I received fraud calls from the Airtel Nos[protected] on 16 Nov 15 regarding increasing the validity of SBI ATM card on my BSNL Mobile Nos-[protected]. During these calls the caller passed on OTP and had deducted Rs 27000/ in four transactions from my SBI A/C as per the details given below-
(a)Rs 5000/- on POS [protected] at SBI Buddy_BD txn#[protected]
(b)Rs 14999/-on POS AMAZON at Txn#ET[protected]
(c)Rs 4999/-on POS [protected] at WWW MOBIWIK COM TXN#913238
(d)Rs 2000/- on POS [protected] at WWW MOBIWIK COM txn#913630
The SMS were generated from VK-SBIACS and the above expenditure has not been carried out by me. In view of the above you are requested to initiate action and request refund . My SBI A/C Nos is [protected] and the first and last four digit of ATM card are as follows:[protected].Bank statement and identitiy proof is attached for ready reference. Regards Anita Dhania

    Hi, I am writing this complaint regarding my 3G data recharge benefit not received as I have recharge my airtel prepaid no.[protected] in the month of Nov'15 itself with 148 or 149 rs. Amount for 3G pack in which I supposed to get 1GB data according to special offer available in my airtel app for my number but i did not receive the same as I got only 499MB data, Also I am calling at airtel prepaid customer care since one week for same concern but still not received any correct resolution, I have spoken with senior customer care executive and I was told by him that this offer is not available for me however the Same offer is still showing in my airtel app for my number, Also when I called at CC for this issue, multiple times my call was disconnected by cc executives So would request you to please help me to get the correct resolution.       Sir, I am a customer of airtel landline services. Your service is always good. But from last 15 days our syntax on landline is deactivated, Sir I requested you to please restart (activate) our syntax on landline connection number[protected] named Raj patwa. I already complained about it, but still I don't get any positive response.

          I used to have an Airtel relationship registered in my name having the airtel
          broadband line phone no.[protected], bearing the relation ship no. 15744882

          I am no more the user of this line from March 2015.
          I had also raised a request in the month of May2015 to disconnect the line, but
          the same was not done. Infact even after a confirmation for disconnection they never to bothered to disconnect the line.
          I am not even getting the bills.
          Lately I receive calls everyday for this lines payments.
          I used to get bills on this email address.
          Some time back a new email was registered at your end in favor of
          -bothra.[protected]@gmail.com, they are using the line.
          The said line is not in my office.
          I have no access to that office, which you can get it verified and checked.
          I had left that office space where this line is installed in the month of March
          2015.
          All payments till date for this line has been made by M/s Smart Call Center
          Solutions Pvt Ltd.
          I was told that they will get the name changed or transferred to their company
          name and remove my name fom the billing account, since i am no more in the said
          office.
          I have contacted your customer care many times for the same issue.
          Nothing has been resolved till date.
          I had also provided the contact number of the concerned who is using the said line to the airtel representative.

          they told that they will get this bill clubbed into that account, but have
          failed to do so till date.
          This is creating a lot of problem for me.
          Time and again i receive calls from your people to make payment whereas i am not even the user, only they have used my name on the billing address.
          The office where the line is installed is not mine, nor it belongs to me.
          Kindly get this issue resolved.
          I also told, if they have not made the payment, then why do you all still keep
          the line active??

          I have never defaulted ever in any utility bill payments used my me.
          When I am not a party to your bill, don't receive any bills, the line is not
          installed in my space, how am I liable to pay only if someone is using my name.
          The concerned has also updated his or her email so that they get the bills, and
          they should do the due diligence and make the payment on time.
          I am not responsible for the dues.
          I also told them to get it verified by sending a Representative to the premises and inspect

          I am not using any airtel line nor have any connection.
          They bothering me and chasing me for such issues which don't even
          pertain to me.
          From my side i have given a disconnection intimation which they cannot find out from your end as to when it was given.
          KINDLY GET THE ISSUES RESOLVED URGENTLY.

              Team Airtel - Its been a while now that I've put up with call drops, "invalid number / number does not exist" as the automated messages when someone calls me in. I did call the call center some time back and the standard advise - could be a phone issue - I have interchanged phones in the same area and the problem remains. I operate out of home office and this is a huge issue that I cannot leverage best of the network that I've been customer to for over 10+ years now.                   I checked *121# on my airtel prepaid (no. [protected]) for internet packs and found a data pack of 98 rupees with benifits of 490 mb(immage attached). So i went to the retailer and recharged my number with 98 rupees (Recharge done on[protected] at 11:17AM, MRP: Rs 98.00, STax: Rs0.00, TransID [protected]) but what i got was 200 airtel to airtel minutes. Then i called airtel customer care to check if it was any technical fault which they will resolve but they said that 490 mb for rupees 98 can only be availed when activated from main balance but it wasent mentioned anywhere on *121#. (Immage attached) Then i asked them to change the pack to 480mb 2g as its of same cost or either give me talktime for 98 rupees as 200 airtel to airtel minutes is a waste for me but they denied. The customer executive was named Miss. Bisma Farooq (supervisor) who also denied to give complaint number of my call. So i want to complaint against the company for misleading information they have put on *121# and also want to complaint against Miss. Bisma Farooq (supervisor) for not behaving properly.

                    Airtel team collect money in pretext of giving a new broadband connection . Three times it has happened, i do get it refunded may be after 15 days or a month, but this is so much intolerant act which is causing lot of inconvenience. I have been looking for a reliable broadband connection since 5 years and to my surprise no one has feasibility to my locality, but covers all around my locality. Airtel is one of them. I would like to sue Airtel for giving wrong commitment and whatever it is called in legal terms. I have all the required proofs.

                      Dear Airtel I am a loyal Airtel subscriber for last 10 year. Recently I am experiencing a big data stealing from your company. I recharged 1 GB data on 17th November 2015 evening and within 2 days my 1GB data finished without any intimation. First, I am an NRI, and any company abroad give an intimation to client after 60% to 70% data used up. But Airtel don't. Secondly, I only used social networks, a few emails, few you tube songs and couple of hot spot sharing with my laptop to check mails. That anyhow don't exceed half of the 1GB data for sure. Still at the end of the day, when I need it most, my internet pack is finished. Thirdly, when ever I call your customer care, they are telling me that your site is getting up gradation and can't help me out. Such an unprofessional attitude. I have enough. If you can't resolve this matter within Sunday, I am switching my loyalty to Vodafone or even idea. There atleast customer care try to help us out. Ambarish Chatterjee

                        I'm using this number +91 [protected] for more than 8 years now, I’m being deployed in the abroad for last 6 months. I’m coming back home in the next week. Last Week I got a text message from AT-ARWINF on 12th November 2015 “As per our records, Airtel mobile [protected] has not been used from last 90 days. Pls. recharge within 15 days to avoid permanent suspension of services.” But I do notice today [19th November 2015] after my phone not able receive messages.

                        I tried to recharge my phone, It failed.

                        As I said I’m using this number for a very long time and people know me by this number. Please help me to reactivate this number. I’m ready to pay and recharge.

                          The HD Recorder box simply hangs; the only way to get it back up is unplugging it from socket multiple times - but soon it hangs again.
                          Since installing the service, I have raised at least 25 requests - every time it is fixed it hangs once again. The box has been changed twice, but result is the same.

                          I have a HD+ connection also in the same premises; did not have any problem at all on that.

                          The HD Recorder box itself is faulty; Airtel should call it back.

                          I have requested Airtel to downgrade me to HD+, but they are not ready to do so.

On said address i am staying for last ten years and apartment own by me. Mob company must verify the address and documents of the customer before giving mob connection. After calling to Airtel complaint cell they refuse to take complaint.

                              I don't know who r guilty airtel or hdfc bank, but i ex-trimly socking for provide wrong offer or wrong information posted at hdfc bank net banking facility(airtel - 1gb data 28 days validity), please please & please return my amount or facility posted offer (airtel - 1gb data 28 days validity).
                              Other wise i take legal action both of you airtel or hdfc bank. 57 rupees not a matter but why missed guide customer, why wrong posted add on hdfc bank net banking facility.So please do the needful.

                                Its been more than a weak that my landline is dead and my broadband is also not working because of that. Numerous complaints have been made to their customer care as well as their twitter handle. Every time they extend fixing of problem by two days. I m suffering a loss in my work. I don't know what else to do.

                                  I a prepaid customer of Airtel. My mobile no. Is [protected]. On 19.11.15 At 3.30 PM my ac balance was 49.70. I checked my account balance at 4.00 PM then seen that 45 rupees deduct from my mobile. While I not make any call, SMS. Also not used any VAS service. This is a wrong balance deduction. Please help to refund my 45 rupees.

                                    I noticed couple of issues in balance deduction from my prepaid mobile. No : [protected] 1) last month i noticed around 35Rupees deducted without any usage by me.( no outgoing call, no messge sent and i dont have data plan as well) 2) this month i observed so many varying deduction of teriff for local calls. there is no such fix deduction. Same number call dialing 2different time deducting from 65-1rupees for local call across bangalore. sometimes i saw it is around 1ruppes. Do you have any rule/plan details or you are just exploiting the customer? 3)today i observed Rs.5 deducted by some love message, which i never expected/activated for. I want please take this issue seriously and repay all these deductible amount to my account again ASAP.

                                      I recharged a data pack of 5 rs. on 18.11.2015 and after that company has again charged me of 5 rs. why they deduct 5 rs. again...? and after some time they deduct rs.7... while i used the data only for Whatsapp and in download today again they charged me with 10 rs. without any reason why u are doing again and again this mistake i will go now in TRI and file an fir.. thanks Jeetram meena inspector

                                        Sir, we have a range problem in santhosh, manoj nagar, kannambampalayam, sulur -tk, coimbatore, pin = 641402 sir we had already complaint this problem before 6 months that we are not recieving any signal inside our house. And the customer executive told that it will be solved within 1 month, but we are not satisfied with your response.
