I have recharged my airtel digital tv on 10-march-2020 with rs 2000 which have not recharged till now. On 1-march-2020 i talked to one of your customer service manager he assured me that same will be rectified as soon as possible. As i have recharged on customer id which was located on my account on tv later your customer service support person told me that due to some technical issue your digit tv is showing wrong id and she aid she is correcting that id. I again communicated with your customer center team they every time assured me that they will correct this mistake. Later they activated my account and i was able to watch tv but i found that my account is not showing any recharge amount i again communicated with your support person he told me that he will add the balance as soon possible but today at around 12.05 pm they terminated my service its not the right way, ur customer support service is continuously harassing me and i m not getting any support
