Dear sir my airtel sim international roaming is not working kindly activate the internetational roaming on my sim
I tried it by manual network search but failed.
Even i checked the all phones options and all international roaming is already selected. On the same phone in india it was working well but as i entered in gulf my network has been lost and till now there is no network, please help me, its very necessary to activate the internetational roaming

    Hello Sir,
    It is humbly requested that while using airtel thanks app by mistake my prepaid number '[protected]' is activated for postpaid services.

    It has been only 10 (ten) hours or so, I don't want to change my sim from prepaid to post paid. Hence, You are requested to cancel any application if given for changing my number from prepaid to postpaid. I am happy to use it as prepaid.

      Sim card recycling

      I lost my simcard on April 2021 and now it's more than a year of been dormant and I want to claim it back, they refused saying it had been recycled back to the market, this is the phone number [protected] please I need it back...

      We have taken Airtel Broadband connection at shimoga on 04.02.2022 by paying 6months amount of Rs.3534 on 03.02.2022, after that we have transferred to Bangalore on 18.04.2022, we had a balance of Rs.2014/- in our old airtel account, initially airtel people told it will be transferred to New Bangalore account but after 2months they are telling it will be refunded and they asked to share Account details where we need to get refund after providing details and several follow up mails and calls also we are not yet received the refund amount, we have lost so many valuable time for this...Every time we have called to customer care they will tell to send mail again and wait for 7days but we have passed so many 7 days but not resolved...After several mails also we are not getting refund amount and not even reply for our mails also...Worst service… They will call for payment but they will be back for the customer complaints and the resolutions...This is not the good practice for such big organization.

        On 4th of July recharged my number with rs 301, Amount deducted got message from bank with transaction ID and confirmation message from Airtel with Order ID. But benefits were not reflected. Raised request from Airtel mobile app but got ticket got closed not able to see any details like how they closed the ticket. contacted Airtel via customer care the only reply i got is 'Transaction never happened contact your bank'. I don't know how i got confirmation message from airtel if amount was never transferred.

          Dear Sir/Mam, My Mob. No. is [protected] and Airetl DTH ID is [protected]. I am badly disturbed and annoyed with Airtel. I booked Airtel Xtreme day before yesterday on 09.07.2022. Thereafter, I got a call from Airtel Retailed from No. [protected] and he asked me to recharge by Rs.2000/- and airtel persons will come at home and upgrade by DTH Box . I made payment at around 1100 hrs on 10.07.2022, but despite repeated requests none of the person visited us nor anyone enquired. I am stredd plss I am fed up with Airtel, want to throw out by DTH. PLS MY 2000 RS. BE IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED OR MY XTREME BOX BE INSTALLED IMMEDIATELY.

            I had recharged a wrong plan of 179 rupees by mistakely, I had to recharge a 239 rupees plan if you could refund my money I can do that my phone number [protected] I paid through gpay

              I have Airtel postpaid number [protected] and I have taken International roaming activate.
              When I landed in Dubai network taken of Etisalat but if someone is calling on my Indian number it’s showing switched off or not in services however I am receiving messages.
              Tower also showing in my mobile network.
              Please resolve my issue

                Hi

                I got my airtel digital TV (HD) installed for more then 9months. My balance is still 1900/- and got my customer id [protected]. But unable to open OTT application, everytime it is telling me to recharge . I have already contacted customer care for since morning and they are always assuring me that they have refreshed and it will come in 30 min . Already sixteen 30 minutes have passed since first call. I am free irritated as a took connection with such a great joy and now this is what i am getting..

                I sincerely suggest airtel guys to do something about there digital tv because growing is one thing and sustaining is another .

                  Respected Sir,
                  I have been using this prepaid connection for many years but in last May and June month I noticed that within few days after recharge my account balance becoming zero. After a long process to communicate with customer care executive I came to know ( as per EBILL of May & June 2022 )that some amount deducted for international call. I have no international contact and I didn't call those numbers. I am sorry to say that some error was happened with your system.

                  Therefore I request you to look after the matter and refund those deducted amount to my account.

                    Very shocked to see an error code on my TV screen after data pack recharge for my account on 09/07/2022 when I as usual used my mobile hotspot to send data to my Amazon Firestick connected to my TV to watch YouTube. Error code flashes on screen saying Airtel network error. Never happened earlier. I tried reconfiguring my connection still same problem. Is Airtel blocking access to other digital devices like Amazon Firestick to promote their own streaming services
                    Very disappointed with such unethical business practices. If problem is not resolved I plan to port to another famous 4G service provider.

                      I had put request to close the connection on 6 June and still bill is generated for billing period of 25 May to 25 June. The collection team is calling me despite have told them this thing so many times. Why should I pay when i had requested to stop the service on immediate basis.

                        My number [protected] which i was using for more than 15 years is currently showing as doesn’t exist. I have recharged it already for a year just 3 months before and i am currently here in UAE for short stay and i am returning by next week and my life will be more miserable if my numbers doesn’t works. As My number is linked to all my bank accounts. Kindly do the needful.

                          When i xalled they said again 4 more days it means bt 12 june.

                              Hi, my airtel number is [protected], which i was using it for more than 15 year’s, recently i moved to UAE for visit for 6 months and all of a sudden Airtel deactivated my number and showing as invalid number. Moreover just 3 months before i have recharged it for a year package. How come they can for this I don’t know. Moreover this number is linked to all my bank accounts and airtel is harassing the customers in this way..

                                  Airtel would never be my choice again for the way their services are. I have 499 INR/month of 6 month of Airtel broadband plan. Which I have paid for in advance. Yet it's never been a satisfactory resolution by Airtel and their team. Previously they changed wiring about 3-4 times on our residence premises. Yesterday, the engineer stated that the internet would return in one hour. After an hour since it didn't come, I tried calling him. No response. I tried reaching out to them this morning. No response. My cousin went to the Airtel store and the department head talked with him assuring him that the issue would be resolved by today 6 PM. Yet, no one has come. When called by a different number the Engineer started making excuses claiming because of the landline this may happen and whatnot. I am sick and tired of their slacking work, their wiring is always so pathetic a mere rain breaks it down. It's so frustrating to the point that they do not seem to even care. They are happy to advertise that they are the best in broadband and yet they do this to their customers.

                                    Hi Team/Concerned person,

                                    This is a complaint regarding Airtel broadband customer service. Below is an explanation of my experience with them over the course of 4-5 days.

                                    I have shifted to a new location on 1st July. It has been more than a week now that i have raised a relocation request through Airtel customer care and below is my experience.

                                    1st call: Explained to customer care about my relocation to a new apartment within the same society. They took up the details of old and new address and generated a relocation request. they also told me that relocation would be done within 1 day.

                                    2nd call(next day): Got call from technical team who explained that customer care had raised the request under wrong category. They had raised the request as a request for Internal Relocation(Shifting within the same house). They had to close the request informed me that i would have to call the customer care again and raise a new request.

                                    3rd call: Called Customer care again and explained the above issue to them and told them that i need the connection to be relocated as soon as possible. They said that there is already a relocation request open in my name. I explained the issue again to them and they said they will escalate the issue.

                                    4th call: Got call from Technical team saying they had again reopened the incorrect ticket which was raised for internal relocation(shifting connection within premise)

                                    5th call: called customer care and explained the entire issue again from top to bottom.
                                    Customer care agent transferred the call to his supervisor and the supervisor promised that i would get a new connection within 11am the next day.

                                    6th call: I waited till 11 am the next day and told customer care that i do not have a ready active connection as no agent came to my house to do the relocation. Rather, i did not even receive an sms at least with the name and contact of the agent. i was told to wait for 4 hours for the messege.

                                    7th call: I called airtel customer care again at 4, and told them that it has been more than 4 hours and i have not received any details. I was told that there was some backend communication issue. I was transferred to a supervisor again, who promised me that i would have an active connection by the next day by 12 noon the next day.

                                    8th call: i called again at 10 am the next day(today- 9th July 2022) to check where my update was and that i did not get any details of agent coming to my house. I was told that i would get the details ready and a call from the technical agent within the next 4 hours.

                                    9th call: i called customer care again at 2, and told them that 4 hours had passed and i did not get any call from Airtel and i did not get details of agent as well. I was told that within today EOD my connection will get relocated.

                                    It is frustrating as a customer to repeatedly have to explain the same issue again and again to customer care and have the same issues. within this time i have been repeatedly told that the customer care agent is 'escalating' my issue or they will 'highlight it to the concerned team. I have been repeatedly promised a resolution each time i have called. but none of it was productive. I feel i am being led around in circles by airtel customer care. And at the same time, i am being billed for the week i did not use my connection at all.

                                    I hope this complaint will serve as a stern reminder that customers are not at the mercy of customer care service and that Consumer forum complaints are a genuine place where they can complain against such repeated misbehaviour and lies.
