Airtel — bill not sent on my postal address and charging late fees | |||
Dear sir, I am using your postpaid mobile connection from last 5 yr as i already requested to you from last 1 yr please send my bill at my postal address but you dont take any action against after my complaint and charging late fees every month late fees charges of rs.100. Worst service in terms of costumer care tried more than 6 time for 5 -6 min each time and not a single time i speak to customer care representative .My data& voice plan is still valid for more than 12 days and i am not able call or use data. Worst network feeling sad.
