    Sir,
    My self Mahesh Kumar contact number[protected] and customer Id is [protected]

    On 10th Nov 15 around 1440hrs I was registred a complaint regarding 'No Signal/Blue screen' in respect of above mention digital TV id. 
    After registration of complaint, I was received a SMS from AB-AIR TV with ref Number - 48018764 and also recevied a local mobile number ie [protected]. Approximataly engineer visiting time was 1158hrs on 11 Nov 15 but no any phone call or other contact made by dealer or service engineer till 1000hrs till 11th Nov 15.

    After that, I call to service engineer Mr Rinku on 11th Nov 15 around 1000hrs but his mobile was switched off so I call to delar mobile number Mr Hemraj and ask visiting time of engineer. Mr Hemraj drop the call stayting that today is holiday please call on 12th Nov 15.

    After that, I again call back to airtel help line number 12150 and rep of Airtel Bharti Named Miss Pooja attend the call and I told her about the matter and ask him iftoday is holiday then how engineer come ? buy she confirmed me stayting that " Sir, please wait till your time and today is no holiday engineer must be visit on due time presently one hour remaining" and drop the call.

    Alloted time was expired on 11 Nov 15 but neither any engineer visit nor any call/confirnation recevied by me from delar, engineer/Airtel office.

    Around 1330hrs on 11th Nov 15, I received a call from Airtel office of Hyderabad branch with number[protected] and he asked me that my problam has been cleared ? I told him that delar says today is holiday and no any engineer visit then how its resolove ? but that person also confirmed that todayis not holiday and he will refresh the complaint and engineer surely visit to solve the matter but full day was pased and neither engineer visit nor any call received.

    After that I again call to Airtel help line 12150 then senior supervisor told me sirtoday your problam can not solve due to holiday and I was socked as the full day your team told me that today is not holiday and now you told me now is holuday which is serioues fun with customer by you or your company. 

    In view of the above, you are requested to clarify that who is responsible to loss valubale time of customer ? who is responsible to making foolish to customers ? Who is responsible to recover losses of costomer ? What is value of time of customers ? Can your company or your irresponsible staff would return customers valuable time ? 

    Hence, Now no need to send any engineer to visit to solve the query as the problam was not lookafter during alloted time period by your company and made serious fun with customer. if the 11Nov was holiday then why your company alloted the date on holiday if the same day was working day then what action taken against delar or engineer by your company ?

    At least I want follwing two decession in writing by your company before visiting engineer to solve problam :-

    1. I want serioues imediataly action on your repersentative Miss Pooja who replied me on 11Nov 15 around 1000hrs that I will wait till my alloted timw. Her way of talking and reply was not as per your company standrad. I want recovery of my valuable time from miss pooja which was waste by him as the I want advance info her future problam but she ignore me. If your company is unable to take suitable action against her, I will be launch a FIR against him and appeal to judicial authority to terminate her service and also request to ban all type of such type jobs in her hole life.

    2. Whats action taken by against defaulters by your company who is responsible to loss my valuable full day and making me foolish. I shall your explanation in writing if you can not provide the same, I will appeal with judicial authority for correct justic. If required, licence of defaulter dealers/engineer will be ceased forthwith.

    Its not happen at 1st time with me, its also reapeated in Dec 2013 with me for your more information i will provide that time my ref number which is 34854681dated 03 Dec 2013. More than one week was facing problam my me and your conpany was failed to control local area dealers. copy of above dated mail with correspondence also attached for your ready refernce.

    In view of the above, one thing is clearify that Airtel Bharti is unable to provide standrad digital tv service in Rajasthan state and service of the company in Rajasthan state is very poor. Hence I also request to Ministory of Telecom India to walkout Airtel Bharti Digital TV service from overall of india as the company making foolish to costomer, waist their valuable time and giving un necessary harassment to customer.

      I have visited airtel office in Attibele, anekal taluk, bangalore-562107... as i have given them all the information and they gave me duplicate sim and they said it will be activated within 4hours ...as still from 3 days it is not activated. ...as i visiting daily to the office just they are taking 30rs daily from 3days .. but they didn't activated my sim...they are really irresponsible about customers. ...please activate my sim [protected]

            This is Avi Punjani user of Mob No-[protected].On 05/11/2015 around 2PM my services are Terminated without any Inf. When I contacted with Anjana, Supervisor, DelhiAirtelHelpline she refused to start services with a rude behaviour & excuse that docs are pending.Even after 4 days of Submission of docs (2nd Time) still they are not starting my services.

              on 11/11/2015 i recharged mobille no[protected] airtel online thro justrechargeit.though my sb accnt debited a nd with a message recharge successful the balance of airtel accnt is not not credited.the jc card shows the message, "rechagre successful".but the balance in the mobile accnt did not increase.at present i am in a loss of rs350.kindly do the needful to see that the cell is rechagrged with the required amount

                Dear Airtel customer service I have written to Ghana but I have not had a reply, so I am hoping that you can assist me with my issue. Asking for your quick attention to this annoying and expensive problem with your company. I don't know who is at fault here, but this subscription is coming from Airtel to phone[protected] Randy Otchere...and even though there is an option to unsubscribe, it will not allow it. My friend Randy Otchere has never subscribed to this service. These are so called inspirational messages that have eaten up all the data I sent. They have been taking money from his main account balance. This is one message forwarded to me: "You must always be willing to let go of the life you planned, so that you can open to the life you were meant to live. Thank you for subscribing to the Inspirational service. To unsubscribe, Text STOP TO 1733" ( this will not be permitted when attempted) My friend Randy Otchere in Bechem Ghana has tried to get it rectified numerous times but to no avail by phone and in person. I am asking you to kindly revise and rectify this immediately or we will use another provider for him. Thanking you and hoping to hear from you asap Gina Anne

                        My name is Ramanathan Annamalai, having postpaid chennai mobile number [protected].

                        I have lost my mobile and blocked my sim card.
                        On Nov 09, morning 11 am i went to Ashok Nagar AOR (Address: 44th street, 4th Avenve, person whom atttended was Mr, Prasad and thier manager Mr.Besin ), i submitted my proof and they gave me a sim card and said it will be activated in 4 hours time.

                        Around 6 pm the same i went there as the SIM was not activated and they said some issues and gave me a new SIM card and said it will be activated by tommorrow morning and they gave us a landline number to contact them.

                        Mornng around 10 am, we contacted 23 times to the landline with no success and then Prasad attended the call and said, ok i will look into the matter and i said please call me again in one hour and inform me the updates.

                        I didnt received any call from them, so i went straight to them and they said many reasons and said there is a IT issue. Their Manager Mr Besin Simon never picked up our call and he picks only their employee call.

                        Still now the issue is not solved and they are saying some IT issues and i have been to thier shop 3 times and wasted my precious Deepavali time.

                        Issues needs to be resolved at Ashok Nagar branch
                        1) They dont respond to landline number call
                        2) They dont even have a complaint book and ask me to write in a Vistior Book
                        3) Thier manager doesnt seems to be responsding to our queries.


                        Issues with Airtel
                        1)Airtel IT people were not picking up the call from Ashok Nagar office
                        2) Airtel customer care was providing mis leading information that my new SIM card was active, but it was only the old lost sim card was active.

                        I called 121 and registered a complaint and also called Ashok Nagar Branch on 11/11/2015. Seems like the concern person Mr.Prasad was on holiday and a lady picked up the call and she has no idea of my issues. This shows the tasks are not handled over properly at Ashok Nagar branch and thier Manager Mr.Besin didnt even picked up his call, as i have called around 16 times. Later the lady from Ashok nagar branch, talked to serveral people and my mobile number was activated on 11/11/15 at 18 hrs.

                          Hi Team,

                          from past two months i am suffering with Internet connection, network coverage issues, raised two complaints on the same. but no body responded to my complaints. all those complaints got closed on their own. Billing team called me to pay the bills, and when i explained the same situation.

                          surprise to hear just they are asking to to check with technical team but no body responding to my calls.

                          why i need to pay the bill if i am not utilizing services, need justification on the same.

                          All the advertisement are only to view not in practically nothing to happened.

                          don't know how such a BIG Company, Bharathi airtel team working with out co-ordination among each other.

                            Then he has told me u r new demo card charge will be rs 200...

                            I told him demo card is free for retailers...Even i had worked in telecom industry as dse, atm...In loop, docomo,

                            even i told him ...Aishwariya madam earlier she was also tm of south ...And now she has become above zm level ...

                            Then slesman had contact distributor ...He has connected call me...I had spoken with distributor...Why r u charging rs 200...

                            even i had raised my complaint to nodal officer and appelate but no response fro them also...Even 121 also

                              We have made a airtel internet recharge from komparify to mobile number [protected], on 11 november 2015 but when the recharge was succesfull i read the message in cell phone. and it was shocking because the validity was right but the mb data was less .we have to get 160 mb but we got only 50 mb. when i again seen the internet packs for maharashtra and goa it was again written right i.e for 3g price was 53 and validity was 5 days and mb was 160 . so please iam requesting you to solve this problem rapidly.iam wishing that you will do the work.

                                This is with regarding to my complaint frequent disconnection on 10/11/2015 at about 3.00 pm for every 2 minutes for the past 4 days. Internet connection getting frequently disconnected for every 2 minutes is really a headache thing. I complaint stating this and they told me that it will be rectified on 10/11/2015 by 7 pm till now it has not been rectified.

                                To know the status of the request i did i called again on 11.11.2015 now they are saying that it will be rectified stating the reason that technician is not available. Is Airtel having only one or two technicians or they want to ignore the complaints and just collect the monthly rental of Internet connections.

                                Do I have to wait without internet connections for three days to get my problem rectified. and lose my work. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.

                                FOR THREE DAYS I DONT HAVE NET CONNECITON PROPERLY AND AM AT LOSS BECAUSE MY MAIN WORK DEPENDS ON INTERNET. WILL AIRTEL REDUCE MY MONTHLY BILL OF THEIR FAULT. FOR WHICH I DID NOT USE MY NET CONNECTION.

                                WORST IN THEIR SERVICE AND WORST IN THEIR PART OF GIVING PROMISING.

                                IF YOU CANNOT ABLE TO PROVIDE NET CONNECTIONS JUST CALL ME AND SAY AND GIVE ME MAIL THAT YOU " CANNOT PROVIDE INTERNET CONNECTION. "

                                  My air tel prepaid number is [protected]Whenever my phone is re charged there is Rs 05 deduction against subscription for renewal of IPLAYER services which I had never asked for this kind o[censored]nnecessary service.They have been deducting Rs 05 every other day from January month.Unfortunately i didn't aware of it. Like wise I've lost Rs 1500 till now.

                                  Pl.do the needful to stop such unsolicited deductions at the company's whims & get me the refund as soon as possible.

                                  Kindly give the solution for refund of the 1500 rupees to my number.

                                    I am disappointed with the service I am getting from Airtel. 1. I recharged data plan for my 2 numbers on 7th Oct for Rs. 195. Much before the expiry date. I got the confirmation that the payment was successful and the data and validity is extended. after 1 day I got an SMS that my data plan is expiring, so I recharged the same again on 9th. so I lost 195*2 = 390 rupees 2. On 6th Oct, before the validity I recharged for Rs 161 for the same 2 numbers and I got the same confirmation that the data and validity is extended. Today, when I tried calling, I got the message that there is no balance. So I called the Customer Care and I was updated that there is no recharge done to my account and the balance is deducted for internet browsing. So total loss = 161*2 = 322 Balance lost due to inappropriate deduction = 383 ([protected]) Data plan lost = 2.38 GB carried forward for number [protected] + 1 GB recharge. So total loss 3.38 GB Data plan lost = 5 GB carried forward for number [protected] + 1 GB recharge. So total 6 GB. Total Loss = 390+322+383 = Rs 1095 and Data loss = 9.38 GB. The customer care guys are very adament. When I asked I need to go to consumer forum, they said you can go, no problem.

                                      My Number is +91 [protected] from vijayawada, i have paid my last month bill 750rs for 681 rs, and they they gave the bill like white paper with stamped, and i missed out that paper, and now i am getting calls from airtel to pay the bills., and i went to them and asked for the confirmation they are saying that we don't have any records, i have paid my bill on last month.. the airtel outlet is stamp is like this and address is : ARC ID: PTVIJ081-6049 CITY COMMUNICATIONS G-4, VIJAYAWA SOUDHA COMPLEX, HIGH SCHOOL ROAD, PATAMATA, VIJAYAWADA-520010, A.P I have the paper bill for the before last month, they are not giving proper bills, still they are giving the white paper bills, i paid my bill last month between 15-21 october 2015, please check CC footage once in requested dates. the outlet guys are simply writing the number details in the dairy for some customers, not giving the proper bill for 2 months, can i get assistance from airtel in telugu language...

                                        I'm an airtel Prepaid Customer ( [protected] ) and I did an online recharge of Rs.100 (on 31-Oct-2015)

                                        As per the recharge denomination mentioned in airtel "My airtel APP", I should be getting a talk time of Rs. 100 (Full talk time recharge)
                                        But, I have received the talk time of Rs.84 only, credited to my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected]

                                        When i contacted the customer care two days back he assured me that remaining Rs.16 will be credited within 48 hours.As i didn't receive any information on this so far, today I again contacted the customer care, but today they told like I will be getting a talk time of 84rs only!!!
