Hello, this REDYANAIK from hyderabad my wife's airtel sim was deactivated due to unused for 3 months, before deactivation date it was worked properly, however it was worked before deactivation date hw it can be blocked/ deactivated, please suggest me hw to reactivate online.

    [protected] is in the name of m.v.s.n.ganesh, b.tech student of karunya university. this number is being used by his sister m.meghana, who is also studying b.tech in karunya university at coimbatore. for no reason, the above number is deactivated since two days. as it is their exam time, kindly activate the number immediately. after exams necessary formalities will be fulfilled.

      I raised request to relocate my broadband connection([protected]) one week back with ref no : 75122498

      Whenever I call customer care they will say one or other reason like you will be getting call today or tomorrow

      I am completely irritated and disappointed with your service and called ACT broadband just now, they said they will be giving connection tomorrow only at 10 am

      So I request you to close my airtel broadband connection. I dont want to stay with such worst service network

      Yesterday I got reply from Airtel team saying that with 2pm I will get call from them. But I did not get any call.

      I raised request to close my connection and still am wondering without relocating, shifting charges are added in my current bill statement

      Enough to stay with Airtel. Sometime back got very worst experience with Airtel postpaid conncetion.Now in broadband also same.

      Airtel team works like government organisation only. No one knows proper status, the person who is checking issue he will not update others. Whenever I am calling customer care need to start from scratch.

      Oh my god...enough

      Kindly close my connection as soon as possible. Applied ACT Fibernet connection and their customercare is so nice.

        Hi team,

        In october-16 i have requested airtel to provide me broadband connection at my address flat no 203, damden sienna, itpl main road, kundalhalli, bangalore 560037. Initially airtel team said connection is feasible in my location but after some time they said connection is not possible at my location. Then i raised a request for refund of 500 rs which i paid initially for new connection as fee.
        Airtel said they will provide refund after 21 days via bank cheque for which i provided a cancelled cheque. But then they said my name is not written on the cheque so i have to provide bank statement copy, a/c no. Branch name, ifsc code for neft transfer, i have provided the same and then i received a mail from nodal office (Email id:nodal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com), that refund will be done on 11/11/2016 ny 5.40 pm. But i have not received any amount yet, also every time i am reaching airtel they ask for bank details again and again.
        Please help me so that i can get my refund.

          We have complaint regarding network problem in our office ivrcl ltd chennai region and we are following more than six months no action taken. Though we are taken sr no 72346919 on 05/11/2016 and following too much stress created by the executive of airtel no proper coordination and no action taken. Kindly ask airtel to sort this issue. Or we would like to surrender our cug connection with airtel.

            On 9 nov when i saw airtel money providing 10 percent cashback so i tried to do recharge of ₹5000 to my dth but they didn't do the recharge instead they added money to the wallet and also didn't provide me the cashback and when i asked them them to provide me cashback they declined and at last i asked them to return my money to my bank account they declined they cannot do so.

              This is srinivasulu reddy palavalli. I have been airtel customer since 2011 with contact number [protected]. I am currently staying in melbourne, australia. I have been testing my airtel sim almost every month and it is being worked fine. But, today it seems to be deactivated. All my indian bank accounts are linked to this number only. It is very crucial for me to have this number working. Please activate my number as a priority and asap.

It can use properly for 2/3/4g but yesterday i came back to india and found sim card can't be used and "no service" show on the top of my device.                   I had lodged a complaint with airtel for non data connectivity in my office complex despite the network showing me 3G connectivity. despite numerous calls and same callous advices by customer care executives almost on a daily basis the complaint has not been resolved. So much so that that I realise that the customer care executive is daily speaking to me not to resolve my problem but to make an entry in his daily log book.

                    Dear team,

                    My citi bank credit card ([protected]), citi debit card ([protected]) and state bank card ([protected])

                    Yesterday i got a call from [protected], stating that my state bank and citi bank cards were hacked and i was one among the 1 lakh cards being hacked recently and i would get new card replacing old one they have asked for the card number. later, suddenly got messages from citi bank and state bank regarding otp's and other was surprisingly received debited messages of o4 transactions 5000rs each on 08 and 09 nov 2016 and transaction done at airtel money.

                    Eg: 04 transactions of rs.5000 in airtel money (02 transactions each on state bank and citi bank cards).

                    Later, i tried to call that number, which was switched off, then i came to know that it was a fake call, the same has been confirmed by citi and state customer care and they blocked my cards. then i filed a compliant regarding the same with citi bank complaint (8643). even bank customer care told to complaint the same to airtel money.

                    Kindly register this complaint, and please take necessary action to get back my money. awaiting for your positive reply.

                      My Daughter has lost her Mobile Phone with Airtel SIM card on[protected] in Manipal . She is a student at the Manipal Medical Campus. She needs to request Airtel to deactivate the mobile SIM card. Air Tel Mobile Number is [protected].

                        This is for AIRTEL Postpaid bill.
                        I bought Airtel postpaod connection. In starting it was going as expected as i bought a plan of 149rs. Afterwards, they started charging me extra amount. I called customer care many times to check why bill is high. They always told me that i used extra data. Which is completely wrong. I have wifi connection at my home and i only used data pack when i go out from my home. Finally after 1 year... i was over charged with 800 rs bill...which i have never got in past months. I again called them with no successfull response. I said i will not pay this bill...as i have not used extra data. Finally i asked them to close my connection.
                        But they have not stopped my conncetion and sent a new bill with penalty amount of aaround 1200/- i have not even used my sim that month... They kept on sending mails to me... Please help me... Kindle lodge a complain against them for overcharging amount.

                            My mobile number is not accessible through BSNL landline. Though I had complained about this a year ago, the problem persists. The company claimed to have solved the issue but it is farce. There's no botheration for customer. This mobile was ported from Pune and I continue to get local messages pertaining to Pune which means that the phone is still in roaming mode. Legal action is imminent

                              Hello my telephone/broadband no. is[protected] when i called the airtel representatives for connection(around 5 september 2016) they said me that my internet plan will be 4Mbps speed upto 18GB(according to plan it is 8Gb) after the connection is successfully installed at my home(2 october 2016) i attached my airtel set-top box to get advantage of 5GB according to my rewards scheme so at that time my total data was 13 GB(8Gb according to plan and 5 GB my reward advantage) at this moment they didnt added that extra 10 gb which they promised me during the registration. till one month they didnt added i keep on calling the representative (+91-[protected] Abhishek ) and also registering the complaint on 121 then they increased only 5GB data (total data received 18 GB, 8gb+5gb+5gb. But as they promised they had to increase 10GB but they only increased 5Gb)
                              The connection was on my name i.e shreyansh likhar but i changed the ownership of account to my father name. today is 11 November 2016 they called me and said they cant increase my extra 5 GB because i changed the ownership of account. During the change of ownership i called customer care as well as received calls from customer care regarding ownership change and conversed through mail too but that time they didn't notified me that if you change the ownership you wont get benefit of extra 5GB data which they promised during registration and this rule isn't written on their website too.
                              So i want my total 23 GB data in my account (8Gb according to plan+ 5Gb my reward +10Gb as they promised during registration)

                                On dated october 9-2016 airtel service provider send me a best offer regarding my sim. they tell me a recharge of RC-258 and get a chance of 9GB data (image on your new 4G phone via my airtel app i buyed a iphone 6S on (image 1) 20-october .while talking with the customer care on the same day after the recharge they also chaged the amount (image 2) now the amounty is RC-254. sir my humble request if the provider change the amount on daily basis how can a comman man manage?

                                after taling with the customer care they say they will hwlp me ansd call me but also create an issue that i recahge with wrong digit and they can not help me sir please help me as soon as possible

                                    I received a message from you that since my unused data is getting over, I should recharge my data to get my unused data back before it gets expired. I have done the same. However, I didn't receive any extension of my unused data. This is extremely unfortunate of Airtel to first send misleading messages to their customers to recharge immediately to extend our unused data and then find reasons not to give it to us.

                                    I am definitely going to share the screenshots of your messages and the recharge done by me at the social forums to make people aware of the fraud that Airtel is doing with its customers.

                                    Please find the screenshots attached with this message confirming that I was told to recharge immediately to extend my unused data. Still, my unused data balance has not been extended.

                                    Also, please be assured that all my family members and friends will soon give up on using Airtel numbers and port it to Reliance Jio/Vodaphone or Idea Cellular if you do not honor your commitments at the earliest.

                                        Today i called on the Airtel customer care number(+91 [protected]) from my Vodafone number as i have lost my airtel sim. i was completely disappointed by her rude behavior, she was just screaming very loudly and she didn't even try to listen to me.i had to remind her 2-3 times that at least listen to me what i am saying.she was interrupting me again and again that was seriously ridiculous.
