    Airtel Mobile number [protected] Dear Sir, On 20.01.2015, I had applied for a Airtel post paid 4G connection (Plan Rs. 1299) & the same was activated on 21.01.2015. It was a 6 months advance rental pack & for that I have paid Rs.8757.00. But unfortunately no 4G network is available around my residence/locality. After so many emails, company sent one technical person on 31.01.2015 at my residence & found that there is no 4G network around my residence. He then told that the company will provide 3G service insted of 4G network with same tariff plan. But then also I had experienced a very poor network. I had intimated that matter several times to the company but company didn't take any action to solve this issue. Finally after expiring of 6 months, I had stopped payment of the monthly invoice & had intimated in several mails that until the company provide me 4G service, I shall not pay anything to them. Still now company didn't take any action to improve their service but continuously sending invoice month after month. Inspite of failing 4G network, how company charging for that service. I also told to Airtel, that if you can prove that in my residential area, 4G network is available, I shall clear all the dues to the company. Till date Airtel didn't take any positive action to resolve this issue. I I, therefore, request you to please look in to this matter & provide me proper justice.     There are Cheaters, I have also filed a similar issue. they are not even refunding the dongle money or cancelling the bill. For no joy they want me to pay 1K and I alreday paid close to 2.5K for Dongle.

    Do not spare them they are cheaters.

      My airtel mobile recharge for number [protected] and txn id [protected] has failed . my sbi account is debited while doing net banking fr recharge, but amount not reversed to my account after transaction failure. It showed Click on the following link to try again. https://goo.gl/MXfP1N. But I recharged my account with another txn. So as early as possible reverse the the failure txn amount 59/- to my account.

        Name: Surendra ch Phone no: [protected] i wish to inform u that I have been the post paid customer of the company for more than one year.However, i have been charged DATA CHARGES of Rs.500without using in total bill amount of rs.1209/- for the month of OCT, 2015. though . I HAVE USED DATA RECHARGE CARD Rs.85/The same has been complained to the customer care and reduced only rs.285/- in stead of rs.500/-. Again requested to look into the same.Nothing has been done. As i have not used any Data and used separate pack, i have been charged rs.500/-. Kindly help us to get back the remaining refund of rs.215/- for which i shall be grateful.             Hi, I have applied for Airtel Landline connection on 8th Nov for Rs. 1199 plan. My mob no. is [protected]/[protected] but till date I am waiting for connection. Since Thursday ie 12th Nov I am getting reply from their back end team[protected] that installation will be done today or tomorrow but not done till date. I just wanted to ask if Airtel is not capable to install new connection then why they distribute template and ads for new connection here and there and why their team commit dates if they can't follow.               To, AIRTEL Sub: Airtel Service Cheating & Forgery Documents Respected sir, I am D.Raghavendrarao, s/o D.Thirapathaiah, C/o B.srinivasa Reddy H.no: 7-1-309/51/B/1, B.K.Guda, Balkampet, Hyderabad. I am having postpaid sim of AIRTEL Network ([protected]) since 2010. And after using it Two years I have converted the same sim from postpaid to prepaid. And from then I am using that SIM to till[protected]. On[protected] I observed an error in mobile that SIM REGISTRATION IS FAILED. So I visited AITERL showroom at PARADISE STORE and get it replaced on[protected] and got activated on same day itself. And I have submitted all supporting documents during the SIM replacement. After using it for one day on[protected] once again I got an error in mobile that SIM REGISTRATION IS FAILED. Once again I have visited AITERL showroom at PARADISE STORE to resolve the issue. But there they have intimated me that my SIM is ported out for VODAFONE network and sold out for unknown person in Warangal. After cross checking for more than 4hrs they told me that my documents (which are submitted during my SIM Replacement) are lost and misused by 3rd party persons of which is undertaken by Airtel. This is confirmed by RITU manager of paradise AIRTEL showroom ([protected]). And on 28-07-15 around 8:30 pm I got a threatening call from PRAHAN ([protected]) saying that he is crime inspector of warngal and he asked me to come and meet him at warngal airtel showroom with in 30 mins. And now airtel persons also not responding for resolving the issue. I am put in the Pettition @ Mahankali Police Stations 03/11/2015 Acknowledgmet number : (U[protected]) And my Business total loss and threating to airtel people.                   Airtel has been incorrectly chanrging me for 3G data services. I am post pais custonmer. Mobile no. - [protected]. As per my monthly plan, I have 270 MB 3G data. On Sep, I purchased 1 GB smartbyte through My Airtel mobile app. However, I was billed for 6 GB.

                  I called Airtel customer care to fix this issue so that I am billed for 1 GB data and allowed to use the same amount of data. However, they did not fix this issue. When there was no proper action based on my call, I dropped email to [protected]@airtel.in. Based on my email complaint, one executive called me but she could not fix it and told me that she will refer this issue to technical team. IThe issue was never resolved but I got an email that the ticket was closed.

                  I ignored this problem considering that it was one time issue and consoling myself that Airtel is going to defraud me for just few hundred rupees only. However, I was wrong. Airtel has plans to continue this fraud. They billed me for 1 GB data on Oct. I called customer care and was shouted down by one female executive that it was my fault. She told me I must have requested for this data because Airtel is faultless.

                  After getting this treatment, I had no other option but to make email complaint to [protected]@airtel.in. There have been more than 25 email correspondence on this issue. I escalated it to their highest level - the appellate authority - appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com. They called me. They told me they fixed the issue. But the issue is still not fixed. I can still see the 1 GB data on my account. They verbally tell me to wait till the next billing cycle. Why should I wait? They have no explanation.

                  At present, my situation is I don't know how much data is available on my account. So I called CC 2 times. 2 times because I was sure they themselves don't have clarity. And bingo! I was right. Different CC executives give me different answers.

                  So I dropped an email to [protected]@airtel.in to verify and what answer I get. See below.

                  Total data available - 2109.14
                  How this happened? Nobody has an answer.

                  Now, I don't expect an answer from Airtel. Just want to make others aware that even a company of the stature of Airtel, providing good service but at a premium, can stoop to such low levels.

                  I am hereby putting all the email correspondence on this issue.

                  I am following up on this data issue for more than 1 month. Following up since October through phone calls to CC. Raised issue through email on 24th October. So many email correspondence done. Escalated it to Appelate authority. So many calls with CC. Today visited Airtel Kadugodi store as well.

                  After trying all options from my side to resolve this issue, issue still not resolved. Now I don't see any point in wasting my time in this follow up. I have more important things to do than bother for few hundred bucks.

                  But before dropping off this issue from my watch, I'll make sure that I highlight this on social media for as many people to notice as possible.

                  I won't request anybody to fix this issue anymore. Too much of wastage of my time. Twitter, facebook, mouthshut, consumercomplaints - all will be my grievance redressal mechanism now. And if required, I won't hesitate to drag this matter to consumer court.

                    I have airtel prepaid connection with number [protected]. I have two urgent basic problem with airtel where they don't have or not provided solution. Problem 1: I cannot send or receive any sms, I registered my first complaint with complaint no : [protected] dtd:12/11/2015, and second complaint again with complaint no:[protected] dtd:13/11/2015 but still now there is no solution but to my surprise airtel is telling the service is not available from October. I want to whether sms service is important or not for a prepaid customer. Customer care persons never treat it as urgent issue so for nor importance is given. Problem 2: I cannot reach customer care from the above mentioned prepaid number I tried reaching through 127 and 198 in both it was not reachable issue is I don't even get the option to get connection with customer service, but when I try from same location with postpaid it is very easily getting connected so every time when I have problem in my prepaid I need to contact customer services through my postpaid. When I reported the same to customer service they are telling this is temporary problem, but it's cheating I tried several times several times but no chance of getting connected with customer care. Ultimately airtel prepaid service is cheating, I suggest for new connection takers to think many times before choosing airtel service. I hope I will get solution for my 2 problems as mentioned above after this complaint.

                    Please give me a time frame, it's already late I am waiting for solution for long time, doesn't matter what platform my complaints raised but all are already addressed to airtel and the same is being acknowledged by them. I am still the sufferer.

                          Hi, I have ported my Postpaid Mobile connection from Vodafone to Airtel for #[protected]. I have initiated the process on October 16th 2015 and my vodafone connection was disconnection on October 30th 2015. From the very next day, I have started to follow up with the Airtel local Agent Mr. Shankar and Ms. Swathi ([protected]/[protected] / [protected]@apexcorp.in) and customer service & Appellate teams continuously looping in TRAI, but still there is no resolution from airtel end. I know that Airtel's customer service is worst, but didn't expect that it would this this WORST. Even Appellate team have no concern about its customer and what the least service can we expect from Customer Support team. Its been 15 days till now, I am blocked with all my bank and work related transactions due to this issue and i have no contact with outer world. This has proven that Airtel has no least concern about its customers. Hoping a complaint here could atleast get my issue resolved. If not I have no other option to change my Mobile number / service provider, because after this much follow up everyone becomes helpless. Regards, Santosh Kumar, G. #[protected].

                            I am an Airtel postpaid customer. My mobile No. is [protected]. I had a 5gb unlimited data plan active. I had used up my 5gb of 3g and according to my plan the data speed came down to gprs level. I kept getting text and flash msgs on airtel app to buy extra data to continue to get 3g speed. As the requirement was there owing to my project work i did buy extra 1gb data to continue on 3g speed. When the bill cycle ended this month i was shocked to see that airtel had downgraded my data plan from 5gb unlimited to 1gb limited plan. there was no notification or approval sought for the same. when I brought this to the notice of customer care they blamed the whole thing on me saying that i asked for the downgrade, behaviour was far from professional. After a while when could convince them that change was made without my notice and requested for rollback to my previous plan, they asked me to mail the complaint to initiate any action. i mailed them couple of mails explaining my problem yet no action has been taken. I am irritated and angered by their change of plan, without approval or even notification of the same after the change made callous attitude of the customer care in solving the same. Its been 10 days since i registered the complaint and yet no correspondence nor action has been initiated.

                              I have been using different services of airtel for past many years but recently I experienced the worst ever part of airtel services when I asked them to shift my broadband and dish TV. It's a very easy work for them but they just assigned some so called engineer and sent a text to me stating that the concern person will call me. Surprisingly, no one called me regarding the dish TV and one person called up for broadband connection and very straightforward way he told that either I have to wait for next eight days or I can disconnect my services from airtel. Calling to customer care gives no solution again... I'm highly disappointed with airtel. Without Internet I'm facing lot of problems which leads to financial loss as well. I'm not able to connect with outer world without dish TV. Who is responsible for my loss and my suffering?? Is this the way, airtel treats the customers!!!

                                Hi, My name is Rajesh Kumar R and I am using a couple of Airtel services (Postpaid connection "[protected]" and DTH "[protected]") for years. I recently moved to Bangalore from Chennai and I did port my post paid number as well relocated the DTH as I was completely satisfied with the service provided by Airtel. Once I relocated to Bangalore, I checked if Airtel provides the broadband service in my area. My address is: #90, 1st Floor, 16th B Cross, New Mico Layout, Begur Road, Hongasandra, Bengaluru - 560 068. I saw an advertisement board near my home with a couple of mobile numbers saying that high-speed Airtel internet service starting from 899. Those numbers are #[protected] and #[protected] (Both are Airtel numbers). I called these number and a person named Ananda Reddy spoke with me. He said that he will come and check if Airtel provides service in our area and apply for a new connection. He came to my home on October 8th, 2015 and said that the service is available in our area and started explaining the plans. I selected one of the plans that he told me (999 INR/ 15 Mbps speed/ 80 GB data) and asked him to start the application process. He forced me to go for the 6 month plan wherein I have to pay 6000, so that I will get 2 months free internet. I agreed for that. He asked me to pay the amount immediately to apply for the connection. I was hesitant to give him the cash and he promised me that he will send the receipt by EOD and send the technician in the next week to setup the connection. I never received the receipt from him and when I called him in the next week, he said, he need to get permission from the nearby apartment to lay the cable over the building. When I asked for the receipt, he said he sent the application to Airtel and he will send it soon, which never happened till now. After a couple of weeks, I was completely fed-up with asked him to refund my money as I wanted to buy a Airtel 4G Hotspot. He said that he is in his native (Andhra) and he will refund the money in couple of day. This happened on 20th October. When I tried reaching the above number after 2 days, they were not reachable. I have sent him several SMSs asking the status and he never responded. All of a sudden the ring will go and he kept disconnecting the calls. I searched in the Internet and found another number and his email address. His 3rd number is #[protected] and the email address is ananda.g.c.[protected]@gmail.com. I tried the 3rd number and he picked the call. Again he said he went back to his native (Andhra) and he will ask someone to deposit the cash to my account or ask that guy to meet me in person and refund the money by 30th October morning. I called all 3 numbers now and all are become not reachable. The weird thing is the automated messages which says the number is not reachable is in Kannada. However, he says that he is in Andhra. It is clear that he is doing a FRAUDULENT sales in the name of Airtel which need to be investigated and fixed. I know that I have made a mistake of giving him the money without proper receipt. Please help me to get my money back from him. I did a google search for the this guy's mobile number and I am really shocked to see the below complaints raised against the same person (Ananda Reddy) for the past 5 years and I am wondering how he is continuing as a Airtel representative till now. Is this how the Airtel cares about their customers with the worthless, cheating, careless, cheap folks. I have also raised a complaint (reference number is[protected] with Airtel customer service last Friday, 6th November. After a couple of days, when I called them again, they said the service request was closed as I was not reachable when they called me. This is not true. I got a couple of calls from the number [protected] and when I attended the calls, no one responded. After I asked the first level agents in the CS to re-open the case, I got a call again yesterday November 12th from the same number and a lady promised that this problem will be fixed in another 3 days and I will get a connection.                                   Rs.16 recharged on 17/10 rate cutter not effected and Rs.98 recharged for 650 Mb 21days validity on 13/11 but AIRTEL message is coming 500 Mb 14days. I talked with customer care man who doesn't have basic manners cut the talk and Airtel charges one rupee for that. I want to know whether Bharti Airtel Owner and staff are earning money by cheap cheating and TRAI don't know this illegal earning. The Owner and staff can do Begging instead cheating like this. They better close their company instead pickpocketing many customers

                                    Amount deducted from bank but failed bill payment with airtel. Dear, I have made airtel online post paid bill payment on 10 November 2015 Amount got deducted from HDFC bank .payment successfully . Money deducted from my HDFC BANK . But from airtel side they said money not reached them.and the transaction has failed. I have not received any refund to my bank after that. This is scam by airtel. They have disconnected my line for non payment of bill money.                                       With the 1000 plus complaints about airtel on this forum mine is just going to be another straw in the hat. I have been using airtel digital TV services for almost 5 years now but their customer care is simply PATHETIC. My problem started 6 months ago when I got the third connection installed on my ID. We were being charged extra by the installation person & on being asked for a receipt he refused to give one. We called the customer care immediately and they resolved the issue. But we had to pay a price for standing up to them. Since then I have been having a lot of problems with regards to picture quality & clarity. I lodged a number of complaints with the Customer Care but not a single one has been resolved as yet. Below are the details of the complaints made. 1. Ref No 45113990 Date 5th July, 2015. Time 14:44 2. Ref No 45145583 Date 6th July, 2015. Time 22:49 The reason cited for the bad signal was the rains. Although not satisfied with it I still gave them the benefit of doubt and let the complain remain unresolved. Now with the weather being absolutely fine the signal is still weak. One of my connections is showing ERROR CODE 2. Inspite of making several complains the issue is not yet resolved. 1. Ref Nos 48041023 Date 12the Nov, 2015. Time 10:21 2. Ref Nos 48060852 Date 13th Nov, 2015 Time 10:19 The Customer Care promises every day that the issue will be resolved by 4:30 in the evening but of no use. I would strongly recommend that the service of Airtel Digital Tv is simply worse and like many others here I am simply regretting taking their connection. They show utter disregard towards the customer and I would advice anyone to think twice before taking an airtel connection.
