I raised request for my Airtel broadband and the the service was disconnected in April 22 first week, the technicians came disconnected the cable and took the router. they disconnect only if there are no dues to be paid. I tried everything with Apple support but iMessage cannot be activated for my Airtel sim card. The issue is from Airtel’s end. However, there is no way of talking directly to a customer care executive with Airtel. I tried their app and automated customer care number, but it doesn’t address my issue....

I am having airtel post paid and broadband fiber connection. My fiber network is down from and till date airtel is sending messages that so and so engineer will visit, it will get resolved but, till date it is not yet resolved.
