I am using airtel broad band. My number is[protected]. From Oct 27th it is not working. I have already made 30 calls to their customer center. every time they say they will revert shortly, in 2 hours, etc but no one calls back or service technician attends and resolves the complaint.
twice the service guy called and he said he is arriving and reaching shortly but neither he comes, nor he picks up the phone or gives me a call.
since the issue is not getting resolved i asked for the next level escalation and they connected me to a lady Swetha and she said Govindaraj who is responsible for service (his number [protected]) will call and resolve it by Oct 31. neither he called me nor he picks the call from me.
Today another guy in service by name Robert, told that the service guy will come in 10 mins, 30 mins but the entire day no one picked up and later they are not picking the calls.

as of now, there is no clarity who is going to service, who is responsible to fixing the issue.
Since the front end team is not giving the escalation matrix, I am forced to use this forum to register my disappointing and frustrating experience.
Request the concerned airtel officer to resolve it immediately.
