I bought a fast tag from airtel app on 16th december '19. Today is 9th january '20, it's been more than 20 days and i haven't received my fast tag yet.

On 4th jan 2020, airtel executive assured me that i will get the fast tag in next 3 days, not received yet

On 8th jan, airtel executive "joseph" started talking rudely and didn't help on the issue

    My port request was supposed to be validated by 8 jan 23:35. My earlier operator sim stopped working by this time but the new airtel sim is not activated yet. I have no network access right now. Please help resolve this as i have completely lost access to my phone number. The instruction was to insert the new sim immediately when the old one stopped working and restart it. I did exactly as instructed but the new sim is not working yet.

    I tried to recharge my Airtel number RS 23 by 01/01/2020 through Paytm. But amount is deducted from account. Still recharge is not done. Please refund my money.

    Suddenly the Sim stopped working this morning. Tried restarting and cleaning the Sim gently. Also tried restarting several times. Not helping..
    I am totally unsatisfied with the service provided by Airtel to the customers. Almost no network in my area (Viman Nagar, pune ).

    I request you to take an action. This issue is affecting not only me but each and every airtel customer in my office.
    My sim stopped working suddenly one morning, i contacted customer care, they said sim got damaged.. i went service store of airtel, and i got a duplicate sim.. it been3 days the sim is not activated yet.. all my transaction accounts are linked with that number.. nothing is working now

      I am using airtel broadband. On 3 occasions someone without my knowledge has uploaded over 100 gb of data from my airtel broadband account. Chances that i was hacked are very remote and no devices were connected to my router for so long that over 100 gb would get uploaded.

      I now believe that someone in airtel broadband has used my connection. Their security is faulty. There's no way to change or set password. It is given by airtel so their employees know it. There's no mac authentication so someone can log in from elsewhere.

      Please be careful while availing airtel broadband services

      Worst speed inside the house and pathetic speed outside of the house/office.
      I have tried for port out frm airtel but airtel not providing me code for that nd my all money wasted in sms.i call to customer care continuously 5 dayz and all they said send again msg uh will get but i waste my money in that process but didn't get code

        Rs. 598 has been deducted from my account on 7th of january 2020 but till now my plan has not been updated. On the revert of my previous complain, I got call from Mr. Sandeep Singh. Employee no. - 025613 from Santa Cruz office, He asked for some details for the repayment of the amount but till now the money has not been returned but also Rs. 2055 has been deducted from my account without my knowledge and the individual has agreed that he did hold/ shifoned the account.. The conversation is being recoded by me.

        Please do needful to avoid consumer forum complain

          I purchased xstream box last week for my full hd tv, later i noticed in tv video signal from xstream box quality is not good as more red tone is present. This i noticed after 2 hrs of my box activation (If it happened during installation time itself i would not paid money for box and requested for hd box) this is because of hdr output signal from their box which is not supported by all tvs, i complaint many times to airtel and they are simply assigning the tickets to different persons and unfortunately none of the technicians trying to understand the real issue, simply they are trying to follow different blogs and trying to resolve, i request to change the box as hd box but they are refusing saying downgrade is not possible, because of their technical lagging and hw/firware defect i have to loose money, this is unfair, they need to provide service based on customer expectation and cannot blame tv or other things instead.

            I am having a problem in add on my another nu *4042 with my postpaid account [protected], 3 days have gone but my nu *4042 not in active stage. I had called twice to customer care for it and they guys have raised a complain yesterday but today i called to them again but the now complain has been resolved without any communication or solution.
            I don’t know
            What’s bloody # going on, why it’s not in working condition yet even it should be activate before a day.
            I am troubling in my work and who is the responsible for it.

            I want my nu in activate stage today in any how.

              Today morning i had recharged for 598/- to my number, i got there confirmation message with transaction reference #[protected].
              Also the money has been credited from my hdfc bank account with message.
              "08 jan 2020 [protected]-citrusairtel [protected] 08 jan 2020 598.00"
              But there no amount debited to my number its been 4hours, i am fed up with calling airtel customer care. They are saying call to bank and check.
              How can they say when there site confirmed the transaction with the proper number and also amount has been credited from bank.

                I have applied for the fastag from airtel payment bank on dec 27, 2018. On dec 31, i got message that your fastag will be delivered in 6-8 days.
                But i havent received it yet.
                When i try to call customer care @400 there was no option to select fastag related queries and no option to talk with customer executive.
                It is very frustrating and no option to know where is my fastag. They should either deliver my fastag in 2 days or refund my rs. 450

                How this complaint is "Marked as Resolved" without it is actually resolved? I havent got my Fastag yet.
                Please, I beg you to deactivate value added pack from my airtel dth Id [protected]..The two VAS channel no.242 and 259😔

                  I have airtel $g hot spot [protected] for the last two months. I received bill of inr 675 while my plan is 399+tax. There is no one to talk on phone 121 because it is automated. Services have been discontinued much before last day of payment which was 5 jan 2020. Even if i want to pay amount so called overdue website says it has sent otp which is actually sent 1-2 hours afterwards, i have emailed customer services but response is automated.

                    I am regular user of airtel. I have facing problem when ever i recharge data pack, i cannot open certain websites, it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and apn numbers, but unable to solve this proble. What kind of joke is this airtel playing? When i can't use it freely as you are redirected to their irritating webpage. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

                      I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 598 on 7th january 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 598. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                        I have recharged some amount for existing pack. But, they have been activated another pack which is cost by two times of existing pack. I have contacted customer care as they are saying multiple answers. One guy is saying something and another guy is saying something which is irrelevant and also they were speaking in rude manner. Please help me on this. I have recorded audio, but unable to attach in this complain. Please give me another platform to forward recorded audios.

                          I ordered fastag on 14th December and on 17th December I got a message that your order is validated and it will be delivered in next 14 days. But its been 21 days now and I have no idea about the exact location of fastag and I am repenting about the mistake I committed for ordering it through Airtel. Kindly credit the amount deducted from my wallet again in my wallet so that I can order it from some other portal like Paytm etc. I also composed lot of mails but all in vain because there is no response from the customers care end also. AIRTEL MEANS JOKE. Really shameful matter. This is the reason why people prefer other companies.

                            I have ordered the Fastag from Airtel and go the product on 17 Dec'2019 and today is 7 Jan'2020 but in Airtel Bank app it is still showing shipped because of this I'm not able toh activate it and DTDC courier service mentioned it delivered in their tracking system.

                            I have also attached the screeen shot. Such a pathetic service by Airtel and If I trying to call customer support call was disconnect by own.

                              I have notified airtel executive for n number of time to update my mailing address and send bill to my registered mailing id. But they are not listening to my concern and forwarding bill to same other mail id. I have already furnished coordinator details on company's letter pad to airtel executive but no proper response received from there end i have been pissed off with there irresponsible behaviour. For last two month i have not received any bill hence payment was not made for same. Now they are charging late payment of that bill that i didnt even received. Kindly look after the issue and resolve the same.

                                you are not allowed to call this number airtel

                                When i try to call any number the computer voice says "You are not allowed to call this number " even i have balance and unlimited pack, Income works good tried to change network auto/manual, switch to 2G/3G, looked for call barring services all Ok, restarted with diffrent sim port, try with another feature phone, All got same issue You are not allowed to call this number "...

                                I have done recharge of 448 for my Airtel number [protected] through airtel website when I did it shown successful, money got debited but still no message pf confirmation I received and even after contacting customer care I got no response for my debited money and of recharge will get successful or not.

                                  I use Airtel Broadband in Pune. In Nov-19 and Dec-19 during the normal billing cycle period, I got 50% data consumed message and I was totally surprised. I just have a PC & mobile and no other device, no other user and I never had so much of consumption.

                                  I found significant uploads data logged as my usage under my account.
                                  I complained to Airtel. They did not provide any answer to my complaint and provided no answer even after 10 days. Rather they said there can not be any complaint for data consumption.

                                  Something is fishy at Airtel end which they are not ready to share. Users are requested to be alert and daily check their usage against their account on Airtel website to be sure that there's no data logging mistake on part of Airtel.

                                    I have been using Airtel Prepaid connection from last 3-4 years now.

                                    i live in pul prahlad pur area near badarpur.

                                    i have ported my sim from Reliance to Airtel thinking that its is a good service provide in networks while there plans were also higher than others.

                                    now i have also changed my smart phone if it has any problem but actual problem is in Network .

                                    Even calls drop almost 80% times even when i am using 2G network .

                                    I am even mentioning about internet which is gone worse than that .

                                    Call drops when my phone showing all the network sticks.

                                    All these problem occured from last 6 - 8 months. there customer support says that network coverage is strong in your location then why call drops .
                                    call were even droping while i was taking to there customer support.

                                    they are not even looking to resolve this, And this is not only my problem every friend, family and people in are have same problem

                                    I am moving from Airtel to any other network.
