I am using Airtel prepaid mobile for more than 10 years at Tamilnadu. I recently moved to Bangalore and so I want to change my mobile telecom circle to here. For this, I have to visit an Airtel express store nearby. I work at Bellandur Ecoworld and the Airtel Express store is 2.5Kms from here. To change my SIM telecom circle, I visited the store 6 times and everytime I visit, they say MNP SIM card is not available, so come back later after 2 days. They don't give any contact no. to check before I visit too. It is so ridiculous that I had to walk all the to the store and even after 6 visits, I haven't got anything done.
Their response is so rude as well.
I really feel bad to continue on such a mobile network

    Need halp as fasing fake comitment aform last one years aginst the no [protected] and now they have disconnected the outgoing going of the phone so need rembursment and NOC which I have already paid to them aginst the bill which is approx 1.5 lc INR. and they just blocked the services only aginst INR 750.
    Will so you mail and complain no which is registered and closed by airtel without solution.

    Just I recharge my airtel number 20 rs. without any permission deduct 5 rs for VAS. when I call to customer care service he said this is your fault. What is the service of airtel. I am using this number continue last 3 years.

    On 26th oct a call receive from customer care and i know if i recharge 444 i will get 3 month free value sports subscription.

      I got 15 gb data in offer as i brought a new 4g phone. But since then the data is not getting used up. I call customer care several times but they advised me to clean golden part of sim, configure settings, apn, network coverage and even replace sim. Before that, i was able to use 4g data in my same phone in same area.

      I think airtel has pranked me by giving 15gb data offer when i am unable to use it.

      Also, meanwhile i also tried to recharge and check if something is wrong from my side. So i recharged small data pack and it worked.

      Now the validity of the 15gb data is about to end on 15 november, 2016. But seriously i want it.

        I had 500 mb data balance. A sms came to recharge to carry forward data. No term condition mentioned in sms neither in app. I recharged with small valid amount displayed in app and now i see full data pack is gone and nothing is carried over!! Customer care executive says you have to call customer care before yoy recharge. This is ridiculous and cheating to customer. No information is displayed anywhere while recharging. I am thinking of dumping @airtel

          Airtel sales people provided wrong and incomplete information regarding the plan on offer for porting the contact number [protected]. Filed the complaint online and recieved text from provider that i will get call back in next two hours which didn't happen and latter got msg that has been resolved without any call back and resolution. Complaint number was PO[protected]
          Really unhappy and customer service was not able to resolve.

            Hi,
            I have ported [protected] from hyderabad to delhi area into postpaid around april 2016. Later i shifted to prepaid. I used to do recharge online using airtel website. But for this number i am not able to do transaction online. Moreover through multiple attempts failed 500 rs has to returned. Which hasnt happened yet. I tried using paytm also. It failed.
            Kindly solve this issue as i need to travel at the earliest with an infant as i am roaming. I cant even recieve calls due to low balnce.
            I hope to find response soon.

              I recently bought a new Airtel Prepaid SIM Card with the assigned mobile number [protected] from a local vendor in BTM layout Bangalore. I was assured activation within 24 hours. Airtel says 4 hours. But it has been 3 days since i bought the SIM and its not activated still. Nor have I received any activation SMS for any further requirement of documents. Please activate my number soon.

                Airtel mis guiding the customer to port there number in airtel and enjoy high quality service... currently i am using vodafone network and my monthly rental plan 350 + ST and service i enjoy 450 Min + 300 SMS + 500 MB 3G data... airtel representative M/s SACHIN ENTERPRISES (NAGPUR) offer me to port my number in airtel to get high service as compare to vodafone... airtel executive told me i will get service 1000 Min + 350 SMS + 500 MB 3G data with monthly rental plan of Rs. 299 + ST and activation charges Rs. 250 i accept the offer to port my number... now number is port but didnt get the service as airtel executive told me...

                  I have submitted a portability request to PORT my kerala prepaid number from Airtel to BSNL. I have submitted the PORT request code and flll the form with photograph and ID proof copy at BSNL office Piravom, Ernakulam.
                  From that Airtel started calling and disturbing me. I have told many times that I do not want to continue with airtel. Now after 10 days, when I check with BSNL office, they are teing that everything is fine with BSNL and Airtel did not disconnect my connection. Due to this I am not able to use my BSNL SIM. I can still see Airtel showing coverage in my phone. That means I am receiving airtel signal. Why airtel is doing this to their customers eventhough we do not want to continue with airtel.?

                    I am regular customer of Airtel, we are using 2 post paid, 2 prepaid & Airtel DTH, My mobile no is [protected]. I am facing many problems with internet speed either only 2G speed is coming on 4G recharge or not even 2G internet is running from 03.11.16. I have raised this concern with Airtel costumer care several times (ID-[protected] &[protected] but there is no action taken to resolve my problem and in return they say that it is under process and every body said it will be solved within 72 hours but not solved. But now i realize that bad experience with Airtel,

                    Finally i don't want to use Airtel network and will never recommend anyone...

                      I have ported in airtel postpaid my mobile no [protected] from idea. since then i am facing many problems with internet speed either only 2g speed is coming on 4g recharge or not even 2g internet is running. i have raised this concern with airtel costumer care several times but there is no action taken to resolve my problem and in return they say that it is resolved. Really bad experience with airtel, will never recommend anyone.

                        I have taken a new Airtel DTH connection on 30th oct. and from that day I am contacting Airtel DTH customer care team to resolve multiple issues.
                        I have recharged my account with Rs.150 and done a top up of Rs.5 (2HD Diwali offer). But I was unable to view those channels. The reason they told was that they had given me some other customer’s cam card by mistake. Finally after multiple calls to customer care, technician came on 5th Nov 2016 and changed cam card. Still I am Unable to view 2 HD channels which I have done top up on 30th Oct 2016. And Airtel is not ready to transfer the balance amount (Rs.145) to my new view card which they have replaced. Should I bear loss because of Airtel DTH technician’s mistake??
                        I have registered complaints multiple time. Each time they will auto close it without resolving the issue.. Following are the complaint reference numbers. 56239855, 56231767, 56189213, 56166029
                        Customer ID given at the time of installation was [protected]
                        New customer id which is changed on 5th Nov 2016 – [protected]
                        I have received multiple calls from Airtel but nobody gave solution.. They are just playing without giving a solution. Always they are saying will be resolved within 2 hours, 4 hours, or maximum of 24 hours. In between thrice they auto closed my complaints without resolving the issue. Even one lady from Airtel called and insisted me to say that "my issue is solved" if I get any call from customer care. I didn't agree for that. Every time they are repeating the question “what is the issue?”
                        It's a matter of Rs.145. I can consider that I have given to a beggar. But cheating customers like this is not acceptable. They are really un professional.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I have used data under limits only, but you have charged extra amount for the period.

                                  In my airtel app it was clearly showing I have left around 400 MB in my account, and I have subscribed 3 packs for the period(405 mb). So I have total 800 MB in my account.

                                  I have called to customer care between October 8 - 12 (not sure dates) and asked them about usage of post month left data. They said I can able to use post month data in current month. ( please review call data If it is recorded).

                                  Even I got email and message alerts like " I have left 50% of data in my account (attached copy)".

                                  If I have exceeded data limit how can I get email/sms alerts like I have left 50% data in my account?

                                  If I know data was completed in my account, definitely I should be in my alert ans can not use beyond the limit? This is completed airtel app fault/ customer care executive fault. I have not done any mistakes from my end. I am not aware of data was exceeded because of your false alerts.

                                  I am expecting overall 350 -400 Rs bill for this month but...I am shock I have billed 1004 Rs for this month.

                                  Please review bill and resolve it. I can't bare 1000 rs. for a single month and I may quit from airtel.
