I am Gautham Kamath from Karnataka. I am a very old customer of airtel since 8 years. I was using airtel prepaid mobile services and recently I came to US for a year project. I had a international roaming plan. But couldnt use it much. The sim is deactivated recently since a week. I have shared this number to most of the places and I need this number back. Please help me in this situation.

i have using my mob no. [protected] & [protected] with airtel as service provider and with my family plan 1599.

on 7 aug 2016 i have requested the airtel to discontinue my family plan on my numbers and apply rs. 399 plan on [protected] & rs 599 plan on [protected] as per my service request no. 70745552

but till 24 aug 2016 they did not changed my plan and in next bill charged...

I have posted this complain several times in your forum.Still my complain has not been resolved by Airtel company.So once again I have posted my complain in your forum.

This is to bring to your notice that we have been facing a very bad Network issue at the below mentioned address since 2 n half weeks. We have raised more than 15 complaints through call center but has not received any resolution still. Also in spite of all this the response for the same from the customer service center is very rude. You can't name it a customer service unless you mean it.

From more then 10 years am using airte. Now they are started louting from us .. So ibrequest you to take proper action .. Just think if they lout from 1 person 50rs den from how many they can lout from laks people its upto lots of crore .. As i complain is that I got a message from airtel telling tat recharge 199 and get 1.3gb 3g data and 28 days valedity. Wen I reached 199 I just got 600mb and 21days valedity is this the way to lout ur 12years...

I applied for a broadband connection of airtel, they came to my house checked everything, filled forms, took my documents and 1000 rs. And told me that within 3 days broadband will be installed. But when i did not hear anything for 3 days i called them. That is when i came to know that my case has been cancelled. No one bothered to inform me about it. Then i asked for my refund. Airtel being a great organization in telecom industry is just a fake..these guys are good when we are to take the connection but they dont obey their words for service,
its about 10 days i gave complain to shift my connection but there is no response for any of them
these guys are scams and i would like to inform everyone to take any local connection in-spite of taking airtel.

I am a subscriber having mobile no. [protected]. i recharged my account with Rs. 153 on 12.10.2016 (night) for availing 1GP 3G/4G Date for a month. on 13.10.2016, i have noticed that the data balance became zero, without availing the data. It is noticed that the data amount has been arbitrarily deducted by Airtel. This was the second instance.
I contacted the customer care service and asked the data usage details but they are refusing...

Iam an airtel customer. I have been an airtel customer for more than 60 days by now.however the charges for sending sms from my no. are being deducted from my main balance even after activating SMS pack 2 times, one of rs 13 and another one of rs 10. Please resolve the problem. I wish to have a quick resolution on this one as there are immediate needs....

120 (local+std) minutes balance is not transferred while activation from 3g to 4g sim

I received aitel 4g sim, and before activating this 4g sim, i confirmed to aitel representative. he told me that all my account balance is transferred to my new 4g sim.

Yesterday (16th oct 2016), i activated 4g sim for my mobile number - [protected], i received main account and 3g data balance but didn't received approx.120 (local+std)...

I mrs. debachana mullick using a postpaid data pack about 6 months hardly. i generally paid bill through online. but faced problem. this is second time. i have paid bill and received confirmation through sms...
