    I have lost my mobile phone, Nokia Lumai while travelling.I was using Airtel sim. My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly help to block the airtel mobile number so that i can be safe from any mishappening.This mobile is a dual sim phone having Idea Cellular sim also.I was travelling to Hadapsar using Mini - White Indica MH12GZ5414 of OLA cab. The Driver name was Pravin([protected]).My travel started at 10:55 PM from Kondhwa Pisoli Road, Kondhawa, Pune, 411046 and ended at Fortune Plaza, Kale Padal Bypass Rd, Vardhaman Twp, Sasane Nagar, Hadapsar, Pune at 11.31PM.

      Hello team,

      I am using the airtel 4 g from dec'15 and i have been experiencing in consistent connectivity from sep'16 onwards and irrespective of being documented for all escalations levels (Nodal/appellate) nothing works out until now. I have remitted the payments for the months. Hope you can see the emails from oct' 16 onwards and until now there is no official confirmation. I have handed over the dongle to one of the representative last week and still now i have not received back the dongle and he is not picking up my call too. As per the note from customer care, below are the usage details:
      Regarding data usage:
      For the period 11-10-16 to 10-11-16, you have used 185.67 mb.
      For the period 11-09-16 to 10-10-16, you have used 665.72 mb.
      For the period 11-08-16 to 10-09-16, you have used 845.47 mb.

      Please help me to reverse the payment (On pro rata) for the months until i have paid..

      And also please help me to fix the issue the dongle issue/ issue the new dongle..

        Please cancel my existing connection number [protected].

        I have been receiving huge amounts of bills ranging from 1000 to 5000 without the number being in usage.

        I have raised this Request two months before and I am still receiving Airtel bills even when I have not put my sim in any mobile.

        I am not living in India currently and I am unable to run behind the pathetic customer service provided by Airtel.

        Please consider this as my authorization to cancel the connection

          My name is SATHISH KUMAR RK residing at 5 AERODROME ROAD, SINGANALLUR POST, COIMBATORE 641005, is a BB user with 2 MBPS speed. Considering the fact that my neighbor is using 16MBPS speed for the same rental as mine, I have been requesting for 2 new connections (same address) for the past 8 months (March 2016 onwards) to AIRTEL Broadband team COIMBATORE. Payed twice for new connections. Said due to technical issues new connection was not possible and refunded the amount by last June 2016. Second time by Nov.5th 2016 I contacted AIRTEL BB COIMBATORE for 2 new connection one for my home and one for my brother's mobile shop. I was very confident in their second time commitment as they assured me 16MBPS is possible now and collected money and documents on 7th Nov.2016. For 2 weeks no response from the backend team regarding installation. After my repeated inquiry to customer care they say NEW CONNECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE IN MY LOCATION DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES. Then why the hell you give false commitment and collect money? Why can't you guys rectify the technical issue and provide good service? So due to this AIRTEL will lose 3 new BB connections at my location. Please note the way their service is. To tell the fact that the technical issue they say is the distance from my house to junction box. My house is just 5 FEET away from my neighbor who enjoy 16MBPS speed. And he is a defaulter too (Never pays bills in time). This company provides best service to such people and never bothers for valuable customers like me who uses multiple Airtel connections like postpaid airtel mobile connection, BB, Landline and who pays all AIRTEL dues dues by first week of every month itself (not even a single month due was left unpayed by me for the past 2 years). So if this is the case, then I don't want any service from Airtel. Please note AIRTEL COIMBATORE TEAM is giving false commitments to me and due to that I personally feel highly dissatisfied with their worst service. No higher authorities of Airtel are interested to solve my issue in Coimbatore. This is how they treat customers, and this is how their service is. Highly disappointed with AIRTEL COIMBATORE TEAM. I recommend the AIRTEL OFFICIALS TO TAKE STRICT ACTION on the team that gives false commitment to customers in my area and spoiling the name of AIRTEL the most efficient mobile and INTERNET service provider of India.

          You guys call me in the busy office hours when I am at the meeting or discussion with my head, Don't you know the professional ethics about when to call a person during working hours? I already mailed to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com with contact details and the right time to call me. If we don't pay bills then you guys will keep calling all day long. How come that is possible and when customer raises a complaint you will say u contacted several times but can't reach. Very good service. Hats off.

                I am facing issue with my broadband service due to frequent disconnections, I have complained so many times to Airtel but no solution. I was asked to reduce my speed to 8Mbps instead of 16 Mbps, now I am not having enough speed and also facing the same issue as before.

                I have taken landline connection too along with Internet, but there is always a noise while speaking on phone and now since yesterday my phone is dead.

                I am really not getting why customer has to face so much of problem everywhere.

                It should have been resolved on the first complaint itself or I should have been informed that they cannot resolve it and I can opt for some other provider. But they are not ready to disconnect the connection and every time saying we will resolve this.

                  Below is how airtel dth cheated me on cust i'd [protected]
                  My last 6 months recharge validity was expiring on 12th october 2016.

                  But after speaking to airtel d2h customer care and confirming, who assured me that if you recharge for another one year your old validity will expire and we will credit the pending 2 days validity to your balance.
                  I recharged for one year, paying around 3200 on 11th october, but my 1st tv is extended on validity till 6th october only and my pending 2 days from my last validity were lapsed and consumed wrong fly by airtel.

                  I am sorry to say that cheating done by airtel sunil mittal is faced by customer care executives to who we customers abuse..

                  I want airtel to reverse and credit my 2 days lapsed on my airtel dth plan of around 300 per month and give this reversal without cheating any further.

                      On 17.11.16, I have been charged for ₹49 for activation of midnight services. I have not requested for the same and the same is activated without my knowledge. I have been trying to call on all nos of airtel but none of the no. Is getting connected to their call center. I have even tried to lodge online complaint but while clicking on "submit" button site is getting re directed to their home page and complaint is not getting registered. I want my money back. If such kind of issue happens regularly then I don't want to be part of airtel. Request you to send my money back else I will have to switch.

                          Sir/Madam,
                          I was using prepaid number [protected] for 6 yrs. But 3 weeks ago suddenly sim become non functional.
                          This sim was taken by my uncle (mama) in August 2010 on his documents and given this number to me. And then I moved here at North Bengal Medical College, siliguri, w.b. for further studies.
                          I was using this sim for 6 years, but now the sim is non functional . I gone at Airtel store, with my uncle id proof and also my id proof. But they are not helping me.
                          This number is very important for me. Please help me, how can I get the replaced new sim.

                            Airtel has deactivated my mobile number [protected] which i have ported from vodafone to airtel im using this no for more then 10 years how they can permanently disconnect my no without any information. Still if i dail my no it says temporary out of service but at store they says its permanently disconnected i have deposited my bill of 1980rs and still no any correspondance.
                            When i was trying to pay my bill their was problem with their server or balance problem at airtel store now executive says they will take approval to activate my no. And also imforming me that this is a vip no. And may you have to pay a fee of rupee. 50000 fifty thousand.
                            Kindly look into the matter and give my no back to me.

                              This is dr. Yash rastogi from lucknow aishbagh. Complained 5 times for
                              Wrong modem installed, i was informed that beetel 11tc2 modem will be
                              Installed for 840 rs. On 10th november 2016 when i had issues in
                              Broadband connectivity. Instead of beetel modem a local company modem
                              Named binatone was installed for 839 rs on 10th november 2016 with a
                              Receipt back dated by a person named chandanmani from bhaijee
                              Enterprises. Everytime i register my complaint i get a call from
                              Airtel customer care i explain them my problem and they close the
                              Complaint on their own without resolving the issue. Attaching the
                              Receipt dated 5/11/16 whereas i registered my first complaint on
                              10/11/16. Last complaint registered was on 17/11/16 with ref no
                              75448990 which was automatically closed. If they did not have beetel
                              Modem they would have informed me i would have bought my own modem
                              From market. I request airtel to change my modem to beetel or get my
                              Money refunded i will get the modem myself. Or i have to finish off
                              This broadband connection from now on.

                                  I am deeply aggravated and finally writing to you after receiving no help
                                  From the salesperson i dealt with, who sold to me the connection and
                                  Cheated with false commitment, failure of services from customer services
                                  Advisers and floor managers. I urge you to look into this before i write
                                  Any further, to my contacts to deal with at airtel.

                                  It's a mere pain that i have to go through now writing such long mail and
                                  Wasting my time due to mis-selling done to me by airtel sales person
                                  Anil sharma with
                                  Mobile number - [protected]

                                  I have recently subscribed to a new connection of airtel wi-fi broad band
                                  Connection with a fixed line (Combo plan) and i am now facing serious
                                  Troubles of misselling made to me and now receiving bills, which i
                                  Houldn't be receiving at all, in first place.

                                  I was a happy customer with hathway but i found an offer in one of the
                                  Airtel brochure of 8 mbps connection. Post contacting anil sharma with
                                  Mobile number - [protected], who offered me the below plan :

                                  1. 8mbps upto 30gb and 512kbps post fair usage
                                  2. 6 months advance payment (So you get one month free)
                                  3. No installation charges of 1000/- as i am switching from hathway

                                  Hence, i accepted the above offer and since i am up to date with internet
                                  Commitments, offers and jargons from various providers in the market,
                                  I was very clear
                                  With the sales person anil sharma, on each and every details of the offer
                                  And hence i accepted the offer.

                                  When he came home to collect the cheque, i and him, we both calculated the
                                  Plan charges according to the sales persons plan booklet and the total payment
                                  Amount he informed me that i will have to pay was* 7576*/-. (Including 15%
                                  Tax as he wasn't sure about the tax amount on 6 months plan) for 6 months
                                  Offer, favoring* bharti airtel* ltd*.*

                                  These charges were total of the above offer for 6 months advance line
                                  Rentals. This also included landlines connection which i did not want
                                  In first place, however the sales person forced me to go for the same
                                  Aying that just at 99/-per month, i can use unlimited calls
                                  Nationally. And even charges for this landline connection was
                                  Considered by him and me
                                  While calculating this amount of 7576/- so how come i am receiving the
                                  Bills now when i have paid advance line rentals for internet and even for
                                  Landlines connection?

                                  *issue:-*

                                  1.in spite of making things very clear about the charges, the plan, the
                                  Offer and every small details, where i shouldn't be paying anything, i am
                                  Now receiving bills every month and i am now liable to pay 925/- which i
                                  Houldn't be paying at all and i shouldn't be getting bills in first place,
                                  As i have already paid advance line rentals.

                                  Also, i went by words of airtel sales person anil sharma, who kept saying
                                  That he will reverse the charges but is not replying to me chats or my
                                  Calls and i am stuck with bills that i shouldn't be paying at all.

                                  I request customer service manager to look into this and reverse all of
                                  These charges or simply cancel the connection itself for the landline and
                                  Refund my entire money or sort this issue out.

                                  2. The landlines isn't not working since 2nd week of the connection as well
                                  O this is again disgusting and false sell made to me. Now i am left with
                                  Bills and alerts. Kindly sort this out please.

                                  Option other than to approach the consumer forum or competent court.

                                  I wait to hear from the authority at airtel broadband soon as i am
                                  Receiving the below alerts for no reason and my credit is being
                                  Impacted which i will take up very strongly.
