I was an user of reliance broadband till last month and last month i got a call from an airtel executive telling that if you get a new connection we will give you a cordless phonebut its been a month i raised a complaint regarding this to airtel and everday i call airtel but no response from them!!this is fraud done by them!!landline number-[protected] Contact number-[protected]

so this is the case with airtel it has been 20 days since i gave the complaint and airtel executives call us only after i gave a complaint to consumer court!!keep it up airtel
its been so many days my complaint has been lodged please take any action

      Hi Airtel Team, Hope for better solution not false statements!! I purchased a airtel 4G Wifi device on 11th oct 2015 nearly with Rs. 2500 from my hard earnings with Rental Plan Rs. 999 with which 10GB data is available at 4G speed after that device will be lashed at 2G signal with unlimited data browsing as told by AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE person. So here is the detailed number o[censored]nethical, unprofessional issues with the prestigious best internet service provider AIRTEL 4G:: 1. On the very second day after address verification, It stops working. We took the device to customer care office at sector-11 panchkula. They did some hit and trials and it starts working. 2. Now for some days, it works fine and after some day 10GB data is consumed after it stops working. It was nothing less than a useless device without any network signals. ( Assumed we bought a show piece for 2500 Rs.) 3. Now I again visited the Sector 11 panchkula customer care office and they discussed the issue and make a false statement that this issue is coming for all the customers that after 10GB data consumption device is not lashing into 2G signal. A very well knowledgeable person hired by AIRTEL told me to wait for a new cycle then it will start working. They have no solution for the issue of network signal not coming for 2G. ** So Did a big internet service provider launches its 4G device without any basic testing? A big question !!! Shameful on their part. ** 4. I waited for more than a week for new bill cycle to start. The day comes!!! But it was just like an another day of shame for AIRTEL 4G service providers. It didn't work. Called too many times customer care representative but the person didn't pick the call. 5. I visited again customer care store after getting free from my job ( 9a.m - 7 p.m.). They told wait for 1 day and we will solve the issue. Its a backend issue and they works till 5p.m. They give their number to recall them in the morning for the issue. Next day, I called minimum 10 times but no response from their end. A VERY DISGRACEFUL ACT!! 6. Next day, again visited the store. This time, they make another false argument that Plan is closed which we took a month before. Now 200/gb will be charged after 10GB data consumption. HELL!!! FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS straight forwardly. But still they have no solution for 2G network signal in 4G device. They asked maximum to maximum new bill cycle will start at 8:30 p.m on that day. ANOTHER MISGUIDE TO CONSUMERS!!! They say this issue will occur every month after 4G data is consumed. DEVICE WILL STOP WORK. CAPTION LINES for best internet provider: FAULTY DEVICE NO SOLUTION DISGUSTING SERVICE BY AIRTEL NO TESTING UNTECHINAL STAFF UNETHICAL STAFF NO QUALITY SERVICE FALSE ADs ON MEDIA MISGUIDING PEOPLE AFTER KNOWING THE FAULT SNATCHING HARD EARNINGS OF PEOPLE. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SO, This is the frustration outcomes by visiting the store too many times. If you have any solution or any graceful respect in your own eyes, DO REPLY BACK WITH SOLUTION.

        I did an online Airtel 3G recharge for an amount of 655 dated[protected]. I received a message to confirm my recharge. But after which I got to know that the 3g services are not available in Panjim, Goa area. How can you confirm the 3g services when they are not made available from your service providing end?

          Airtel employee used unparliamentary words such froud, chor, thief, bloody a.. hole., these type of words she were used for postpaid bill., these words were used at my relatives., friends., she was taken all my call list contacts., she was taken almost 30 contacs from my call list., please teach him how build a relationship with custmer., finally i was paid postpaid bill last 2 days back., still now i didnt get activation., she didnt response still now., from tommaro onwards i was called almost 60 times but she didnt given any proper response., she's name PUJA contact no [protected]., please take action., thanking you..

I had some massages from Airtel side that they would provide me 1 GB 2G data with recharging 155 .                   I registered on airtel money wallet this month however when i am trying to initiate any transfer from my account, it shows debit facility has been disabled in my account. The number is [protected]. I have submitted all valid identification documents as per KYC norms to the airtel money email id. I dont know what kind of foul play is going on, they are just trapping people to use airtel money to receive gifts in form of cash for shopping and spending and paying bills, and once you get the money in wallet, they will stop the debiting. My wallet is not even a month old. And got a lot of balance, and now they have blocked it. Wonderful system of fooling people! Bunch of cheats

Why is a person who gifted me money bound to show you confidential bank account details? The account is mine, i gave all my details, when you are still not resolving it, i believe you never had a right intention to give me the money. This airtel money is a scam and all your conditions are a farce!

                        Out lot of escalations, Airtel Team not considering about costumer concerns, simply closing issues (not intimating proper resolution to us). but Bill payment team insisting us to make the payment, not considering user concerns.

                        why need to make the payment if you are not providing the services to the customer.
                        if this is the case why u need customer care technical services?

                        even i complained on closure of the account, why your team simply not caring about the requests ?

                        don't show advertisements ? show the work in hands practically?

                            Mobile number: [protected] Alternate Contact number: [protected] Complaint Reference number: QCESO[protected] Date of Complaint: 11/17/2015 I am regular customer for Airtel, as Airtel showing in advertisement there is one airtel own app "MY AIRTEL" from the own airtel app for every customer it will show special plans, same it has been showed for me as 255 recharge 1.5GB 3G/4G internet for 28days and there only there is one option to recharge, i did recharge on 11/16/2015 morning around 9:00AM but i got only 1GB internet and i called customer this customer persons never answer properly i spoke with Supervisor also he said he will take a complaint and it will solve in 2days when i ask complaint number he said it will come to you mobile number and when is saw complaint status it shows it is closed and this call is just for Query with Ref # QCESO[protected].

                            One of the worst customer Care, most of the uneducated employees are working in airtel customer care.

                              Sir, I am using an Airtel dongle No.[protected] at my residence Flat No.505, GH-11, Prateek Kunj, Sector 21-C-III, Faridabad. Time and again I am requesting for the following two issues:- (i) Low speed and non uniform speed. (ii) Automatic Log out As I have already informed you that I have purchased exclusively for on line classes of my kids and in the absence of speed it is not possible for them to take classes. Secondly, automatic log out disturbs their concentration and classes again and again, as they have to log in again and again. The problem was explained verbally to Airtel Executives as well as emails are written to them. It is a sheer wastage of money if I do not get both these things.                                 Airtel india advertising for 4G internet speed, but when be are using it then it is not working . We already called them about this issue but they are not doing it better. we want to claim on Airtel, As they are advertising that "If You are not getting 4G downloading speed then we will give life time free service".

                                  I have given request for National MNP from Airtel Delhi to Airtel karnataka on 4th November for Airtel Mobile no [protected]. port id - AD261239. Till today my number has not been ported. I contacted Airtel Karnataka customer care they said Donor network which is Airtel Delhi has not released my number. When I contacted Airtel Delhi they said my request for National MNP has been rejected when I asked reason they didn't reply they are saying to contact Airtel Delhi store. How I am supposed to go to Delhi when I have given request in Bangalore, Karnataka.

                                    Thank you for your prompt reply on the 12-Nov regarding my complaint with Airtel, Ghana.
                                    The problem has not been attended to by the company representatives in Ghana.
                                    I have written to them several times on behalf of Mr Randy Otchere from Bechem Ghana with phone no[protected] and Airtel Complaint ID: 1174017
                                    We waited for a few days before topping up the phone data but neither I, nor Mr Otchere have had any response or acknowledgement regarding this issue.

                                    This is unacceptable, so we are asking you to please track this complaint and rectify this problem from India. This would be so much appreciated.
                                    This morning unwanted messages from Airtel have once again continued.
                                    Please refer to my email to Ghana which explains the problem fully.

                                    Asking for your quick attention to this annoying and expensive problem with your company.
                                    I don't know who is at fault here, but this subscription is coming from Airtel
                                    to phone[protected] Randy Otchere...and even though there is an option to unsubscribe, it will not allow it.
                                    My friend Randy Otchere has never subscribed to this service.
                                    These are so called inspirational messages that have eaten up all the data I sent. They have been taking money from his main account balance.
                                    This is one message forwarded to me:
                                    "You must always be willing to let go of the life you planned, so that you can open to the life you were meant to live.
                                    Thank you for subscribing to the Inspirational service. To unsubscribe, Text STOP TO 1733" ( this will not be permitted when attempted)

                                    My friend Randy Otchere in Bechem Ghana has tried to get it rectified numerous times but to no avail by phone and in person.
                                    I am asking you to kindly revise and rectify this immediately or we will use another provider for him.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a new prepaid sim card no.[protected] from your Airtel office @ shop no.49 bahu plaza Jammu on 14/11/2015 they told me that it will be activated by next morning but its still not activated. I have paid them Rs.150 for issuance of new sim they have not issued any receipt for it and when I m trying to contact them through their website on [protected] they are saying wrong number.                                       Your J&K nodal officer Mr.Nazmul Alam has contacted me today and given me the contact of the dealer from whom I have purchased the SIM card Mr. Gourav Sachdev mob no.[protected] I called him but he is not responding to my query just ignoring my calls which is very shameful on the part of Airtel how can he be so irresponsible.

                                        I was given a new sim to upgrade from 3g to 4G. Since then I don't have proper data service access, most of the time i end up using my WIFI. Called few times, either my complaint gets closed automatically next day or any time I call their server is down! Wonder why they advertise wrong information and not accountable to customers?? Can I sue them in consumer court???
