    Dear Sir,
    I am a consumer of Airtel Post Paid mobile service since 2012. Over the year as the need grew, i took 2 more post paid connection from Airtel. During 2021, upon their persistent pressures, I opted for a family plan by combining 2 numbers with my own mobile number.

    During Jan 2022, my company policy changed and they asked to unbundle family member numbers from my number to be able to get mobile bill reimbursement.

    I started requesting to unbundle this family plan since June 2022 by calling 121, 198, writing emails. No one did anything other than giving me new advises other than registering it as a complaint.

    Till today, i have visited 3 times to their Airtel Gallery, Umpteen number of calls and 2 emails have not given me any result. I have paid advance payments to them this month twice. They have taken more money, have become a hindrance in getting mobile reimbursement from my company and harassing me to not port out. They are not registering a compliant too.

    Kindly help me in this.

    p.s - I have attached my payment screenshots stating i have no bill pending rather overpaid.

      Sir,

      I write this with deep regret.

      In short, I had a prepaid account with Airtel since long. I wish to state as under -

      In January 2022 I had recharged at Rs.2699 for 365 days.

      On April 10 2022 I had migrated to postpaid thru myairtel app.

      No message or popup received that I would forfeit the balance amount on migration to postpaid

      I had utilised only 80 days of the prepaid recharge period of 365 days. That is balance of 285 days.

      On my conversation with your customer care in April I was told that an amount of Rs.600 would be credited at Rs.100 each month.

      An amount of Rs.100/- was credited in my bill for May 2022. Thereafter no credit has been made in my subsequent bills.

      I sent an email and a reminder subsequent to which I received a call from your customer care. He is bargaining with me like a baniya store that he will credit Rs.100 further into the conversation Rs.200 and then Rs.300.

      I was so disappointed that the representatives of such a big and reputed organization such as Bharti Airtel did not have an uniform policy and were using cheap gimmicks. Recording of conversation attached.

      I had told him I was disappointed an annoyed at the unethical practices that I would port out. I had no where requested for porting.

      I have now received a mail giving me the procedure for porting out.

      I was of the opinion that each customer is a valuable customer and Airtel would take care of their customers and try to retain them at any cost, but it seems otherwise.

      Here is requesting you to please suggest a best resolution to my grievance.

      1. Should I go back to prepaid with validity for the unused 285 days
      2. Will a refund be given for the balance unutilised days
      3. Should I port out all my 3 numbers

        on 4th june we have taken connection, even one technician visited but left without giving connection and said will come next day, your pole is opposite so we will give connection next day. by next day nobody came but automatically cancellation message came from direct airtel office due to unknown reason they themselves cancelled without my permission. we paid Rs. 3536.46. due to airtel self cancellation i requested refund and asked new connection again but the concerned person did not respond nor refund message confirmation came from airtel company. its been 2 months. very bad experience. all our work has been stopped due to connection.

        i request you to kindly refund amount. and take strict action on the employee to not repeat again. i might take other company than airtel because of this issue.

        kindly do the needful as early as possible. all my office works are stopped and shattered because of this connection issue since 2 months. i dont want to destroy employee career but i need solution.

              Hi Airtel,

              I have recharged this number twice [protected] with 100 rs recharge plan.

              But this mobile number is not able to do outgoing calls and not able to receive incoming calls.

              I am requesting you to please re activate this number.

                Many of my friends and family have complained that they can't reach my calling number, even when I have full ringing mode on. I get a notification of the call later and the person on the other line can just hear a tone like - tooon tooon tooon

                  Hi,

                  In 2nd June, 22, I tried to recharge my Airtel number 799 but it got failed and money got deducted from Paytm wallet .

                  Since then, I am following up with Airtel for refund via both email and phone . Through phone they don't want to help and I am getting no response for my mail . My complaint is not being heard for last 2 months .

                  I contacted Paytm also to check with Bharati Airtel where Paytm is being told wrong information and wrong mobile numbers.

                  In Airtel app, the transaction showed us failed but never refunded my money . It is strange and utterly disappointing that Bharati Airtel is somehow escaping and don't wish to refund my money Rs799.

                  As no other option left, I am reaching to you . Appreciate if you can intervene and help me on this matter .

                      I got ported from jio to Karnataka airtel charged 299 saying that it will be of 1.5gb data per day and unlimited calling
                      But when I checked no recharge is showing

                        I have been receiving wrong bills from Airtel since last 2-3 months, which I have raised with Airtel team but they have not been able to resolve the issue. The recent bill for Jul'22 is also incorrect, for which I have been trying to get resolution. I have raised 6 SRs for the same issue but every time they close the SR either providing wrong comments, or saying I was not approachable without even calling me. There is no SMS communication or emails to say that I was being approached. SR gets closed and then new SR has to be opened. Resolution is being delayed un necessarily. I have written to the escalation team (appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com) also but no acknowledgement at all.

                          I have registered a complaint on 22 July 2022. To day its slmost 6 days completed my internet issue still not resolved. Very poor response from sirtel. Very poor service. Called msny times cystomet care but its of no use. Evey time i csll the say it will be resolved in 25 hours.
                          Sent complaint mail to airtel nodal mail still no response.
                          I sm suffering a lot becouse of this issue.

                          When it comes to monthlh billing they will charge entire smount. If airtel is having some moral they should not charge ne for the days eifi issue not resolved.
                          I am attching my complaint snap.

                          Can any one help me where to complain abount airtel not providing the service and charging the me for the no. Of days wifi not working.

                            I have choosen xtreme black last month and paid 3300+ to the airtel executive where as it includes the plan 1019 (unlimted call and data for 75 gb upto 200 mbps) for 3 months and for very next month i got 1100 bill for xtreme fiber and postpaid bill for 510 which i was surprised beacause there is no plan for 1 month how can they generate for 1 month, even i am calling the customer care 121 they asking me to pay the bill, i lost bills from my phone, i have only the payment proofs even i asked my airtel execuite to regenerate my bill but he denied to answer my calls as well, also with there frequent disconnection my work has been effected not at all happy with the customer service
                            my register number is 8686***91 with airtel postpaid (disconnected my all calls )

                              airtel postpaid connection - they have set low credit limit without taking my confirmation. and every month the bill gets generated, my services gets barred bcos of low credit limit. that is too before due date of payment. (within 2 -3 days)

                                      I recharged my Airtel DTH - [protected] on 24/07/2022 for Rs. 450 through my ICICI bank mobile (mobile) app. The amount is showing debited with a transaction id[protected].

                                      I called Airel customer service twice on 25th July to report the issue. They asked for the transaction ID, I called ICICI bank customer service, got the id, and called Airtel back again to provide them the number. They raised a complaint no.[protected] told me that it will take 24 hours for this to resolve.

                                      Today on the 26th of July I receive a message saying that it has been resolved, but neither they recharged my account nor credited the amount. When I called them again, they say it has been closed because the transaction id was not correct. It is not possible because ICICI bank gave me the correct txn id and it shows on the online statement also as attached below.

                                      In the meanwhile, I have already recharged the account again for 448 on 25th July to keep the account going. So, what happens to the Rs.450 I paid???? I need it to be reversed with immediate effect and I need your help since Airtel is definitely of no help.

                                        This is second time when i recharged my number but didn't recieved, , even i got a message from airtel services that recharge is processed but not recieved neither i got refund, airtel is doing now fraud with the customers
