Dear sir/madam, I recharged rs. 448 on mobile no. [protected] on dated[protected] through airtel money transaction id[protected] at 9:02 pm. It is a matter of great regret that even after 48 hours the benefit of recharge has not been given to the above said mobile number. Sir last one week onwards our Broad band no.[protected] in the name of Vijayaraja KN is out of service please immediately rectify it.
