I am not using above mobile number from past 4 months and i was already request to close the connection, but still i am getting mail from from your services, and one more thing i am not pay single rupee also because of i am not used that number

    I am using airtel 4G dongle from last days when i brows my web page unnecessary and continuously only advertise are coming on my web page so that i am not able to read anything on my web page and it is creating peoblem to me on operating net.

        Airtel boasts of providing the best coverage are and one of the fastest 3G data networks which is quite misleading. I live and operate in the Delhi-NCR area where one would expect no problems in the data network. Quite contrary to that, whenever I go out and move around in the malls and nearby areas, the data network is really unreliable and slow. It keeps getting disconnected frequently when moving from one area to another inside the city itself (All within the expanse of the city and not in the outskirts). From the past two days (August 26th, August 27th 2015) the problem has just worsened. I keep getting promotional messages from Airtel to get an upgrade to their 4G sim while offering such abysmal 3G service. With their new fastest 4G connection challenge promotions, I get even more irked that on one hand they are not even providing proper 3G connections to their existing consumers and on the other hand they are making these misleading, far-fetched claims in their promotions. Please look into this matter.

          Please provide as much information as possible...on 23august2015 I activated an internet pack of rs.97 as a message from airtel for 1gb 2g internet valid for 28days.BUt after that I received only 200mb valid for only 10days.I called customer care and was told I'll get the rest in one hour but still today on 27august 2015 I didn't get that.And when I called customer care again and asked about my problem they didn't gave any responses and hung up my call..I know that's not a big issue but that was my budget for an entire month for internet. .plse help

            I had a karanataka sim which i was using in Punjab for last month. Airtel has made the no. a free no. and it is coming as invalid no., though I was using it daily and had balance of more than 100 Rs, net pack and roaming pack. Now, they have asked me to get a new sim but they are not sure if I'll get the same no. I need same no.

              Sir, I am CHEATED by Airtel. My AIRTEL Number: [protected] (It’s a New Connection; taken on this month) According to the IVR message, I've recharged Rs 11 to get rate cutter offer (35 paisa/ min for Local and STD for 30 days). I m being played this IVR message while dialling each and every calls I made. But I didn’t get the promised offer instead of that I got 35 paisa/ min STD for 7 days. While I contacted to the customer care the Associate and the Sr. Associate (Mr. Shiva) informed me that I am not eligible for the above said offer. I have registered a complaint regarding this; SR#[protected] Then I have emailed to the Nodal officer and the Appellate Authority of Airtel They contacted me and had given 48 hours TAT. The TAT is over. I did not get the promised offer. I request you to do the needful Please get me the promised offer form AIRTEL__35 paisa/ min for Local and STD for 30 days, as soon as possible.                 Airtel! Here I go with my problem. I ported from vodafone(pre-paid) to airtel(post paid), thinking that you guys provide better service and offers. Right in the beginning you guys proved me wrong. My sim is not yet activated. I'm trying since 9 hours to activate the sim Train your staff on how to meet customer needs.                   Dear Sir, I applied for Airtel 4G MNP from Aircel to Airtel. The representative Mr. A. Sheikh (Phone [protected]) visited my premises on 8.08.2015 and gave a sim bearing no.[protected]U. The representative left with the filled form, UPC Code, and a fees of Rs. 370 and promised that the MNP process would be completed in a week. The old connection with Aircel got terminated yesterday. However, i am unable to register to your network using the new SIM. I tried calling your customer care executive at 121 and he states that the SIM number entered in profile is different from the SIM delivered to me. Please change SIM number to[protected]U and activate my mobile no. [protected]. As a result of this error from your end, I am stuck without network now. When I call the agent who delivered the sim, they keep saying they have sent an email to your customer care for change in SIM number but still no response from your end. As it is my official number, I hope to receive the response on urgent basis. I am stuck without network for the past 2 days. It is an horrible experience for a first time customer in your network who is going to provide you with a postpaid income on regular basis to be treated in this fashion.                     Hello, i had already complained my issue to airtel many times but it didnt take matter urgently with my balance deduction issue of rs 220. No any genuine airtel people contacted to me, insted of that some fake people in behalf of airtel is calling, and demanding the atm card details such as card no, validity, pin etc for refunding the amount after complaining many times, i am esclarting this matter to the higher authority and honorauble court. where i will proof this matter, so lastly if airtel can take this matter urgently and priority basis, the its ok, otherwise i am moving this issue to the higher authority and will write in RTI also. thank you

                      I am a postpaid customer of Airtel and I have a family plan with three other numbers added to the plan. I have written the following mail to Airtel CEO and other contacts with no response at all. ----- Forwarded Message ----- From: me To: "appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com" Cc: "ceo.[protected]@airtel.in" ; "Gopal.[protected]@in.airtel.com" ; "[protected]@bharti.com" Sent: Wednesday, August 26, 2015 3:00 PM Subject: Consistent issues with Postpaid services - Inaction from Airtel. Hi, This email is being sent with greatest of pain dealing with the unprofessional nature of Airtel Customer care executives and unresolved issues that are raised. I am in Professional services business myself and I have never lead such an unprofessional team that deals with customers the way I am dealt with. I am a postpaid customer of Airtel with number [protected]. I have being making calls and visiting Airtel certers in Vijayawada and Chennai to get the following issues resolved: 1. False/Wrong charges: I requested roaming in the month of May 2015 for 2 of the child numbers ([protected] and [protected]) attached to my primary number [protected]. I called 121 in the first week of June to deactivate roaming for both of them effective from June 17/19 cycle. It was not done. I noticed it and went to Airtel office in Vijayawada to complain. They asked me to call 121 and complain. I did that on Aug 04, 2015 to deactivate as per my original request in June 1st week. I got a complaint number as well[protected]. Nothing was done and I got a bill for the same in August also. In total, for two months, for both the numbers I was charged (75*2*2=300 + Taxes). I want that to be returned to me. 2. Signal Issues: I have severe signal issues while in roaming in Chennai. I complained a lot of times about it to Airtel. Nothing is done. Its been few months since I have been facing this in Chennai (I work in Chennai). I gave specific areas (Siruseri - SIPCOT IT Park, Padur and Karapakkam in CHennai). No improvement. On top of this, 3. Billing issues: I have always faced CALL DROPS. If a call drops due to signal, I am charged for a full minute, when the call was probably for a few seconds!!! Customer care guys cite Airtel policy of 'charging by minute' and not by second. Due to this, my bill is always inflated despite being within the allotted quote of local/STD/SMS and Data. 4. Roaming: When the country is moving towards one region of service, Airtel sends a notice that from this month onwards, the roaming charges will be 99 and not 75. I see ads from Airtel about challenging Airtel on 4G speed (its hilarious to see this kind of propaganda when people don't even have signals!!! How will anyone check speed when there is no signal at all). FIRST FIX YOUR NETWORK COVERAGE BEFORE PUTTING ADS SUCH AS THIS. YOU ARE MAKING YOURSELF A LAUGHING STOCK!!! How much and how long will you take money (through your inefficiencies) from customers like this? As a customer, I am really disappointed with the way you are running your business and the kind of people who are front ending your company. I am sure I am not the only one complaining about these to you and TRAI.                         Hi,

                        For the past three weeks i am trying hard to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. I have submitted the proofs three weeks back in velachery ARC(Counter no.2). After that i got a call from airtel representative saying my signature is not matching. Last saturday (22 August) i have submitted the proofs (with correct signature) in ARC velachery (Counter no.2). They said it will be activated in 48 hours. But till now i did not get any response from the ARC as well as airtel customer care.

                        Let me know if this is not possible so that i can go with some other service provider. I have been a customer with airtel with past 7 years and is the service that you provide to a long term customer? Very dissatisfied with the velachery ARC and the pathetic airtel service workflow.

                          Unauthorized Charges has been incurred on my Airtel no [protected] in July month I was informed that, 1500 local/std/roaming mins, 600 local/national sms and 2gb data on 2 g network then after speed will reduce without charge. I have given 900rs as an security and same was informed to me during verification for 275rs monthly rental plan.

                            My name is Onkar Bhujbal and My airtel mobile number is [protected] I got suffered as Airtel charged me 3200 as a Internet bill whereas my mobile post paid plan is only of 299 rupees rental. They have disconnected my outgoing calls and internet. Recently I shifted from Idea to Airtel and last month also I paid 925 Rupees as a bill for 15 Days.

                              Dear sir / madam, i am deepak. I am a airtel jaipur prepaid national mnp customer who comes from airtel delhi prepaid network. But there is a problem in airtel port - in number. Now my problem is, after sucessful port - in i am not able to send outgoing sms. There is no problem in incoming and outgoing calls. I visited many times in airtel store and have called 121 so many times but the problem still persists. It has been 2 months now.
                              Please urgently resolve my issue.

                              It has been 4 months now my outgoing sms is still not working. I have registered atleast 15+ complaints with Airtel for this problem and sent mail to them multiple times but everytime they simply close the call before their SLA without confirming with me for possible solution and I am still not able to send any sms to any mobile across the country.

                              For some days now airtel customer care have even stopped taking my complaints and started disconnecting the calls in between or redirecting my call to ivr and disconnecting after that.

                              I have never defaulted on my payments. I am paying equal amount for the services as others but due to this problem I have lost lot of my time and have missed a very important service which should have been provided to me for the cost they charge us.

                              I want Airtel to take corrective actions for my problem and compensate me for the loss I have faced for last 4 months.

                              Please also let me know if there is anything to be done from my end. I want to get this sorted as soon as possible

                                Sir /madam i have submitted my documents twice but still there is no incoming, outgoing and also not able to use data service.i have called service several times they always saya that my all service are shown active .recently i have sumbitted my documents a week ago i.e on 20/08/2015.so i request the concern to resolve the issue else i will switch to other service provider. i have many airtel connections in my family but as your service is so poor i am going to disconnect all number and switch to other service providers. my prepaid number in which i am facing problem is [protected]. but for contact purpose you can call me on my airtel post paid number i.e [protected]. my complaint number registered by airtel customer service is[protected]

                                  Would like to broadcast my complaint against the airtel international roaming pack not working even in the designated list of countries mentioned by them. Thus even after paying a good amount of 997 to get 100 free mins of incoming I am being charged 90Rs/min for each incoming call for past 10 days. Even the complaint to higher offi is of no use!!

                                    My mobile number [protected] was ported on 12:30 am on 26th Aug by Vodafone. However airtel has not yet activated the number after a number of false promises. Thia number is connected to my accounts and resulted in a loss of Rs 2 lacs as I did not have OTP to transfer for a transaction. The team of Vijay and Swati lied about the activation time.                                       Hi, My name is Anshul Gupta. I was having an airtel connection with the number [protected]. I got this number recharged with an internet pack of 1 GB 3G data for ₹149, which was in a special scheme on my number, on Friday i.e. 21 August 2015, and I was using it on that day. But the next day I had to leave for Haridwar and the SIM showed no service in Haridwar, so I called up the airtel customer care and they said that there is some problem with the SIM, so get the SIM exchanged with the nearest airtel store. And today I went to the store in Pitampura, Delhi, the guy there said that my number has been permanently disabled. I told them "why did the number show a special scheme then, I used it on Friday and on Saturday I had a conversation with the customer care regarding this issue and the number was active at that time, I had no outstanding balance on that number that you guys were waiting for a recharge on my number and disable it after the recharge" and the guy replied that we can't do anything and even if you mail the customer care, they won't do anything. And now I am very irritated. Either the number should have not displayed the special offer or the airtel should have informed me that my number has been disabled on my alternate number. So, I request you to kindly get my money reversed(₹ 149/-) and the amount of loss I had to bear i.e. atleast ₹ 1, 000/- as soon as possible.
