I recently bought an iPhone and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID.

I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end.

As per their instructions, I topped up three times with Rs. 10 each value to keep some balance. Their staff provided conflicting information all the time but no one able to resolve the issue. Please help to resolve this asap.

    Airtel dth no. [protected]
    I have recharged through paytm. Both of them are playing blaming games. Paytm shows reference number proving recharge was successful. Airtel is not even helping here, at times it does provide talking to customer care. I had complained. They just sent me a message that issue was solved. But still my recharge is not reflected in my account. So I decided to deactivate my account. Thank you airtel ( if you really read this).

            Hello Sir, Madam

            Iam an Airtel customer for almost 18 years now and now regretting the same.
            I had taken an Airtel DTH connection with a deposit of Rs 1500, while opting for the connection i was told that after an year the Set-up box is free and would get my refund amount back after cancellation.

            I decided to change my provider and after raised a request for disconnection after a year and half o[censored]sing. Below are few pointers Airtel disconnection team has mentioned over the call-
            1) When requested for refund amount, now they are saying I need to use 360 monthly dth plan, where as I was using 350 monthly plan. We were not even told about this while opting for new connection..
            2) They cannot confirm anything via email nor they cannot Cannot transfer the call to the higher authorities.
            Overall they are refusing to pay my deposit amount of my account Airtel DigitalTV ID [protected]

              Airtel !. Hear me.
              I did a recharge of 349 rupees when I have 179 rupees pack active. simply I thought that Airtel would allow to remain this 349 pack as upcoming . But it was activated as soon as recharge is done .
              It is a plan to suck money from customers. And as a result my validity of 179 pack has disappeared. I had at least 20 validity remaining for my previous 179 recharge. Airtel money sucker demon. You didn't warn your customers about this rule.
              Previously if I have done a new recharge befor expiring current recharge the last recharge was seduled to activate after current plan's expiry date.

              In the last l want refund of my 349 recharge. Give me the refund.
              This mishap has happened with me 2nd time. Iwant refund. Give the refund from where you have debited the money.

                We ported two mobiles on 30th June from Airtel to Vodafone due to the problem in receiving signals. On the 5th July I checked the payment due to Airtel and I found I had to pay Rs 284.86 and Rs 63 respectively for my and my wife's mobiles. I paid separately for these phones after getting separate OTPs for checking the amounts due. I paid accordingly. However, when I kept on receiving messages for non-payment of Rs 284.86, I approached the Nodal officer NCR for Airtel to see the receipts He informed me that both the amounts had been credited to my wife's account. I sent again the receipts pointing out that the payment clearly reflects separate mobile numbers and they should rectify the mistake and inform the Vodafone company. However, so far I have neither they have rectified the mistake nor acknowledged the three emails sent to me so far with receipts. I request that Airtel should be asked to rectify their mistake and inform Vodafone

                  I was using Airtel numbers since 2012. I came to to USA for short term and recharged 1 year pack. After 2 months my SIM was deactivated. The same thing is happened for one of my friend as well. If we try to activate the SIM then we need to pay some amount to get the same number and the 1 year recharged validity will not be added in the new sim. I hope Airtel is cheating the people in different way.

                    I have recently ported to Airtel prepaid from Jio prepaid. On the night of 30th July 2022, my Jio sim got deactivated, so I inserted the new Airtel SIM in my phone. However, the new SIM did not show mobile network. I thought, it might be because I would have to recharge first. So, I recharged with the Rs. 719 plan and it shows that the plan is a active in the Airtel Android app. However, the mobile network still didn't show. So, I restarted the phone several times, checked mobile network settings in the phone & came to the conclusion that the new Airtel SIM is not activated yet.
                    So, now I am without my number & I can't reach anyone. This is highly unacceptable.
                    I demand that this issue be resolved at the earliest.
                    Let me know which details do you require and I will share them.

                      I am using airtel black sim card my mobile no is [protected] company representative told me every month the bill will get reduce but it not happen every time l am paying more and having network issue too after making a complaint to them they said we are not available at this time call us tomorrow and l am unable to use the facility for which l am paying them.

                            I had submitted a request to Airtel customer care & they told me that there is no way to recharge via SIM balance.I have ₹6, 500/- in my Airtel sim balance.What shall I do with that money??I have simply invested my money to Airtel & i am unable to use my own money.Is this a fair reason given by Airtel customer care executive???

                            Please have this issue resolved & re-enable 'recharge via talktime balance' option again which was being used before, such that I can use my ₹6, 500/- which is left unused as Airtel sim balance.

                                Hi,

                                On 28th Jun 2022, I bought a 319rs package that is supposed to provide 2GB data per day, unlimited local and std calls and 100 sms per day. However, airtel has not been providing me with internet as of today (30th Jun 2022). Can you please help?

                                    I am a consumer of Airtel Post Paid mobile service since 2012. Over the year as the need grew, i took 2 more post paid connection from Airtel. During 2021, upon their persistent pressures, I opted for a family plan by combining 2 numbers with my own mobile number.

                                    During Jan 2022, my company policy changed and they asked to unbundle family member numbers from my number to be able to get mobile bill reimbursement.

                                    I started requesting to unbundle this family plan since June 2022 by calling 121, 198, writing emails. No one did anything other than giving me new advises other than registering it as a complaint.

                                    Till today, i have visited 3 times to their Airtel Gallery, Umpteen number of calls and 2 emails have not given me any result. I have paid advance payments to them this month twice. They have taken more money, have become a hindrance in getting mobile reimbursement from my company and harassing me to not port out. They are not registering a compliant too.

                                    Kindly help me in this.

                                    p.s - I have attached my payment screenshots stating i have no bill pending rather overpaid.

                                      Sir,

                                      I write this with deep regret.

                                      In short, I had a prepaid account with Airtel since long. I wish to state as under -

                                      In January 2022 I had recharged at Rs.2699 for 365 days.

                                      On April 10 2022 I had migrated to postpaid thru myairtel app.

                                      No message or popup received that I would forfeit the balance amount on migration to postpaid

                                      I had utilised only 80 days of the prepaid recharge period of 365 days. That is balance of 285 days.

                                      On my conversation with your customer care in April I was told that an amount of Rs.600 would be credited at Rs.100 each month.

                                      An amount of Rs.100/- was credited in my bill for May 2022. Thereafter no credit has been made in my subsequent bills.

                                      I sent an email and a reminder subsequent to which I received a call from your customer care. He is bargaining with me like a baniya store that he will credit Rs.100 further into the conversation Rs.200 and then Rs.300.

                                      I was so disappointed that the representatives of such a big and reputed organization such as Bharti Airtel did not have an uniform policy and were using cheap gimmicks. Recording of conversation attached.

                                      I had told him I was disappointed an annoyed at the unethical practices that I would port out. I had no where requested for porting.

                                      I have now received a mail giving me the procedure for porting out.

                                      I was of the opinion that each customer is a valuable customer and Airtel would take care of their customers and try to retain them at any cost, but it seems otherwise.

                                      Here is requesting you to please suggest a best resolution to my grievance.

                                      1. Should I go back to prepaid with validity for the unused 285 days
                                      2. Will a refund be given for the balance unutilised days
                                      3. Should I port out all my 3 numbers

                                      Looking forward to an early solution

                                        on 4th june we have taken connection, even one technician visited but left without giving connection and said will come next day, your pole is opposite so we will give connection next day. by next day nobody came but automatically cancellation message came from direct airtel office due to unknown reason they themselves cancelled without my permission. we paid Rs. 3536.46. due to airtel self cancellation i requested refund and asked new connection again but the concerned person did not respond nor refund message confirmation came from airtel company. its been 2 months. very bad experience. all our work has been stopped due to connection.

                                        i request you to kindly refund amount. and take strict action on the employee to not repeat again. i might take other company than airtel because of this issue.

                                        kindly do the needful as early as possible. all my office works are stopped and shattered because of this connection issue since 2 months. i dont want to destroy employee career but i need solution.
