On 10th Nov 15 around 1440hrs I was registred a complaint regarding 'No Signal/Blue screen' in respect of above mention digital TV id.
After registration of complaint, I was received a SMS from AB-AIR TV with ref Number - 48018764 and also recevied a local mobile number ie [protected]. Approximataly engineer visiting time was 1158hrs on 11 Nov 15 but no any phone call or other contact made by dealer or service engineer till 1000hrs till 11th Nov 15.
After that, I call to service engineer Mr Rinku on 11th Nov 15 around 1000hrs but his mobile was switched off so I call to delar mobile number Mr Hemraj and ask visiting time of engineer. Mr Hemraj drop the call stayting that today is holiday please call on 12th Nov 15.
After that, I again call back to airtel help line number 12150 and rep of Airtel Bharti Named Miss Pooja attend the call and I told her about the matter and ask him iftoday is holiday then how engineer come ? buy she confirmed me stayting that " Sir, please wait till your time and today is no holiday engineer must be visit on due time presently one hour remaining" and drop the call.
Alloted time was expired on 11 Nov 15 but neither any engineer visit nor any call/confirnation recevied by me from delar, engineer/Airtel office.
Around 1330hrs on 11th Nov 15, I received a call from Airtel office of Hyderabad branch with number[protected] and he asked me that my problam has been cleared ? I told him that delar says today is holiday and no any engineer visit then how its resolove ? but that person also confirmed that todayis not holiday and he will refresh the complaint and engineer surely visit to solve the matter but full day was pased and neither engineer visit nor any call received.
After that I again call to Airtel help line 12150 then senior supervisor told me sirtoday your problam can not solve due to holiday and I was socked as the full day your team told me that today is not holiday and now you told me now is holuday which is serioues fun with customer by you or your company.
In view of the above, you are requested to clarify that who is responsible to loss valubale time of customer ? who is responsible to making foolish to customers ? Who is responsible to recover losses of costomer ? What is value of time of customers ? Can your company or your irresponsible staff would return customers valuable time ?
Hence, Now no need to send any engineer to visit to solve the query as the problam was not lookafter during alloted time period by your company and made serious fun with customer. if the 11Nov was holiday then why your company alloted the date on holiday if the same day was working day then what action taken against delar or engineer by your company ?
At least I want follwing two decession in writing by your company before visiting engineer to solve problam :-
1. I want serioues imediataly action on your repersentative Miss Pooja who replied me on 11Nov 15 around 1000hrs that I will wait till my alloted timw. Her way of talking and reply was not as per your company standrad. I want recovery of my valuable time from miss pooja which was waste by him as the I want advance info her future problam but she ignore me. If your company is unable to take suitable action against her, I will be launch a FIR against him and appeal to judicial authority to terminate her service and also request to ban all type of such type jobs in her hole life.
2. Whats action taken by against defaulters by your company who is responsible to loss my valuable full day and making me foolish. I shall your explanation in writing if you can not provide the same, I will appeal with judicial authority for correct justic. If required, licence of defaulter dealers/engineer will be ceased forthwith.
Its not happen at 1st time with me, its also reapeated in Dec 2013 with me for your more information i will provide that time my ref number which is 34854681dated 03 Dec 2013. More than one week was facing problam my me and your conpany was failed to control local area dealers. copy of above dated mail with correspondence also attached for your ready refernce.
In view of the above, one thing is clearify that Airtel Bharti is unable to provide standrad digital tv service in Rajasthan state and service of the company in Rajasthan state is very poor. Hence I also request to Ministory of Telecom India to walkout Airtel Bharti Digital TV service from overall of india as the company making foolish to costomer, waist their valuable time and giving un necessary harassment to customer.
