Why the # we can't talk u directly by dailing one number. I have tried calling you but i didnot reach u. My internet is tooooooo slow. Do u know how much
Money did i loose by poor data server, since from 5months. At every time i use to recharge of rupees 400. So please increase my data speed. Though my sim is 4g my data is slow. So please increase my darling speed. I hope u will do it.

    Hello, i'm using your network for the last 5 years. I have recharged amounting to inr.199 through my airtel app today. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c twice. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. You cannot expect the customer has to raise a query to you asking refund. Waste of my time and your time. Try to be a customer friendly.

    Today i.e, 25th october at 8:59 i have made a recharge of Rs 50 on my airtel no [protected] . Money has been debited from my account but I have not got my recharge so i request u to credit my 50 rs in my account. My taxation no is PT[protected]

      I have applied for a new broadband connection on Bangalore location. and the executive collected the documents and done the rs : 500 for the new connection payment also. after that i didn't get a response from the executive for the installation.

      Kindly address this issue asap. As i didn't see any direct customer care number for the broadband connection.

        Have changed my settop box 6 months back and from there on my dth goes to intialising set up. Airtel customer care will take their own time, so many follow ups to be made. We wait for a week at least to set right, this irritates a lot. How to come out. I have asked them to disconnect the service, I have paid yearly subscription they said the remaining amount will not be refunded.

          I raised complaint several times but still the network connection is very poor in my area, but in office it was good. Kindly take necessary action to resolve this issue or else i will recommend my family and friends and my organization to discontinue from your network moving to different one.

            I have recharged for an amount Rd. 31 two times for making use calls. Please see the attachment for taxn. number. But after every recharge by balance has been shown nil. That means I have no technical faults regarding recharge as SMSs showed acknowledgements. Please help me get my rupees returned as early as possible from the thugs. I tried to lodge complaints with the service provider but in vain as they not only diverted me through automatic voice instructions but also did not bother to contact me.

              I strongly believe that my mobile number is being tapped since a few months. I could come to such conclusion from the incidents i had to face during this period. A person named srikanth is tapping my mobile number with the help o[censored]nknown forces. I request you to kindly find out the tapping mechanism these people are utilizing so that i could complain on the issue to the law enforcing authorities with suffiient proofs.

Still getting the same message on the new sim. And the customer care says they are looking into the issue. Don't know what they are looking for? Planning to file a case in court

                This is for your kind information that i was using vodafone from last 7 year and i got a call from one Airtel executive named Ria (mob no.) and she offered me 399 rs plan with

                1. One year free netflix
                2 one year mobile insurance
                3. One year amazon prime
                4. 40 GB data per month
                5. One year amazon prime subscription

                I ported my mobile to airtel two days before and i didnt get any of this plan with the scheme.. and i called to that customer care executive RIA nd she told me to wait for one week.. she only forced me to port me from vodafone to airtel and she blocked my number now.. i called to custome care they told me that i wont get this plan in 399..

                I request you to look in this matter and do necessary action as early as possible

                  I have purchased the new mi A2 mobile 8 days back and I'm getting the error in application pop up every 15-30 sec when im using the any network facility from my Airtel Sim for example calling or using internet. When I use the wifi data purpose I won't face any issue.

                    I have filed a complaint but no complaint has been filed on my complaint so far. I have requested many times to your customer care center and in this regard, i have mailed your nodal officer chief executive officer manager several times. The phone comes from their side but they also talk to me just waiting for my complaint, but no one takes special care of my complaint. Education is every time i come to the phone and that i speak to wait 48 hours to 72 hours and a second phone is, but they do not have any return phone
                    I have given the company a lot of time but the company is not ready to help me, i am giving the company roy but he is not paying attention to it. He is sitting with the same thing that the tower will be in your area our network team is working on that
                    When the company is installing the tower then what the network team is working, i have not been told today, i have waited a lot now, now i will have to seek the court
                    Now, do not talk to the company anymore.

                      Hi!! I was airtel broadband user. Due to transfer, i shifted my house. I forgot to pay the bill for the month of feb and march. Then, they keep on torturing me and i paid the bill for those two months. But they are asking to pay the bill for "april - september". I shifted my house. No usage. I dont know about the process of cancellation. I thought if i dont pay the bill they will cancel the connection. They are cheating. One of their customer manager also agreed and asked me to pay 2500 and the rest of amount will get cancel. They also torturing by calling and threatning for legal complaint. So kindly fix my problem..

                        Today i see my plan changed without my consent from my cug175 plan. I had received a sms stating (Which is attached) your plan will be changed. I called up customer care and asked the same, where i was assure a call back upon checking the same. I did not get any call back updating the same and i called up customer care after a week and spoke to the supervisor and she assured me stating without your confirmation the plan will not be changed. I asked her to mention the same the request number.

                        Today morning i see the plan is being changed and i called up the customer care and when asked i was told that she cannot do anything now as the plan has already has changed. I mentioned that i have asked not to change the plan without my consent before and how can the change happen.

                        The supervisor was not ready to even give me a complaint number for reference of the complaint.

                        I got a sms from airtel stating that we have deducted rs 20 from your balance for using airtel prime zone where as I have not subscribed any such service.

                          dvr recorder box not working

                          I feel cursed now using your dvr recorder box. I faced the recording issue problem in earlier and after a month of 100s calls and email it got resolved.

                          Now same thing is happening (Oct 2018) my dvr recorder box is not working (Not recording) for last one month and even after paying 750 the new box worked only 10 days.

                          Do you really have any sla around providing right service too people or your team ears only...

                          I am a airtel user since 5-8 years but now when i had taken a new sim card of airtel network issue are more. Please try to solve my problem as soon as possible so. I[censored] cant solve than i will port my sim.
                          What happend to this network earlier this was known to be the best in networks even my father use to tell to take airtel sim card. Please take care of your customers. We have other networks also but i dnt want to switch on other network. Because i love airtel. When i place a call never never i get it on one time i have to dial it twice. Again n again i have to switch airplane mode on because o[censored]r network issue.

                            I have been using postpaid connection over 15 yrs. On[protected] my sim got failure, i have contacted air-tel store near s2 perambur, chennai. They have replace new sim and they told within 4- hours it will activated. But, again they changed another sim on[protected] and told same things.

                            My sim didn't get activated over 5 days. I have call to 198 and raise a complaint till now problem has not clear. My interaction id [protected]

                            Very very worst services in airtel, they didn't know how to activate sim also poor customer care in airtel store in perambur...

                            On[protected], 198 customer care MR arun( [protected] my interaction ID) told by 10 clock problem will resolve it. I have call around 11.30 and ask update in 198 again Mr chander kumar ([protected]) he told wait 24 hours ... they have cheating me i have record voice of MR arun and chander Kumar.

                              Hi,

                              I am using an airtel prepaid service since 11 years, before 2 weeks suddenly my airtel sim got deactivated, i had visited to the airtel outlet, at barrackpore, north 24 parganas. I had clear the whole story to them. After that they told me that to activate your sim you need to take a port paid connection worth 290 of postpaid bill per month and a verification that you are living in a concrete room building while i live in a common old style tiles using room top. I just need to know, how could they force me to take a post paid connection while i am having my all documents. The number i am using is my oldest one and important one but unfortunately i have to leave it. Now i believe that airtel is the biggest fraud telecom service in whole world.

                                Hello sir/madam,

                                The network is so bad for internet (3g/4g) and for calling. A second thing is the network is totally off/gone at the time of electricity cut off. Means the network totally depends on electricity. I don't know the nearest tower is using any options or not.

                                The whole village is facing this issue, so on behalf of my village khanpur i am requesting to kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks!!

                                    L received the following sms from my service provider airtel, stating -
                                    "thanks for using gamesworldpocket. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789"

                                    Though i never subscribe to this service. Even i did not hear about the service before. Then why they deducted 20 rupees without letting my knowledge.

                                    I can remember, airtel did this kind of cheating by subscribing to dialogue baazi on 21st feb, 2013. Now they again started it by the name of gamesworldpocket.

                                    Is not it a big conspiracy?

                                    Kindly stop the service and do not cheat people like this way.
                                    I want immediate refund of the deducted amount.
                                    Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                                      I went to airtel store in sector-120 noida, on 24-oct-18 to switch my postpaid to prepaid, paid my dues & did the required process & they told me that my number wlll start in 72 hrs. After 2 days, no network was there as my number was ported out of postpaid but not ported in to prepaid, so i went to another airtel store who told me to go to the same airtel store i went for the first time. I did the same, the airtel store team told me to wait for 8 hrs & after that when your number starts, do an frc & your number will start. I reconfirmed it from customer care executive. The next day, i. E. 28-oct-18, my number was ported to prepaid so i went for the frc recharge of rs 229. Even after the recharge, my number outgoing not started & is still in grace period. I tried contacting customer care executive multiple times but everytime they give an excuse like my number will start today (Which never did) or that wrong frc was done or go to the airtel store etc. I cant go to the airtel store again and again as i have a job to do as well. Please help to resolve this issue hassle free.

                                      Frustrated, I went to Airtel store once again on 30-Oct, they re registered my MNP request to switch to prepaid on the same day, & told me that outgoing will start by 31-Oct, which it did.
