      I m book cylinder through airtel thanx app i m procced the payment page aand done the payment via credit card my amount deducted but booking details not received i talk to helpline but not give me response also not any transaction showing in application also I received txn id by airtel my gas provider said that not booking showing its wrong thing plz help on ths

        Hi I am from Mumbai and today i updated my iphone to ios 15.5. And, I have tried all the possible methods to activate imessage and facetime on my iPhone 11 but its not getting activated. My balance keeps getting deducted by Rs5 and still nothing happens! 15-20 Rs has already been deducted from my balance. My phone no is [protected]. I am not able to send or receive msgs on my iphone. Because of which i am facing alot of issues.

          Airtel has changed the payment due date suddenly. Instead of 18 days credit days they have been reduced to 10 days without one month's notice information. That is a misleading act by Air tel to their customer. Instead of the 24th of this month now it 16th of every month.
          Rs.100 penalties for a one-day delay. The majority of post-paid customers who used to pay on or before the 24th definitely missed the new date and paid Rs 100 late payment fee.Rs 100 x millions of Subscribers is a huge profit for AIRTEL.
          They should pay back the late fee and inform advertisements through newspapers, social media about the changes made on due date

            I have done txn transaction ID [protected] which was promised with 100% cashback no T&C is such that a foolish line of do the txn same month you register is there. It was prepaid txn mind you. So why m I not getting the cb. They are still now today advertising the offer to me. PFA.

              Airtel SIM not working in Dubai
              Hi, my name is Dinesan Maliyakkal and I am an NRI working in Dubai – UAE and visit my native in India once or twice a year. I had subscribed an Airtel prepaid SIM card “Airtel 4G 128K No.[protected][protected]U. Since I purchased this SIM, working properly whether I am in UAE or in India. But last May 24, 2022 onwards it is not working. I tried by changing the mobile, still the same. I register the complaint in the mobile application Airtel Thanks - on 26th May, 2022 and it shows “request raised 26 may 2022, 05:28pm. resolution in progress – expected by: 03 June 2022, 05:28pm. After June 3rd 2022, it shows “unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected. We’ll get your issue resolved very soon”. After some days it shows “request closed”
              My ticket id: CLCNF 3CHN[protected]
              I renewed my SIM with 155 rupees package by Airtel Thanks App and it’s valid until 08th July, 2022. And I have 17.03 rupees talk time balance as well. When I check in the application through manage accounts by “identify network issues” it shows in the “checking your device” – Not Registered.
              When I am trying to register another complaint through application, it shows “your previous service request no. – related to similar issue is still in process. Please be patient while our team is working on it.”
              When I am trying to check with option “unable to make or receive call”, it shows checking your Profile – “Available” then checking your profile “Yes” – checking your device – “Not Registered” and at the bottom it is mentioned that “You have not Enabled VOLTE services in your handset. To enjoy best-in-class voice call in service, please enable VOLTE call in Network settings.1.SIM should be in slot 1. 2.network mode should be “2G/3G/4G/(AUTO)” 3. Volte calls should be enabled. But all the settings done already and did again after the message. Unfortunately, all my efforts useless. And I attached all the screen shots for your reference.
              I sent some emails as well and always received automatic reply:

              Dear Customer,
              Thank you for reaching out to us.
              The email ID from which you have written to us is not registered against Airtel number number .
              For your account security, we would request you to call us at our customer care number 121 and get your email ID registered against your number.
              Warm Regards, Bharti Airtel Ltd.

              I humply request you to look into this matter and provide a satisfactory service to NRI customers which is lacking badly with Airtel as of now. Kindly let me know the status of my SIM card and advice accordingly how to keep Airtel SIM with me for further use in India

              I don't know what is the problem for this network and it's first time happened to me. Right now I am in Dubai, so personally I am not able to visit Airtel Service center in India - Kerala to resolve this issue

              Hope you will take necessary action in this regard as early as possible.

                    Hi Airtel,

                    I am not getting OTP for SBI online transactions and even for Airtel Payments I have already registered my mobile number in the bank. From June 1st 2022, I am not getting messages and OTP'S for my online banking transactions or even any messages from any providers. Unable to send messages also. I contacted bank they are telling register your mobile for OTP support in airtel.

                    Draining mobile data so fast

                      last lockdown we mnp this vodofone number to airtel prepaid. On that day govt announced lockdown and all shops are closed. After normalising the situation we go to the, mobile operater but the operater said it is not in our server and we cannot do any help regarding this issue. In our company is the base number and operate various departments.

                            I was having a broadband connection but on April 28th, 2022 I requested to disconnect the connection for that I requested a call on the airtel thanks app after that the person who called me told me to pay the outstanding amount which is around 290 rs., I paid that but even after this the calls from airtel continued and asked me to retain the connection but I refused they didn't disconnect the connection and I got the bill for April of 495 rs., I raised this on airtel customer care on the 29th of May, 2022, and asked them about the bill and told them if this is necessary I am ready to pay the bill but please let me know if this mistake is from your side, they told me we will connect but they didn't connect and my bill is just increasing day by day with the due amount.
                            I want if this bill is legit to pay by me then please let me know and please cut the due amount.

                              Hello,

                              I raised request for my Airtel broadband and the the service was disconnected in April 22 first week, the technicians came disconnected the cable and took the router. they disconnect only if there are no dues to be paid. So there were no dues from my end. Later in May i receive bill for broadband which i didnt see and continued to get messages in June. It was because they did not deactivate the account. Their 121 call centre is pathetic, everything has to go thorugh a supervisor who is never available after waiting for half an hour on call. After making 4 calls and waiting caught hold of a supervisor and only thing they do is apologize and promised the back end team will look into it and noting has happened till now. Even no confirmation about about my disconnection request or any kind of communication. Even their twitter support is not helping.

                                Internet is not working from past 10 days and I have raised a complaint in app and also I have contacted customer care today and they are giving very negligible answers that they are going to resolve it by 21st of June. I have been depandent on Airtel network internet for my office work since I'm in wfh and who is going to pay for 10 days where I was not able to use the internet service? Because of this I paid extra and using internet from Jio.
