I would like to register a complain regarding my number-[protected]. As i am using airtel postpaid in delhi circle and requested for airtel pre on post in j and k circle in october 2019. Its been more than 2 month but my request is still pending. Even during this entire period, i went multiple time to bahuplaza airtel outlet but they refuse to help me as they claim everything is okk from there end. I also tried to register complain through customer care even they fail to help me out. Now i would like to request you to help me as soon as possible, it is already more than 2 month and there is no sign of help from your side. Please resolve my query.

    I was trying to rechanrge my airtel through amazon recharge services worth of 598. The amount was detected from my amazon wallet. They have provided the transaction id and request id. But the recharge was not done. When i ask airtel customer service they haven't recieved any request and they dont have the requst id like that they have told. Both of them told like the problem is happened in other end. The customer service also worst they dont know much about the service.

      My name is amit surve.. I am a postpaid customer of airtel since many years.. This time i was not able to pay the bill payment because of financial problem.. But i always said collection agency i will pay the amount as soon as possible. But the agency person daily going home and harrasing my mother, and always threatening to sit at home and will not go without payment. Today morning also that person called my mother and threathened. My father is a heart patient. This type of behaviour is keeping them in tension and they are feeling so tortured. I am saying those collection agency to meet me at my office but they ignore.. They still keep on harrassed my family members.. If something happened to my family members then this collection agency and ur airtel company will be responsible. Please look into the matter and stopp harrassing family members.

        I have been complaining for 1 year now regarding the signal issue, today (10 th january 2020), i called in customer care and go the call escalated to the so called senior representative named anil kumar (Not sure if he gave the correct name), he was just going on asking me the question that i already gave to the first rep, the so called senior rep was arguing and not listening to what i was saying, since one year i am only listening one statement, ""we are working on the issue in your area and it will be fixed soon""
        You (Airtel) do not give training to your reps or so called senior reps how to talk to the customer (Am talking about signals, he is replying regarding data)
        One of the worst customer services in the country

        I need the issue to be resolved asap

          As i have contacted manytimes to airtel customer care regarding my incoming messages are not coming to my airtel number except airtel useless messages regarding offers etc. And they are unable to solve my problem and also i have wasted my money according to their guidance like recharge sms pack, 49 monthly recharge, 399 pack etc but still my messages are not coming

            I made a complaint about damage of fast tag on 23rd december. The customer executive asked me to wait for 13 working days to solve the issue. When i enquired on 14 th working day they asked to send a mail with photo of damaged fast tag on 2nd january 2020. They asked me to wait for two working days and they said the fast tag card will be deactivated and amount will be refunded back. But ss of now my problem has not been solved. When enquired through customer executive they are asking me to wait another two days. Still the problem not resolved.

              Its been a while that my sim got blocked and i can't use my number. I've been using this number past ten years. And i took the sim from a mobile shop where i gave my details, but instead when i enquired with your customer care i get to know that it was not in my name the ownership remains. I want to get that number back.
              And please make sure that if someone has such a situation they can connect you via any other network also. You only have a number which your network users only can contact.
              I need a reply as soon as possible

                Network signals too bad of 4g airtel in my area. I am old customer of airtel. But i am not satisfying airtel network. Because my net go too slow. So i am shift this number from jio service.in this this network atleast i am talk to another one without any network problem. Pin code 486888. I am complain to airtel care but thier no response. So kindly prood my request. I am facing lot of problem.

                  I opted for mnp on 6th jan 2020 from vodafone to airtel. The service person at airtel store mentioned that it will take 4 days for activation. My vodafone service got disconnected on 8th jan midnight itself. But my airtel service is not active till today (10th jan). I called customer care 1st time as she mentioned documents haven’t reached. I don’t understand as now all proofs are being filed online. Next i went to local store for 1st recharge. He said it cannot be done without the service being active first.

                  Then i went to airtel office again and he is asking me to put sim in basic model. Who use basic model nowadays. When i managed to get hold of a basic model and tried, the issue still didn’t get fixed.

                  I called customer care 2nd time and this guy says that it takes 7 days for activation. These people are taking me round and round. One person says something and the other, something else. Please help me activate my sim at the earliest as i use a single number and all my business calls are routed through this number.

                    Myself gayatri anil karekar, residents of badlapur, district - thane, maharashtra 421503.

                    I am the existing airtel postpaid member from last 2 months, my postpaid connection is [protected].
                    Alternative number is [protected].

                    Due to some reason i am unable to pay the current bill for my postpaid connection but that doesn't mean i can't afford it.

                    I am receiving number of calls from collections agency for payments on a phone which had been disconnected in november 2019. There behavior and conversation was totally unprofessional and highly cheap. This is not acceptable at all. They used cheap and unacceptable talking’s.

                    I had mailed this issue to airtel higher authority but no proper response from there side.

                      Airtel Dth has been charging me 51 rupees extra for the past one year without my knowledge.
                      My service ID is [protected]-001
                      I have been using TN HD basepack which costs Rs.270 per month (Nfc and subscription combined)
                      But they have been charging me Rs.321 per month
                      I called the customer care once and asked why the value doesnt tally but he never mentioned me about the value added services.He only mentioned when the validity will get over but never mentioned about the value added services.
                      Only today I came to know that they have been charging me Rs 51 extra for an added service called imusic which I have never asked for and know nothing about.

                        Recently airtel layed cables in our area block b3/b4/b5 sector - 17, rohini, delhi. The contractor digs the pit to lay the cables. But unfortunately or deliberately he filled the pit with just normal sand not concrete after that. This result in land drop. Situation is very critical even after one rain. Photographs attached for reference.

                        Airtel has done this for their profit. But we residents are suffering not able to park our vehicles with a fear that temporary filled. Look into this immediately.

                          Customer care executive gave wrong information about isd calling and confirmed by team lead shaista though she confirmed her executive gave wrong information no proper action taken. Had to recall and explain story 4 times to all execs and spoke with manager usma bhatt, again explain story. This is worst customer care i ever had.

                          I spent 3 hours time to talk to these executives, everyone repeat same thing. Problem not solved. When i ask for higher office connection they will keep me in hold for 10min or more atleast.
                          I really have to call singapore from india to settle some billing issues with bank. This entire issue frustrated me and my family. My holiday is ruined by these airtel executives.
                          I will never trust these bharti airtel customer care.
                          Never suggest to anyone else.

                            I have recharged the same pack of rs.449 in for my air tel sim card. One via phone pe and an another via recharge shop. Can i extend the second pack once my first pack wil be over??
                            4G connection is not stable fluctuating constantly . speed is ok but this metwork fluctuation is causing varius irritating issues .i thought airtel will give good service but it is worst . now i have to bear it for 90 days to port to another

                              I bought a fast tag from airtel app on 16th december '19. Today is 9th january '20, it's been more than 20 days and i haven't received my fast tag yet.

                              On 4th jan 2020, airtel executive assured me that i will get the fast tag in next 3 days, not received yet

                                My port request was supposed to be validated by 8 jan 23:35. My earlier operator sim stopped working by this time but the new airtel sim is not activated yet. I have no network access right now. Please help resolve this as i have completely lost access to my phone number. The instruction was to insert the new sim immediately when the old one stopped working and restart it. I did exactly as instructed but the new sim is not working yet.

                                Suddenly the Sim stopped working this morning. Tried restarting and cleaning the Sim gently. Also tried restarting several times. Not helping..
                                I am totally unsatisfied with the service provided by Airtel to the customers. Almost no network in my area (Viman Nagar, pune ).

                                I request you to take an action. This issue is affecting not only me but each and every airtel customer in my office.
                                My sim stopped working suddenly one morning, i contacted customer care, they said sim got damaged.. i went service store of airtel, and i got a duplicate sim.. it been3 days the sim is not activated yet.. all my transaction accounts are linked with that number.. nothing is working now

                                  I am using airtel broadband. On 3 occasions someone without my knowledge has uploaded over 100 gb of data from my airtel broadband account. Chances that i was hacked are very remote and no devices were connected to my router for so long that over 100 gb would get uploaded.

                                  I now believe that someone in airtel broadband has used my connection. Their security is faulty. There's no way to change or set password. It is given by airtel so their employees know it. There's no mac authentication so someone can log in from elsewhere.

                                  Please be careful while availing airtel broadband services

                                    Rs. 598 has been deducted from my account on 7th of january 2020 but till now my plan has not been updated. On the revert of my previous complain, I got call from Mr. Sandeep Singh. Employee no. - 025613 from Santa Cruz office, He asked for some details for the repayment of the amount but till now the money has not been returned but also Rs. 2055 has been deducted from my account without my knowledge and the individual has agreed that he did hold/ shifoned the account.. The conversation is being recoded by me.

                                    Please do needful to avoid consumer forum complain

                                      I purchased xstream box last week for my full hd tv, later i noticed in tv video signal from xstream box quality is not good as more red tone is present. This i noticed after 2 hrs of my box activation (If it happened during installation time itself i would not paid money for box and requested for hd box) this is because of hdr output signal from their box which is not supported by all tvs, i complaint many times to airtel and they are simply assigning the tickets to different persons and unfortunately none of the technicians trying to understand the real issue, simply they are trying to follow different blogs and trying to resolve, i request to change the box as hd box but they are refusing saying downgrade is not possible, because of their technical lagging and hw/firware defect i have to loose money, this is unfair, they need to provide service based on customer expectation and cannot blame tv or other things instead.

                                        I am having a problem in add on my another nu *4042 with my postpaid account [protected], 3 days have gone but my nu *4042 not in active stage. I had called twice to customer care for it and they guys have raised a complain yesterday but today i called to them again but the now complain has been resolved without any communication or solution.

                                        What’s bloody # going on, why it’s not in working condition yet even it should be activate before a day.
