Hello all concerned!
Today, 21 Nov, 2016 at 7:25pm; I recharged my airtel mob.no.[protected] with Rs.1, 000 [Rupees one thousand] full talk time; but just after the successful recharging, when i tried to call I couldn't with the voice message that "outgoing calls from this mob.no. is temporarily blocked!" but why so?
Then, I checked the balance and found that there is Rs.1, 020 bal. and validity is till Dec 29, 2037; then why can't i make any call?
Next, I tried to call to this recharged mob.no.[protected], from my working mob but again i couldn't make it with the voice message that "this no. does not exist!", how?
Then, came the voice message that "please call 121 [artel customer care]" but when i called it instead of giving solution my time was wasted with their marketing advertisements... so upsetting :(
This is totally frustrating experience with Airtel :(
Instead of serving its good customers properly and happily, is Airtel trying to cheat and steal from the customers?
So, this is to attract the kind attention of all concerned people, especially the airtel people to please solve this problem at the earliest.
