I am not able to call more then 20 calls since last 1 month, i raise a complaint also but they are telling it will resolve 24 hours but still I am not able to call, I am paying the bill before due date, kindly resolve the issue, I am using this number since past 8 years

    Outgoing calls not working location problem

    I had bought an airtel sim back in 2012 in Tamil Nadu. I have been using this sim since then. I currently reside in Dehradun. I am unable to make outgoing calls and I have been facing this issue since 3 months now and then. I am just able to make calls to airtel numbers. And when I try to call airtel customer care number (121), the automated voice speaks in Tamil. Atleast it should be in hindi or in english for all the airtel sim users regardless...

    Today i received a call from an unknown caller on what's app luring me to have video sex with her .. she called me and started recording her screen..i got little carried away however once the call got disconnected she started to harass me stating that she is going to upload the video on multiple channels .. and demanded 11k from me .. i objected and told her to do whatever she wants .. she said by tomorrow morning all the channels would have my video .. she also has my WhatsApp photograph .. please suggest what to do i have the number and her video as well as suddenly i remembered to record my screen as well

      This is to bring to your kind attention that I have raised a complaint no 65556380 on 13th june 22 from registered mobile no. After that, for
      next 4 days, I got daily calls from Airtel that they don't have any engineer and they rescheduled the request multiple times and finally Mr Mulayam visited my house on 16th June. He inspected and told me that he needs to fit a device called Line Amplifier to improve the signal, now when my connection was started in first week of June Mr Abhishek who came for installation he said I need line amplifier which he had fitted and taken Rs 900 from me [WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT DESPITE MULTIPLE REQUESTS]
      Now Mr Mulayam says that he never installed Line amplifier.
      After which he also left and never came back.
      SO not even one single day I could watch TV properly, and its now 9 days since I have complained but there is absolutely no response from AIRTEL
      Iam profusely regretting getting AIRTEL DTH
      Should have gone for Jio or tatasky.
      Worst service
      pathetic customer support
      Cheating the customer in name of installation

        This is with regards to the refund that has been processed on my account on 13 Jul 2021 amounting to Rs. 942.36/- through cheque.
        I do not live anymore in the location where the account was been activated. The amount has still not been credited to me in any form and I am still awaiting a response from Airtel team on the same..

          Refund not received for cancelled broadband installation

          I had booked an Airtel broadband connection on 5/5/2022 with order ID 21 - [protected]. I booked the connection for my NRI uncle who just returned to India and asked me to book an airtel broadband connection. The next day (6/5/2022) an executive from airtel asked me to pay rs 2828 for the enitre installation and for the plan opted and i paid it. But my uncle visited an airtel store on 6/5/2022 and they offered an connection with the same...

          We applied for a airtel xtreme connection on 2nd June 2022 (Bangalore). The airtel salesman shared a link and asked to pay 1768 for a 499 plan and 40mbps connection. The amount 1768 included installation fee as well. We paid the amount then and there and was assured that the connection will be provided within a 24 hr span. On 3rd we came to know that the connection could not be provided because in our area the airtel xtreme is not available. So we requested for a refund. On 10th we received an amount of 1180. The rest amount was told that it will be refunded within 5 days. Till now I didn't receive any amount from airtel and despite calling them now they are saying that they don't have any information about this please write an email to [protected]@airtel.com mentioning the harassment caused. I have the attached the transaction of the amount paid and received. Please check the particulars. I don't care if I don't get the refund it's a very nominal charge, but I think people should know how these big companies are fooling and looting us without even providing any services for which we have paid our hard earned money. While paying the money they didn't gave a thought whether the connection was even available in the area. After the payment they come to know connection is not available and then they don't even do the full refund. Also from there [protected]@airtel.com, there is no reply till now.

            Hi This is Venkatesh S from Thoothukudi, Tamilnadu. I have availed Airtel Xstream connection last july i.e july2021 and still in use. Nowadays i am frequently getting network disruptions. Whenever the issue comes it takes around 3-6hours to resolve this issue. Since i am doing work from home, i am totally reliable on this network and totally frustrated due to this issue. The local team is telling they dont have required staffs to solve it quickly and also dont have proper reasons for disruptions.

            Date of Incidents happened this month (June, 2022): 2ndJune, 4th June, 7th June, 20th June, 22ndJune, 24th June
            Desirable resolution: Refund the monthly bill of the particular month where there is uncontrollable disconnectivity.
            If i cant use properly for what i paid then whats the use.

              Hello,

              I requested a new broadband connection on 17th June, 2022 for WFH purposes and representatives visited for payment on the same day and took 2800 rupee payment and promised that the connection will be installed within a day.

              Next day nothing happened, no one called. I was okay as 1 day delay is nothing to complain about.

              Next day a technician visited and told me that there is some technical issue because of which we can't proceed with the install and told me that the issue will be resolved in 1 day.

              Next 2 days, nothing happens. I sent an email to Nodal office, visited airtel store nearby, called customer care 6 times in total. Today I tweeted about this as well. Every time I just get this - "Sir give us 24 hours and the issue will be resolved". I have given 24 hours 5 times now and so far I haven't received any promising update.

              This is just absolutely pathetic customer service from one of the leading providers in India. There are just empty promises but no fulfillments what so ever. How do I get my money refunded?

                The New airtel sim which has been verified kyc in airtel office, is showing NO SERVICE even after it's scheduled port time. I got a message from Airtel it will be activated by 23rd June 11:42:00 pm. My old sim got deactivated(lost its network and showing emergency calls only), so i have inserted my new airtel sim. It has been 12 hours, i still didn't get the network.
                I have important work to do. I have calls to make. Please help me get back to my services...

                    My sim was stuck in my old phone. I couldn't get it out, so i requested new sim to insert into my new phone. After providing the right documents and everything, they keep rejecting my application. They aren't providing the reason for rejection and when i write to them, they ask my to do the process again. I've tried 4 times, they rejected all the application.

                        Mr. Biswajit singh (con. No. [protected]) from Airtel Ahmedabad has approached me to transfer my 3 mobile numbers into Airtel. And he has offered me plan of Rs. 899 all inc for 3 postpaid connections. I converted my 3 postpaid no. Into Airtel in the same plan from Mr. Biswajit singh. Now when I received my bill, it shows me the plan of rs. 999 plus gst. I called him and told him about this. He assured me to wait for some time as he mailed to convert my plan in cost as committed. But in next month bill also the plan was showing rs. 999 plus gst. Then when i tried to contact Mr. Biswajit, he didn't answered my call. I used to call him regularly but he is not answering my call. His contact detail is [protected].
                        He has litterly done a fraud with me to sale his Airtel connections. Please someone check on the matter and help me out from this fraud.

                          Respected Sir/Mam,

                          I am an resident of Gaur city 1, 4th Avenue. Greater Noida west and would like to seek your kind attention/intervention for removing the mobile tower installed in C tower terrace.

                          There is a full-fledged mobile tower installed over C 1531 roof and when this issue was discussed with the society body AOA (current President Mr. Kamboj), we were told that these are just the boosters not the network tower. But when we have referenced the installation and cross verified through people working in intercom industry, it was clearly confirmed that it is a mobile network tower, which remits magnetic electronic frequency, can be seen in the attached site photographs. In my family, my parents are complaining about the headache problem and even myself, sometimes I feel body is remitting lot of heat, so this is a life threatening problem and I am trying to get the clarification/action on below points but after numerous follow ups no response been received for below queries:


                          Why this tower is not listed in government official web site which monitor the tower radiations (tarangsanchar.gov.in)?

                          Mobile network tower should not be installed in residential areas, which is honourable court orders; why the AOA is not taking any action or sharing/validating any NOC.

                          There is always a low signal pulse voice you can hear, this is really very irritating and annoying. Impacting the sleep and health of my family.

                          Family members already complaining about the headache problem, who will be responsible if anything happened to myself or my family or anyone in the surrounding?

                          Why the management is disguising the fact that it is a mobile tower installed on the roof? What are the hidden facts?

                          In the past, due to the mobile tower and its equipment installation/maintenance the celling of C 1531 is got damaged, water seepage problem is there due to which the wood work and other related material in the flat and walls are damaged; this is an accepted fact and ongoing matter acknowledge by the Gaur/GC4 maintenance but still the tower is standing.

                          Kindly help to remove the mobile tower installed in residential area as the current AOA/government will be responsible for the bad health or any other health related issues. I am really concerned about the impact of tower radiation.
                          Kindly render your support to save lives.

They called me and asked me for a reason for disconnection and then forced me to move my connection to safe custody instead of disconnection.                             I have recharged for 719Rs on 01/03/2022.The payment was done through google pay. But the recharge has not been reflected to my airtal account .As i have enquired in my bank ( Indian bank), the payment is successful as per national payment corporation of India. The airtel customer care supervisor is responding irresponsible to my complaint

                                But due to feasibility issues
                                They suggested me for cancellation
                                And now till this date not even a single penny is added to my account
                                Is that a fraud or what!?
