I have been a customer since 2015 but in august i decided to call customer service to tell them that there are network issues and also wanted them to disconnect my number but they promised to resolve the issue and asked me for sometime then disconnected my incoming and outgoing.
The appellate team called me tell they can not help and i need to clear my complete outstanding. Stupid people handling escalation.
My alt number is [protected]. If there is someone competent to resolve my billing issue, i will continue with airtel if not i am going to throw away my sim and move on to a different service provider.
I have been with airtel for the past 15 years.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have lost my sim and temperarly suspend it.

I was charged 6T seconds WAP service of Rs 99 by Airtel Without any consent from my end. Please refund the amount
I purchased an Airtel dongle 9 months back. I activated for 6 months postpaid plan of 3999. Now I want to deactivate the service, I contacted the customer care but no response received yet,

    kisi aur network ka kya sim nahi milta hai kya.
    Tumse jyada accha to uninor ka network tha, tumne usko samil krke uska bhi network kr diya.
    Ye outgoing band krne ka kya drama hai band krke kya kr loge sirf apna nuksaan kroge band kro to kr do outgoing air incoming band tum jaisa network chalane ka sauk bhi nahi ghatiya network

      Hi,

      I have been using my airtel international roaming from april 2018 in china. I took a plan for 3999 in which they mentioned that i will get a 5 gb internet every month. Now yesterday i received 3 messages, one said my data usage went to 7737, then later again i received a message that my data usage went to 10254, then again today morning i received a message that my data usage went to 21474. I am using a china unicom number as well which i took it in april a local number and they have given me unlimited data usage. I am using that only. I don't understand why i am getting charged so high. Also on top of that yesterday i called the airtel customer care when i received the message of 10254 and i asked them to block my internet services asap. The person on phone confirmed me that my gprs services are blocked and it will be effective in 30 minutes. I also have that message that we have activated the data barring. But these fools have blocked my incoming and outgoing calls and my internet when i checked it is still working. I will be coming to india in novemeber and i will take them to court for sure. They are just cheating customers.

      It's been 24 hours and no one contacted me till now. I am also not able to reach to the customer care as when i dial it says the services has been suspended. Airtel you are just digging a hole for you. As i am not going to leave anyone once i will be coming back to India. Just one more week

        I am the owner of airtel network. All these days i did not have network issue. Recently i moved to banglore (Heart of india) and facing the network issue. I pay 300 rupee bill amount every month but cannot use any services. I complained to the customer care hell lot of times. But, one person says they r upgrading the network and wil complete by november.
        The other person says they r stil searching the site to install. I requested them to improve signals temporary with existing signals. But they do not bother to respond.

          Hi,

          My sim has been blocked for last 5 days. I have submitted all the necessary proofs requested 4 days back and still my sim is suspended. I'm unable to make any incoming or outgoing transactions (Calls/sms). This has caused much inconvenience and loss to me. I've raised a grievance with request id - [protected]. Please provide an update on this

          There is no service at my house on first floor in Greater Kailash-2, New Delhi-110048 for as long as I can remember! Furthermore, I bought a roaming pack for Turkey for 10 days and paid separately for it. My normal balance of Rs 1900/- plus also disappeared on my return!

            The tower is building in residential area.in this place there is alrady one tower is there.in this place there are many school. We have tried to stop building tower but we can't succeed. They also not have noc to build a tower. They have a money they are building tower. If tower is built it would affect all over the residential area and it also affect the children heath.             But neither a amazon video offer pop up
            Nor does it show in plans available

            I didn't subscribe or use any such service so I would like to know why is airtel charging my account for a service I didn't use or heard of.

              I am currently on 3gb/day data plan.
              Every night after 12:am my data pack renews and give me 2.7gb instead of 3gb.

              This is happening from past 3 months.

              My airtel number is [protected],

              Every night my data pack renews at 12:00,

              Immediately after that i refresh my account and i see 2.7/gb data available out of 3gb. There is no account for missing data. Even though i don't use any data for 1 minute my data balance keep on reducing.

              Kindly address my issue.

                lifetime validity

                My simcard had lifetime validity but suddenly it stoped outgoing with notice that your validity has ended
                How can u stop my outgoing and also incoming when it was for lifetime validity.
                I still have balance in my sim so it cant be due to insufficient balance.
                Kindly resolve my grievance lest i have to take legal recourse and port out of airtel services....

                Airtel's my airtel application sucks,
                It's been around 4 months, every time i try to make a payment via this # app,
                It throws me an error saying 'circle id is null'.
                I am just amazed where the hell is these airtel organization's people living, not sure whether they live on this planet called earth. Why are they not fixing this up? This has affected, from last two months, i am paying an extra charge for my airtel broadband as i am not able to make the payment on time. Whenever i try to make a payment through their mobile application, i get this bloody error.
                But things are gonna change now, reliance have installed their broadband in my society and i am definitely gonna switch over to reliance. And reliance jio is economic too.
                Bye, bye airtel.
                Wish you all the best with your "circle id null" exception.

                  I had requested for relocation of airtel dth on 03rd april 2018 from banaswadi to akshayanagar. They had to fix it on 05th april 2018 at the new place. Disconnecting was done promptly. The new place could have only 1 dth connection. Since i had tatasky. I opted to disconnect airtel. I had issue with transferring the airtel fixed line connection too. Which finally after months of chasing was finally closed. Dth was pending despite me calling them. Finally they collected the dth boxes in september 2018 and have issued a 1k+ cheque. I had already taken a yearly subscription with 1 add on connection.
                  The supervisors who picked the call escalation have stated that i would get the amount from april since the relocation was unsuccessful.

                    Now i was living inMettugadda, Prashanth nagar Colony, Mahabubnagar District of Telanagana State since[protected]. At the starting date to till now i can not received 4G services in single point in 24 Hours.
                    I Was Complaint booked many timed and explained. Till now no result.
                    I request to you Kindly provide 4G service in single or two points in my location.
                    Because in my location, BSNL.IDEA, JIO, other mobiles are i am using, there is no disturbance till now form their 4G services.and also they are working in in single digit 4g service without any problem.and i also not complaint to you since last 02 years in this issue.

                    Sir, I request to you, kindly return my service period amount (Calls)&Data 4g service to change other network portability from today to end of my date December first week 2018 in airtel 4g service.. I can not disturb you sir.

                    If you interest to loss a Airtel customer, by your unsuccessful to provide 4G services to me, in my location in district head quarters in Telangana State. i should complaint to TRAI and Indian Consumer Forum.

                    Please solve the problem as earliest, Kindly provide 4G services to Our Airtel Customers 24X365 days without disturbing.

                      CHEAT AND FRAUD...
                      This month i recharged my Airtel dishtv connection for 1 year. I make a call in customer care for offers and package information. I have 2 multiple connections installed at my home and i m using this airtel dish tv since more than 5 years. My monthly rental for both connection is 815 Rs. I recieved a message for recharge of 1 [protected]@3466. So i call on customer care for more detail. I asked the executive about my current plan and confirmed me the rental plan for my dth connection. Executive told me, for one year my primary connection will cost me 3466 rs and secondary connection will cost 1924 rs. I asked executive, is my plan will remain same..?? The executive told me sir your all channels will play by recharge of 5390 rs. So i did recharge of 5390 on 23rd October'2018. Now today my primary connection all HD channels stopped working. I make a call in customer care..the executive told me that your plan not includes HD channels. Your plan includes only standard channels. Then i asked him for my secondary connection, he said that your only secondary connection includes HD channels not primary, so you have to do another recharge to play HD channels in your primary connection.
                      This is not the first time happen. They always provide wrong information. They don't care what customer asking or what they want...Only want to make customer to do recharges by giving wrong information about recharges.
                      Kindly take action against Airtel Dishtv to avoid such type of frauds.

                        I have last recharged my dth [protected] for rupees 235/- on 09 oct, 2018 for a period of one month. Now today is 30th ict, 2018 & not even 20 days passed, sine three days message comes deposit money /recharge dth by rs - 200 otherwise your viewing dth will be stopped and its happen today, i was looking important news on it is suddenly stopped. Today also i have recharged today. Kindly look into it and solve my problems which is regular happening. Otherwise i have to leave airtel. Regards

                            I recharged both my airtel sims with paytm just 4 days back but now it shows that the available balance is na and I cant use the internet or make calls. This has happened to me previously as well when my plan got over before the validity period ended
                            My mobile numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Both were recharged on different days but there is no way that my data balance can become zero this early.

                              This is big issue entered in my mobile
                              There is not sending the call from 2 days
                              I'm very much worry about it. Why because the monthly pack will be outdated in some day. Then please try to fix as much possible.
                              I am facing very big trouble from 2 days. Its a very big issue for. Can you please try to correct my calling proccess.

                                I have not subscribed to any such service. Please refund my amount as soon as possible and please look into this matter as the customers are suffering greatly and are being cheated.

It is observed “airtel network” is not working and network is very very slow and very poor and very bad.in this regard i was approached local air tel service centre at mg road branch at vijayawada. But, there is no use. So, please rectify net work speed. And i wish you may please be reply back to me. Thanking you..

([protected]) had just recharge the plan given by airtel of rs 119 for 28 days with unlimited call and 1 gb for month offer. But messages come on my phone it is written as this offer for 12 days only. This is not the as plan was offer.
                                    It should be for 28 days.
                                    So plz, check it and do the needful.

                                      I did not use any of games world pocket and 20rs deducted from my balance. Why you do like this and cheat customer. Please return my balance.
