Airtel SIM not working in Dubai
Hi, my name is Dinesan Maliyakkal and I am an NRI working in Dubai – UAE and visit my native in India once or twice a year. I had subscribed an Airtel prepaid SIM card “Airtel 4G 128K No.[protected][protected]U. Since I purchased this SIM, working properly whether I am in UAE or in India. But last May 24, 2022 onwards it is not working. I tried by changing the mobile, still the same. I register the complaint in the mobile application Airtel Thanks - on 26th May, 2022 and it shows “request raised 26 may 2022, 05:28pm. resolution in progress – expected by: 03 June 2022, 05:28pm. After June 3rd 2022, it shows “unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected. We’ll get your issue resolved very soon”. After some days it shows “request closed”

I renewed my SIM with 155 rupees package by Airtel Thanks App and it’s valid until 08th July, 2022. And I have 17.03 rupees talk time balance as well. When I check in the application through manage accounts by “identify network issues” it shows in the “checking your device” – Not Registered.
When I am trying to register another complaint through application, it shows “your previous service request no. – related to similar issue is still in process. Please be patient while our team is working on it.”
When I am trying to check with option “unable to make or receive call”, it shows checking your Profile – “Available” then checking your profile “Yes” – checking your device – “Not Registered” and at the bottom it is mentioned that “You have not Enabled VOLTE services in your handset. To enjoy best-in-class voice call in service, please enable VOLTE call in Network settings.1.SIM should be in slot 1. 2.network mode should be “2G/3G/4G/(AUTO)” 3. Volte calls should be enabled. But all the settings done already and did again after the message. Unfortunately, all my efforts useless. And I attached all the screen shots for your reference.
I sent some emails as well and always received automatic reply:
Dear Customer,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The email ID from which you have written to us is not registered against Airtel number number .
For your account security, we would request you to call us at our customer care number 121 and get your email ID registered against your number.

I humply request you to look into this matter and provide a satisfactory service to NRI customers which is lacking badly with Airtel as of now. Kindly let me know the status of my SIM card and advice accordingly how to keep Airtel SIM with me for further use in India
I don't know what is the problem for this network and it's first time happened to me. Right now I am in Dubai, so personally I am not able to visit Airtel Service center in India - Kerala to resolve this issue
