Airtel — Mobile Number Portability Fraud-- | |||
My name is Vikram Singla. My number is [protected].I have put Port In request in Airtel via a local agency LRK Groups, New Delhi on Jul 04, 2014. These guys took 250/- in advance in terms of security deposit which is still OK. I got n number of calls in one month till Aug 04, 2014 stating that they are facing some challenges and every times these guys will demand certain details, which become so irritating when it starts coming twice a day.Finally I got port out message from my current operator on Aug 04, 2014 and accidentally I was hospitalized because of my face surgery and I was unable to talk. These airtel buggers did not activate my Sim stating n number of reasons.Even being in hospital, I was out of touch from every body. Then also I am following up with these guys to activate my number but till date no luck. I am being tourchered like anything and every time I calls their customer care they hang up on me and I never gets a reply. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was using Vodafone connection with 375 rental plan. Idea representative told me a plan of 200 + 150 (1GB) with in IDEA. I gave connectionport reqest and it got processed. After conversion I got to know that 150 for 1 GB is only for 3 months after that I will have to pay 250 for the same.
Now is there any forum where I can regster for the same and how can I take action against IDEA. Now both manager and representative are refusing to listen and are saying they have told earlier. Can you please tell me how can we stop this fraud so that in future this will not happen.

After this complaint also, there is no movement in my complaint status. It is been 7 days, I am still with out any contact.
It seems Airtel is flooding with lots of customers. Is there any escalation mechanism available in this organisation, where in a customer can go to give honest feedback. I am still struggling to have my phone working from last 7 days.
Do you really think, this is the way a customer must have been dealt with.
