Hi There,
My Name is Sagar, using a contact number registered under the corporate account(CUG) of "Goldsquare sales india pvt ltd."
Having a CUG account, i always felt that the calls made with in the same corporate circle would not be charged. Same was happening untill this month when i received a Bill which quoted some vague numbers against the CUG calls made.
I have been talking to various C.Sat Execs since morning {Manish, then Sayeed, then a Manager Shyam(i believe) & then a lady who gave me a SR no 57518181} However, none of them haven't been to solve my issues.
Manish connects me on a call to the Floor Manager and disconnects the call deliberately after making me wait on the call for almost 9 minutes along with a continued call of 20+ minutes.
Sayeed tells me, my bill plan has been changed! I mean, Seriously?
I need my corporate account (CUG) connection as the same it was given to me under the same Corporate. How can such a big Brand change the Bill plan of a customer, just like that.
