I ve called Airtel customer service by dialing 198 at 01:23 Hrs on 31/08/14. Spoke to Virendra who picked up my call. Who was very very rude and do not know how to speak. i called up for some info regarding data and balance deduction. This guy was raised his voice and was shouting on me. He does not know how to speak to a customer. When i asked him to transfer the call to his senior then he put my call on hold for 12 mins. I dont know whether he wanted me to disconnect the call or not. but i was very much rigid and i spoke to Abhisekh senior executive. but really dont understand how airtel can keep such uneducated and unprofessional employee. I want an action. Can somebody help?

    My postpaid number is [protected]. My outgoing and incoming is not working since morning. Called customer care but they keep talking about services I'm not interested in. Can't get through a person whom I can tell my problems. It just gets transferred from one service to another. Waited 15 minutes for customer care person to pick up but only kept getting automated 'Please hold' messages. Trying since morning and not a single person has addressed my issue. Otherwise they keep calling all day and disturb with their irrelevant services. But when you need them they are nowhere around. I had a lot of work over the phone today and had to borrow others phone to get it done. They just stopped the service randomly although all bills have been paid. I would advice all of you not to buy Airtel postpaid. It's the worst service you'll get. Also they make a lot of mistakes in their bill. I'm going tomorrow to port my number to Vodafone or Idea. I've had enough of this from Airtel. They have taken their customers for granted. Anyway I don't think it will matter to them if they lose a customer. But I've lost faith. My Internet connection is also Airtel and I will be deactivating that as well. Urge you guys to think before you take up any Airtel service. They will frustrate the hell out of you.

This was supposed to get activated on 29th Aug, 2014 but its still not activated until now. Please get it activated asap as absence of Internet is hampering a lot of my work.           We have being complaining for the past 8 months and we issued a formal complaint at the airtel office near bakery junction at trivandrum. There has been unsatisfactory response from your team and no effort to follow up and close the outstanding actions. This is a real disappointment from airtel team. My parents are not able to send or receive any sms to Australia I expect this issue to be closed in next 48 hours . This issue is for 2 mobile numbers [protected] and [protected]. Please provide feedback as soon as possible to [protected]@gmail.com We have gone through many trials and test messages and have been unsuccessful.

              To The Service provider, I have been called by one of your channel partner of name Viyania Business Solutions Pvt Ltd whose address details etc I will attach in form of the cash memo which they have provided me while taking money amount of Rs.300 for selling a post paid connection to convert my prepaid to post paid, ([protected]). They told me this Rs. 300 will be refunded to be as it gets deducted from the billing amount for the 1st 3 months, today i received my first month bill in which i am finding security deposit is 0.00 an there is no any adjustment in bill from my deposited 300.00. one more interesting things happened, at the time process they told me you will find one new prepaid 3g sim free of cost with a balance of 50.00rs & 500MB Internet pack & they handed over me one new sim card. Said it will be activated when your post paid connection will get active. After one week my post paid started but this new sim couldn't. i called that guy of service provider. He simply surrendered . Told me sir i have submitted all your documents in air tel office you just check from there. i called to customer care, then they started their unfinished process, from this representative to this, after half an hrs talk one smart guy gave their unbearable suggestion 'sir you need to check from you local retailer who gave you this connection, you'll get your detail from there i cannot do anything from you' what is this? Local retailer speaking to go customer care & customer care speaking to go local retailer. i never called you to provide me such scheme. you called me, you told me all that services & then you start to give pain with all these. Which type of service you wanna provide air tel & which type of fake representative you have. Today i called this service provider "Viyania Business Solutions"got one number from their cash memo. Mr. Paritosh saha received my call. i told him all my problems. he simply denied, said your security deposit is showing here in my system. how smart people you have?, give customer account details without given any identity by customers & i was calling from my basic phone. i asked for senior person of his office to resolve my issues, he rudely replied no, i don't know about their name & contact number. i had to cut my phone with words thank you. the person who came on me to sell all these not taking my calls to resolve the problem today. So as a harassed customer should I conclude this as Air tel is also a crime and fraud partner along with this channel partner of yours? I guess both are equally responsible and action should be taken against both unless my problem is addressed and resolved.I am attaching the cash memo provided by them. the money is not the main problem .. problem is, you people cheat openly. how could i believe you in future. you & your representative always disturb some portion of my life, which is unbearable. kindly look into the matter & try to resolve it. if you are not able to resolve it then please return back my scheme to prepaid. i will close it forever don't give me chance to leave your service. thank you

                I have given complaint yesterday that my full balance is suddenly debited Compliant number is ( PR[protected]
                then I got an SMS that my issue is resolved Ref no (CBDMO [protected]) . But issue is not sorted out.

                the other problem is yesterday evening I have lost my Internet package balance also apxtly 1020 MB's.

                I am unable to call your customer care number also you people are charging for that.

                If you don't sort this issue 2ith in 3 hrs. I am launching a compliant in Consumer court and I will portable my number too.

                  Hi, I just activated the 38rs whatsapp pack, then I started using whatsapp alone from my mobile. Later I realised that I have been charged from my main balance and I called Airtel customer care. One of the customer care executive gave me some instructions to use that pack. I followed his instructions and started using the pack again. Then I again noticed that I have been charged from my main balance. Again I called customer care and approached them. This time a very harsh executive attended my call, I demanded for my money which I lost (nearly 50rs) and I also requested him to cancel my whatsapp pack and give me a refund ( that pack is not going to help me anymore). But he rudely said me that we wont refund you any money. He also said "if you want to use this pack, use it or don't" and the saddest part is, he himself dropped the call without getting any response from me. I had a very worst experience ever. I never expected this from Airtel. Very disappointing. If you could solve my problem, I'll be thankful to you. Thank you.

                  I am facing the same issue.Normal normal customers are trapped in loop where Airtel is extracting money without telling how are they deducting it.

                    I am using airtel postpaid connections from last 3 years, Since I am receiving unwanted bill from Airtel. I want to reimbursement in my june bill which is around 1062 rs, in june I have been charged rs.450 for roming, I talked to their support activated roming pack in my plan but it was not included. I made payment rs.750 2-3 day back but again I have received 1850 bill.I want explanation.

                        I got a SMS from Airtel to my no. [protected] regarding an offer that content Rs. 52 for 500 MB 2G DATA for 10 days 150 MB instant rest in 1 hr. I recharged from a retailer with 52, TransID:[protected]. I Got 250 MB data. I called to Customer Care regarding this 1st CC executive replied me within 1 hr i will get all 500 MB balance. After 2 hr i again tried they receive my call telling me to stay in hold and after few minit disconnect my call. same happend twice after that Customer care executiver are not receiving my cal. I just want 250 MB more as they offered through SMS.

                          Hi The Airtel relationship centre at PCMC near DY Patil College YCM Pune is charging Rs 50 for new sim cards and they are not ready to give you any receipt of Rs 50. A new sim card should be of Rs 25. All other service provider take Rs 25 an they give you recipt also. What should I say If someone is charging double and that of not giving you any recipt, A fraud or a Cheater, Can any one help me wiith correct way of lodging this incident to higher authority. Many Thanks.

                            Iam writing this mail after repeated attempts to get help from your customer care services which put my calls on hold for over 15 minutes and then disconnected abruptly multiple times today. I had taken an airtel dongle and the connection 3G is activated on it since approx. last 2 months, its number is- [protected]. I have been having problems with it the entire day. When I click on the option connect after attaching the dongle the message comes - The modem or connection device is already in use or is not connected properly. I reinstalled the programme also and tried it on a different laptop also but then the message flashed-the remote connection is not working properly. I am a doctor and need to use the net quite often so I cant tell you how much it affected my work, but the most stressful part was trying to get help from your helpline number. Iam deeply annoyed and disturbed by your customer services. I managed to register a complaint after 7th attempt of calling, Complaint No. 5779921 . I sincerely hope this mail of mine does not go unanswered otherwise you will lose your customers .

                              i purchased samsung handset S DUOS 7582 DTD 08/0814 INVOICE #16644 SWASTIK COMMUNICATION. there was bundle pack offer on this set 2gb-3g internet-validity 2 month free on inserting airtel sim card i m using airtel sim card form day one. i contacted vendor he directed to contact airtel customer sevices on contacitng customer services they said this will be done automatically. the i sent msg to 121 airtel, they took all the details copy of bill emi# bundle pics i rcvd call from airtel customer services 2 times verying all the deails & ensuring the same will be done by 22nd aug. still this was not done. i called airtel customer services dtd 27th aug, they said this will be done 12.00 night since this was not done again called on 28th as per customer complaint still pending will be done today 28th aug. NOW I DON NOT KNOW FOR HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT AS EVERY DAY I GET TO KNOW THIS WILL BE DONE TODAY.                                 I have port my idea prepaid connection to Airtel postpaid connection.As per there representative he offered me Monthly [protected]@299 and offer me 8 power packs and now they are provided me 6 power packs.When i called their agent and their representative they are saying do anything if you can do and using dirty words while communication.Also they are not changing my plan according to their commitment.I have also mailed my complaint to airtel complaint ID [protected]@in.india.com.But they have no feedback to me.                                   Hi, I am Kunal. My number is [protected]. I had taken airtel connection in CUG grp. Its a post paid connection for last one year the bills were very less after 1 year my bills started increasing and they were charging too much on data charges. I only use whatsapp, emails and sometimes facebook but I dont think using these apps can cost me 3000 bucks. Please try not to fool people and charge them on data charges. U people cannot give explanation on what I have downloaded. You cant just randomly charge. I need a proper explanation on this. KIndly get back to me at earliest.

                                    Hi Airtel Team, I opted airtel Tech Mahindra 299 corporate connection which contains 5 Gb of 2G pack on 12 aug 2014. i conformed 121 customer care officers that I satrted postpaid connection on 12 aug 2014 and 26 aug is billing cycle so how many Gb of free internet uses my pack contains. They conformed sevral times that i will get 5120 MB of 2G pack in current bill cycle. after this conformation this internet uses mail surprised me that after 2312.258MB i have to pay extra charges which i had not informed before 2G plan activation through sms/email, and when 80% 2G uses allert came "Your mobile Internet usage as on[protected] is 1885.3Mb which is 81% of the built in usage as per your mobile internet bill plan. Post consumption of built in usage, you will be charged Rs. 10.24 per MB Mobile internet bill plan active on your airtel mobile [protected] is 5GB GPRS Free Therafter 10p/10KB Without Rental " On 26 aug, I called 121 officer and again conformed that my 2G plan free uses is 5GB and this alert is with wrong figures of 2G uses limit, the same airtel officer conformed. After that on 26 aug evening around 6 Pm I found my 2G service barring ( disconnection ), I informed that i will get 5120 MB of 2G but this is not followed, i am not able to use 2g internet plan and invalid data charges of Rs 10942.77 for data use. One more question My credit limit is Rs 500 and i conformed to 121 officer that call & data uses will not exceed Rs 500 after this limit then why bill is data uses charge exceds more than Rs 500 any how. I will write complain on consumer form & blogs that airtel bill misguided me and harassed me by barring (disconnection ) of 2G internet for invalid regions . This billing issue came across me twice by airtel and many of my friends are also suffering from charging money for invalid reasons so we will collectively go to airtel office and consumer forum and complain against this if these issue is not resolved soon . So i want to transfer the number on my name. When i met airtel people at their office so they explicitly denied that this number will not be transferring into prepaid. Thanks Arvind kumar
