Airtel — outgoing expiry

I'm using airtel for many years and i got the message that outgoing validity is getting expired on 12th nov even though i have that balance as rs.290. I dialed *121*51# to extend the validity but there is no options to extend the validity so recharged for 10rs. Now my account balance is 299rs but i am not able to do any outgoing calls...
Please help me to resolve this.

Please deactivate Crazy Racer game on my mobile number, [protected] i didn't activated that type of games, i don't want any games on mobile number, Every Week 10/- rs deducted on my balance, i am suffering this type of activities. don't activate on my number.
