We are using airtel number [protected] and they have charged us rs 3200 excess we were compaling for 1 month at last there nodal officer heard our say and waived the said amount on next day our outgoing calls were barred. There is no note given by nodal officer to call centers was the reason given to us we have paid the amount unnecessarily . We were caused mental harassment, inconvenience and loss due to outgoing call barring and apart from that the non payment recording was played on our number for 20 days. There was around 50 mails communication, nodal officer and appellate officers are also involved. Susheel lalwani [protected]

Now after receiving the payment they have started a recording on our phones that there is a balance outstanding pending against our number, and the call barring is reinstated.

    Hi, I have called customer care 10 times and registered my complain about this. Since I am not receiving SMS on my number so I don't have any complain no. However same can be verified from your back end team. Its been 3-4 months, I am not able to send and receive SMS using my Airtel Sim 1. I have tried changing phone 2. I have re-verified SMS Center number 3. I have done the factroy reset as well. But still no use. Please escalate this case, and resolve it at earliest. Thanks, Gunjan

      I purchased an airtel sim from Airtel dealer located in nehru place Delhi by mr. Nitish (Mobile [protected]) dated 30th October 2015 submitting a valid delhi ID proof and a photogragh. he assured me that the number will be activated next day and it is 3rd november, he is not picking my calls. i have given him Rs.155 for activating the same with the package he suggested. Details are as below SIM NO.[protected] IMSI NO. [protected] H-5 CARD AIRTEL NO. he gave me - [protected] packed on 10th october 2015 I'm worried if my ID and photograph is misused. it is shameful that no action has been taken despite of my numerous attempts of calling the customer care and the dealer. i have been using Airtel services since a long time, didnt expect such negligence. kindly contact as soon as possible on my alternate number and resolve this issue.         Please do not go for Airtel Internet Connection or Mobile Networks. Without knowingly Airtel are cheating Customers. I have followed up more than 100 times. Each time one representative will comes and need to explain everything. Again they will tell stories and tell us will reduce the Charge, But after one representative will sends the bill for full month. Airtel guys really ridiculous and without customer notice will cheat at the back end. In Airtel stores they will say one thing and Customer Care will say one thing. Some one should raise the concern because these Airtel will cheat the customers

          I recharged with 410 rs almost 7 days back for my digital tv account id [protected] but the amount is not reflecting to my digital tv account and amount got debited. I called several time to airtel customer care and they are saying that this is not the issue from their end. I don't know where exactly my money went. I have my recharge id along with confirmation message from Airtel that the recharge has been successful .

I forwarded all the details along with my bank statement to show that the amount is got debited from my account, to airtel digital tv email id:[protected]@in.airtel.com as suggested by airtel support team but didn't get any response from them. From last 7 days i called them more than 7 time and sent mail as well.Still if you want anymore details plz let me know.

            I have called Customer care people and complained two times. After 4 days of the complaint date got the following message "Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile has been resolved to your satisfaction. Your reference no. is F[protected], registered on 15-OCT-2015 11:10" After seeing the above message called customer care and asked "how can close the request without solving the problem" they told me like network team is working on that..nothing to do from our side so we closed your request. Then i asked when can i expect this problem will be resolved ? They told me within two weeks. But still issue is there and even worse than before. As i moved eecentlt drom vodafone to airtel network..i cannot move to other network till next 90 days. Kindly help me. Thankyou Mobile: [protected]

                I am using airtel broad band. My number is[protected]. From Oct 27th it is not working. I have already made 30 calls to their customer center. every time they say they will revert shortly, in 2 hours, etc but no one calls back or service technician attends and resolves the complaint. twice the service guy called and he said he is arriving and reaching shortly but neither he comes, nor he picks up the phone or gives me a call. since the issue is not getting resolved i asked for the next level escalation and they connected me to a lady Swetha and she said Govindaraj who is responsible for service (his number [protected]) will call and resolve it by Oct 31. neither he called me nor he picks the call from me. Today another guy in service by name Robert, told that the service guy will come in 10 mins, 30 mins but the entire day no one picked up and later they are not picking the calls. Chinnappan as of now, there is no clarity who is going to service, who is responsible to fixing the issue. Since the front end team is not giving the escalation matrix, I am forced to use this forum to register my disappointing and frustrating experience. Request the concerned airtel officer to resolve it immediately.

                  I had opted for safe custody plan for 3 months since I was travelling out of india. I told them not to activate untill they get a confirmation from my end. Post my return when I called to activate my broadband I was shocked to know my connection was active and airtel is charging me for the serive I have not rendered. From past one month I m constantly calling airtel and there is no resolution provided.. even when escalated the issue to the last level airtel is not taking the complaint seriously and asking us to make payment to the entire os for the services not used. Rude customer care agents and stealing cusomers money

                    In my monthly bill i came to know that Airtel is charging me for Data Pack as well as data usage(both) .It is when monthly data pack is activated on my mobile and with clear instruction (i.e Data stop once data limit finished) mentioned in bill...
                    I visited Airtel Customer care office dwarka they registered my complain(ref no[protected] but fail to explain me and same day i received a sms from Airtel that bill is valid.It is disgusting...

                    Bill attached and cleared from information at bills itself that Airtel has charged me for Monthly data pack(i.e 1gb 4g/3g free post 1 gb data stop @250) but also data uses.

                    I will not pay any bill until my issue resolved and will go court if Airtel does not solve it..

                      Worst customer service is being provided by airtel

                      Airtel customer care is so pathetic and worst of all, customer has to leave all his work and keep calling them to get an update for there own request. For 1 request to be processed I had to call them 5 times in a day and like this i had done 3-4times for different requests to be processed. When they submitted the request it was told will be processed within 24hrs, but I don't know according to them what is 24hrs. *They just take customers...

                        From last 4 weeks, the browsing speed on my handset -Nokia N 1320 is facing very low or nil speed. Mobile number [protected]. Koparkhairane gallery people said they can't do anything. But the lodged a complaint. Even myself lodged a complaint on 19th October 2015. Airtel informed me that they will get back to me sooner. So far nothing has happened and they have not responded also. In the meanwhile I have been asked to degrade the set up from 3G to 2G. Then also it is very poor. Airtel is taking a ride on the customers.

                          i got the Airtel CUG postpaid plan, two months before of 199 Rs. per month :But on my second bill. i was surprised wen Company give the completely false bill of Rs.797.. In this bill they describe the extra charges of Internet Usage of 500Rs... i am completly not satisfied with this bill.

                            New connection request was made on 10th Oct 2015. A person from Airtel company came and collected Rs 1000 as installation charge.

                            I got a message saying "documents are received against your fixed line account No [protected] installation order no 43434803. It will be processed in 3 working days. No extra amount to be paid for installation Engineer".

                            After this, there is no response from Airtel people. If I try callingf the person, the person replies saying currently he is not in office and call me back once he goes to office. From 2 days, same person is not answering the call. I would like to cancel the connection request and want the amount taken as installation charges refunded back to me.

                            This is a very bad and unexpected behaviour from Airtel customer service. Got a message today saying I will be refunded with Rs 500. I do not understand the reason for deducting the other 500. This is a good way of getting money from customers by cheating them mentioning such kind of reasons. I will surely raise a concern against the person as well as the Airtel customer service.

                              On 11th July 2015, i closed the airtel 4G post paid connection by calling the customer care. Informed him that i am leaving india nextday so will not be able to receive any call. The customer care repensective agreed to cancel and we receved a bill till that date.
                              After paying that bill we were sure the connection got cancelled. But after 2 months suddenly we get a bill of more than 2000/-.

                              We tried to explain the situation to all possible authority and the amount is increasing with fine everyday.

                                Airtel is not withdrawing from wrong charges levied to my Ph No. [protected]. They have started Annual 699 to my to my post paid number but when I want to switch over to prepaid option with Airtel - They are not removing the Annual Charges which I have not taken the benefits.

                                Please Ministry of Information & Broadcasting & TRAI help us to get this issue resolved.

                                  I recharge my Airtel account for my prepaid no. with ₹177plan for 3g data with 28 days validity.From the past two months I recharge with the same plan. In this plan half of the data I.e 525 MB is credited to my account at the moment of recharge only, and the remaining data benefit is credited within one hour. This month also I recharged my account with ₹177 plan and I received half the data at the time of recharge only.But when I dint receive the remaining data, I contacted the customer care and the person said that the data will be credited after one hour and also gave me a no. On which I can check my data balance. After waiting for 2-3 hours when I dint receive any message regarding the remaining data and after checking the data balance on the given number, I again contacted the customer care. This time my call was transferred to some other person who in a very rude manner said to me that due to some new benefit plan that has been launched the 1gb data is credited only if you recharge by calling 121314. This is completely unfair!!! There was nokind of intimation to either the consumer or the retailer that such thing is taken place. If there is some new benefit plan then the retailer must be informed about it and alsi the consumer! When I asked the retailer he showed me the plan list from which he select the recharge plan which is generated by the company after entering the mobile number. And if the new benefit plan is appied then why was ₹177-1Gb 3G for 28 days validity was shown in the plan list from which the retailer selects the plan after entering the number!They should have removed it from the list of informed about it! It is pure cheating and deceptive on company's part! Also the customer care person said that 1Gb data has been credited and when I checked my balance was still 525 MB!!!

                                    As i'm using Airtel postpaid SimCard [protected] for 7 months from last 2 months i'm not getting the signal inside my Home so please do clear my issue as Four persons are using airtel in same home it as became a big issues with our buiseness and there's not much to used as we cannot used network even 2g cannot be used 3g never works at all, so please try resolve this issue.My address is Lunglei near All India Radio Station.I'd be very greatful if you take the fastest measures to sovled my problem.

                                      Hi this is A.Ravikumar my mobile no [protected] kphb, 7th phase hyderabad. Actually last month 15 th i paid money for Airtel Broadbond connection 6 month plan 4000 rs to mr raj [protected], he said to wit nin 2 days landline &broadbond connection will be given, after 2 days when i call to him it will take 2 days again after when i call to him he didn't lift my phone i make call to him with another no he lift my phone and said some problem is ther it will take 2 days, when i talk his manager mr pulkit [protected] he said same story, both are they and airtel r wrost persons and wrost service, please u dont know how to give connection pls give me my money return asap
