Respected Sir/Madam,

It is informed that a mobile tower on the rooftop has been installed in our neighborhood at address A6/6, Surajbhan Yadav, St. no.2, Nangli Vihar, Najafgarh, ND-43 on 19.06.2022 illegally. After it was informed to the owner that it is against the law, the owner ignored and continued the process of installation with the vendor. A police PCR was called and a complaint on RWA letterhead was submitted to the Najafgarh P.S dt. 26.06.2022 under ICMS no.[protected].
Despite the warning of the Police neither the owner nor the vendor stopped the work of installation of tower and installed it illegally.
Request you to please take an action at the earliest.

    Facing frequent connection issues daily from past 1 and half month. No customer care is taking this serious. When I ask for solution they will cut the call. It seems like I'm paying bill to call customer care instead of internet. From Twitter also no one is responding.

      Airtel fast tag service is the worst service, I request every one don't go with their service, I ordered on June 6th todays date is 18th of July, But I still didn't receive the tag, When ever i called to customer care service even they don't know what is the status of that, They are repeatedly giving the same explanation we will create a ticket and follow up to get the resolution, The same process has been continued from one month.
      Finally they closed ticket without intimating me any thing, again today I called to them talked for 2 hours but they can't resolve the issue as they don't even have their higher authority contact to speak to them and resolve the issue.

      Today also I received the same response validation is under progress, Worst ever company. Its a waste of time. Lets see if they take one year of time to get the fast tag delivered to me or they are just looting the crores of money in the name of fast tag service.

      I am in a situation that they cant cancel the order and they can't proceed further, screwing the customer not to buy the fast tag from other service provider

        Airtel cheated me, i didn't received my refund/replacement plan for the recharge done from my end.
        Ticket No: RWRTP5CHN[protected]
        I am Prakash, from TamilNadu,
        Actually i tried to recharge one of my Airtel number on 15 July 2022 for Rs.109 smart recharge plan and valid for 30days only, from Amazon UPI payment. But instead of that, by mistake, i recharged to my Airtel first mobile number, it already have the Unlimited plan and expiry date is upto month September 2022, and i didn't used any service(Calls, SMS) using the last RS. 109 recharge.
        Defect in Airtel system(Deadlock/delicate condition):
        So here, i already have Unlimited plan in my first number, Due to defect in Airtel system it is not blocking me from Rs.109 smart plan recharge, so i cannot use the Rs.109 recharge amount anyway, it is no more useful, it will expire in 30days and my money will go waste only.

        After the incident i have reported to customer care to refund my recharge, but they refused to take complaints and refund my amount, and no solution provided by Airtel to recover this amount.
        No Solution from Airtel end:
        After so many attempt (40mins of call), they registered ticket number,
        I requested Airtel to provide some solution,
        1.Refund Amount to my UPI or account.
        2.Transfer to one of my Airtel mobile number
        3.Exchange this to Data pack for same number
        Til now, Airtel not given any solution/refund and they closed ticket on next day 16 July 2022 itself.
        It is very much disappointing, in this defect in Airtel system and in this Deadlock/delicate condition Airtel doesn't have any protocols to follow.

        India's largest network, with no protocol and solution, only running for looting customer money. VERY BAD SERVICE.
        My Final request Airtel to come up with some protocol for this issue and provide me refund amount, it is a very BAR SERVICE from Airtel.

            i recharge my Airtel mobile no dated 09 July 2022 but due to some issue that recharge is not successful but from my bank account amount its deducted. so i mailed to Airtel consumer care that mail id is appellate.[protected]@airtel .com and attached all proof of bank statement and they revert they can refund in 07 to 10 days but they failed to refund...

              I had booked Airtel Fiber on 01.07.2022, my BB installation ID is 21-[protected]. I was assured that connection would be installed on 02.07.2022, however, installation was rescheduled to 04.07.2022, but even till date no installation has been done, Representatives are not answering phone/text, no response to the complaint submitted to Airtel helpline as well.

                  Everything is fine in Airtel but one thing is very bad that sometimes 1.5gb is not used and the message comes that you have used 100% of your data, today you have used practically 1gb and the message has come that you are using 100% data. Have taken it is not only in my sim or mobile, almost people are facing this problem in other telecom companies, no such problem is found, Airtel use that data speed is good in it...

                  Hello Team,

                  My area has really bad network of every company. Our village has more than 500 people facing network issue. If we keep our mobile phones inside our house then we are not able to receive calls due to out of network coverage.

                  It would be great if any network company install a tower on our area. I live in Galnimb, near 413715 location.

                    From Gurgaon Airtel DTH office people named Nitesh and Nitin are calling me for 15 consecutive days and promising me that your complaint will be resolved by this evening but it has not been received till date.
                    Both these persons neither provide me the name of the engineer nor do they provide his number.
                    I am attaching the recording of these two talks with me.

                    I request airtel head manager to take action against dth office gurgaon and these two person.
                    And full refund my recharge amount.

                      I raised disconnection request with Airtel broadband in April'22. The customer service representative told me that we'll process the request and will give cashback/waiver in final settlement if applicable. I said fine but close the connection asap. The next month bill came but it got nill on it's own. I thought its a mistake from their and got rectified on it's own. But in June the bill came again and this time i called them and they said the connection was active as i accepted to continue connection by getting the waiver. And now they're telling me continuously to pay the dues. At the time of feedback call they didn't mentioned that cashback/waiver as offer for service continuation. They did a fraudulent activity by not mentioning this at that time and now calling me constantly to clear the dues. I want Airtel to cancel the bills and give me no dues remaining certificate as this is impacting my credit score.

                        I got a Fiber Broadband connection plan for 40 mbps for 499/- per month on 9th of June 2022. I paid 6 months’ of wifi rent upfront and when the technician came for installation, he installed the copper connection. Post which, I was told that in 15 days’ time, it will be upgraded to a fiber connection. After 15 days, I had a talk with the sales representative and he redirected me to his manager. I explained my issue to the manager and the manager of the sales representative blocked my calls and did not provide a resolution.
                        After following up multiple times, I was lies to and told that my area does not have fiber connectivity. However, the neighbouring houses are getting 5G connections with Airtel.
                        Kindly look into this issue and provide a resolution at the earliest, or else I will have to go to the consumer court.

                          I want a call from the correct senior officer who knows the exact answer for my questions.

                          The Airtel agent gave me a false promise of providing Airtel fiber and xstream box at a cost of 2000. He didn't mention that Airtel fiber is complementary.

                          Now that I didn't get airtel fiber due to non feasibility in my area so the amount cannot be refunded as it is paid only for the xstream box.

                          I am not aware of these things because the airtel agent didn't state this. His motive was just to install the connection, so he continously follwed up during the connection request. Now after the connection established only for DTH, he is not at all picking my call.

                          My questions are unanswered by the customer care too.

                          Due to lack of knowledge from the airtel agent, I am not responsible for losing my amount.

                          I want a refund. Kindly take actions on the Airtel agent who didn't state any terms and conditions initially.

                              When i called 198 customer care executive keeps repeating words that after 4 hours of activating new sim it will take another 72 hhours . i have call recording for the proof .

                              This looks very unprofessional and very fishy as other people airtel number got activated in 4 hours why my number is taking another 72 hours.

Today I had around 209/- Rs. balanced in my account, but all of sudden whole amount deducted and I just got 0/- Rs. balanced. I requested for STOP due to this automated deduction problem. Could you please advice on the amount deduction charges and how to avoid this? As I have not activated any service, please advice and arrange for refunding of auto deducted balance.
