I have taken a new Airtel DTH connection on 30th oct. and from that day I am contacting Airtel DTH customer care team to resolve multiple issues.
I have recharged my account with Rs.150 and done a top up of Rs.5 (2HD Diwali offer). But I was unable to view those channels. The reason they told was that they had given me some other customer’s cam card by mistake. Finally after multiple calls to customer care, technician came on 5th Nov 2016 and changed cam card. Still I am Unable to view 2 HD channels which I have done top up on 30th Oct 2016. And Airtel is not ready to transfer the balance amount (Rs.145) to my new view card which they have replaced. Should I bear loss because of Airtel DTH technician’s mistake??
I have registered complaints multiple time. Each time they will auto close it without resolving the issue.. Following are the complaint reference numbers. 56239855, 56231767, 56189213, 56166029
Customer ID given at the time of installation was [protected]
New customer id which is changed on 5th Nov 2016 – [protected]
I have received multiple calls from Airtel but nobody gave solution.. They are just playing without giving a solution. Always they are saying will be resolved within 2 hours, 4 hours, or maximum of 24 hours. In between thrice they auto closed my complaints without resolving the issue. Even one lady from Airtel called and insisted me to say that "my issue is solved" if I get any call from customer care. I didn't agree for that. Every time they are repeating the question “what is the issue?”
It's a matter of Rs.145. I can consider that I have given to a beggar. But cheating customers like this is not acceptable. They are really un professional.

    Sir, i am living in a village - nousar. Distt. - harda, mp.
    At my village there is no mobile tower. So i am requested to you to install a tower in my village, i will give you my field for installing a new tower for rent. There is a big profit for the all villagers because they are suffering from the lake of mobile network. All are go to there top roofs for make a call and sometimes there calls are disconnected. If you install a tower at my village. You have got a profit that all the villagers will have your sim card.

        I have did balance payment for pending amount but still They call from Airtel Office and keep frustrating again and again.

            Hi Team,

            I have used data under limits only, but you have charged extra amount for the period.

            In my airtel app it was clearly showing I have left around 400 MB in my account, and I have subscribed 3 packs for the period(405 mb). So I have total 800 MB in my account.

            I have called to customer care between October 8 - 12 (not sure dates) and asked them about usage of post month left data. They said I can able to use post month data in current month. ( please review call data If it is recorded).

            Even I got email and message alerts like " I have left 50% of data in my account (attached copy)".

            If I have exceeded data limit how can I get email/sms alerts like I have left 50% data in my account?

            If I know data was completed in my account, definitely I should be in my alert ans can not use beyond the limit? This is completed airtel app fault/ customer care executive fault. I have not done any mistakes from my end. I am not aware of data was exceeded because of your false alerts.

            I am expecting overall 350 -400 Rs bill for this month but...I am shock I have billed 1004 Rs for this month.

            Please review bill and resolve it. I can't bare 1000 rs. for a single month and I may quit from airtel.

            Every time during the call I am facing issue, sometimes call drop and I am not able to talk to someone because of network disconnection mostly in all the areas near whitefield and bellandur in Bangalore.
            Sir please send me call details for tharthy days. I want to ask call details for airtel mo no [protected] and to send me outgoing and incoming call list from my gmail ID [protected]@gmail. Com
            This is regarding mobile number [protected] being used in an iphone 5. I have never been able to send messages from the 1st day I got the sim. The 'My Number' in setting shows UNKNOWN; the *#5005*7672# Call shows 'Setting Interrogation Failed'; I cannot set a new SMS Message Center #. By the way, I can receive messages

                I have already made complaints regarding network issue on my number [protected] but no one resolves my concern and i am not satisfied with the attitude of their customer care executive my ref no- COGCL[protected] registered on 1 nov 2016. Please look in to this matter asap.

I got message on 27th Oct, 2016 that I have used 90% of the data and to get additional data visit www.airtel.in/preonpost and I visited the site and recharge with Rs. 295 data pack which was valid for 28 days. But today i.e., on 7th Nov, 2016 I got message that I have consumed whole data. So the pack which I recharged was not credited to my number. I called customer care but your personnel told there is no such recharge done on my number but I have the receipt. Kindly resolve the matter asap as I need data pack asap.

                        Hello everybody, I'm writing this message to not only get my money back from airtel but also create awareness about how even you can lose your hard earned money.
                        I have always been using postpaid Sims of different companies but for the first time I thought of trying an airtel prepaid Sim to save some money.
                        The main issue is that today (November 7) morning I made a recharge of Rs 501. How's that a mistake? Because Rs 501 is for some Singapore airtel smart plan for those who are planning to visit Singapore. I don't know how many people are aware of this but how the hell am I supposed to know? Even after discussing this issue with 2-3 airtel executives they are saying that the only solution is to visit Singapore and use that plan.. Sounds absurd, right? But absolutely true. No warning or message highlighting that 501 is for international roaming will pop up.
                        So people that's how you lose your money instantly through airtel. Please share this message.

                          My lafu no. [protected] which was rechareged today amounting Rs.-2000 has
                          been hacked(as per communication with TM of Krishnanagar) and now i could
                          not see my balance in stock balance

                          Now let me introduce my self. I, Sandip Pramanick, son of Sadhan
                          Pramanick, who is the propeiter of the said lafu. The no. was recharged
                          today morning amounting Rs.-2000. Then I had received a call from an
                          unknown no. which was +91 [protected]. The called person asked that he is
                          calling from Airtel company and asked that whether I have received my
                          commission of Rs.-12000 which I had rechared during Puja session of West
                          Bengal. He asked me to press ok button for three times. When I denied he
                          told me that not to worry and I will get my commission of Rs.-2222
                          instantly in my account. Then I had do the same. As usually customer no.
                          asked by the system.I told the person over the phone and he said that to
                          disconnect the phone and I will get my commission. After disconnecting the
                          phone three meassage I have received. Suddenly after that I see that my
                          stock balance is zero.After some time it shows that my balance is Rs.-9.73.
                          I also have received three messages that I have recharged Rs.-1000,
                          rs.-900, Rs.-200 though I have not recharged them. Even I tried to take
                          balance back by the system, but I could not. Immediately I called the
                          distributor, he could not solved my problem. So, I called the recpective TM
                          and told him about the case. he said that they have nothing to do as my
                          account has been hacked. Besides the TM also said me that it is not the
                          first time, this happened before with other retailer and the result was
                          same, they did not get their balance back.

                          I also had called customer care but the result was same. So, now please way
                          me out what to do.

                            Its been a more than two months since the broadband connection activated but still i didn't get installation of my broadband connection from airtel.
                            Airtel technical team told me that we can not provide service to your locality.

                            Then how can airtel generate bill without providing connection to my home?

                            So many calls made to customer care team to refund the amount inr 1000 which i paid while initial process and complaint lodged in 121 many times, nothing seems to be turned up.

                            Kindly help me in this.

                            There is a major issue with Signal at my place (Khadakpada, Kalyan W). Due to said problem, we are not able to receive some call and it becomes worst when there is an emergency and we are not connected.

                              "Sim card is rejected" message is shown by handset. However, I did not change any PUK code of my handset. The other sim card in the same handset is working fine. I had taken the sim 5 yrs ago when I was studying at IIT Kanpur. As sim card is locked, many important activities are getting withheld. Please advise what should be done.
                              The service provided for Airtel broadband is very bad and due to frequent outages I have sent a request to deactivate my airtel connection. However not getting any response from airtel regarding the status of my deactivation request.

                                I applied for a postpaid to prepaid migration on 31st Oct. I submitted all my documents in your store on that day. I was told the new sim will get activated on the next day. I have been waiting ever since. Today is 7th Nov and still it's not activated.

                                I have been calling the verification center, retail store everyday but getting nothing but empty promises. I am not a new customer for Airtel and was a postpaid customer. I am just migrating and was thinking the process should have been smoother for existing customers. But from the last 8 days I am facing nothing but harassment. I am not able to call nor receive and the worst part is I am not able to any bank and online transactions as I am unable to get the OTP.

                                From the last 5 days your executives are telling me there though all my documents are in place, there is some technical problem which is why they are not able to activate the number. Is the technical only for me or all your customers?? I was promised several times by your executives that I will be getting a call back on my alternate number but I received no call or sms regarding my persistent complaints.

                                If AIRTEL is unable to resolve this problem then I think I should change to some other networks. Clearly you don'y care about your customers.

                                  I activated an International Roaming plan of 1199/- for Thailand on 28th October and travelled on the same date to Thailand.
                                  The plan is for 10days and contains 2GB of data and 250 minutes india calling back free.
                                  I have all the confirmation emails and messages for the plan activation and my bill generated on 6th November saying 200871/- in my online account by which I was shocked and cannot recover from that upsetting as already I have paid for the plan to travel Internationally and that too plan of thailand.
                                  Customer care is saying like I have to wait for 48 hours to get the bill generated and then they can confirm.This is like mantal harassment of customers.
                                  I have used only 260Mb of data from 2GB of data provided and used approximately 100 minutes to call back India.
                                  Also my credit limit is 6000 only, if it went beyond this value then why it was not intimidated to me viia message or any mail.

                                  If this is the bill they are going to provide I will not accept that in any condition as I have used their International Roaming plan which was confirmed by Airtel and also I have used the provided data and calling well withing limits as I have all the details in my mobile usage summary.

                                  This is serious harassment of customers and that too I have been a good customer for more than 3 years paying all the bills within time limits.

                                    My connection is Airtel broadband (Wifi) with a plan of 1399 plus taxes and speed of 16mbps. But unfortunately, the speed comes as low as 1.5mbps and no where near 16mbps for which I am paying for. Inspite of numerous complains, issue has not been looked after. The connection has itself become for me. In case this complain also does not help I will get my connection changed.

                                      Rs 459 was recharged wrongly (it was for Delhi region) in place of Rs. 455/- for 3 GB net balances for 28 days of Mobile No. [protected] on 20.10.2016 (8.56 AM). Initially company refused to give any balances. After that they agreed to refund the same with mobile top up value in place of net recharge. Finally they recharged only Rs. 250 of talk value in place of Rs. 459. I was again compelled to recharge of net value of Rs. 455/- after a long harrassment.

                                        This is with reference to above subject that almost 2 weeks have passed, as we have applied for the porting services to Mr Dinnesh Sharma and MJ.[protected]@airtel.com (ROMIT SAINI) given for the porting of mobile no [protected], as told that it will take a week, but till now we are awaiting for the resume of the above said number.

                                        Even though we have contacted Mr Dhiraj Sharma and Romit Saini for the above case, but there is till date no response received for the above said case.

                                        Request respective authorities intervention for the above case.
