I am using airtel from around 10 yrs now, for the very first time now i am irritated with airtel signals, there are 0 signals in my home and office, i am not sure what is the point of keeping a headset if there is no signal, when ever you call customer care or raise a query on twitter, only response you get is change the sim, i am not sure, if they are even bothered about the complaints people are raising, doing advertisement will not solve the issue, first check the network in city then go to forest and claim airtel is the fastest network, noooo.
