Hi,
I applied for a broadband connection and the person who spoke to me at the time of taking the broadband connection agreed that there will be no activation charges only rs 200 has to paid initially and which i paid also.
When my first month bill was generated i saw that i need to be pay rs 200 for activation charges for the next 4 months. I spoke to the airtel customer care and they waived off the charges and again this month it is showing that i need to pay rs 200 for next month. It is total miscommunication from the airtel side and still they reactingnin this way.

    Hello,
    Last four days I had complained 4 times that my balance of prepaid- [protected] mobile was cut and this is happening regularly. In spite of writing we will solve problem in 2 hour, last three days I am unable to call anywhere including customer care, as 50 pesa charged for the same. Why I have to suffer for this kind of cheap service. Is anyone reading these messages?

      Day by day airtel service is not providing good customer service and the solution is not satisfactory. Though we pay much expensive than other company it is the same as other. The information regarding offers are incomplete and when asked it is told that to go other page detaily but who has so much time to go all through this.I think switching to other network would be a better option to me.

        HOW LONG I HAVE BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM?
        For the Last 2.5 years, I have been having this Indoor Mobile Network/Signal Issue. I just did a Open Network Check in your website from ym Location and found my area has Excellenct Voice Quality. A Network Engineer from Airtel who came to my house on 27th October 2016, did all measurements in my premises and near the Tower told the Tower Signal is bad. So is Airtel Open Network lying or the Network Engineer from Airtel is lying.

        HOW MANY AIRTEL MOBILE CONNECTIONS ARE USED IN MY PREMISES
        Totally 8 Connections are being used in this Premises. All Connections are Airtel Postpaid/Prepaid

        HAS AIRTEL HELPED RESOLVE THE ISSUE PERMANENTLY?
        Airtel promised 2.5 years ago that a new Tower will come near my place to resolve this issue. This is only a dream statement. Nothing has happened. Even today Airtel Network team say we have plans for a new Tower
        DID THE PROBLEM NEVER GOT RESOLVED IN THE PAST 2.5 YEARS?
        Problem got resolved temporarily. Airtel provided me a Portable Network Range Booster fixed in my house for a 5 Year Agreement. Though the problem was not fixed permanently atleast I was not having Signal Issues and Calls were not getting dropped due to fluctuation in Signals

        WITH THE BOOSTER THERE SHOULD BE NO ISSUES, WHY RAISE A COMPLAINT?
        In the last 2 months, even with the Booster there has been drastic signal drops, phones not reachable. Either the Booster is faulty or the Signal Tower nearby my house has reached its limit and not transmitting enough signals for my Booster Antenna to pick the Signals

        HOW BAD IS THE SIGNAL PROBLEM?
        I hold a Iphone 6s Plus with Airtel connection in my left hand and a Samsung Galaxy S7 with Airtel Connection in my Right Hand. I stand in middle of my Hall. I make a call from my left Hand to my Right Hand and the message I receive is "This number is not Reachable". I demonstrated this issue to a Field Engineer who came to my house on 27th October 2016

        WHEN DID I FORMALLY REGISTER A COMPLAINT AND WHAT ACTIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN TILL NOW?
        I raised a complaint with 121 on October 20th. The issue was promised to be resolved on 24th. No Status updates form Airtel. I had to call and follow up. On 26th I raised the issue with Appellate. On 27th a Field Engineer came to my house, took all measurements and finally concluded that the Signal is very weak even with the Booster. He told he will file a report, which he did not.

        SO WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?
        Nothing happened. Today is 11th November 2016. Report is not filed. It is not traceable as no one is Appellate is able to figure out the report whereabouts. Appellate is promising to send a Field Engineer again (for which I have to put leave and stay in home, for a field engineer's incapability to file a report). Network Team is confused where to come. I have told clearly this issue is observed in my Home Address Till now 3 different Appellate Executives have interacted with me and each one are giving suggestions and nothing is moving towards resolution. One of the suggestion given by an Appellate Executive is "However, I regret I am unable to provide you with an immediate solution at the above location." If there is not immediate Solution should I sit in middle of the Road and take all Calls. All my Official Calls happen during the night, Should i Roam like a Thief in the Roads and Take my Calls.

        WHAT CAN BE DONE TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM?
        Best Solution - Fix new Tower urgently. I know this is the Dream. Airtel is not going to do it because I have been waiting for 2.5 years
        Next Best Solution - Attach Additional Boosters in the Towers and Fine Tune the Tower Signal Transmission capacity so users nearby including me with benefit
        Last Solution (Which is something has to happen immediately) - Replace the existing Booster in my house and replace it with a Higher Signal Receiving Booster. Check all Antenna Boxes and Rewire if necessary. Ensure I continue to get proper services until Airtel decides to fix a New Tower

        WHEN YOU WANT YOUR SOLUTION DONE?
        As Soon As Possible.

        HOW CAN YOU REACH ME?

        WHO NEEDS TO HANDLE MY CASE?
        I want someone Senior and person in Authority who can approve my request for a new High Powered Booster to be installed in my premises needs to take my case. Am not willing to speak to another executive who will listen to all what am saying and will put the phone on hold to speak to someone and be a mouthpiece. I want a call back from the senior most person in Appellate and I want him directly working on my case. I have detailed the entire problem in this mail. Read my case history fully and speak to me with an intention to resolve
        FINALLY I WANT CALL BACK AND STATUS UPDATE ON DAILY BASIS TO KNOW HOW THIS IS GOING TO BE RESOLVED. IT IS DUTY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO KEEP CUSTOMER POSTED ON UPDATES NOT VICE-VERSA

        UPDATE AS ON 13TH NOVEMBER 2016

        I have been writing in Airtel India Facebook Site and also speaking to Appellate and Nodal team and every one is working in their own world and no one is cordinating
        Airtel agrees that their Signal tower is not able to transmit enough power to my house. That is the reason why Airtel installed a Booster in my house 2.5 years before. Now even the Booster is not working. Many friends and colleagues have complained they are not able to reach our number. Am being denied my basic service here for which Airtel has been taking my Rental Charges

        LAST EMAIL WRITTEN TO APPELLATE TEAM ON 13TH NOVEMBER 2016

        Hello Appellate Team,

        Yesterday (Saturday, 12th November) I got call from Network Team and they told me that today (Sunday, 13th November) at 2pm in the afternoon they will come to my house and will check all measurements. Because of this i scrapped all my Sunday plans and was waiting for your network guys. No one turned up. No one had the courtesy to call and even apologize for not coming. What irresponsible bunch of guys you have in your team.
        Now they will call me and will ask me to come over the weekdays where I have to be in office. I have to leave all the work I have and keep a welcome party ready and wait for your guys in the weekday. I do not know who is the Customer here. Me or Your Network Guys. I did not promise to come on 2pm on Sunday. They called and they confirmed and now they are not keeping up the promise.

        Please tell me if you guys are interested to solve my problem and keep up the promise or shall i proceed for legal action. This is denial of service where i will ensure i will demand 1000 times the charges i will ask for not getting the services am paying for from Airtel. Total 7 Pospaid Airtel connections in my house. Each connection has 999 plan. So 999X1000X7 = 69, 93, 000 (close to 70 lacs I will claim if i need to citing Airtel is just taking my rental and not providing me basic calling services)

        Please suggest if i can take a later route. I give you guys 2 days time. Better fix it or else am suing you guys.

        Again received a call from Airtel Appellate now. As usual the guy is apologizing and saying your complaint is Open and we are working. Am asking the executive 2 questions "Why Network Team did not come to my House" and "What instrument are they Working on if they are not physically present in my house" the executive has only one answer "Sir Complaint is open and our Team is working. We have not received any status update from our Network Team" Seriously Airtel needs to teach your guys English and make them answer to the question customer asks and not be a parrot reading from the KBase.

          I am facing network issue from beginning (2 Years). Nobody helped me ever after thousand complaints. This telecom operator is a Son of a B...tch. There is no other company who has this kind of bad F...king network. Go to hell you mother F...kers. I lodged complaint in consumer court and then they called me and lodged another complaint in their database with Number[protected]Number: [protected]) . Then, got thousands of calls from them for telling same F...king problem again and again. Then again, They showed off in such a way they are my missing F...king brothers in kumbh mela. Then everything gone. Same old. I want this mother F...king people get burnt in front of their parents and this company gets bankrupted.

          I want to quit from this network. I need all my payments in return. I don't want to continue anymore because I don't trust these Mother/Sister F...king people. There words cant be trusted. I am already running an anti-Airtel campaign. Luckily I have enough sources that can be applied to cut at least[protected] Airtel postpaid subscribers in Kolkata region. Its a god promise. I swear I will do it.

          May dogs pee on their faces. May god curse them the ugliest and most horrified curse of the universe.

              I have some 3g data which ends on 13/11/2016.
              To renew/extend my data i recharge with Rs-23 and Rs-29.In the previous time with this amount my validity is extended.
              On 12/11/2016, i get information from the customer care that i have to recharge with the amount Rs-46 to extend the validity of my 3g Data.With this i will get another 125MB data which i seen in the airtel site also.But today when i recharge with Rs-46, validity is not extended.If it is not extended then why customer care executive give this type of fake information!!!
              Today when i call to customer care they my call to higher authority, but after waiting for min. 5 mintutes, i discharge my line.Because i have to pay to call for customer care executive.
              What to do, to get my money back.Because it looks like there is no co-ordination between customer care executive information and airtel decision.Also i have to think about to continue my airtel account.

                Hi,

                My mob # [protected] (Ramakesava Reddy), who opted Airtel 4G sim[protected]U) in Bangalore. I have activated collected 4G sim in Pune, services are deactivated from Nov 9, NO solution so far.
                Have visited closest your store and collected new sim[protected]U) since previous sim was having defect by providing req docs.
                Since 4 days, i am not getting any resolution from customer care even after spending minimum 30 mins in every attempt.
                Employee Praveen Kumar (floor manager, who has been addressed my call at Nov 12th around 9 PM) was given irresponsible answers which was unacceptable.
                How SLA works when there is a mistake in your service? Why fault 4G sim has given to customer? In this situation, why can't you guys solve issue at early stage to enable services?

                Please clarify my issue ASAP !

                  I profusely apologise for mailing issues directly to you. I am not questioning your CRM practices instead i am asking your goodselves to be fair for loyal customers atleast at par with new customers enrolled for your voice and broad band.

                  1, My Name is Narendra Babu using airtel for beyond 5 years. My telephone no is[protected]. I am on a plan Rs1099/ every month, which entails 4mps speed and 75gb download and additionally Local & Std calls free.
                  2, I have seen lot of posters in my street / locality stating that Airtel offers 175gb download for Rs1099/ plan with Local & Std calls free.
                  3, I called your Customer care 121 at 10.35 am today and spoke to Mr Mohan looking for resolution . He said that was festive offer meant for new customers. When i asked what about loyal customers he transfered the call to perhaps the so called supervisor Ms Durga who repeated the same answer. Very dismal customer service.
                  4, Vide e mail i had requested Appalette Authority - south to come on line. One Mr Kumar called up from Appellate and number was [protected]. He also gave the same reason as what customer care said.

                  I fail to understand "What way is Appellate Authorities are one up over Customer care dept in resolving issues" ?

                  Also i fail to Understand "What way is the new customers are one up over Loyal / Existing Customers ?

                  You are a large Organisation. Do you think you are fair in your CRM Practices.

                            I recharged my mobile with 159 rupees (exclusive offer for my airtel number ) on 5th Nov 2016 through airtel official app. It was supposed to recharge my Internet account of 2GB data, however I only got 500MB data. I contacted the customer care on same date, and to be told that remaining data will be credited to the account before 8th Nov. So, I got the message that my account is credited on 7th Nov. However no remaining data balance was added my account.

                              Hi, I applied for my number portability in airtel. I gave 300 rs deposit for this process. the guy was from mobile solutions, Ahmedabad store. His number is [protected]. Now for some reason my number did not get ported and the guy is not give me my money back. I received message from airel on 4/07/2016 that we have received your request for porting your number. and on 20/07/2016 i received message from airtel that your request for mnp has been processed. Documents have been validated and is being forwarded to idea cellular" .
                              But than for some technical issues my number was not ported and than no response from the store or from airtel. Went to airtel store they say on system its not showing.

                              I was told that i will get call from airtel but still not receive.

                                      Whenever I call customer care they will say one or other reason like you will be getting call today or tomorrow

                                      I am completely irritated and disappointed with your service and called ACT broadband just now, they said they will be giving connection tomorrow only at 10 am

                                      So I request you to close my airtel broadband connection. I dont want to stay with such worst service network

                                      Yesterday I got reply from Airtel team saying that with 2pm I will get call from them. But I did not get any call.

                                      I raised request to close my connection and still am wondering without relocating, shifting charges are added in my current bill statement

                                      Enough to stay with Airtel. Sometime back got very worst experience with Airtel postpaid conncetion.Now in broadband also same.

                                      Airtel team works like government organisation only. No one knows proper status, the person who is checking issue he will not update others. Whenever I am calling customer care need to start from scratch.

                                      Oh my god...enough

                                      Kindly close my connection as soon as possible. Applied ACT Fibernet connection and their customercare is so nice.

                                        Hi team,

                                        In october-16 i have requested airtel to provide me broadband connection at my address flat no 203, damden sienna, itpl main road, kundalhalli, bangalore 560037. Initially airtel team said connection is feasible in my location but after some time they said connection is not possible at my location. Then i raised a request for refund of 500 rs which i paid initially for new connection as fee.
                                        Airtel said they will provide refund after 21 days via bank cheque for which i provided a cancelled cheque. But then they said my name is not written on the cheque so i have to provide bank statement copy, a/c no. Branch name, ifsc code for neft transfer, i have provided the same and then i received a mail from nodal office (Email id:nodal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com), that refund will be done on 11/11/2016 ny 5.40 pm. But i have not received any amount yet, also every time i am reaching airtel they ask for bank details again and again.
                                        Please help me so that i can get my refund.
