My airtel prepaid number is [protected].

Between 24-oct and 01-nov, i was charged rs 35 twice from my prepaid balance for a service called bioscope. This was activated on my mobile at 8:24 pm on 24/10/2018 and again renewed yesterday for a period of 7 days without my permission or my asking for the same.

I have stopped the service today morning after discovering the same. However, this service was activated on my phone without my permission. This kind of auto-activation of a service and then deducting from my pre-paid balance should not be allowed by airtel.

Request you to look at my complaint and refund the amount (17/- rs) charged immediately.

    This morning, 1st november, 2018, i recieved aa sms from my service provider airtel stating that rs 20 has been charged drom my airtel account for using gamesworld pocket. I have neither subscribed to it nor used it. This is very unfair practice and i demand immediate refund. This is the second time airtel has done this. They had charged rs 20 earlier too for the same thing.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Money debited from my bank account, recharge was unsuccessful
      Money has been deducted from my bank account while recharging through Airtel app, recharge was unsuccessful and money has been deducted from my account.
      There are around 2 transaction that got failed and money was deducted and not credited back to my account.while talking to customer care the answer is simple it's from bank and Money will be reverted within 7 days.same thing with bank it's Airtel app problem.
      It's worst app. It's been a month and I almost lost 300₹

        I had recharged RS.558 pack which offers 3Gb data per day, but I can't even use 100mb of data due to very slow 4G Internet speed, , this is a worst network experience, are you people fooling us by offering that much and providing slow net speed, , do you think am a fool to recharge that 3gb per day pack, , I have many things to do with that and due to your network speed am lagging all my works, , Jio is providing very good network speed in my same are that is my sister is using, and if want to port to Jio, all my money is going to waste, because still 75+ days are remaining in my pack, , if you people are not going to sort out my issue, return my remaining balance amount and I will port to any other network, , I have many work I can't keep on complaining about network..

          I recharged my prepaid sim with singapore recharge when i came back from singapore after the recharge date is complete i don't get a tower with the sim.

          I have restarted many times, removed the sim and inserted back same result
          There is no tower.

          If i manully select the network operator.
          I cannot add airtel, it says you cannot add to the network try later.

          I use a android device.

            Hi

            Yestarday at 11 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

            Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. I have raised request for port on 27th oct, after 5 days my problem have only doubled instead of getting resolved, as now my both sim are not working.

            If i call on customer care or go to airtel store they don't have any solution also, they even said i[censored] wish u can port your number to another network.

            Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim

            Hoping this time my issue will be resolved

              This morning (01.11.18) l (Cell ph no [protected]) received the following sms from my service provider airtel, stating -
              "thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"
              I never did use the stated item, nor did l ever opt or ask for it. Forcing such payments on to customers by the mobile phone service provider amounts to cheating and unfair trade practice.
              I want immediate refund of the deducted amount and non-recurrence of such incident.
              Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                This is regarding the complaint (Reference number[protected] complaint made via email on 27th october 2018) for airtel broadband /fixed line non-functioning since morning 27/10/2018. Even on repeated complaint no response. Again last email sent at these email id - nodal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.com on 30/10/2018. With response to this last email one of your customer executive finally bothered to call me back on 31/10/2018 (Received call from number[protected] to assure that someone will visit my place today to rectify/resolve the issue of non-functioning broadband and fixed line but finally none of engineer or service provider turned back either physically or telephonically till now.

                Why should customer suffer even after paying your bill on time every month. Really you people don’t bother to your customer. This is pathetic and disgusting service from airtel. Instead of advertising yourself if you people focus on your services you will never loose your customer. Really pathetic experience with airtel customer care, service request response and even your higher authority (Nodal officer) of punjab division are pathetic in response to any complaint.

                If one has to make this much effort to get his complaint resolved then why should we use your pathetic services and why not one should quit airtel and switch to any other broadband service provider.

                I am very thank full to airtel for their pathetic customer services. Kindly discontinue my broadband and fixed line services which is i have been using since last more than 4 years.

                  I am using airtel service. As the old sim card was not working i.e. it wasn't showing network. So to solve problem, I went to the Airtel store & I had been told that to swap the sim card & told that sim would start in next 4 hours.

                  But to my surprise, the new sim card was also not working after 4 hours. It was showing the same message " Your sim doesn't allow to select the network". I had contacted the Airtel customer sevice & it was told that the sim card would start till next morning, but all in vein, the sim card didn't woking at all.

                  Next day again went to Airtel store about discussing the same problem, again I had been told that the service complaint is sent and sim would start in next 4 hours but again nothing happened and showing the same message . " Your sim doesn't allow to select the network"Again called to Airtel customer care and this time I had been told to swap the sim card again from the same Airtel store.

                  Next day again i. e. after 48 hrs, I swapped the sim again, & still I am facing the same problem and showing the same message i.e. " Your sim doesn't allow to select the network".

                  It is requested you to solve the problem at the earliest.

                    Sir with due respect i state that i did a recharge (top up) of rupee 448 on mobile no [protected] operator airtel on 13 oct 2018 using SBI ANYWHERE aplication Under TID: UH55858026. It is a pre on post number. I didnt get any of the benifit also the amount hasbeen debuted from my account. i called the airtel costumer care .they said it will be refunded in 10 working days as i havent received any confirmatory message from airtel. Also according to them i needed to pay via retailer as this facility is not available and they havent received any money..
                    But as per sbi message that my payment is done. Also the amount has been deducted from my account.. with out any benifits... Account to airtel costumer care i need to go retailer and do a bill payment but i did top up via sbi anywhere app... plz check the matter and refund my amount... Plz let me know where is my payment of 448 which i did via sbi anywhere app under tid UH55858026... AS I HAVENT get any benifit till now.

                    Some one has called me in the behalf of airtel and took my atm details...also send a link but i forget the no to which i have to send plz contact me again and resend the message and no to which i have to send the message...the no from which i received a call is [protected]

                      I have been a customer since 2015 but in august i decided to call customer service to tell them that there are network issues and also wanted them to disconnect my number but they promised to resolve the issue and asked me for sometime then disconnected my incoming and outgoing.
                      The appellate team called me tell they can not help and i need to clear my complete outstanding. Stupid people handling escalation.
                      My alt number is [protected]. If there is someone competent to resolve my billing issue, i will continue with airtel if not i am going to throw away my sim and move on to a different service provider.
                      I have been with airtel for the past 15 years.

                          Hi,

                          I have been using my airtel international roaming from april 2018 in china. I took a plan for 3999 in which they mentioned that i will get a 5 gb internet every month. Now yesterday i received 3 messages, one said my data usage went to 7737, then later again i received a message that my data usage went to 10254, then again today morning i received a message that my data usage went to 21474. I am using a china unicom number as well which i took it in april a local number and they have given me unlimited data usage. I am using that only. I don't understand why i am getting charged so high. Also on top of that yesterday i called the airtel customer care when i received the message of 10254 and i asked them to block my internet services asap. The person on phone confirmed me that my gprs services are blocked and it will be effective in 30 minutes. I also have that message that we have activated the data barring. But these fools have blocked my incoming and outgoing calls and my internet when i checked it is still working. I will be coming to india in novemeber and i will take them to court for sure. They are just cheating customers.

                          It's been 24 hours and no one contacted me till now. I am also not able to reach to the customer care as when i dial it says the services has been suspended. Airtel you are just digging a hole for you. As i am not going to leave anyone once i will be coming back to India. Just one more week

                            I am the owner of airtel network. All these days i did not have network issue. Recently i moved to banglore (Heart of india) and facing the network issue. I pay 300 rupee bill amount every month but cannot use any services. I complained to the customer care hell lot of times. But, one person says they r upgrading the network and wil complete by november.
                            The other person says they r stil searching the site to install. I requested them to improve signals temporary with existing signals. But they do not bother to respond.

                              My sim has been blocked for last 5 days. I have submitted all the necessary proofs requested 4 days back and still my sim is suspended. I'm unable to make any incoming or outgoing transactions (Calls/sms). This has caused much inconvenience and loss to me. I've raised a grievance with request id - [protected]. Please provide an update on this

                              There is no service at my house on first floor in Greater Kailash-2, New Delhi-110048 for as long as I can remember! Furthermore, I bought a roaming pack for Turkey for 10 days and paid separately for it. My normal balance of Rs 1900/- plus also disappeared on my return!

                                The tower is building in residential area.in this place there is alrady one tower is there.in this place there are many school. We have tried to stop building tower but we can't succeed. They also not have noc to build a tower. They have a money they are building tower. If tower is built it would affect all over the residential area and it also affect the children heath. I hope you will help me

                                  I am currently on 3gb/day data plan.
                                  Every night after 12:am my data pack renews and give me 2.7gb instead of 3gb.

                                  This is happening from past 3 months.

                                  My airtel number is [protected],

                                  Every night my data pack renews at 12:00,

                                  Immediately after that i refresh my account and i see 2.7/gb data available out of 3gb. There is no account for missing data. Even though i don't use any data for 1 minute my data balance keep on reducing.

                                  Kindly address my issue.

                                    My simcard had lifetime validity but suddenly it stoped outgoing with notice that your validity has ended
                                    How can u stop my outgoing and also incoming when it was for lifetime validity.
                                    I still have balance in my sim so it cant be due to insufficient balance.
                                    Kindly resolve my grievance lest i have to take legal recourse and port out of airtel services.

                                      Airtel's my airtel application sucks,
                                      It's been around 4 months, every time i try to make a payment via this # app,
                                      It throws me an error saying 'circle id is null'.
                                      I am just amazed where the hell is these airtel organization's people living, not sure whether they live on this planet called earth. Why are they not fixing this up? This has affected, from last two months, i am paying an extra charge for my airtel broadband as i am not able to make the payment on time. Whenever i try to make a payment through their mobile application, i get this bloody error.
                                      But things are gonna change now, reliance have installed their broadband in my society and i am definitely gonna switch over to reliance. And reliance jio is economic too.

                                        I had requested for relocation of airtel dth on 03rd april 2018 from banaswadi to akshayanagar. They had to fix it on 05th april 2018 at the new place. Disconnecting was done promptly. The new place could have only 1 dth connection. Since i had tatasky. I opted to disconnect airtel. I had issue with transferring the airtel fixed line connection too. Which finally after months of chasing was finally closed. Dth was pending despite me calling them. Finally they collected the dth boxes in september 2018 and have issued a 1k+ cheque. I had already taken a yearly subscription with 1 add on connection.
                                        The supervisors who picked the call escalation have stated that i would get the amount from april since the relocation was unsuccessful.
