I have recharged my wife's mobile number of Rs.229 on 13th July 2022 with Airtel app, using debit card.
At first time amount deducted and recharge failed. Ten I tried one more time then second time amount deducted and recharge done.
Now today is 26th july i haven't received my failed recharge amount.
I contacted to Customer care, they said your amount is not deducted and if deducted we are not responsible for this contact to your bank.
This happned with me earlier also.

THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM AIRTEL.

    I have recharged my mobile number through net banking for Rs.299 on 25th july 2022 and received an SMS with Transaction reference recharge/ticket bookin/N fjW65em RQTCHD2-51ks2fx/25/07/2022 of Rs. 299. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

        Main Kapil Kumar Mere mobile par airtel messege aaya ki apki International call credit limit khtm hogyi hai bill 4000rs. Jabki mene koi call nai ki customer care call kiya to unhone kaha ki aapke number se hui hai raat 3bje. Mera koi janne wala bhi bhar nahi aurr raat ko 3 bje cal me to so rha tha. aur mera number koi use nai krta aur ghr me mere alwa koi hai bhi nahi, mtlb ye mera number hack krke koi call kr rha hai. Mene apna phone bhi flash lagwa diya. aur sim bhi new change kra li.lekin jo fraud hua hai aur bill bana hai uske regarding plz aap koi karwaai kijiye taaki koi bada apraadh mere number se naa krle koi, . aur jo bill bana hai uske liye koi action lijiye aapki badi kirpa hogi.

          A company claiming to provide the fastest speed of internet has failed to satisfy consumers providing the lowest or slowest speed of internet causes many problems in my area. Such a shame. If you can’t you don’t need to claim your company the best.

              Recharge done cashback not received

              I did my dth and mobile recharges with airtel app and followed all steps but didn't received any cashback and customer care number out of service,
              I had also done many recharges but same didn't receive any cashback.
              Terrible service.

              And here's a recent reccharge offer of 510 but didn't receive any cashback.

              I have airtel broadband as well as mobile connection. All payments are done by entering mobile number.
              This month they sent me a link for broadband payment but internally in their system the link was pointing to mobile connection.
              As a result the payment which I made towards broadband went into my mobile account.
              A nasty goo[censored]p by Airtel.
              All Airtel users having multiple accounts be careful while making payments. Their systems has nasty errors.

                I purchased a two months pack for Rs 480. This pack includes 1.5 GB data daily unlimited calling and SMS. Eventhough, Airtel company is calculating the data consumption very fast. 10 days back I came from Oman there, also I was using 2 GB 4G network for a month, I was using internet occasionally even then this was enough for me for a month.
                When I came here in India 1.5 GB data is flying very fast just by using facebook, Whatsapp, few hours of web browsing.
                Airtel is looting the people not by taking more money but by giving the less data to the customers.
                Government should check their calculator by the expert people and take stringent action Airtel Bharti.

                  Done recharge of 299, it failed, 299 debited . received SMS stating refund will be credited within 7-10 business days. No info till then, no amount credited back

                      Hi,

                      I have ordered one Airtel Digital TV on 20th July 2022 with payment of Rs.1281/- online. As of now my digital TV installation has not happened. I received my customer ID - [protected]. Till today I called upto 20 to 30 times but had no response on this.

                      I am also unable to contact anyone on customer care number as there are no option coming to talk with executive.

                        I have recharged the daily data of 1gb (Rs.18) thrice. Twice on 22nd and once on 23rd July 2022, out of which one was refunded. I have tried contacting the customer service. But have been connected to the bot attender. The transaction nos of the recharges are :
                        Transaction ID: [protected] and [protected]. The data was not added yesterday(22nd July, 22) and am still waiting for today's recharged 1gb to be added. Its validity is only for the current day. And it has not happened before. I would like to contact someone in Airtel regarding this(real person and not a bot).

                          I am using airtel since 5 years and i was very satisfied with their services but i m very much annoyed with this network lately . From last 1 year its happening that all my data get exhausted on its own i dont use it at all . Firstly i thought theres a problem with my phone so i checked it everything was fine no updated were done nothing downloaded, i also keep my data saver on to save extra data maybe used by backgroung apps but then also i sleep in the night with 2 gb data for 24 hrs nd i wake up it says u have used 90% of your daily data . I m sick of this i have decided to quit airtel but i want to say this . You guys cost so much higher than every other service providers but you are dissapointing your customers . Every other airtel user is complaining about this issue . I have done my recharge 2 days ago and its all used up i have online classes to take now what i m supposed to do with no data since its all used up and I HAVE NOT USED IT I DONT KNOW WHERE ITS ALL GOING . Fix this if you can its very common issue with almost everyone who uses airtel network .

                            I've been using the same number (+91 [protected]) for the previous four years, and until November 8, 2021, the Sim card worked well. Even while I was working in Qatar, I received missed calls and everything.
                            When I returned to India in November 2021, I changed the ID proof of the sim card to my name from my brother's name, and I returned to Qatar on December 13, 2021. Since then, I haven't received any calls on this number, only text messages.

                                I am using airtel sim from 8years ([protected]). Suddenly signal lost 1week before. I tried to talk with customer care. They are not solved problem. I went to offline store. They said need proofs. I gave my proofs. They are saying owner is different person. They said need that person proofs. They entered wrong details when I took sim may be. I connected my alll banking and all stuff with that number. It's very important to me. Airtel is not help and not investing anything about it

                                  Hi, [protected] is my Airtel number, From about 2 weeks i am unable to recharge my number through Online and through retailer its showing failed. I tried everything but recharge was unsuccessful, now my outgoing and incoming calls are stopped and now I even unable to call customer service, When I went to Airtel Store they are saying its not airtel number, but I am using this number from long time, Airtel DTH and Airtel fiber and more are connected with this number. I always recharge on time but i dont know why i am seeing worst service by Airtel, no one is helping me, customer care or Airtel express person. Please Fix this ASAP.

                                    but it didn't reflected in my airtel account.
                                    i made a complain and submitted txn receipt at airtel still issue not resolved.
                                    i made a complain on Paytm wallet also as per them airtel has accepted the payment.
                                    please help me in getting my amount refunded.
