Hi team,
In october-16 i have requested airtel to provide me broadband connection at my address flat no 203, damden sienna, itpl main road, kundalhalli, bangalore 560037. Initially airtel team said connection is feasible in my location but after some time they said connection is not possible at my location. Then i raised a request for refund of 500 rs which i paid initially for new connection as fee.
Airtel said they will provide refund after 21 days via bank cheque for which i provided a cancelled cheque. But then they said my name is not written on the cheque so i have to provide bank statement copy, a/c no. Branch name, ifsc code for neft transfer, i have provided the same and then i received a mail from nodal office (Email id:nodal. [protected]@in. Airtel.com), that refund will be done on 11/11/2016 ny 5.40 pm. But i have not received any amount yet, also every time i am reaching airtel they ask for bank details again and again.
Please help me so that i can get my refund.
