I have made repeated complaints to Airtel saying callers to my number [protected] inform me every day that my number is switched off. Moment I make a call from my mobile to any other mobile or landline my phone switches on and it I start getting calls for the entire day. But the problem reappears next day again.This problem is occurring for last 4 weeks. My friend living in same area but having a different different make of mobile Number [protected] of Airtel is also experiencing exactly same problem. I have registered complaint with Airtel on 13 Nov-15 under Complaint No. F[protected]. Since there was no resolution and Airtel without any action closed the complaint, I registered it again through email on 18 Nov under complaint No F[protected]. Yet no action and they closed the complaint. I registered again on 22 Nov under com No66387416

    I took new Airtel dish tv connection they called me no of times about package plans. Im also called and as per their guidance i recharged 2145 rupees on Aug 15th 2015 for one year and intimated the same. But now they are telling you didn't intimate us so we are deducting daily basis and recharge again. For packages they will call n no of times.but for deducting they won't ask us. I don't know plans also i did with their guidance but now they are not telling anything. Please help me i recharged for one year with their information atleast i didn't use three months also.       I have a balance in my mobile number[protected] is62.14 paisa. and deduct tommorrow morning 52 r.s and gave me 250 mb 2g data when i contact cuatomar care they tod me i active this pack from airtel 129 store but i did not active any pack from airtel 129 stire. i request sir please give my 52 rupess . airtel compay/west bengal they are a cheater . they many times deduct my balace when i complaint they said that i active pack but i didnot active any pack. please gave me52 rs that is deduct from my account

          Actually i have double data offer for my mobile number [protected], when i used for the first two times... the data recharged in my phone as two account 1amount: 1048 mb 2amount:1020mb, the third time when i recharged i got only 1048 mb another amount :0 i called coustemer care, . they gave another number *123*11# in that i found 1020 mb, but when i download a video of 10 mb i found that in both accounts the datas has been reduced. i downloaded only 10 mb but in both account 10 mb was reduced... this kind of cheating airtel is doing..

            I had a full talk time balance of Rs.865-/- approximately. I recharged 3g separately for a sum of Rs.360/- and the 3g is valid upto 26.11.15. Airtel has added my full talk time to 3g package and it is showing as the entire amount is converted to 3g pack and it will expire on 26.11.15. How they can add my full talk time balance to 3g package? I lodged a complaint on airtel complaint forum and they have not bothered to reply to my complaint till date.

              Hi,
              I am an Airtel Dish TV customer and I opted for the annual payment option whereby if I paid for 11 months, I would get an active connection for a full year. I made a payment of Rs 5000 odd in the month of Dec. 2014 and I got an email stating that my connection would be valid till Dec. 13th.
              Now, for last two weeks, I have been receiving Text messages stating that the validity of my dish TV connection would expire on 17th Nov. 2015. After that I shared the company's email dated dec 2014 confirming that the validity would be till Dec. 13th 2015. Airtel has now accepted that the validity would indeed be till Dec. 13th. However for the last 4 days, the TV connection is not functional. Repeated emails and calls to the customer care has not yielded any results.
              The irritating part is the way the calls are treated at the customer care.
              1. The person who comes on the line pouts the call on hold for 10 minutes and no one turns up. I think Rajan Mittal is trying to make his mobile business more profitable by increasing the ARPU in this way.
              2. The person does not have the basic minimum IQ need to resolve customer complaint and keeps repeating the same sentence like a puppet.
              3. The worst part is in spite of my choosing the language of communication as English, the person insists on speaking in Hindi and the supervisor also insists on speaking in Hindi only. My last experience was with a call center agent called Ravi Chaturvedi and his supervisor. Does Rajan Mittal not want business from the non Hindi speaking belt? Or is he thinking that only the Hindi speaking population deserves good service and deserves the complaints to be redressed. very depressing and disappointing indeed, having chosen Airtel for my dsih TV connection.
              4. I am appalled at the way I am being treated and the way it is taking taking more than a week to resolve this simple issue.
              Look forward to someone knowledgeable and with decision making power calling me up on priority and resolving this issue.

                tampered with and some errant persons have access to whatever communications I make from the above mobile number. I am speaking based
                on numerous certain incidents which are occuring too frequently. I already have
                put a police complaint but theses tracking of my mobile still continues.

                Sir / Madam I am a well qualified person who was having a very successful business, which had become shaky recently, however by Gods grace & blessings
                my business is restarted and is on a path of stability. These people whom i suspect are few but well connected businesswise and have a lobby whereby they
                can do harm to my business. I have lost lot of orders in crores due to the tracking, hearing my business conversation by some errant people having vested interest. In the light of the above mentioned actual incidents i request
                you to please immediately check and revert to me at the above mobile number or my landline MTNL number[protected], and confirm that my communication lines are not tampered with.
                I would appreciate your speedy response and advise how to put an end to such
                nuisance which has led to loss of peace of mind and uncertainty in our lives.

                    I was using airtel prepaid sim till 16 October and I every month compalain about unjustified billing but every month I received unjustified bill so I request them to disconnect this sim and they do it on 16th of October but they frequently force me to pay my unpaid billing otherwise we do legal action against you my airtel mobile no was [protected].                       Greetings for the day..

                      On dated 20th november 2015, i saw my net balance was reflecting 634 MB Available balance. i closed my mobile data and got access from my home wifi network usually when i be at home i use my home wifi network and outside the home i used my mobile data balance. but today on dated 21st november 2015 when i checked my mobile data balance i was stunned as it was showing 0.00 mb left. unauthorised deduction held from my mobile without my inttimation. i called up 2 times in customer care but they put me on hold and disconnect the call fom there end.
                      please help me in this

                        I received fraud calls from the Airtel Nos[protected] on 16 Nov 15 regarding increasing the validity of SBI ATM card on my BSNL Mobile Nos-[protected]. During these calls the caller passed on OTP and had deducted Rs 27000/ in four transactions from my SBI A/C as per the details given below-
                        (a)Rs 5000/- on POS [protected] at SBI Buddy_BD txn#[protected]
                        (b)Rs 14999/-on POS AMAZON at Txn#ET[protected]
                        (c)Rs 4999/-on POS [protected] at WWW MOBIWIK COM TXN#913238
                        (d)Rs 2000/- on POS [protected] at WWW MOBIWIK COM txn#913630
                        The SMS were generated from VK-SBIACS and the above expenditure has not been carried out by me. In view of the above you are requested to initiate action and request refund .                           Hi, I am writing this complaint regarding my 3G data recharge benefit not received as I have recharge my airtel prepaid no.[protected] in the month of Nov'15 itself with 148 or 149 rs. Amount for 3G pack in which I supposed to get 1GB data according to special offer available in my airtel app for my number but i did not receive the same as I got only 499MB data, Also I am calling at airtel prepaid customer care since one week for same concern but still not received any correct resolution, I have spoken with senior customer care executive and I was told by him that this offer is not available for me however the Same offer is still showing in my airtel app for my number, Also when I called at CC for this issue, multiple times my call was disconnected by cc executives So would request you to please help me to get the correct resolution.                                 I used to have an Airtel relationship registered in my name having the airtel
                                broadband line phone no.[protected], bearing the relation ship no. 15744882

                                I am no more the user of this line from March 2015.
                                I had also raised a request in the month of May2015 to disconnect the line, but
                                the same was not done. Infact even after a confirmation for disconnection they never to bothered to disconnect the line.
                                I am not even getting the bills.
                                Lately I receive calls everyday for this lines payments.
                                I used to get bills on this email address.
                                Some time back a new email was registered at your end in favor of
                                -bothra.[protected]@gmail.com, they are using the line.
                                The said line is not in my office.
                                I have no access to that office, which you can get it verified and checked.
                                I had left that office space where this line is installed in the month of March
                                2015.
                                All payments till date for this line has been made by M/s Smart Call Center
                                Solutions Pvt Ltd.
                                I was told that they will get the name changed or transferred to their company
                                name and remove my name fom the billing account, since i am no more in the said
                                office.
                                I have contacted your customer care many times for the same issue.
                                Nothing has been resolved till date.
                                I had also provided the contact number of the concerned who is using the said line to the airtel representative.

                                they told that they will get this bill clubbed into that account, but have
                                failed to do so till date.
                                This is creating a lot of problem for me.
                                Time and again i receive calls from your people to make payment whereas i am not even the user, only they have used my name on the billing address.
                                The office where the line is installed is not mine, nor it belongs to me.
                                Kindly get this issue resolved.
                                I also told, if they have not made the payment, then why do you all still keep
                                the line active??

                                I have never defaulted ever in any utility bill payments used my me.
                                When I am not a party to your bill, don't receive any bills, the line is not
                                installed in my space, how am I liable to pay only if someone is using my name.
                                The concerned has also updated his or her email so that they get the bills, and
                                they should do the due diligence and make the payment on time.
                                I am not responsible for the dues.
                                I also told them to get it verified by sending a Representative to the premises and inspect

                                I am not using any airtel line nor have any connection.
                                They bothering me and chasing me for such issues which don't even
                                pertain to me.
                                From my side i have given a disconnection intimation which they cannot find out from your end as to when it was given.
                                KINDLY GET THE ISSUES RESOLVED URGENTLY.

                                    Team Airtel - Its been a while now that I've put up with call drops, "invalid number / number does not exist" as the automated messages when someone calls me in. I did call the call center some time back and the standard advise - could be a phone issue - I have interchanged phones in the same area and the problem remains. I operate out of home office and this is a huge issue that I cannot leverage best of the network that I've been customer to for over 10+ years now. Area : 24/4, Wheelers Road Extn, St. Thomas Town Post, Blr - 84 My contact : [protected] I look to you to have this fixed asap.

                                        I checked *121# on my airtel prepaid (no. [protected]) for internet packs and found a data pack of 98 rupees with benifits of 490 mb(immage attached). So i went to the retailer and recharged my number with 98 rupees (Recharge done on[protected] at 11:17AM, MRP: Rs 98.00, STax: Rs0.00, TransID [protected]) but what i got was 200 airtel to airtel minutes. Then i called airtel customer care to check if it was any technical fault which they will resolve but they said that 490 mb for rupees 98 can only be availed when activated from main balance but it wasent mentioned anywhere on *121#. (Immage attached) Then i asked them to change the pack to 480mb 2g as its of same cost or either give me talktime for 98 rupees as 200 airtel to airtel minutes is a waste for me but they denied. The customer executive was named Miss. Bisma Farooq (supervisor) who also denied to give complaint number of my call. So i want to complaint against the company for misleading information they have put on *121# and also want to complaint against Miss. Bisma Farooq (supervisor) for not behaving properly.
