I have done my mobile phone recharge (Airtel) on 9th June 2022 for Rs.99 around 12:35. I have received the message stating it will be processed in 4 hrs. But the next day i have received the message stating it is failed and refund will be processed in 7-10 business days

Its been one month now, I have not got the refund. I reached out to Airtel store Koramangala they say transaction as not happened and they cant see it. I have sent email to Airtel but there is no response. Being customer of Airtel for more than 10 years i have lost the value and integrity for Airtel not resolving the customer issue.

I am getting in touch with the bank but they need the statement, how can Airtel can share the statement i am not sure, Airtel does not even confirm that the transaction is failed over an email.

I am stuck. Kindly support and resolve my issue. I can share my mobile number, but using the failed transaction id[protected]) you can be able to process the refund.

    One Telephone Tower Installation work has been started yesterday 30.06.2022), Which is beside my Residential building. On the first day, they dug about 10 feet deep ditch adjacent to my boundary wall. During this rainy season, my boundary wall may collapse into the deep ditch in a soft mud area, as it may take several days to complete the deep foundation work. Secondly, the Installation company has not taken permission from the local authority to install the structure in a residential area. Also, they have not maintained a minimum distance of 3 meters from my border. Thirdly, the inhabitants of the area are protesting against the Tower Installation as it may create an unhealthy radiation problem in the periphery. Forthly, this high tower may collapse at the time of the cyclone on my building as it happened earlier in 2019 constructed by the same broadcasting company. As such we request you to take adequate measures to ban this construction.

      Dear concerned,

      I took an Airtel Xstream broadband connection on 26/05/22. There was a problem in the line and I raised a complaint on 21/06/22. It Has been 1 week as of now and there is no resolution. I called customer care so many times, every time they are telling me that they will escalate the issue on high priority-asking me to wait for 24 hrs. Like that i waited 7x24 hrs.
      My connection details are as follows.

      Finally I am fed up with the Airtel team and their irresponsibility. I asked them to disconnect the internet and to refund me the amount. They are not ready to disconnect or to refund.

      I paid 6 months in advance and now they are making me tensed and in trouble. I'm feeling so much mental tension because of the Airtel Xstream customer care team.

      Please take proper action on the Airtel Xstream team from your end. I want proper justice.

      Still 489 INR is balance. When will i get this? Why this much delay to refund my amount? Instead of resolving the issue in a smooth manner, Airtel is making the problem much critical. What is going on? Can you pay that amount with Interest?

        I have raised fiber shifting request on 05/Jun, till today no progress at all. It's been 25 days already, I ashamed to wait these many days for shifting that too in bangalore. No use of calling customer care at all. I fed with airtel service, Seems no proper communication between customer care and back end team. This is worst experience I ever had. And my prepaid recharge money got wasted without using internet. I think it is time to change network provider.

          I am using Airtel Payments Bank since 2020 and once I have used my airtel wallet for my prepaid recharge of Rs: 254/-...I added money of Rs: 254/- to my wallet and thereafter I proceeded to recharge...My recharge was successful but my wallet showed negative balance i.e., Rs: -254/- then I received a cashback of Rs : 10/- for my recharge and thereafter I added Rs : 1/- to my wallet and now it showing my wallet balance as Rs: -243/-. On this issue I visited Airtel office too but they were too negligent with touch-me-not attitude.

            I order airtel xstream fiber connection 09/06/22 then i gave payment 3532.92 Rs for 6 months (40mbps up & down) on 10/06/22. but 3 days later 13/06/22 gave copper connection. i am totally frustrated. then i am asking to airtel refund my money. they totally avoiding about refund. i dont know what a do.

              Hello sir/ ma'am,

              This is to bring in your notice that I have been cheated for prepaid sim delivery.Â

              I ordered prepaid sim 20th February on Airtel Thanks App, Â after which I received a call from [protected], saying then he will send his delivery guy with the sim.Â

              Om Monday 27th February the prepaid sim was delivered to me by the agent mobile no. [protected].Â

              He took my driving licence copy. And 500 rs. And said sim will get activated within 48 hours..

               Even after 48 hours when sim didn't get activated I called him, he simply said your dl got rejected. You have to take new sim. I'll come on Friday with new sim you give adhar card this time.

              Â When I told him you return the money I'll buy sim card from store it self. He said OK. Evening I'll come and return.Â

              Since then he is not picking up the phone.Â

               I called customer care they said its not their department. They can't help me. I need to keep contacting that guy.

              This is just fraud airtel is doing in the name of sim card delivery.

              I want my money back. Even if 500 rs only.

                  Sir,
                  I Rahul R Gupta having Airtel DTH connection bearing Customer id [protected] have report a complaint of my remote issue dt 26.06.22 service request no 66436162 & dt 28.06.22 service request no 66557608 but till today my complaint is not resolved & my complaint of dt 26.06.22 was closed by the technician without solving my issue. As I am unable to view my TV from 26.06.22 due to non-working of remote as I have recharge yearly I request kind management to refund my remaining days balance & also setup box charges as Airtel company can’t provide me new remote & the service center close the complaint every time without resolving the issue. After repeated reminder & telephonic discussion with Technician Mr. Parmeshwar ( Mobile No [protected]) fail to response & not receiving the phone. So please arrange for refund of My DTH balance charges which was paid annually so that i can take another company DTH connection. So please do the needful at earlier.

                    I did recharge of 719 on airtel thanks app today. My money debited from account and from airtel also. But yet didn't received Any message of recharge. Recharge is not done yet

                      Upload speed issue in Airtel broadband

                        I have raised a request to relocate my Airtel DTH within premises as first time the engineer who came to install, installed in wrong place and now very frequently there is improper signal so i was advised by one of the engineer who came to check the issue for error in channels to raise a new request for relocation. I raised it and its been 4 days now 2 engineers have been changed but none called and i have tried following up with Airtel black team also as I am black customer but they also assures it will be resolved asap but I am not getting any updates at all. If being a Airtel Black customer I am getting so bad response what will happen to non black customers.
                        One Request they have even set to resolve saying issue is resolved but no one even called and visit how its resolved #[protected]closed one)

                          This is to inform you that last year on 14aug2021 i have taken 1 year plan of 200MBPS and it is valid till 13aug2022. In april month 2022 i shifted to chennai and on 22april-2022 i requested airtel to shift my location from faridabad to chennai.In may end i received bill of rs1375.64/- i paid same.

                          At that time i didnot notice because i have full faith on airtel that they cannot do any thing wrong. But in jun month i again received bill then i look into matter that why i am receiving bill again and again, since i already paid one year payment to airtel.

                          After looking into it it came to know that due to airtel mistake my 1 year plan got disconnected and they have added new plan to me on account of shifting name.

                          When i complained in airtel customer care no they said me that we cannot continue your old plan since it was disconnected so you take new plan and balance amount of previous plan we will reimburse through your request mail.

                          Now my query to airtel.

                          1. Who has said to disconnect old connection if i have given request for shifting
                          2.If though its happen then why it was not discussed with me before disconnecting old plan and giving new plan.
                          3.Even if it is not possible to continue old connection then why airtel want request mail from me.Rather then they can simply reimbursement in my old method payment account.
                          4.I need compensation against these mistale done airtel and i am suffering becuase of any execurtive mistake.

                            Broadband internet disconnected for 15 days in every billing cycle. All customer care calls go to ivr that says that engineers are working to fix it. No service request number provided. No way to reach an agent from the IVR.

                            Cannot raise a complaint, cannot reach out to any representative, no way to get a refund or get internet to work.

                              I use airtel landline from 2015 and i am very sorry to say the service is very poor. I dont have other network support here to opt out and thats the reason i am still continuing. Two months before my broadband stopped working for which i raised a complaint and they said some cable was cut near my area and will be resolved ASAP. But even after they said the problem is resolved i was having frequent internet disconnection so again when i contacted the customer care they said please do not raise a complaint as the problem is with the modem and they will get the modem replaced ASAP when they get the stock but i waited many days now when again i contacted the customer care they say modem is charged for RS 750, how cheap on them when they procure for modem they dont give good modem and latter from the customer charge a hefty rental for calls and broadband.

                                  Hi Sir,
                                  I have been using Airtel Sim card since 2017 and i have a postpaid connection on number [protected].
                                  On 6th june 2022 in morning suddenly my number stopped working then i immediately went to Airtel store for help. Then they told that its a normal sim failure dont worry and they offered me new SIM after taking my ID card and my picture and told me that the number will be activated in 4 hours.
                                  Since 6 hours went sim was not activated.
                                  I again went and asked then they told that my photograph is mismatched and told me that on your num the photo is of some1 else where as ID card is on my name, address is mine and i have been using it since many time.
                                  Then they told me that my SIM profile will be deleted and they will create a new profile and issue me the new sim and it will take 4 days.
                                  Its been 28 days i havent got any help and i am facing many many problems due to my SIM card being off.
                                  Now the question is that when they issued me the postpaid connection and taken my documents at that time they didnt even checked the ID and photo of the person
                                  How could i know that in their system the photo is of different person?
                                  Its their duty to check and issue the SIM card.
                                  Now due to my SIM being off from last 8 days i am facing a lot of difficulties and my most of the work is on telephone be it of banks or anything without phone its very difficult and i have emailed their NODAL OFFICER as well but i have not got any response.
                                  I am feeling helpless
                                  I request you that please help me in this case.
                                  And i want to register a complaint against Airtel that how can they do such mistakes
                                  How could they issue the sim in start only when the picture was of some other person and ID was of mine.
                                  I am total frustrated with AIRTEL
                                  Please help me in this case

                                    We are paying 999 unlimited internet connection, for this plan Airtel is supposed to provide 200 Mbps speed internet connection, but they are providing 40Mbps of speed only. When we called them before they sent technician and changed the new router but no change in speed, few days before we sent am email they have replied this:
                                    we have already changed your bill plan from Airtel-UL-Zoom 999 Unlimited GB (40Mbps/1024Kbps) COMBO Plan to Airtel-UL-Xstream 999 Unlimited GB (200Mbps/1024Kbps) COMBO Plan (Subscription) with effect from[protected].

                                    As per the website 40Mbps speed unlimited internet connection cost only 499/- plus tax
