We have PRI services from Airtel where they had provided fake bill for the services on Oct to Nov 2016. They had calculated the ISD calls for 2 units of second as 800 and above and 1000 and above units of second and charged approximately 9 lakhs of bill and our average bill from past 1.5 years are 12.5 K to 14 only. The 9 lakhs of bill will be if we call isd calls at the rate of 24 hours competely for 3 months we will get this invoice but we received this invoice for just 3 days only which too when company was on off.

    My 4G service is down from last 6 days and Airtel has not responded to any of my complaints through their portal as well as customer care. Every time I call at their customer care they tell me to wait for next 24 hours and then nothing happens. I live in Panchkula which is a city and still they are not able to provide me any assitance. My work has suffered greatly due to this and yet they expect me to pay their bills. Airtel service is not acceptable and I will be switching to a different service provider(probably Connect) as I don't have energy and time to call Airtel everyday, and supplicate to fix my problem. Bye Bye Airtel.

      Not sure what kind of port airtel guys are installing as far i as i know i have submitted y documents at least 3-4 times in last 1+ years and they get beck every time saying that port is not there and we are working on it etc etc..

      Part of which that i do not understand is why they send their people to collect document when they can not provide service in the area and every time they say very confidently that within 2-3 days your connection will be installed.

        I got a missed call from a number which starts with +9233. Why the hell I'm getting calls from Pakistan? Can you please make this not happen again.
        Mobile No: [protected]. I have not activated mms or any service. but i am losing balance rapidly. on 11/11/2016 i recharged rs 100 but it vanished. please deactivate and unsubscribe all services immediately. Also refund and restore my balance immediately.

          Im not able to receive any sms apart from airtel.
          Asked the airtel company and was informed everything looks fine from their end.
          But im still not receiving any messages like bus/train booking, amazon/flipkart orders, otp's etc.

          Please help as i have already contacted the companies who are sending my messages like amazon / hdfc etc. Same story "we have sent message from our end".

            Hi,

            I have submitted a request for shifting my connection in same city-kolkata on 25th october.
            My fixedline no is - [protected].
            First of all they have contacted the wrong number and didn't take any action after that.

            I have been continuously calling since 5th november and customercare executive is giving me deadlines which is the next day or other.
            They are also saying a call has been arranged and you will be contacted within next 2 hrs but all in vain.

            A complaint has also been filed on 12th november for the same but still no action.

            After talking to senior staff also they are saying that work is under progress for the last 1 month and they will look into it.

            I am seriously fed up and harassed after so many calls (20 + executives)

            Please suggest if i can escalate this through any other channels.

              I have applied for number porting with Airtel. The executive called me around 10 times in a span of 30 minutes. Since I was in metro, I couldnt receive the call. Later on when I received the call, he shouted at me for not receiving the call. As a response to his misbehaviour, I told him I dont want to get my number ported to a company where customers are ill-treated, he threatned me saying" you can do whatever you want, I will also see to it that your number gets ported, you may do whatever you want". After that i got call from another executive from airtel and I told him my issue, even he didnt respond to it. I got call from these numbers :[protected],[protected], [protected].

                My airtel bills were raised towards the end of every month.
                With bad service, i used number portability to switch service providers on the 4th of november.
                Post that i have received calls from airtel to clear my bill every single day even with no bill being provided. On communicating this to their call center staff and complaining they had the audacity to ask me if i really need a bill. However, after escalation the bill was provided. However the calls still continue. The bill clearly states that the amount due is on the 25th of this month and i intend to pay it on time.
                When escalating this nuisance of calls about bill payment, they claim that the due date mentioned is wrong and that there is no "due date". Apparently airtel does not have a bill generation process post number portability? So how is this being collected? Isn't that illegal, making collections o[censored]ndue amounts without providing bills?

I want to block this sim card and get duplicare sim card having same number. Pls help me as soon as possible. so that I could get my same mobile number. I want your advice if I should go for FIR ?

                              Hello team,

                              I am using the airtel 4 g from dec'15 and i have been experiencing in consistent connectivity from sep'16 onwards and irrespective of being documented for all escalations levels (Nodal/appellate) nothing works out until now. I have remitted the payments for the months. Hope you can see the emails from oct' 16 onwards and until now there is no official confirmation. I have handed over the dongle to one of the representative last week and still now i have not received back the dongle and he is not picking up my call too. As per the note from customer care, below are the usage details:
                              Regarding data usage:
                              For the period 11-10-16 to 10-11-16, you have used 185.67 mb.
                              For the period 11-09-16 to 10-10-16, you have used 665.72 mb.
                              For the period 11-08-16 to 10-09-16, you have used 845.47 mb.

                              Please help me to reverse the payment (On pro rata) for the months until i have paid..

                              And also please help me to fix the issue the dongle issue/ issue the new dongle..

                                I have been receiving huge amounts of bills ranging from 1000 to 5000 without the number being in usage.

                                I am not living in India currently and I am unable to run behind the pathetic customer service provided by Airtel.

                                  My name is SATHISH KUMAR RK residing at 5 AERODROME ROAD, SINGANALLUR POST, COIMBATORE 641005, is a BB user with 2 MBPS speed. Considering the fact that my neighbor is using 16MBPS speed for the same rental as mine, I have been requesting for 2 new connections (same address) for the past 8 months (March 2016 onwards) to AIRTEL Broadband team COIMBATORE. Payed twice for new connections. Said due to technical issues new connection was not possible and refunded the amount by last June 2016. Second time by Nov.5th 2016 I contacted AIRTEL BB COIMBATORE for 2 new connection one for my home and one for my brother's mobile shop. I was very confident in their second time commitment as they assured me 16MBPS is possible now and collected money and documents on 7th Nov.2016. For 2 weeks no response from the backend team regarding installation. After my repeated inquiry to customer care they say NEW CONNECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE IN MY LOCATION DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES. Then why the hell you give false commitment and collect money? Why can't you guys rectify the technical issue and provide good service? So due to this AIRTEL will lose 3 new BB connections at my location. Please note the way their service is. To tell the fact that the technical issue they say is the distance from my house to junction box. My house is just 5 FEET away from my neighbor who enjoy 16MBPS speed. And he is a defaulter too (Never pays bills in time). This company provides best service to such people and never bothers for valuable customers like me who uses multiple Airtel connections like postpaid airtel mobile connection, BB, Landline and who pays all AIRTEL dues dues by first week of every month itself (not even a single month due was left unpayed by me for the past 2 years). So if this is the case, then I don't want any service from Airtel. Please note AIRTEL COIMBATORE TEAM is giving false commitments to me and due to that I personally feel highly dissatisfied with their worst service. No higher authorities of Airtel are interested to solve my issue in Coimbatore. This is how they treat customers, and this is how their service is. Highly disappointed with AIRTEL COIMBATORE TEAM. I recommend the AIRTEL OFFICIALS TO TAKE STRICT ACTION on the team that gives false commitment to customers in my area and spoiling the name of AIRTEL the most efficient mobile and INTERNET service provider of India.

                                  You guys call me in the busy office hours when I am at the meeting or discussion with my head, Don't you know the professional ethics about when to call a person during working hours? I already mailed to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com with contact details and the right time to call me. If we don't pay bills then you guys will keep calling all day long. How come that is possible and when customer raises a complaint you will say u contacted several times but can't reach. Very good service. Hats off.

                                        I am facing issue with my broadband service due to frequent disconnections, I have complained so many times to Airtel but no solution. I was asked to reduce my speed to 8Mbps instead of 16 Mbps, now I am not having enough speed and also facing the same issue as before.

                                        I have taken landline connection too along with Internet, but there is always a noise while speaking on phone and now since yesterday my phone is dead.

                                        I am really not getting why customer has to face so much of problem everywhere.

                                        It should have been resolved on the first complaint itself or I should have been informed that they cannot resolve it and I can opt for some other provider. But they are not ready to disconnect the connection and every time saying we will resolve this.
