I have given my Mobile as they told that this is a kind of insurance. I was under an impression that it will cover and they have collected the info and device nicely and after 15 days they returned the device stating the CLAIM HAS BEEN REJECTED WITH SOME ### EXCUSES .. THEY ONLY SEEK MONEY FOR THE SERVICE. THEY TOLD SOME MYSTERIOUS REASONS EVEN I TOLD THE REAL FACT THEY DONT ACCEPT. I WAS NOT AWARE ALL THE CUSTOMERS ARE FACING THE SAME ISSUE.. TAKING MONEY OR CHARGIN MONEY AND AT THE TIME OF CLAIM THEY TELL CLAIM REJECTED WITH SOME ### REASONS AND EXCUSES SO I AM WRITING MY EXPERIENCE WITH AIRTEL SECURE.

INTIALLY THEY ASSURED THAT ALL THE DAMAGES WILL BE COVERED.
SO I WANT TO KNOW WHAT UNDER CURCUMSTANCES THE CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

SO I AM WRITING.. I WANT SOMEONE WHO CAN ADDRESS THIS

    I have converted my airtel sim to 4g from 3g, but now i can't use mobile data as no data service is available.
    Kindly allow me to use the 4g service and also i tried many times to fix the problem, but could not succeed. I have no idea what type of airtel service it is that it gives me warning always that you will not be able to use airtel service. I have no idea what is wrong with airtel.in that after updating also its not providing me 4g service. Even now there is no mobile data available to me at all.

    I recently ported my sim to airtel. And wasted 400 rs. On 4g. Its 4g remimded me old days 10 yrs ago. When there was only 2g. Its 4g is even slower than that 2g . It takes more than 15 minutes to load one page. Jio is millions time faster than this garbage piece of [censored]. Airtel is very bakwaas company for 4 g connection.

      My name is mohammed irfan sait. From last 8 years approximately i was using my airtel number [protected]. Suddenly on 19th nov around 7 pm it was showing not on registered networks then next day i visited airtel store request new sim. They it is completely deactivated give us one day time. Today they're saying it's completely deactivated due non usage but convinced by showing call details and recharge. They said they're helpless call to 12181 number they're saying it's completely deactivated due non usage but i have proof that this number is in usage from last 8 years approx. They again referd to airtel store.

      My Airtel phone is showing tower after my 84 days free calling offer expires. Initially my sim card has offer of lifetime validity. My phone works with other Airtel/other sim cards.

        I have been continuously tortured for the past 3 years with wrong call from airtel and now its more worse in the form of automated calls. I own my mobile number for past 14 years and from last 3 years my mobile number has been registered to some airtel broadband connection. That person is real bad in paying his bills and i'm the one getting threatened calls for missing the bill payment. I would have requested atleast 10, 000+ customer care officials, not to call and to erase my phone number from that account and the nonsense wrong calls still continues. Even during my pregnancy days i receive 50+ calls for the same and had cried to employees to please remove and still it continues. I need compensation for the amount of torture airtel has given me. Its been years of torture.

          I have given offer to activate 399 offer from my main balance, after adding 400 to my main balance couldn't able to activate it. When contacted customer they told that no such offer is available for you and you are only eligible for 448 plan. Again added 60 rs to my main balance and tried activating the 448 plan, again i couldn't able to activate that plan also.
          When contacting customer care:
          1. She told that they have some network problems and many are facing this issue. She took request and confirmed me that the same plan will be activated within 1pm.
          2. He told that i have given request by 9.47am only so it will take 4 hrs to complete (By 12.45pm)
          3. She told that no such option is available to do through customer care and when asked to connect seniors she connected but no one responded back for 10 mins so disconnected the call. (By 01.55pm)
          4. Again she told that this can be done but it will take some more time, she confirmed that it will be activated within one hour and gave ref no for the complaint. (By 02.17pm)
          5. He told that the team responsible is not present today so this will take time and he told that it will be resolved within by 3pm next day. At the end i asked him to hang himself if cant able to process the request within tom evening 3pm (In frustration).
          6. By 5.30pm i got a call from their executive from number [protected] and he assured me that the plan will be activated within 12 am the same day. When i told that your executive told that it will take 24 hours he told that he will give special request and fix the problem within 12 am.
          7. By 9.30am (The next day), spoken with a senior executive again and he told that the problem will be resolved by 4pm
          8. Spoken with a executive and told to transfer the call to senior. Waited in the call for 7 mins but no one responded. (03.40pm)
          9. Spoken with a senior and used some foul words he disconnected the call (03.45pm)
          10. Spoken with a executive and told her to transfer the call to senior, after 4 mins wait she told that her senior is busy and she will rectify the issue. She confirmed that within 12 am the issue will be fixed. I have asked if not fixed then what can we do? Commit something so that if not fixed i can ask it. She doesnt committed anything but told it will be resolved within tonight.

          I feel like hell without able to call anyone or msg anyone. These so called customer care executives/seniors simply telling that we understand you/your problem, we will resolve it at the earlier. There is no so called commitment and one senior person is telling that the team responsible is on leave so cant process it till they come. If they go for vacation and come back after 15 days then what will be the resolution for the customers.???

          I have all the call recordings with customer care executives.

          Atleast if they payback my money i can go ahead with online recharge or if they provide any other alternate it will be good.

          Totally frustrated/ exhausted...

          Kindly advice to resolve this geeks.

              Airtel has activated topdoctorsonline service without my consent, which has been deducting rs49 from my talktime balance for the past 3 weeks. They deducted rs 49 twice and rs 7 (My remaining balance), before i caught this act.
              I called customer care, who says this has got nothing to do with airtel. Now, in the sms provided, the sender is ak-airsep, and the sms body contains a redirect url for using more airtel services - http://56789.airtel.in. this is a clear indication that this has got something to do with airtel.

              I spoke with customer care, who are adamant about the issue, and wont solve it. Because of this, my balance has been reduced to zero, and i am unable to make any outgoing calls/sms.

              I have asked the executive to deactivate this service, and would like a full refund of rs 49+49+7 = rs 105

Plan my bill generate for previous month around 900 + but i was not paid because in previous bill you have add scheme of rs 150 without informing me and your customer care was said to me sir ap 900 ki jagah 600 pay kardo but i was paid the whole amount but this time again my bill goes to 900 include your scheme i don't know why that is the reason i will not pay the bill please help me to waiver of my airtel bill i am a corporate customer for last 3 years i feel very bad, in three years never my number is closed and outgoing is going by your company so pls tell me whether you sort out otherwise i will port my number to another company and never buy airtel sim for future

                  I'm airtel user for almost 2 years i swapped my bsnl sim with airtel with hope that its services are better than bsnl but from past months i've been recharging unlimited pack and didn't swap my sim to jio because at first, the speed of airtel 4g was good but jio was offering far better offers that time now for 2 or 3 weeks i'm facing the low-speed threat i tried recharging my sim with small packs like 130 mb in 4g for testing after when my 1 gb data per day was finished and when i recharged i got the same fast speed i used to get and next day when the 1 gb data activated it sucked again. You know but airtel gives me 30kbs to 70kbps speed in 4g mode. Wah, the bsnl was far better than this # speed. And on the other hand when i tried to contact their customer service i couldn't contact them because they have made their contacting system complicated no one can reach it is like a maze. I think in future if they don't give me speed back i would have to join jio because they give 2 mbps to 10 mbps speed in my area.

                      I changed my postpaid sim to prepaid sim on 4th of november 2017. Sim is activated but services are not activated. When i contacted airtel retail outlet in mathikere they told me to contact airtel cutomer care at [protected] and they told me to contact airtel outlet not airtel customer care. Both of them are playing blaming each other to activate. Its close to 20 days now. Worst customer care experience in mathikere outlet, in this outlet dont care and listen to our complaints to resolve. They dont even acknwoledge or share reference number for future reference, they afront say we cant share the complaint/reference number, then how to believe they are working? As a customer, am facing lot of issues because am using this mobile number from close to 7 years now all my aadhar or bank transactions or business deals updates used to come for this number. Several times i visited this airtel mathikere outlet but of no use.

                        My idea post paid number [protected], which has been using for last 3-4 years. I applied for number porting and get a new connection from airtel. But the number did not activated, the company assured me to start earlier. Again airtel provide a new sim for the ported number, this time again the number did not activated. Third time airtel provide the new one but unfortunately i could not get the connection. The do not tell me reason for not starting my new ported connectivity.

                        Further, idea has also disconnected my mobile connectivity without intimating me,. Now i am in swirl, neither i have airtel nor i have idea connectivity.
                        Please, provide me justice as i and my family are suffering from mental and economical harassment due to dis-connectivity of my old number.

                        I have done a recharge of rs 98 via transaction ID[protected] for 1GB data while i got only 500 MB balance, its disgusting why you are providing incorrect information. Moreover it has happened twice. I think my worst decision was to port to airtel, atleast dont mislead your customers.
                        My problem is debit for this account is not allowed my number [protected]
                        I port my M.T.S number to Airtel network 08. 11. 2017. But my airtel network can't be open.

                            Sir, my mobile phone number [protected] is prepaid one and in the name of specialized service (Assisted doctor service). You have started deducting rs. 49/- per week starting from 19/12/2017. After repeated failed contact with your airtel customer care, i am fade-up with your bogus cheating the customer system. Immediately revert my forty nine rupees and never deduct any such amount in the name of some specialized service from my prepaid amount.

                              According to your customer care advisor validity for 399 recharge was for 28 days.. At time of recharge on 19th october i got a confirmation message that this pack is valid for 84 days.. From 19th october 28 days means this pack should have been expired on 15th november then y it was valid upto 20th november. Not happy with service provided. Very angry

                                I have recharged my airtel mobile no. [protected] using airtel payment bank, and as the offers available i am availing 50% cashback (Max. Rs.75) of the recharged amount.

                                I have done a recharge of rs.100 on 18 november 2017 but until now i did not receive any cashback.

                                Please provide my benefit.

                                Yesterday, i called 198 and talk to the customer care agent.They said there is no offer of cashback but my airtel app shows and according to terms and conditions i am eligible for cash back.

                                  New sim needed with old sim number which got deactivated a year ago.. Plz inform me as soon as possible.. Its from karnataka i took the sim.. Since i was in dubai i was not using and it got deactivated.. The number is [protected]... I hope will get the reply soon.. I like to take a new sim in that number if it is still available... What all are the procedures

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    It is to inform you that i am regular customer of airtel and was paying my bill from last 7-8 years timely. Presently i am getting message and call for non payment of my airtel fixed line bill amount. Whereas i have already complaint 3-4 times that my phone is not working since last 5 months.
                                    As per reason given by local technician and customer care the phone was not working due to technical error from your side than on what ground i pay my bill.
                                    Previously during september month i got my monthly bill without using my phone for which i complaint in customer care and got waiver of rs.600 and paid rs.120/- immediately. But again at the end i am getting bill of rs.950/-. No waiver has been done even after commitment.
                                    There after complaint regarding technical fault, my phone has not been activated and at the end after frustration i requested to disconnect my landline connection for that staff from your side came and disconnected the same and took all the cable with him. But i am getting my bill generated every month. Recently i got my bill generated to rs.3754.48 due on december 2017. Kindly inform me on what ground the bill is getting generated without using of landline for broadband as well as phone calls.
                                    Further informing you that daily i am getting message and attending calls for non payment of bill which making me disturb. Therefore, it is my humble request to waive of these charges and grant me no dues clearance, otherwise i will go to consumer forum against you for such pressure.
                                    Hope for your positive co-operation.

                                      Hello team,

                                      I applied for "airtel v-fiber superfast internet plan for 799" on sunday 19th november 2017. I got the call from representative named shivakumar with contact information [protected] and i paid the three month payment in advance over internet through my debit card for an amount of 2839/-. My airtel product payment txn id is : [protected].

                                      It's been two days and installation has not been done yet. I called customer care and they confirmed that payment information does not reflect and installation has been delayed though i made the payment already for an amount of 2839 with transaction id [protected]..

                                      I would like to take this matter with utmost priority and update the payment information in your system. Additionally please install the broadband at my home as early as possible since this has already been delayed a lot.

                                      Awaiting a positive response from your end.
