Unfortunately yesterday by mistake i recharged a wrong Airtel mobile mobile number ([protected]) for Rs 179 using paytm app. Actually i intended to recharge my own mobile number ([protected]) but entered it wrongly. So above mentioned number gets recharged for the same amount. When called Airtel customers care for the reversal of rechage, they refused to reverse it and said that the recharge amount can not be refunded. I contacted paytm customers care too but they said recharge amount is paid to Airtel so only they can reverse it. Please help me to get refund of the amount of recharge.

    Dear sir, i was complaint 13 october but they reply me you are choose wrong key. Then after i was complain by mail they are asked message error (screen shot) when i share talktime. I was also provide scree shot but my problem not solve. September month i was used that service many time but suddenly service closed.

      i complaining about a very sloppy work by the customer service representative (CSR) at airtel,
      Today[protected] i called airtel customer service no. in order to rectify my bill,
      i requested for manager to the CSR but she said "Manager is not there today"
      how can these people run a business there without a manager on the floor?
      next i again requested her to transfer my call to the manager but she asked me to call back on the same phn no. and then advised me to talk to a manager or ask for a manager, it dint end there but she was so unprofessional that she was not able to communicate properly in "english", later she just banged the hold music on my face and made me wait for 7 min and transferred the line to supervisor (sup) on the floor,
      Now the sup. was worst than the CSR. He was so adamant that he said i will not transfer your call to a manager and said he will help me,
      however i requested him that i really need to talk to a manager cuz its been 23.00 min that i'm asking for a manager. He just placed me on hold without any warning.
      Finally i reached a manager at airtel, at the 33rd min.
      i told him that concern as such,
      that i calling about my complaint which was to waive off the 500 rs on my bill as i was been promised by the previous manager wit whom i spoke on[protected],
      he said we cant do anything for it and demanded me to pay the overcharged fees as well,
      however in my previous conversation with the manager on[protected] she stated i have been overcharged and will waive off the 500 rs from the bill, but the manger was not ready to listen n help me.

        Today morning cannot call from my no, checked balance, it was reduced to 0. Recharged with Rs 222, caled cistomer care, and was surprised to hear that balance was deducted due to internet usage at late night !!! I havent used any internet from my mobile in the period that has been stated at all!!! Uexpectedly my data balance got deducted from 834 MB to 13.2 MB, and main account balance got deducted by apprx.414 INR. Customer care officials didnt give a proper response.Even after repeatedly telling that I have not used it, and want a solution if data is being leached out illegally, Mr.Atanu Mukherjee (the name I heard) disconnected calls twice without giving a proper solution.The main account balance had also not been refunded!! This is a pure case ofcheating.Pls enquire on the same.I confidently deny that internet has been used from my phone. This type of response from customer care officials is not acceptable at all!! Specially complaint handling of Mr.Atanu Mukjherjee (he is perhaps a senior responsible person) is totally unprofessional. Pls resolve the issue.Balance has been deducted illegally. I want my main account balance of 414 INR(apprx) and apprx 800 MB data to be refunded immediately. Thanks, Rajdeep Santra [protected]

          They have got the worst customer service. I recently lost my phone so i had to blck my sim. For that i called on 121. First of all their advertisements and dats pack offers are never ending. Then the option they gave to choose frm to contact them were so vague to clearly identify which option to cjoose for deactivating the sim. They should understand there are matters more serious than promoting their data packs and should provide easy and fast redressal of our grievances especially in cases like these. It literally wasted 1 hour of mine to simple search where to request for blocking sim and finally had to wait till morning to actually visit their service centre. Even there tge employees said to go 121 and get it blocked. But i refused because i didnt want to waste yet another hour on this. So please limit your advertisements on customer care and realise that there can be some serious matters.

According to recieved sms, I had applied for Airtel service and had been given [protected] no. Hereby I want to clarify that I have not applied for any new connection from Airtel. Someone have submitted fake documents and applied for new connection .I am requesting you to take action against the same otherwise I ll take legal action(police complaint) against Airtel services

              Sir/ mam I suman kumar using airtel mobile no [protected] of bihar state. I am in roaming in assam state (jogigjopa) from few days . From 1 week i was unable to make outgoing calls but incoming calls was ok. So i called customercaee then customercare representative told me there is problem in sim so changed it. For that i espacially went to bihar and took a new sim of same no. In bihar both incoming and outgoing call was ok. But when i came back on 6.11.15 to assam same problem occurs again i was unable to make outgoing calls. Again i called customercare then customercre representative transfer my call to his senior. Airtel customer care reprensentative senior told me thar in assam there is no facility of outgoing calls in roaming then i told him that i do call in assam in raoaming from same no [protected] more than 5 years. Then he argued me alot and then call me from another no [protected] and abused me alot and block my sim and incoming call also. So please do needful. And Airtel should be fire that guy from his job. Thanks

                The said ip tv is not working since the past more than five months.However, the engineers are unable to fix the problem.We have also requested to remove the ip tv connection and provide digital tv connection.It is surprising that there is no response absolutely.The organisation is so huge that it has no time to listen to consumers.Huge amounts of money are collected by way service fees and also service tax and it is shamefulthat there is no response.Can we speak to some responsible person in airtl.

                  I have 4G compatible mobile, I have upgraded my sim card from 3G to 4G . but its not able to get 4G signal. even on the same location I am able to use my phone to with another 4G SIM. I log a service request & request to Airtel to resolved it, but they closed my service request without my satisfaction. I called them agin but again they are saying the same thing that your service request raised again you will get resolution in next 2 days. how cheap customer service .

                        Hi All,

                        I have the record of each and everything, Firstly I use to recharge monthly, When I was trying to recharge once I got an option for 6months with an amount of 2460 for 19channels, but when i check my package now they only show me 18 channels, I spoke to the call center and they say its only 18 channels now, than why did your airtel website say its 19HD channels, And also they fool us I dont know whether this complain will reach in right hands, And a necessary action could be take,

                        You ll can reach me on [protected], I stay in maharashtra, These people are getting richer day by day by fooling the common who struggles to earn his daily wages,

                        Coming Back to complain, I use to have *movies, movies plus HD, and Zstudio now instead of that they show me, stat sports all channels which I dont watch,

                        I am going to attach a screen shot under, along with my Customer ID number and also please check, the package with the amount mentioned, The worst experience is your call center people, don't have manner's to speak, Your supervisor's hung up on me, What a customer service this is, People say In india these complains are not entertained, but I think we all should set an example by penalizing these companies, so that no other companies should do again this to anyone, And each and every customer should be treated the same way,

                          I am using airtel service for my phone [protected] at Mumbai. I received a call this morning i.e. 6th Nov. at 12 noon or so from Airtel executive. I had to discontinue the call as I was in a serious meeting. I received the second call which I responded by saying i cant take your call and disconnected. she called me third time and started shouting saying why did I disconnect. I could not continue as I was in the meeting and disconnected the call. After I was through with the meeting I noticed that my outgoing was barred. This is what has happened with Airtel executives now. I called customer care number and spoke to one Ms. Priya who was unable to tell me any reason for barring my outgoing. I enquired from her that the rude executive who called me earlier was Ms Sankari. I had to send a request mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com for debarring the outgoing facility. It was done promptly but I had to suffer for 3 hours. Who pays for the inconvenience caused to me ?? Such executives should be sacked immediately and proof should be shared with customers if Airtel has to prosper. This is what had happened with Reliance when they were at peak !!

                            Dear Concern,

                            I am using Aitel Prepaid Sim [protected]. From 2 weeks before I’m facing the same issue from airtel Network that is they consuming data more then the other networks. Not only me my friends also oftenly facing the same issue. I am really tired and unsatisfied about my issue till not closed. I tried lot of officers. Hence i attached my complaint details as follow true to my best of knowledge.

                            Whenever i ask them there is no more change in the reply the same answer coming like auto reply.

                            I really shame to be this network. Please help me i[censored] can.

                            Dear concern,
                            I'm the regular customer of you which using the internet service highly (per
                            month i can recharge more than rs.2000 only for internet pack- please check my
                            passed recharge details). Yesterday around 5pm i faced a issue which happened
                            often in your service ie. @ browsing sometimes more data consume from the
                            normal level for example within 2-3 minutes of data consumption shows more
                            than 200mb. I know i'm using 3G network but i never received before the speed
                            more than 50kb per sec according this calculation I doubt how it will happen
                            that is within 2-3 minutes data consumption more than 200mb. So I reached
                            yesterday to your care (yes its not a customer care it is your care because
                            they convince actually the doubted people's not for care those.) they convince
                            me it may happen . according that I highly unsatisfied with your customer care
                            officers particularly name of Mr.rajesh (senior officer). he never tried to
                            resolve my problems oppositely he convince me every minute.(ref.nos

                            So I highly unsatisfied about ur customer car. Now I really upset to using
                            airtel service (the biggest network in India). I think this is the last try
                            before I go to the consumer court so kindly help me as soon as possible.

                            Regularly I'm facing the issue and I'm complaining so. but there is no change
                            is happen (THE DATA CONSUMING EXTRA). Yesterday I clearly understood what is
                            going on in ur network. Before using download I screen short the details of
                            available data it is 865.28 and after downloading 292.57 mb the detail shows
                            the available data is 565.68. I'm the degree holder of maths I think 865.28 -
                            292.57 = 572.71mb. But after the data CONSUMING the detail shows 565.28 which
                            means 7 mb extra deducted (i don't know which mathematical geniuses doing
                            this)This is not a big issue but it is one of the basic of the big issue.
                            Actually I use and cut the internet oftenly a day it more then 10 times so one
                            time 7mb means per day 70 mb. I'm using 4G network or 4gery network?

                            The details as attached pls verify and revert back.

                              Airtel Customer Service is practically the worst. Called So many times bt no SOLUTION.
                              1) Called FOUR times for same problem but NO Solution
                              2) Thy chrg for calling cust service no. bt dnt SOLVE PROBLEM & put call on LONG HOLD
                              3) Dont evn bother asking previous complaint No etc. (CONRC[protected])
                              4) Did not ask Transaction ID ([protected]) for online rechrg frm My Airtel app
                              5) No. of Customer care reps i spoke to with thr name 1) Mumtaj, 2) Sagar Sharma, 3) Vaibhav and last very interesting one Sr. Supervisor- Firdos Shaikh who straight away asked me to wait for 7 to 8 days more without bother to to chck previous complaint no which had been gvn to me by the Rep -Mumtaj only aftr insisting her for complaint no. Also he did not even ask the Transaction ID msg i gt frm Airtel aftr successful recharge thru My Airtel mobile App. Whn asked why didnt he asked he kept repeating his company policy is to ask customer to wait for thr money to credit in thr acc which i feel is Disgusting reply to customer who has been calling since Two days for not getting recharge balance in acc, so i asked the rep without referring to my com no. and inquiring abt Trans ID msg i rcvd post rechrg on wht basis he is straight away asking me to wait for 7 to 8 days and wht Guaranty he is providing me it will be credited to my bank ac so he kept me on hold without informing for 12 min . Pls note during ths call i asked is ths call getting recorded by airtel he said yes thn again i askd how he is sure ths is the solution without knowing my problem completely... he again said its company policy for all customer bt thn I said I was told tht technical team will call me by previous rep thn he said he is nt sure abt tht. I was kept on hold many times during this charged called without any solution and despite of calling many times. The Sr. Supervisor said he cannot do anything other thn I should wait and whn i asked the 2nd Sagar rep who also also told me my problem will be resolved very soon by technical team which never happen he said he is sorry abt wht previous rep tod me that’s all. So all thy all can do every time a cust calls thm thn give them time-frame and make customers FOOL again and again. All these people in cust service airtel did not resolve my small issue instead they made it worst by fooling me every time whn i called them on thr 121 paid customer service no VERY PATHETIC EXPERIENCE

                                  Please Terminate my 4G post paid dongle connection with immediate effect and let me know how much due i have to pay for the dis-connection.

                                  Reason for disconnection:This was my company connection which i got from my previous company & as i am no longer in the company i want to terminate this connection immediately.

                                  I had raised another request for connection termination around 45 days ago after which i got a call from the relationship manager.He was not at all ready to terminate the connection and giving me various alternative which i didn't agree.Finally i salted for converting the postpaid connection to Prepaid connection as per him.He told me to go to the nearest branch and apply for the change.I went to the Infosys campus, electronic city phase 2 outlet, Bangalore and submitted the papers and paid for new sim card.As per them they told me it will be done within two working days.

                                  After one week when i didn't get any reply from them i went back to that outlet for update they told me this cannot be converted.This is very frustrating i went for this change to postpaid as per relationship manager confirmation only and after doing all paper work, submitting documents & getting new sim card i was told this is not possible.What kind of service is that & my bill still continues to generate.

                                  I have all the documents and proof collected from the concerned airtel outlet & if you don't terminate the connection immediately i will be forced to lodge a complaint against this harassment in consumer court and will also not be paying a single rupee from next month as after numerous request also you are not closing the connection.

                                    I made a complaint regarding my airtel no. [protected], of data being consumed at a much faster rate than normal...evn if i open jst static web pages or facebook or gmail without refreshing the page, still 80-90 MB 2G data gets finished per 1 hr...its happening since the past few months..i use the sim on huawei net setter and my OS is ubuntu... I had made the complaint on 25th Oct and it was promised to be resolved within 3 days...i registered my alternate no.-[protected] also to b called upon by the customer care executive, but they nvr rangup themselves..then manytyms i again called them, and they jst kept re-registering the complain and promising to call back within 2 days, each time...but 10+ days have passed, i haven't received any call and issue is still persisting..

                                    it has been more than 2 months and there has not been even an effort to provide resolution for this. Since my last comment here, there again has been no action or even contact made by the company officials.
                                    this month again, i just used the net pack for browsing, and 3gb was expired at an unbelievable speed.

                                      Since 5 Nov 2015, all i received was the above reply and a call stating that the grievance would be addressed after discussion with the reporting person.

                                      I have asked for the revised bill for the said billing cycle . if the revised bill is not sent I will not be able to pay the correct amount by the due date 15 Nov 2015.
