Airtel — balance deducted from account but bill still unpaid | |||
I have paid bill tomy mobile number [protected] through airtel app using my debit card for rs. 49 on 7th april 2020 and received an sms from bank of money deducted. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. My 4g hotspotdevice Connection is not detected on any device. It stopped working after few months. Same sim is working on other broadband dongle.

The pack which we made was suddenly changed with only three channels running. All channels stopped working just after a week
