This is with regarding to my complaint frequent disconnection on 10/11/2015 at about 3.00 pm for every 2 minutes for the past 4 days. Internet connection getting frequently disconnected for every 2 minutes is really a headache thing. I complaint stating this and they told me that it will be rectified on 10/11/2015 by 7 pm till now it has not been rectified.

To know the status of the request i did i called again on 11.11.2015 now they are saying that it will be rectified stating the reason that technician is not available. Is Airtel having only one or two technicians or they want to ignore the complaints and just collect the monthly rental of Internet connections.

Do I have to wait without internet connections for three days to get my problem rectified. and lose my work. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.

FOR THREE DAYS I DONT HAVE NET CONNECITON PROPERLY AND AM AT LOSS BECAUSE MY MAIN WORK DEPENDS ON INTERNET. WILL AIRTEL REDUCE MY MONTHLY BILL OF THEIR FAULT. FOR WHICH I DID NOT USE MY NET CONNECTION.

WORST IN THEIR SERVICE AND WORST IN THEIR PART OF GIVING PROMISING.

IF YOU CANNOT ABLE TO PROVIDE NET CONNECTIONS JUST CALL ME AND SAY AND GIVE ME MAIL THAT YOU " CANNOT PROVIDE INTERNET CONNECTION. "

    My air tel prepaid number is [protected]Whenever my phone is re charged there is Rs 05 deduction against subscription for renewal of IPLAYER services which I had never asked for this kind o[censored]nnecessary service.They have been deducting Rs 05 every other day from January month.Unfortunately i didn't aware of it. Like wise I've lost Rs 1500 till now.

    Pl.do the needful to stop such unsolicited deductions at the company's whims & get me the refund as soon as possible.

    Kindly give the solution for refund of the 1500 rupees to my number.

      I am disappointed with the service I am getting from Airtel. 1. I recharged data plan for my 2 numbers on 7th Oct for Rs. 195. Much before the expiry date. I got the confirmation that the payment was successful and the data and validity is extended. after 1 day I got an SMS that my data plan is expiring, so I recharged the same again on 9th. so I lost 195*2 = 390 rupees 2. On 6th Oct, before the validity I recharged for Rs 161 for the same 2 numbers and I got the same confirmation that the data and validity is extended. Today, when I tried calling, I got the message that there is no balance. So I called the Customer Care and I was updated that there is no recharge done to my account and the balance is deducted for internet browsing. So total loss = 161*2 = 322 Balance lost due to inappropriate deduction = 383 ([protected]) Data plan lost = 2.38 GB carried forward for number [protected] + 1 GB recharge. So total loss 3.38 GB Data plan lost = 5 GB carried forward for number [protected] + 1 GB recharge. So total 6 GB. Total Loss = 390+322+383 = Rs 1095 and Data loss = 9.38 GB. The customer care guys are very adament. When I asked I need to go to consumer forum, they said you can go, no problem.

      The response I received from your side is totally unacceptable and ridiculous.

      I have already explained 4 to 5 times to your representatives, but still they deliberately don't try / want to understand.

      Please go through the details and close it today.
      I am still waiting for the response and closure on this.

        My Number is +91 [protected] from vijayawada, i have paid my last month bill 750rs for 681 rs, and they they gave the bill like white paper with stamped, and i missed out that paper, and now i am getting calls from airtel to pay the bills., and i went to them and asked for the confirmation they are saying that we don't have any records, i have paid my bill on last month.. the airtel outlet is stamp is like this and address is : ARC ID: PTVIJ081-6049 CITY COMMUNICATIONS G-4, VIJAYAWA SOUDHA COMPLEX, HIGH SCHOOL ROAD, PATAMATA, VIJAYAWADA-520010, A.P I have the paper bill for the before last month, they are not giving proper bills, still they are giving the white paper bills, i paid my bill last month between 15-21 october 2015, please check CC footage once in requested dates. the outlet guys are simply writing the number details in the dairy for some customers, not giving the proper bill for 2 months, can i get assistance from airtel in telugu language...

          I'm an airtel Prepaid Customer ( [protected] ) and I did an online recharge of Rs.100 (on 31-Oct-2015)

          As per the recharge denomination mentioned in airtel "My airtel APP", I should be getting a talk time of Rs. 100 (Full talk time recharge)
          But, I have received the talk time of Rs.84 only, credited to my airtel prepaid mobile number [protected]

          When i contacted the customer care two days back he assured me that remaining Rs.16 will be credited within 48 hours.As i didn't receive any information on this so far, today I again contacted the customer care, but today they told like I will be getting a talk time of 84rs only!!!

            i have applied for a post paid connection on 02.11.2015 at jigani airtel outlet but even after 09 days, still the same has not been activated. Msg has received to call on 59059 to verify the detail to activate the connection but while calling, customer care people is asking to contact the retailer
            my no is : [protected]. No one is responding properly. After 24 hrs, from last 8 days every day i am visiting 2-3 times to airtel office but in vain. You can understand the pain. but these guys are so irresponsible and not taking any initiative or ownership, they are just sending mail as that much only they can do from their end.

When I open the latter I was shocked because It was a welcome latter of three Airtel 4G connection, but I won't apply any connection for my company. I just talk with your executive for three new connection. All documents are on my table but how it is possible to activate a connection without any documents? I just call to your toll free number which is printed on your latter, but your executive told to contact any Airtel store. I want to know how its possible??

                  Very pathetic experience on the first day of activation. i have converted from docomo to airtel, services has been activated on my number, but network is nill.displays sim card registration failed.Im not able to do any transactions, since everything is corelated to that number. i missed all the calls from my clients, company, collegues and payment transactions got denied since i donot have the registered mobile number for otp.i could not transfer money to my counter part who is awaiting for money transaction to travel from one place to another, because of their worst service and they are asking for 6hours of time for issue resolution. because of this issue i faced lot of problems . they are speaking about 4g with this level of customer service.. my reputation at stake because of their service.they said they ll revert back in an hour and they didnot. when i called regarding the issue again, they again said it takes 6 hours. [protected]. i am facing a problem from last 3 hour that i have no signal in my cell with error showing " Indairtel services is unavailbale at this moment please try after some time." Regarding to this i have a call in delhi customer care centre they told me that it is problem related to haryana no. and give me a number of Haryana customer care . when i tried to this no[protected], error shows that number is not exist. i tried this no 2 or 3 time and same problem is facing. now i am frustrated to this poor service

                        I am padmaja, from vijayawada, my number is +91 [protected] and last month i had a bill of 681rs, and i have paid my bill 750rs on 15th or 16th of October 2015. an they have a paper manually written of 750rs manually and they stamped, and now its been almost 20 days. i getting a call to pay the bill, and warning mails to pay the due., but i have paid my bill, i went to the particular outlet and asked for problem, they are not saying we don't have any records or updates, simply neglecting, the outlet is located at the AIRTEL OFFICE(ARC communication), Near HIGH SCHOOL ROAD, PATAMATA, VIJAYAWADA, i missed out the bill, plz check the cc footage on given dates and solve my problem...

I am facing Airtel Internet issues. i was used Iphone6 since 1& half month and I using Airtel 4G SIM card from the day I purchased iPhone 6. due to 4g is not enable on Samsung Galaxy s4 I change it to iPhone 6 as per Airtel gallery, Akurdi, Pune said. After purchasing I was going to Airtel gallery & I fulfill the whole process of 4g sim what is they tell me. From that day to till this moment they can't resolve my problem about Internet uses. After 1 months they send mi the bill of Rs 555 even I can't use a single Mb usage of data. I Again complent to customer care and my complaint Ref no. 66121786 for airtel mobile has been registered on 03-NOV-2015. But even they can't resolve my problem.. So pls help me

                            I have recharged 175/- for 2G pack on 14.10.15 and i didnt used the total data but it is deducting without using also. Total data deducted by airtel. i again recharged for 175/- on 31.10.15 (Trans id [protected]) and the total data deducted by airtel and normal balance also deducted on 09.11.15. even though i am having less usage they keep on deducting daily and they didnt send any warning sms before deducting from mail balance. last month they have deducted 130/- from my balance. before 6 months when i use 2g pack for 1 month duration, the data not used completely. but i have observed that last six months they keep on deducting the data from my internet pack even though i am not using also. please solve the issue otherwise i will change my network. i am using this network since 2007 but they are charging for data which is not used. this is not fare. someone should interfere and track the stastics of data packages and billing done by airtel then only customers will be benefited. they can go for 4g or 3g but all users cannot effort 3g or 4g. they are trying to charge more on 2g packs and they trying to convert these people to 3g or 4g. please refund my amount.

                              I applied for broadband connection, the same day they sent their people to collect the adress proof and instalation charges of Rs 1000. Later there was no reply from their side. After a lot of attempt calling, he replied and said my area is not feasable so Il be getting my 1000 rs back. Now its been more than 2 months I still did not get my refund of 1000 rs.
                              Its not just about money, To howmany people he is doing this who knows? This is how people earn money in India?

                                Today I have recharge my mobile no [protected] with Rs. 98/- for 2G data plan for 28 days through debit card using internet on 09.11.2015. Successfully recharge massage came on mobile with Transaction ID- 997678 but mobile is not recharge with data plan and Rs. 64/- deducted from main mobile a/c for using data. I have complaint to customer care via ref no- CBDMO[protected] on 09.11.2015, time 20.02 but my problem is not yet solved.

                                  Hi, This is Vijay and I was using an airtel postpaid number([protected]) since 6 years, but since last 3 months I was experiencing a huge call drop issue due to almost dead signal of airtel at my resident.I contacted to CC (voice and mail both ) and registered complaint for the same(related reference no are PO[protected], Ref20485239, Ref20485239, Ref21564574, Ref21564574, Ref21583915, ref2672499, ref21677131 and some more) .But airtel guys were just making me fool buy giving me different -different date to resolve the issue and I never recieved and call or visitor from airtel to resolve my issue . And after two months of my effort to get it resolve finally I decided to move from airtel and I stopped using all my airtel number and bought some other number(as due to pathetic network I was loosing several important calls on daily basis also voice quality was so bad that it was hard to talk).They asked several times my location info and I provided it. I can't explain their unprofessional service even they closed my complaint without any resolution and any contact to me, when I investigated it then they were unable to describe me the reason. And funniest thing happen when I escalated it to applete level(appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com some more) after several mail trail and a month of false commitment to resolve the service one day I received a mail(over my investigation mail) from applete that my current request is regarding heloo tune not working...what a fun...before few days applete was dealing it as network issue and suddenly it got converted hello tune issue(which I never registered )...I have all the mail trail and in each mail I have clearlly mentioned that for no service i will not pay any bill...but shameless airtel guys are now sending me bill for this number...I am surprise how much nonprofessional a company can be. Now I want airtel to cancel my 2 months bill otherwise I will ask for compensation regarding my business loss due to uncountable missed call and call drop during these 3 months. I had already paid a months bill without getting proper service...

                                  I am still waiting for final reply from your end. By the way now airtel guys wake-up and called me for visit but now it is non valuable for me as after a long waiting(3 months) and several missed call(business loss too) I totally stopped using airtel number.
                                  So it would be good that don't call me to resolve your buggy network as I removed all your sim and don't want to use it through out the my life..so just close my account and don't ask for pending for useless service, because if i will ask for my losses due to your pathetic service since 3 months you people would be in trouble.You people did nothing to resolve the issue within the valid time frame while I was calling to you guys and waiting for resolution.

                                    On 3rd Nov. ifiled an application for conversion of post paid service to post paid to my mobile [protected] at airtel retailer at pedawaltair in Visakhapatnam . ON 5TH IRECEIVED AMESSAGE STATING THAT it was unsuccessful due to signature of retailer n d distributor are d same n d number does not exist in FTA(59110 notdone n directed me to contact nearest retailer on 5th. accordingly i contacted d shop on 6th n showed them d message. There was no proper response. subsequently i contacted them several times over phone. so far it was not attended to.do d needful to get my problem solved

                                        Date of the incident 07.11.2015 client relationship number [protected] i have activating 3g internet pack Rs.250/- 1GB data(1024 MB) and my bill period is 05.10.2015 to 04.11.2015. my bill plan is Rs.250 for 1024MB from 05.10.2015 to 04.11.2015. till date i used only 1010MB. But they charged extra rs.672 i dont now that guys cheating all customers making more money very worst airtel network please kindly way off Rs.672. then only i wil pay bill payment
