Dear sir / madam I have sent many times this mail and inform to your customer executive and other pepoles who came for lease line payment But till date they are not give any reply so that's why i have inform to you so please give me the answer for it This mail is regarding for our lease line connection deactivation and bills issue We have to taken a lease line connection with the name of bourgeois analytics private limited on 15/05/2019 We have paid rs.38925/- against this lease line connection on 18/05/2019 by cheque here are the details of payment Invoice no. Date amount cheque no. - 18-may 38925 000023 1. First invoice generated for the lease line amount of rs. 18948.07 /- on dated:- 10/06/2019 Invoice no. Date amount cheque no. Fbhx0820b953 10-june 18948.07 2. Second invoice generated for the lease line amount of rs.33925/- on dated:- 24/06/2019 Invoice no. Date amount cheque no. Fbhx0820b992 24-june 33925 On 12th july 2019 we have raised a request for lease line closure and forward this mail id (Enterprise. [protected]@airtel.com) and we have received a circuit id[protected]. Still till date our lease line connection closure application still open and your team in jaipur not to give satisfied reply to us Yesterday we have received a call for payment pending of rs. 13948.07/- from airtel. So this mail sent for this reason which type of payment we have paid to you and why while we are not use your services since one month. If we are see our usage of lease line we have already paid too much to airtel and after that our balance amount pending in airtel a/c so we have to want this balance amount credited in our bank a/c because 38925/- amount paid for 30/09/2019 & we have close our connection on 12th july 2019 so refund of less days to us immediate and please give reply and take action immediate on urgent basis If any query regard this then please contact on this number ([protected]) in office timing. He is regularly calling on my number and uses abusive and threatening language his number is [protected]
This is getting ridiculous. Every time i call a 1860 number from my number [protected] i keep getting a few beeps and the call gets disconnected

i already complaint so many time but complaint is not complete its say that complaint is short what does it means???? should i write an letter about 500 words????? then you can come and solve our problem of net and landline??
