My Airtel Payment Bank Account [protected] is freezed from 7July.
I Contacted Airtel Customer Service Many Times but they can say wait for 48 hours. I waited But They Yet Not Started My Account. I send All KYC Documents to Airtel. Airtel Payment Bank is Fraud.

    Airtel migrated my plan from my existing plan to a 999 plan even without informing me back in May 2021. I did not know about the plan change and paid bills every months, it recently came into my consideration that the bill plan was changed. When enquired about the same to Airtel care team, I was told that the same was done but there is a discount component added for you. I do not want any discount if I was migrated to 999, I should be getting the benifits of the plan, like the speed has to 200 MBPS of speed and other OTT platforms benifits like Netflix Amazon Prime etc, as mentioned over Airtel official website. But am not getting any of these, The speed remains within 100 MBPS and all OTT platforms still remains grayed out. Airtel failed to fix the problem and its been more than 68 days but still Airtel could not fix the problem. Airtel says OTT Plateforms benifts are for new customers only and since am 10 years old customer this cannot be claimed by me! This is insane ! Airtel should take care of old customers. And If am not claiming about it why the speed is increasing from 100 MBPS to 200 MBPS at least, on this question Airtel keeps saying there is a Technology upgrade and it would be restored soon, this is what I have been hearing for last 2 months. Sent them several @mails post querry over twitter called the team several time but no response as of now. I know they are just befooling a loyal customer and lagging behind with the promises they made to a 999 Plan customer. Its like making a fun of consumer's right in broad day light.

      Hi i am book a cylinder at 6 July 2022 i have receive a message your cylinder booking is complete within 4 hours and now 10 days are completed my cylinder is not book but payment is deducted into my credit card amount is 1061 please provide a resolution about my request.

          I tried to move out all my airtel postpaid connections to another service provider hence I paid 400 Rs Extra with a clearing balance for the month on 6th Jul'22 and their customer care representative split up the connections from a family plan and I got Port Code from three numbers but I can't able to get Port code since there is one number isn't released from the family plan from past 20 days even after so many followups and fake commitments by Airtel. Till now I'm struggling because of the Airtel family plan issue.

          Today (15th Jul'22) Once again I called the customer and shouted at them but their representative transferred the call to his superior, She said I want to pay 250 Rs once again for removing that connection. Are they looting us?

          Better Airtek can take the tray and go for begging and looting instead of looting customers, I told her I'm not going to cancel/Port the connection and not going to pay the amount.. Will see when they'll ask for payments.

            My Airtel Payment Bank Account Is Freezed From Since 1 week. I submitted all documents to Airtel to start my account again but they yet not started my account when I trying to contact customer support they told to wait 48 hours. My 1000rs stucked in account. Please Help me to unfreeze my account

                    I was forced to opt for a refund because airtel technicians stated my area was not serviceable. Hence request for cancellation was raised on 6th April and l was asked to wait till 21st May and still refund is not initiated. I would like to understand why an initiation of simple refund takes 45 days and after that no step taken about it. After that l was informed that it is already initiated by NEFT and the amount should be credited within 15 days. It is already over 20 days no payment received and no executive is even bothered to reply back. I even attached the bank statement showing proof where amount is not credited.

                              One of the worst customer service i have dealt in my life.

                              Looting customers by unfair services.

                              I have deactivated my broadband connection in the month of April 2022. Even after deactivation also I had been receiving bill for every month. I have called customer care multiple times for the same, they says they have taken my request and it will be rectified but no thing happened next month I have received bill.

                              Below is the message I received on 24th June 2022.

                              Dear customer, Service Request Number [protected] created for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID [protected]_dsl. It will be resolved.

                              But today I have received bill for as below.

                              Details of bill dated 12-Jul-2022 for your Airtel Xstream Fiber A/C
                              Total Due: Rs 865.65
                              Due Date: 22-Jul-2022/immediately
                              Previous Due: Rs 1219.65

                              This is how Airtel does unfair business.

                                I was using Airtel one plan worth rs1999 and after few month i suspended my account calling in Airtel but now I'm trying to get it but air. Ask me to pay 5772 rs which is non showing anywhere and not having bill details also randomly they put due on my number without bill. When I ask bill they said there is no data for this account.                                   I had bought the postpaid number of airtel with which I had also bought a broadband plan, but I had stopped my broadband plan and I had told airtel to stop my postpaid number too, but they said sir, you airtel number closed Why do you want to Your airtel bill will be very less which will come up to ₹ 500 and your add on number will run in it but when my bill came, my bill has come for ₹ 850 and when I have complained for this, the company people are calling me. Do you have to give full feel? I told them that you have given me the number by miss selling and now they have sent my bill again which is of ₹ 950. He has given me the total bill of 1750 to me.I request you to get my bill done at least. I can't pay that much because I don't have a job.

                                    Incidence: All of sudden network on my prepaid mobile number has stopped working. Upon visiting the Airtel store in Ghatkopar East (Mumbai), they updated me that my phone number has been churned and cannot be given back. I told him that my mom has been using this number for over 10 years now and despite having a valid recharge how can the network stop. They don't have a satisfactory answer to give.

                                      I took connection of Airtel fiber in Kurnool Andhra Pradesh and in this regard, I never think that airtel fellows will give this type of service when i asked the executive that i need connection till 10:00 PM. He said the 8:00 Pm connection will be ready. but these fellows marketing people I clearly told that if you people cannot give connection below 10 pm I will reject the connection. So I took half day leave and I called up several times the fellow executive and his superior No:[protected]. After that, I called up them and asked them to give a connection within 1:00 Pm they said "OK".After that also they didn't answer my calls and they placed my number in a busy tone and which number i call they will place in a busy tone. I think airtel company will suggest to his employees place busy tone if any customer.till now i didnt get refound and i lost Rs10000 for this because i taken jio connection and i have lot of problem i faced form my wife my contact num:[protected]

                                      I took a broadband connection last month and I paid 3004.One of the fellows his number [protected] i contacted because i know the person previousy. He said the amount was Rs3004 I made a payment of Rs3004 on 25th June last week. Before making payment I clearly mentioned that I need the connection before 10:00PMthey said ok and they gave assurance that it will complete before 8:00 PM. After 8 PM I called n number of times after the 15th time he answer my call and he said sir today is not possible to give a connection. I understand the problem and I said have to give a connection before 1 pm on next day. He said ok because harry on Sunday I have some personal work if I didn't go I lose Rs10000. They said no sir we give a connection before 1 Pm I took I told them if I did not give a connection before1pm I can cancel the connection and have to give the money back. I took leave of office and I waited and I called several times but did not answer the call. After 1 pm he came to my office and they requested but on the same day morning, i took JIO broadband connection. So i canceled the connection and give the money back . From 25th till now amount not credited to my account and I shared the . If I called this number ABDUL KHADAR [protected]. this fellow is the head of Kurnool airtel broadband and this fellow not responding and is irritating because i called my number he places in blocklist [protected] also placed in the block list. I want which i loss Rs10000 due to this fellows doing to me i want my money back
