Hi imran khan and parmodh kumar,

This is in reference to the mobile no.+[protected], abhinav uppal.

Request of deactivation for international roaming was done on 19th of september and safe custody on 29th september (All through customer care).

We have cleared the bill amount and paid rs. 200 for safe custody of 4 months and same has been confirmed by airtel executive.

I was suprised to see the bill of rs 1600, so i had a discussion with airtel supervisor neha and she advised me to send a mail regarding the same.

Request you to settle the amount and keep the sim under safe custody till jan as per the plan.

Rs. 35/- has been deducted from my prepaid no. [protected] balance on 18 Oct 2018 at 02:26 vide Txn ID S[protected] on acount of MVN Games without my request by the Airtel Telecom service provider. Please refund my Rs. 35/-
Today i did transaction for recharging my airtel number.

Amount(199) was deducted from my account but recharge was not done.

    Hi,

    My cellphone fell down from my desk when i was working at office and it was buried under few paper sheet on my desk, unknowingly tried pulling out one document and cell phone went down and had damaged glass on front display.

    Their silly rejection note said :

    "dear chintan padhiyar,

    Warm greetings!

    We would like to inform that your request for device claim has been closed due to below mentioned reason.
    Negligence"

    Sir, I'm a Airtel user. I am not able to make or receive calls from my area but internet is working. I tried calling 121 also but no use. my location pincode is 530016. And calls are working at other locations. So please correct the problem so that I can make calls.

      Airtel is not providing me bill details for oct 17 till dec 17 stating bill not generated for unlimited plans. I got bill details from vodaphone for same period by paying nominal amount. Airtel customer service no never land to live rep. I have been trying to ask detail since april. Tried every level in airtel but all in vain. I am ok while paying the prescribed fee to airtel but i need details for that period.

      There is temporary suspension on my airtel number since 3 days.I have verified my aadhar card in Airtel office and got a new sim with my old number.There is no incoming outgoing facility.Please do the needful as soon as possible
      I stay at 144/2, KPHB Phase-IV, Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500072 and facing lot of problems in making / receiving calls, i have to come to the road and make calls and even the internet in not available in my home.

        outgoing services stopped

        My airtel number's ([protected]) outgoing services have been stopped. I am using this sim from last 7-8 years. I am not able to make any call from my sim. I could not make out why it has been done so. I have been using my sim regularly and recharging it on regular basis. Kindly resume the services and let me know what were the reasons behind such inconvenience....

        At 5:30 in the morning i received a msg saying... Thanks for using valuepack. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789... I called airtel customer care n they shred their responsibility by asking me to visit my mobile service centre... What's d bladie logic... Is this the manner of behaving with customers by misguiding them... I haven't subscribed to any value pack and request airtel to kindly refund the money back

        Receive error code -2 contacted to customer care on no.[protected] said have to visit to engineer and have to paid engineer fee. Channel showing description but picture can't see.why I paid engineer fee. It's totally company fault. Set top box is working.tv is working on same dish 1 connection is alos Working. Totally fraud company of Airtel

          Originally bought a sim card in udaipur and was told how to activate it, dialling 59059 the next day, couldn't get service so could not make the call, messaged airtel on facebook a couple of days later and it took 3 full days before they could enable the reception of my sim, only after taking a full day to ring me.

          The sim now gets service but my prepaid coverage has expired or so i am told every time i try to ring or text, there is no data coverage.

          Airtel now are no longer responding to me on facebook and i really couldn't care whether they get the sim working or not as i am in india for 14 days, 7 already past.

          Just give me my money back airtel, your customer service is useless and it has taken 4 days to get any progress, your service is shocking, selling an expired plan.

            My story starts with requesting airtel for safe custody of mobile number from 16th july to 13th oct due to my being overseas. But when i returned back i found my mobile still not activated. On my personal visit and request airtel official at leela bhawan patiala did activated the calling but the data/internet could not be activated. On my visit again on 16th and 17th oct to airtel office for getting the problem solved, the airtel official suggested and sought to change the sim on trial basis. But sorry to say that in spite of changing the sim the problem remains the same. Data or internet still not activated.

            I have been requesting airtel official at leela bhawan patiala at phone no [protected] (3 calls) and [protected] (3 calls) but of no use. They are though marketing persons have no personal touch with customers and no urgency.

            Then i, while explaining everything, registered a complaint at 121 for activating my internet /data services. Complaint registered but asked casually to wait for two days but services have not been activated so far. I again requested 121 on 20 and 23rd oct for restoring the services but casual reply that my complaint is under process. Even when i approached 515 on 23rd oct the response comes that no complaint is pending. Even no response has been received against my email dated 18th oct from [protected]@airtel.com. What type of this working is?

            I approached appellate punjab airtel vide my email dtd 18th oct who replied "i would like to inform that your concern registered has been attended by our network engineers." my reply is "surprised rather aghast to note that concern registered has been attended by our network engineers. This is complete lie. I rebut this and confirm that neither the internet/data service has been activated nor any airtel engineer has visited the place or talked to me. I wonder how airtel a corporate have become so inefficient, helpless and technically poor that they are enable to activate the internet services of an old and regular customer."

            All aforesaid facts and figures will obviously confirm that airtel is not only serious to attend the customer services but further create frustration.

            I am sr citizen of 72 and unable to send messages or chat with my nears. This is the case of harassment by airtel. This is enough. I now finally request you to restore internet services on both the phones — [protected] and [protected]. With in a day failing which complete status will be intimated to newspapers for printing including facebook. I will shift to other service provider

              Today's received a sms at 9:21 pm pm that 20₹ deducted from my airtel mobile a/c.

              Balance deducted without my permission, i dont know whether service of bhaktisagar portrait has been started on my airtel no or not. Without any request and deducted rs.20 from my account balance. Please stop service and return my balance as i have not requested for this service.

                Rs 20 have been deducted from my account balance without any warning aur call for isagar potrait.It is a service which i've wished to have.This is not at all reasonable for a company to deduct money for providing a service which a customer never asked for.

                I would want my Rs 20 and the service should be stopped immediately.

                  Dear concerned,

                  It is with great sorrow that i write to you today regarding my request for sim upgradation from 3g to 4g, which is not being entertained. While your service has never had problems before, recently i have experienced severe and pathetic response from your customer care/airtel store/retailers, wheni raised this request. I believe that because i have not received the service i am paying for (Namely, internet) i should be refunded at least a month's worth of service since you are charging me a 4g data.

                  The problem began on june 12th, when my internet went down for several days. I established that the problem was not my computer or the wireless connection, and then contacted you about the service interruption. You claimed you would resolve the same asap and advised to upgrade to 4g. You advised several means to upgrade the same and i have tried almost everything to upgrade the same, raising online request/ visiting airtel retailers/airtel store etc.

                  I was handed over a blank sim from airtel store and a message containing a new sim number was dropped to 121 assuring that the service would be activated. You also suggested there to swapping the sim once the connectivity on previous sim get ceased. I agreed with all the procedure you followed and went home and waited for the network to cease out. But it never happened. Then contacted airtel customer care they advised to get a new sim from the aitel store as the previous sim might have some technical issue. I did the same and followed the procedure similar way as suggested by your representative and waited again to cease the network. But unfortunately that never happened.

                  The problem continued throughout june and till the time. Contacting you customer care did not give any satisfactory answer to the issue and you are wasting your money paying them as they are of no use. My internet would cease working for several hours at a time in 3g connectivity and this made me mad and i opted porting out of airtel. But i did not find the same worthy enough since i did not avail the services what i paid for. You claimed that the problem was on my end, but i checked every possibility as you advised.

                  I have established to my satisfaction that the problem is beyond my control, and that you are not providing the service i am paying for. I work online, so it is essential that i have internet that is functional which is worst on 3g. If you cannot guarantee service upgrading my sim to 4g. I will have to move to another provider. Please call me on [protected] to explain to me what you intend to do about this situation. I would normally ask that you email me at the address listed below, but since i cannot guarantee that i will be able to access my email with your service, i would prefer that you call.

                    I am using the rs. 448 1.4 gb/day unlimited pack, but after 7:53 am the net becomes unusable, hardly going over 100 kbps. I can't watch anything, do anything, even though i have hardly used any data. When the data refreshes with 12 at night the speed is back again until 7:53 am.
                    Note: i have yet to use up my daily limit any day. I am in durgapur, west bengal. I would urge you to look into the matter or else i will have to discontinue using airtel.

                      I have postpaid airtel connection from ao long i visited the airtel store about plan change. They promised me to shift my plan to 199 but my bill came this time is 400 and they charged 280 for some value added swrvice not known to me.
                      I really tried hard many time to shift to prepaid but all time these airtel store representatvis gave me promises like you will have very less bill and all. What to do in this i just paid 900 as my bill this month to.
                      Over billed for approx 600..
                      Please help me out

                        I have been using airtel from a long time and they fool people these days they promise for high speed internet but their speed is even less then 2G everywhere airtel is having connectivity issues where other brands are working fine but airtel will be crawling like a snail just because of this i lost the cheaper fare of my flight there was just one seat left but due tk this ### internet i lost that

                          I have received msg like "your outgoing call validity is going to end from 28 Oct 2018". I called the customer care for help they are saying it's a new policy so you have to recharge with valueble pack. If I have normal balance why I can't call and why I need valueble pack. Past 10 years I am using this sim. Please give response as soon as possible.

                            Airtel did automatic activation of value added services (Vas) & deducted mobile balance.
                            Airtel is continuously doing such frauds on customers & denying the fact that it has done on its own, instead trying to pass the blame on customer without any proof.
                            There are several complaints which has been lodged on forced activation of vas without consent of customer.
                            I need the answer from airtel why it has activated vas without my permission?

                              Airtel is continuously activating unnecessary Value added service on its own without any consent of customer in my prepaid airtel mobile number [protected] & deducting balance periodically when ever I am recharging it.

                              I called airtel customer care which is absolutely useless- no need to mention it, I have complained via email too, but Airtel is passing the blame on customer saying that I have activated it.
                              When asked about concrete proof, they are unable to produce any such.
                              This is the case for many customers that Airtel intentionally fraudly activating VAS & passing the blame to customer without any proof.
                              They are completely in denial mode . This is violation of business ethics.

                              I am not so dump that I wont recognize & reconcile after activating several VAS which are irrelevant for me & nothing to do with my daily life.
                              Therefore I need airtel to come up with the proof which shows I have done it (fact is that I have never done so) or accept the fact that it has activated it without customer permission.

                                I have registered a complaint with airtel executives on 27th april. There is no development in the complaint. My complaint no. Is 84985334. This is serious issue i cant attend any calls though the mobile is on it gives the message to the callers as switched off. The advertisement showing as fastest network its fake. The net does not even turn on due to weak signals please take immediate action.

                                  We are continuously enquiringly about our plan change ...
                                  and we have requested ask some customer relation manager to visit us..
                                  we have sent various mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com but they skipping the customer compliant only .. not ready to solve the issue .. before we have corporate connection with vodafone the customer relation is really good compare to airtel..

                                    My mobile number is +91-[protected]. I have taken a broadband plan but due relocation and travelling I requested for the 500Rs/months custd plan saying within three month you are eligible to activate Any available braoband plans without any setup charges. after 15 min I got a call from One of family member saying he wants to visit Pune for 6-7 days so I called back to customer care for cancelling the request. The Activation request will take 4 hours to activate so it is not activated yet but they you will be charged as you requested for activation.
