I haven't received any response on the trail mail, how many more days do you require!
I need an immediate resolutions to below issues:
1. re-taging of my earlier corporate plan (wipro - 399 plan - 14 my packs), current plan being linked is 199 individual after porting! why was my corporate wipro id card was taken as proof for corporate plan during the porting process!
2. incoming roaming wavier in the latest bill as per commitment to me prior to beginning of my porting process on 5th oct 2016. to begin with porting on 5th oct was been guided to me by your airtel customer care supervisors and also ensured that your incoming roaming charges will be waived of automatically in upcoming bill as respective actions are taken in the system. but in the current bill being received has this charges included! also, my earlier balance of airtel 1.1 gb of 4g data is not carried over!
3. return of earlier documents being submitted on 5th oct, airtel express store, sector 21c, faridabad. i am been bluffed / fooled by airtel stating that the earlier documents being shared by me are shredded where as your airtel store states by calling on 21st oct that he has the documents being shared on 5th and would i continue the porting process!
What happen to escalations being raised in system for the airtel express store, sector 21c, faridabad, since 10th oct 2016 till date!
There are piles of issues and i never expected this from airtel after my long-term association with you!
I hope that the needful is done and i do not have to migrate and begin my appeal about your misconduct in the right channels such as wipro hr director, trai, public forums, socail media, consumer court, etc.
This is my last and final reminder mail!

The sms received states the plan name: airtel new special value 199 plan - dl, why is it so?, when it was clearly mentioned over which plan to be activated along with wipro id proof!
I spoke to customer care supervisor (rakesh kumar) just now, wherein, he states the current plan activated is individual 199 plan and he cannot raise any ticket against this for further action.
I have not received any further communications about the waiver on incoming roaming charges on my number for the current bill as per your earlier commitment and also, i am yet to receive my documents submitted on 5th oct.

On 5th oct, i am been committed by airtel that the incoming roaming charges on my number will be waved off for the current billing cycle. sagar arora and piles of customer care - supervisors ensured that they can see such request in the system and you need not follow-up for that. i have received the latest bill which includes the incoming roaming cost.
I hope that the incoming cost is waved off with immediate effect as per your commitment and process on porting to be expedited further.
Airtel definitely need to improve on the porting process with educating your ground staff and customer care as i am facing the porting issue 2nd time in this year!
I never expected such a experience from airtel for which i am long-term customer since 2011.

I am really disappointed with the unprofessional behavior and attitude from airtel, which is kind of repetitive with respect to porting on july as well as oct.
I am looking forward to quick resolution over porting.

Respected sir / madam,
I am long term customer of airtel, ncr circle since 2011, and i am facing issues over porting second time since july 2016.
On july 10th 2016, i raised an portability request for mnp to airtel, pune and after lot of escalations the porting request was tagged in your system on 16th july.
I have returned to ncr on 29th sept 2016 and after following up customer care, visited one of your airtel store near my premises on 5th october:
Airtel express, shop no-86, huda market, sector 21c, faridabad - 121001 on 5th oct 2016
As per informed process, i shared all required documents along with photos and signed form to store. post which i was handed over with a new airtel sim on 5th of oct itself, details of which are attached. i was assured by airtel store that my number will be ported within 7 days.
On 10th oct, i called up airtel customer care to check on the progress of my porting, they informed that there is no request as such for porting in the system and we haven't received any documents as of now, to which i revisited the airtel store above and i was surprised to here that the store informing me that they will not be doing the needful and i wasn't even returned with my documents being submitted earlier. store also had a misbehavior and with that i am never going to visit this store again in my life.
Immediately after that, i escalated the case by having a long discussion with your customer support - supervisior, he ensured that this issue is being escalated to right channels and i have raised a request to our back-end team for your mnp request which will be served within next 72 hours. also, an escalation is raised against the airtel store.
Till 14th moring, i did not receive any update on porting, i again started a conversation with piles of customer support - supervisors where in they informed that on 10th there was no escalation being raised against the airtel store. after pressing to hard, surprisingly, i was been conveyed that your 90 days were not over and we have not received your documents.
After several follow-ups the actual escalation was being raised formally against the airtel store and assured that the back-end team will resolve this issue within next 48 hours, and also i received a call-back from escalation team. the person along with whom i had conversation, i briefed him entire scenario and he also agreed that 90 days are over. he was even more pathetic and absurd in the later conversation by stating that i have to revisit airtel store and start with submitting my documents again and start the portability freshly and if you want to port it to other carrier you are most welcomed. if i have to carry out a fresh porting process agains, then i will do it with other vendor and not airtel in that case.
I decided to talk for one final time with your customer support - supervisior prior to moving to another telecommunication carrier to understand what is current progress and whats there in the call logs against the revert i had to receive as per your sla of 48 hours. i am been informed that its been further escalated again and i will be receiving and call back tomorrow.
I do not understand on how airtel is functioning from an process stand point?
I will be waiting till tomorrow and post which, if i do not receive any updates on my portability then i am processing my portability with a
