As i was travelling to philippines for 13 days, i took a plan of ir pack for 3999. On top of this, 99 was deducted for international roaming. This is fine as i wanted to receive calls from my office (Mainly), family & friends. But most of the time, i did not receive calls (That was pathetic). Further, there was no proper internet availability. I was stranded in bad situations. To make the matter worse, they started deducting my balance for every incoming and outgoing call. This was really frustrating. I did another recharge of 350 and surprisingly they ate away this as well. Finally, i had to take a local sim to make my life easy.

Now, the company folks are responding to emails at all. What is the use of such ir packs if they cannot provide service?

    Doing advertising for up-gradation of sim 2g-4g but during swaping the sim taken charges. Why doing such misguiding the customers - as per your care person all such type of services is free of cost.

    When i request the store man that it is free service. He reply rudely that no services is free and "jo ukhad pao ukhad lo". And throw my hand set on road.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I'm using airtel with [protected] number.
    I'm in the plan of 449. Unlimited plan. But airtel not allowing me to call or receive call. So many times. I'm irritated of this network.
    The worst situation. Must take action against airtel.

    I am receiving no signals from January onwards on my number [protected] but still i am getting a continuous bill.Could you please check this issue and cancel my subscription.

    I have reached out to contact center and airtel outlets but no one is able to resolve this issue. Message receiving is not an issue.

    Worst service. It was activated without my permission and charged about rs.100 in just 5 days.

    There is no network in one of the major IT hubs in Bangalore. Even though I have 4G connection with 1.4 GB data per day, I am not able to utilise even 200 MB per day because the network is extremely slow.
    Even voice calls are not working and voice isn't clear.
    Worst class internet speed and lots of calling issue but no solution.

      I have requested for reinstallation on 12th of may but till now it has been not done after many follow up and assurance.
      Pl suggest me if i can go for other dth because i am fed up doing follow up and airtel guys make all false commitment.
      They never try to bother for customer.
      I have wasted my daily 1 hour doing follow up who will pay for that
      Request to give a waver on rental as a comoensation

      This is to inform u that in ur locality there are to many dogs, we cant handle any more, they bite some people also, so plz help sir . thank u .
      I recharged today for one airtel number for 499 in chennai from my HDFC debit card. It showed recharge unsuccessful, but amount was debited from my account. Please let me know when it will be refunded.
      There is very bad network service in our area. There is no 3G/4G. Only E get connected some time. Network is fluctuating always.
      There have been an internet issue over my area for the past 3 weeks and no one can access the internet whatsoever. We've been getting only one or no signal strength this entire time. This is the second time.
      The maintenance is so bad.
      I am unable to recharge my number. Two days before I converted from postpaid to prepaid and then I did 81 reacharge. I am getting "Transaction failed due to incorrect telecom circle of recipient number. Please contact your telecom service provider." error.
      From 7th of may 2018 my broadband and landline both stopped working

        on his promise i have submitted surrender form for MTNL braodband.
        this connection is in my office, withour internet, my office work will hamper drastically, or i could say i will be handicapped.

            I had done my recharge for my prepaid mobile on the airtel website, only to find the company deducting the amount from my debit card for the opted service but didn't credit the said benefits to my mobile account . I have enclosed a screenshot that gives the transaction reference number, the mobile number which is due to receive the said benefit of Rs.219 recharge pack.
            Kindly look into the problem and provide a suitable solution at the earliest. ( Credit the amount back to the debit card/ Provide the said benefits to the mobile account )

              My number [protected] does not show the offers that are being shown in other airtel numbers of same operating circle (Region). For example, your rs. 17 tariff offer is not shown... Neither is the offer of rs. 149 ever available in this number.
              This problem is present ever since i ported into airtel from aircel. I think there's a technical problem associated with this number, please resolve the issue as soon as possible

                Air tel company charged 179 rs service deducted by 4 times 7th may 2018/8th may 2018/9th may 2018/10th may 2018
                They also deducted 35 rs any unknown service two times on 3th may 2018/10th may 2018

                Without any massage notification and they tell us we made call to airtel at daily at midnight 3am to 4 am

                Is this possible any one made call at same time daily for same service for activate

                  Last month on 30th, rs.75 was deducted from my account for activating whatsmob service for 15 days. Again, after 15 days it is renewed automatically for 7 days by deducting rs.35.in short, they have deducted rs.110 in 15 days that also for the service which i never used... Never heard. If this will be the reward from the airtel for the genuine airtel users, i would happily port my number to any other service provider.
                  Because of jio, they are already loosing customers. Still they don't know how to hold their old customers. By deducting money from the innocent customers account, they are making profit for the company.
                  If the money will not be reimbursed in next 10 days, i am going to change my service provider. And i will definitely share my experience on social media to help/aware others.

                    I have received a call dated 9th may'2018 from the number [protected] (Namely-arpita) and got a exchange offer from tata docomo to airtel wifi with just rs.99 only. According she has sent an executive (Susanta-[protected]) to collect the money and handover the sim card post aadhaar biometric varification and the same may be activated post 24 hours. The executive said you will have to pay rs.199/- instead of rs.99/- which i didn't. He took rs.99/- post calling arpita and left the place saying you will get the device within 24 hours post varification and activation of the number.
                    A week has gone no has turned up and bothered to inform when i am going to receive the device.

                    Today dated 15th may'2018, i have agin received a call from a person with mob no-[protected] and he was offering the same exchange offer with the cost of rs.650/-.

                    Now as a loyal consumer what should be the impression to me for the company and their so called vendors & sub-vendors those are continuously calling pre-existing consumers with nonsense offers.

                    I choose airtel over vodafone and others with the thought that i will be getting more value added services from them. I have got 7-8 more numbers under my company name "feather touch services" and using airtel dth in my house too.

                    Should i expect a positive response and step to protect loyal customers and image of the bharti airtel???

                      I have raised a complaint with airtel as i have a problem with sending messages. Messages are bounced back as there is some issue.
                      I raised the 1st complaint on 30th april and no action taken till now.

                      They tried reaching me couple of times as i see some missed calls on my mobile. But what i noticed was they gave missed calls and disconnected immediately. I was near the phone and before even i attempted to lift the call, the call gets disconnected. They did this so many times.

                      If i am not reachable, drop me a message or an email so that i can contact them back whenever i see the missed call.

                      What can be done? Changing the service is the only solution?

                        Pasting the mail forwarded to airtel team
                        Hi team,

                        A member from your office called himself as "a chandra shekar, advisor:customer experience, nodal office" contacted me on saturday, in the mail chain you can see my mobile number. He asked for account number etc that i had attached. This is frustration that a giant company like airtel does play with loyal customers. I raised first incident on 26th april to "we care", which i did not get reply from. Yes a wake reply that they are not the team concerned off. And team, this is not about the amount of 509/- this is more than that, the service you are providing your customers. Is this what you show your customers by not processing refund in case of failed transaction. Please check your incorrectly written software o[censored]pi gateway. Being a large network provider please dont just bang about yourself, please have a team that checks if your things are runnings fine or incorrectly. This amount of 509 may not be large for anyone of you or me. But think of an individual whose family income is 15k inr, how hard for them to fight with you for their money. I lost respect on you airtel team because
                        1) the delay is more than 3 weeks. Money of 509 is stuck for no reason. Are you gonna give me an interest or do any philanthropy with it?
                        2) each time a new person replies to the mail.
                        3) no one actually takes time to read what is in mail / mail chain but reply something else.
                        4) all the 2 times that i had call, i had to explain the issue.
                        5) you team don't handle a failed transaction via upi, which is very basic in developing country like india.

                        Please refer to your logs, chandra shekar who called me on saturday asked for details that i enclosed in previous mail. Please don't ask me details again and agin please refer mail chain. Below signature.

                        the issue here is sometimes via any upi amount is getting stuck (After debuting) at user app and these gateways are refunding back but"my airtel"gateway failed to do so."

                          I am an airtel user since 2-3 year and
                          I am encountering very slow speed of just 10-15 kbps on 3g network
                          My location is jhunjhunu (Riico area) rajasthan
                          I am not able to surf any website
                          Its very annoying as previous year the speed was good 600-700kbps but i have recharged several times but speed is very low
                          Please solve this problem soon
                          Other networks are good incomparable to airtel

                            A mail was sent to nodalofficer. Kerala airtel on14th. No response. Bad service.
                            Sim not working for last five days. No solution no customer care no toll free response. Mail given below.

                            Dear sir / madam,

                            I have a post paid connection number [protected] and a pre paid number [protected]. Both are not working for the last few days. When i visited your office at appolo jn kalamassery they told me that the sims are to be changed and i got two new sims on 12th may. But they could not activate the sims on 12th as the aadhar authentication was failing because of your server problem. I gave my aadhar copy and they told me that both sims will be activated by monday 14th morning. But till now 1.30 pm on 14th the sims are not activated.

                            I don't know why suddenly both sims stopped functioning and the response for solution from toll free numbers were very poor. The connectivity in my area also is very poor and no customer service centres available nearby.

                            I am your customer for many years and there is no bill payment pending also. I want to know the reason for stoppage of service and the delay for restoring the same.

                            Want an urgent solution.

                              I activated the international roaming plan of 149/- before going to the usa. Besides that, i have the postpaid plan of 499/- from which i had about 106 gb for usage. By the end of the month, i received a bill of rs. 15647/- stating that i have been charged 649/- everytime i used my data, which sounds absolutely senseless to me. I'm being overcharged for nothing!

                                  Dear sir, sim swap option in airtel mitra app is not showing, i tried with uninstall & again new version install but still not the option is showing. Everyday my customers returned from my shop, they came for sim replacement, but i can't help them. I also contacted airtel customer care but they not helped me. My lapu no. [protected].                                     This is really frustrating, my issue is not resolved. Its been 15 days and there is no response from airtel technical team. When i try to reach technical department, they keep saying its been escalated it to technical team. If they take this much of time they should have provided the "dongle" or alternative service to provide.
                                    I really want the internet connection as i have lot of work to finish.

                                    Bad service, no experienced technician, not providing any update when they going to fix, feels like sue the company!

                                    Kindly, reach out to them and fix this issue at the earliest

                                      Hi

                                      I tried to check my internet balance by pressing *121*, while checking i reached a page that says internet loan i clicked to check what is the amount they will deduct and how much data i will get. It did not showed anything as such instead i get a msg 60 mb data has been recharged and 22 rs will get deducted from your account, this is the second time happened with me. It is not about 22rs it’s about when i called the customer care rep, and when i told them to cancel it they are simply blaming me they are telling me i am lying. They are telling before taking internet loan i have all the options to confirm and refuse to help me

                                        I have added rs7000 in my Airtel money account, but now I am unable to use that money, bcoz their virtual debit card is not working, its showing that your bank has declined the transaction.. Please contact your bank..means they are only cheating customers...
                                        Person to person transactions are also not allowed...
