I have 2 airtel prepaid numbers in my home which both have 499/month plan and suppose to be giving 2gb data per day, but every now and then they send msg that i have consumed all the data for the day even when i haven't used any data and my mobile data was off for whole day. This is simply cheating and stealing by airtel company, they then force me to buy some booster pack to get back to high speed internet. This is such a cheap trick to cheat your customers. I am forced to use your services just because jio doesn't have high speed during day time, otherwise i'd have already stopped using your services. I know posting here wouldn't do anything to you but i just wanted you to know that you have stolen from a wrong guy this time and this is going to cost you big time.

    This is to bring to your kind attention that I was travelling abroad for the duration of 10-Days from 18th April 2018 till April 28 2018. I got an international roaming pack activated for 10 days for the amount of 2999 from Airtel APP and also called Airtel customer executive. The travel pack was activated and I was told specifically by the executive the pack would deactivate on its own, post expiration. I returned to Bangalore on April 28th 2018, the data pack was auto-renewed for a period of another 10 days that is from April 28th 2018, but there was no intimation by email or SMS after the auto-renewal. I had no clue about and the auto-renewal. So I have been charged twice Rs.2999 in March-April and April-May 2018.
    I paid a bill amounting to Rs.4061 on May 4th 2018, for the duration of one month from 20th March 2018 to 19th April 2018 which included IR Rs.2999. On 22nd May 2018, I got a bill from Airtel with the international roaming pack amount added again. When I tried to contact the airtel customer service regarding the same additional charges and about no information regarding the re-activation of the pack, I was in communication with Ms. Nirmala from the Airtel Karnataka circle office who told me I used a Phone call on the morning of April 28th 2018, due to which my plan was reactivated.
    As I had requested my international roaming pack be deactivated after 10 days, I fail to understand why it did not happen. And if I used data on the morning of the 28th of April 2018, it should have been included in the normal bill that I would have paid for the next billing cycle. I was duped by the executive over phone, if the pack was on auto-renewal, why was I not informed at the airport by the executive despite specifically asking regarding the same! Also after talking with the executive, I was told that I would have to pay the extra charges for which I was not informed at the while taking the IR pack or in any email/SMS. My phone number is a post-paid number, so the bill amount was added and now I have to pay charges for a pack I did not ask to be activated
    Kindly see to this lackadaisical attitude of your customer service so that these extra charges are waived off and justice is met with. This was a mental harassment to me and Ms. Nirmala threatened me about if I don’t pay they will block my number and blacklist me from Mobile usage. The lady tells me that the SMS was sent to you and you deleted your message. She was behaving with me like I was a criminal and I did some crime. The lady Ms.Nirmala tells me that go and read the terms and conditions and she is not at all interested in reading the terms and conditions and actually she doesn’t have any clue/idea about terms and conditions.

      Even i faced this problem. Gamepind service was enabled by default on my number and i was paying heavy sms charges every month, was wondering how this bill was getting generated.
      After few months realised it was due to this service of airtel that anyway i never used.
      Very bad airtel postpaid connection, you land up in paying much more than you expected your monthly rentals.

        I called the airtel costumer care helpline and wanted to talk with customer care executive, but there is no option for that. Very rubbish. I wanted to tell them to stop sending me the cricket and festival offer packs which is named airtel services. I don't want them . It's hanging my phone when I'm watching videos and it irritates me a lot. If you can help me in this, then please stop sending me the offer regarding the cricket and festivals etc

          outgoing call stopped due to non payments

          I am using prepaid mobile [protected].. on 22nd may 2018 it says outgoing facility to this number has stop due to non payments... Actually i don't have due loan or anythng but it jus says it stop the service... This is very pathetic.. i can't even call the customer care again.. Also the next day i tried recharging the balance hoping it will work but that doesn't work too... And the internet service is also banned again... What shall I really...

          I took a airtel connection with 999 plan. My number [protected]. Things went smooth.in february month they billed excess amount. When i contacted they said some reasons. I refused to pay and stopped using it. But every month they kept on increasing the bills and making threatening calls and using abusive words telling to make payment. I did not expect this type of things from airtel...

          we are paid the bill amount of Rs.8, 500/- on 07.05.2018 wide chq no.365920 but it is not reflecting in our a/c for that outgoing is barred. so i am requesting the authorities to look into the matter do the nessary immediately.
          I had recharged my Airtel number [protected] with yours 149 RS pack but my internet speed is worse than a 2g speed though I recharged for 4g I am highly unsatisfiedif the problem persists again I shall have to take a step and will not be a Airtel customer anymore

            I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through 2 different debit cards for rs. 249 for 2 times on 13th may 2018 and one on 17th may 2018 for rs 249.
            The amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge was not successful and the amount has not been refunded yet.
            Please see to it and refund my amount as soon as possible.

              broadband issue not resolved and service tickets closed without resolution

              My airtel broadband loses connection everyday for few minutes. Most of the times during prime time (Morning around 9 am). As an example, on may 21, it was down for few minutes at 11:34 am, 11:41 am, 8:50 pm, and 9:28 pm.

              Complained and they promise a time wherein they never turn up. Escalated to appellate team in airtel per their customer care recommendation. I do not see any ownership and no updates if...

              I have been using airtel connection since 2003.
              I have a balance of 900+ in my acct, but some how not able to use it to recharge for 448 offer package.

              I tried to recharge the offer options (448, 499, 199, etc) using my account balance today, but was not successful in doing the same. It said there is a technical error and to contact customer care.
              I approached the customer care and they informed me that due to government regularisations we cannot use acct balance to recharge for offer recharge options.
              When i asked for such terms and conditions, they were un able to provide any proofs.
              The company is stooped to such a low trying to burgle their customers now.

              It is time to go for jio connection via mnp.

              I have not get ant SMS from BANKS of CREDIT and DEBIT.I am facing so much problems in Banking

              2. By Whom Order Airtel Open my AIrtel BANKING ACCOUNT.The day when the company itself open my account the problem starts in my regular banking.Please do needful other wise more problems occurs.
              There is an unidentifiable number in prepaid mobile number [protected]. The number is[protected] can you please tell me to whom this number belongs and amount of ₹2.5 & ₹1.5 was deducted in the bill.

              I was also charged ₹99 for IR99 product which I haven’t requested.
              Your company not provide best network in our village and we not get best offers
              Landline is dead kindly solve this problem as soon as possible.
              please check the landline line for future purpose because this problem face my me in many time. im not happy with the airtel network.

                I ported my mobile number from jio to airtel because of poor network connectivity on jio. When i applied for porting, they charged me 229rs. For recharge. My number was ported and i replaced my jio sim with airtel sim saying no balance and i am unable to make calls. I am supposed to make important calls, so recharged my connection for 449rs to make calls at 8am. Customer care knows that i have validity for 449rs. By knowing it, they recharged my account unnecessarily with 229rs at 10:41am which is of no use. Why do they recharge my account when it has validity and a recharge was done on the same day 2 hours before. When i asked the customer care, he responds simply saying since you paid 229rs money for recharge. Why do you waste public money for no reason? Customer care guy horribly argues with me that he did right and i recharged it unnecessarily. I need to make a important call, i have to recharge to make calls. I cant wait till 10:41am to make calls. Worst behavior.

                My name is nandakumar. I got call from airtel today morning and resolved my previous compliant. They credited back the unnecessary recharge of 199rs. To my account but then there was 5rs deduction every 1 hour stating sms services which i did not opt for. Why airtel is sucking people’s money when they don’t opt for? They enable unnecessary services on their own and charge customers. Please keep the customers happy. Without customer, you don’t exist (Eg: aircel). Please keep in mind that keeping customer’s happiness is the ultimate goal of business and not money. I also deactivated my dnd services but still my money is getting deducted very oftenly. Please deactivate all the entertainment services from my account and don’t disturb.
                Very weak 4g network near civil hospital golaghat. Trouble to submit my official reports due to non availability of 4g network. Request to improve the service.

                  Brief regarding the inconvenience and negligence:
                  I have called 121 to disconnect my airtel broadband connection as detailed above, mainly because i was out of station.
                  Customer care executive: forced me to keep the connection in safe custody with free activation and activated safe custody,
                  Without my orientation the safe custody has been deactivated and received the mail as – (On date 09/03/2018 - safe custody/number locker facility has been activated for your airtel fixedline/broadband no. [protected], w. E. F. 09-mar-2018.)
                  Same day i called the 121, and again told to disconnect the connection
                  Same reply by the customer care executive: on date 31/03/2018 - safe custody/number locker facility has been deactivated for your airtel fixed line/broadband no. [protected].

                  Within these many days i have called more than 20 times to solve the problem, and by mistakenly bill also got generated, and again i called 121; customer care executive asks the pardon for incontinence (After analyzing the details, it took me around more than half an hour for calls and luckily i have the record of each call) and all the time told me that, sir this is by mistake happened and it will be rectified and solved within few 24 hours/72 hours so on.

                  Kindly solve this dragon of airtel inconvenience.
                  Kindly make the disconnection of above said airtel broadband number with nullifying amount to be paid. (Which has generated by mistakenly within safe custody period)
                  I’m fed up with this problem.

                    As per advise of your sales representative, we have purchased wi-fi router and sim card no. [protected] - relation ship no. [protected] in the month of feb. 2018. We have paid for 6 months also.

                    Upto april 18 we have no problem for the wi-fi connection. From may 2018 we are facing problem for the net work. From last 10 days we are not receiving the net work. On [protected]. We have complained various times. We are receiving calls confirming they are sending person for checking the propblem

                      Hi team,

                      I took airtel broadband connection on 14th may 2018 and i was promised that my connection will be installed the very next day and to do that they asked me to make the payment immediately. The sales person even called me 4 times to make the payment.

                      I made the payment immediately, but due to the delay of their installation i had to cancel the connection. I've mailed them so many times regarding canceling my account and till today my refund hasn't been initiated and these people are giving me so much trouble.

                      I paid via credit card and asking them to refund back to my bank account, but they are saying either they can send a cheque payment that will take around a maximum of 40 days or to get the refund via neft they are asking me to send a cancelled checque, once they receive the cancelled checque they will initiate the refund via neft.

                      You can understand, even though i did not use their service at all, these people are giving me this much trouble giving my refund back, i wonder what if i used their connection, what kind of service they'd have given to me.

                      I am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 9 days now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.

                        I wonder how glamourzone service got activated on my mobile and they charged me rs. 35/week for 3 weeks. It was may 8th when the service got automatically activated. Later it is getting renewed automatically without my permission. I never reactivated it either. I am not even able to speak to the customer service executive since the number is unknown.

                        This is totally fraud. How could they even activate a service and charge without my permission?

                          I accept that airtel is the best provider among all and including customer support also... They are doing good and following up : (

                          But it's a waste of our time...

                          I am following them more than 30 days.. And didn't get any positive solution for me now...

                          The mail i sent to airtel cc ":

                          Dear airtel

                          I purchased my samsung s9+ on airtel store and the date of delivery is 10-apr-2018 and i was using the mobile about 20 days only... Suddenly i saw one straight line on my screen and i called airtel customer care and asked for the mobile replacement since it's 20 days old only. They advised me to apply for airtel secure service and applied more than 4 times after that i raised a complaint with airtel customer care... And definitely, i loved their support they followed me back on the phone... After few hours i got the call from"one assist"on may 6 and they said please upload the clear images of phone.. I said ok (Screenshot attached) and reuploaded all the images immediately and i didn't receive any calls from them afterward and re-checked the airtel app on next day and again it's asked for"proceed to checkout (Link new apply)" and i left it because got tired of complaining this to your customer care (You can check my log details from your side). After that, i got an accident on may 10 and my phone has broken a little bit!

                          What can i do now?

                          It's just 20 days from purchasing date i saw some line on my mobile and asked for the replacement and you people didn't help me out

                          It's a rs.65, 000 product. How can i pay without using the product.?

                          Please think it from my perspective! And do the needful

                          Until i won't pay the emi and i know it will affect my credit history...
                          Without your reply am not gonna pay...

                          Do the needful as earliest...

                            We are getting sick of airtel issues, and its a kind of mental harassment struggling with your customer care & ppl who visit at home for rectification.

                            If the company do not have trained persons then how can you send ppl at home to create a chaos?

                            Its really unprofessional behaviour of airtel & unacceptable at all.

                            Past few months every now & then we are facing challenges with airtel either in mobile network/broadband connection/speed or in the bill.

                            If you want to discontinue services please say it with a clarity, we are not here for mental stress, my senior citizen parents are very annoyed.

                              I have requested for connection transfer from my old address to my new address on 4th may and i am still waiting.

                              I have called customer service more than 8 times as of yesterday and also to couple of senior executives, my request status is still in progress.

                              I am not sure if even writing a complaint would help and also not sure how many more required here to get this request completed???

                                I am using airtel service from more than 4 years. From last 2 weeks, the outgoing calls are getting terminated with a voice message "all lines are currently busy" and calls are getting connected a 10 trials. This is annoying and wasting a lot of time. Airtel is went down to worst telecom service in india. It is a nightmare to get connected to their customer for any help.

                                  Sir/ madam, we had paid the full yearly plan of amount 9140 rs but the customer service is not good again there r sending top up balance message but there did not told about top up rupees 116 rs everey month to pay why should we pay i pay the top up balance total 813 and they disconnected the internet and phone calls. From past 2years we r using airtel but this year it is too bad other wise we will disconnect the airtel boardband and return our full balance amount

                                    I am using two airtel numbers, one from 2 yrs and one from 1 year. Though i am a 4g customer i get a maximum data speed of 1.5 mbps that too at late night which results in poor downloading speed. most part of my data pack is wasted accordingly.Coming to calls, everytime i call someone either it does not connect or if connects, nothing is hearable in the first call. Again i need to call nd talk. I have tried many modes of complaints but it has never worked. I request the authorised person to consider my complaint as i have no other way left than leaving airtel networking service.
