Airtel — Cheating in service | |||||
I am disappointed with the service I am getting from Airtel. 1. I recharged data plan for my 2 numbers on 7th Oct for Rs. 195. Much before the expiry date. I got the confirmation that the payment was successful and the data and validity is extended. after 1 day I got an SMS that my data plan is expiring, so I recharged the same again on 9th. so I lost 195*2 = 390 rupees 2. On 6th Oct, before the validity I recharged for Rs 161 for the same 2 numbers and I got the same confirmation that the data and validity is extended. Today, when I tried calling, I got the message that there is no balance. So I called the Customer Care and I was updated that there is no recharge done to my account and the balance is deducted for internet browsing. So total loss = 161*2 = 322 Balance lost due to inappropriate deduction = 383 ([protected]) Data plan lost = 2.38 GB carried forward for number [protected] + 1 GB recharge. So total loss 3.38 GB Data plan lost = 5 GB carried forward for number [protected] + 1 GB recharge. So total 6 GB. Total Loss = 390+322+383 = Rs 1095 and Data loss = 9.38 GB. The customer care guys are very adament. When I asked I need to go to consumer forum, they said you can go, no problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I already shared the details to your nodal officer.
The response I received from your side is totally unacceptable and ridiculous.
I have already explained 4 to 5 times to your representatives, but still they deliberately don't try / want to understand.
Please go through the details and close it today.
