I purchased xstream box last week for my full hd tv, later i noticed in tv video signal from xstream box quality is not good as more red tone is present. This i noticed after 2 hrs of my box activation (If it happened during installation time itself i would not paid money for box and requested for hd box) this is because of hdr output signal from their box which is not supported by all tvs, i complaint many times to airtel and they are simply assigning the tickets to different persons and unfortunately none of the technicians trying to understand the real issue, simply they are trying to follow different blogs and trying to resolve, i request to change the box as hd box but they are refusing saying downgrade is not possible, because of their technical lagging and hw/firware defect i have to loose money, this is unfair, they need to provide service based on customer expectation and cannot blame tv or other things instead.
