From today morning, I'm facing issue with my airtel sim card. It is showing "no sim". I have tried rebooting, placing the sim properly again and again and resetting it to factory settings still it is not working and checked in other phone by placing my sim card in it, it shows no sim.
Could you please resolve it asap, as I need to get some important calls and unable to get OTPs to the phone.
Initially the Network of the SIM is Tata DoCoMo and after that I have ported to Airtel Network. To authenticate the account, I need to get the OTP to the phone but i'm not able to send or receive the calls and messages. Do let me know how the issue will resolve?
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
