. How come the fraudster was in possession of new airtel prepaid sim without requesting them against any customer and submitting any document for the same.
        2. Are your unregistered sim available in the black market for any type of anti - social activities and it can be purchased like toffy and chocklet.
        3. Will you still brush-off everything claiming zero responsibilities and saying that you cannot trace sim or the owner. Being a so big company (Bharti airtel).
        4. What are the rules and regulations of your company to safe the private and confidential identity of the customer.
        5. How can we identify the fraud when the old sim was blocked and no sms was coming on that.
        6. You are rwquested to please identify this mob no - [protected] and file an fir against this process at your end. (We hope such a big company have some legal team of proffessionals)

        Sir for a Common Man their is now Law and No Justic this is all about power and money. except one call till date to problem has been solved. Is their any one who is listning to our problem and solution. I know that no responsibilities will be taken by Airtel and conusmer complaint. how far the Fraudent SIM has been issued to some else in some other state pls clear

            On 02.05.2018 i had remitted rs.499/- towards recharge of airtel prepaid
            Sim connection no [protected] the same was not taken in to account by airtel and the connection was cut. This made me to pay again on 17.05.2018. Rs.399/- this time for the same connection.
            Both the payments by online transfer from dena bank hamilton bridge branch chennai a/c no[protected] please return the amount of rs.499/-

              Hi, on 16 may my 10 rs were deducted and next day 2.5 rs were deducted from my account (Mob no. -[protected]) and i have been told by customer care executive that i called the number [protected] (Which is chargeable as told by customer care). While in my current pack (Rs 149) there are unlimited local, std and roaming calls and 1 gb/day for 28 days.
              I have few queries:
              1. While i have unlimited free calls why i am charged at first? And if some calls are chargeable then how can you term it unlimited? Was this mentioned in your 149 plan? I want to see the terms and conditions and please send it to my email address.
              2. I am trying to check my last 5 deductions and i am getting the response "there are no transactions in last 72 hours". Even i dialed *121*51# and 12181 many times but no deduction can be found in last 72 hours. Why i am not able to see this deduction? I want the message of the deductions on mobile number.
              3. When i ended the call on [protected] (For 3 min and 21 seconds) why my deductions were not shown at that time? While in other calls i am shown the deductions after ending the call with the duration.
              4. I was displayed the message after some time "you have consumed 100% of your daily/weekly voice minutes". I have a screenshot of this. What this means and why it appears? Is this the correct message for the deductions?
              5. When i called the number [protected] why i was not told that this is chargeable and at what rate? While on calling 121 i was informed by ivr that it is chargeable at 50 paisa/min or 50 piasa/3min (I don't remember the correct one) but still no deductions on calling 121 for any number of minutes.
              6. On calling the customer care executive they told me that i was charged as 2.4 paisa/sec while i talked for 3min 21 sec which is 201 sec and 201*2.4=4.824 rupees which is lower than the deducted amount.
              7. How do a customer will know that calling on a particular number is chargeable despite having unlimited calls plan?

              I have attached all the screenshots and request you to please refund my deducted amount back in my account.

                My airtel postpaid bill for the period:
                11-march-2018 to 10-april 2018 : bill no:[protected]
                11-apr-2018 to 10-may-2018 : bill no:[protected]

                It is showing as i have send international sms
                To the number: [protected], 25 times in april and 91 times in may.

                April month they have charged for 26 sms @ the rate 5/msg which comes to : 130.00 =tax
                May month they have charged for 91 sms @ the rate 5/msg which comes to : 455 +tax

                But i haven't sent any sms to any international number in my life.

                When i checked online the same number found
                For fraud in airtel's other customer complaints too.
                I guess its a fraud from the company.
                If i call them upfront they are asking to pay the bill as they know the background.

                And they have disconnected my number for not paying this bill

                Airtel is cheating customers. Whom i need to approch to get the solution for this problem.

                  With out my convent airtel has deducted rs.150 from my prepaid account from my cell no.[protected] in the name of providing me a value added service called whatsmob. This amount was taken from my account at 3.55 am while i was sleeping.
                  I am providing you the sms as proof :-

                  Whatsmob service has been activated @ rs150.0 for 30day (S). Txn id n[protected], 18may18 03:55. Service will be renewed after validity expiry. To use, click http://202.174.122.12:8085/airtelwap/actnotify. Php (Data charges apply). To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services? Call 56789

                  Later on when i woke up seeing the sms i deactivated the service using mobile app.
                  This amount should be credited back to my account.

                    Airtel activated some service called videopindw and started charging 30rs per week.

                    I realized it couple of weeks later and tried to deactivate it immediately but no luck with that.

                    I tried to check this with airtel executives in customer service desk who says they have no idea what this means.

                    Airtel, stop doing this & revert my money back…

                      Hi,
                      I want to recharge a postpaid number of [protected] of Rs 500 which is registered on name of Jignesh Thakkar, but I have recharged a wrong number [protected] which is prepaid as i have talked to operator of that number.I have recharged through my paytm number i.e [protected] and selected as postpaid and after successful recharge that recharge is not received by that operator. Also I have talked to paytm customer care and i got a response that they have done it successfully and its pending with airtel.I am sending you all proofs.
                      please look this issue and requesting you to give solution and refund of my money.

                        After numerous calls & conversations with the relevant team & up to multiple levels of managers, i didn't hear anything from anyone till date. This is pathetic and pitieous from airtel. Haven't encountered such a situation in last 5 years of relationship.

                        There are vague internet charges posted in my bill. Unfortunately, i realized that airtel customer services are more focused at fleecing customer than providing services. The last couple of weeks have been harrowing and i have seen no resolution. I am surprised, and pained at the lack of professionalism and empathy of airtel.
                        I have recently been abroad and started international roaming services plan on my airtel number on apr 27, 2018. To my utter shock, for the billing period from april 5th, 2018 to may 4th, 2018, i have been wrongly charged for mobile internet data & i never even switched on the data. But after generation of bill, it says total usage/pulse as 6205 (62 mb) which was never even used and for that i have been charged rs. 48, 233. Is this some kind of joke? Do you have any idea how many gb comes under 48k??
                        In context to above, i raised a request no. [protected] for verifying the dispute and to my surprise, request is closed without any resolution. Further, i enquired again last week and some different representative told me the request is closed and stated that the charges are valid. What is the authenticted way of this validation? Why so unprofessionalism? Why wasn't i informed on the progress / closure of the ticket?
                        Hereby, i completely challenge these charges as false. The billing system at your end has malfunctioned and i have been the bearer of this.
                        Secondly, when my credit limit is 3, 600 then how in the god's name is this possible that my usage had exceeded that amount, why was it not blocked beyond the credit limit? Why suddenly did i receive this vague bill?
                        There were no charges for the almost the month but suddenly between may 2nd to may 3rd 2018 i have been charged for mobile data usage which was not even turned on.

                        If this is the way airtel's billing systems work, i am sorry to say that i will challenge this in the consumer court or in front of the compliance authority. This is gross harassment and cheating and it seems that airtel is trying to offset its losses by falsely charging customers.in this era of transparency, such unprofessional management is unexpected from a company as big as airtel.

                        I do not intend to pay these false and unethical charges and i would like a full clarification and revocation of these false charges on my account from airtel immediately.

                          How you decided Indian fastest network is Airtel!!! I am from Hyderabad LB nagar rocktown colony, Come to my location how we are struggling with Airtel. I was many times contacted the customer care they didn't respond. Let me when your service is going to improving?? Otherwise we use to Port into jio. At least voice calls also no clarity in voice. We are getting 2g network from 2 months!!we didn't getting 4g service

                            I received a call from someone pausing as Airtel customer care on account of KYC updation of my SIM. I was told that my SIM will be deactivated with effect from 16th May 2018, hence I needed to give a SIM change request. I was asked to send a particular message to 121, which I did. Subsequently i received another message for which I was told to press 1, which also I did. Post that I went to your Gallery in Powai, Mumbai. They gave me a new SIM which was to get activated in 4 hours but couldn't be as the fraudster ( i was told) was blocking it.

                            It was then suggested that I block my number completely for a few days. Now my number is barred and I don't know what to do. My question is how are the fraudsters able to get hold of new SIM cards? I think there is a leak in Airtel's systems which is very risky for the customers.

                            I want a quick resolution of my problem, failing which I shall escalate the issue within Airtel system and also report it to police.

                              I have the rs. 448 pack on my phone. It has validity up to 82 days. The calling is fine. But i have a problem with the data service. After the initial 50 or 60 days, the daily speed of 4g goes down substantially. The signals are shown and the bar is always full with 4g written on the side but the speed isn't there at all. This isn't the first time it's happening. After 50 days, it seems like you limit the usage of data. Please get back to me and resolve this problem asap.

                                Worst.. Unstable 3g n 4g network.. Sometimes can't even make a call.. You guys claiming your network to be the fastest network of india, i don't know on the basis of what. And it's not that am staying in a cave or something or the only victim so that it's obvious of you people not to cover up. I think you should pay a bit attention to the matter asap.. Otherwise we must port our connection to other network provider as per our benefit..

                                  2nd time and 3 time soft ware is not working after than u are late our time is 7 o clock

                                    Hello,
                                    I called customer services on april 09, 2018 and requested that i needed to deactivate my broadband connection, since i was not getting proper connection, the supervisor confirmed with me that my connection will be deactivated in a week’s time, however i’m still keep receiving charges for services that are not been used, how do you expect me to pay for services that is not in use, when i requested for deactivation why hasn’t it been deactivated, i will not pay for something that i never used, i’m not going to pay if i keep receiving charges for no services i will need to take further action on you guys, i have sent an email asking for a confirmation that my connection is deactivated and i’m yet to receive a confirmation but you keep sending me bills and charging me for services that has no coverage, this has to be looked into very disappointed

                                      After that i called a local help line number and i got charged Rs34 @ Re1/mint but i called the same No. with Jio and charged nothing.
                                      So what is the meaning for unlimited call which is giving by Airtel even though they are charging.

                                        He worst network i never seen before is your. Voice not coming clear, if i call to any number its not possible to connect in 1st time. I had called to many times to the customer care to solve my problem but they always says, there is some technical issue i cant pen down your complain right now. Its not a issue of an individual area, its problem of all bihar.
